Reviewed Jul 23, 2026Location Rooms were clean
Pool was being used by swim lessons. She had her equipment everywhere It wasn’t clear that it was hers at first so she was yelling at kids not to use it. Pool was cloudy due to chemicals and broken edges were sharp. The staff had a hard time finding towels due to housekeeping being off. Vending machines were filthy.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026The staff was Awesome! Shout out to Andrea, who went above and beyond the call of duty to get us the additional amenities needed to support our accommodations. She was working at the desk all by herself checking in a wedding party,, but still made the effort to race up to the fourth floor to assist. She deserves a raise
The cost. Worth it. But pricey. Air conditioner was nice and cold. But loud

Reviewed Apr 5, 2026The staff was wonderful. Bruce greeted us during check-in and the kids loved him. The gal that was at the desk the next morning was awesome as well (sorry I didn't get her name!). The breakfast was great.
That we had to share the pool with swimming lessons that were occurring, but the kids had a blast regardless

Reviewed Apr 2, 2026my television remote didn't work. When I asked the front desk, they gave me two batteries. When I went back to say that didn't work, she suggested I wait until her relief arrived. 1/2 hr. I convinced her to give me another remote after a long discussion as to whether the ones she had behind her desk worked at all. That solved the problem.
