El sitio era tal cual las fotos, con todas las comodidades y con atención diaria. Pero lo mejor sin duda, la atención. Federico se preocupo desde el primer momento que todo estuviera perfecto nos dió recomendaciones de lugares excelente. Un 10!!!!

Federico was an exceptional host and spent time explaining the area and recommendations for me. I was travelling alone and he made sure I was comfortable each day. The property was very clean and had a luxury feel to it. It’s in the centre of everything.

We had a wonderful stay and were very happy with everything. The accommodation was exactly as described and matched what we had booked, which we really appreciated. The location was perfect, and everything was clean, fresh, and well looked after. Federico at the reception was absolutely lovely – incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. He really made an effort to make us feel comfortable and even took the time to tell us about the history of the town, which was such a nice and personal touch. We also loved the little welcome surprises in the room: delicious mini cookies, a very nice bottle of prosecco, sparkling water, and still water. The toiletries and bathroom amenities were also of very good quality, which was another detail we really appreciated. Breakfast was included and served at a café on the main square. It was a simple, traditional Italian breakfast in a very pleasant setting, and we really enjoyed starting the day there. Overall, everything felt easy, welcoming, and well organised. We had a perfect stay and would happily come back.

Bardzo miły właściciel, który na nas czekał. Wytłumaczył zasady obiektu, pokazał na mapie główne atrakcje i polecił restauracje. Pokój bardzo przestronny z wszystkimi udogodnienia mi. Super lokalizacja. Bardzo dobre kosmetyki. Wszystko zgodne z opisem. Bardzo polecam.

Esta muy bien situado, limpio y moderno. Todos los días café y agua gratis. Con un kit de bienvenida de pastas tradicional siciliana y una botella de proseco. La atención de Federico de 10. Nos dio todo tipo de información, recomendó lugares que visitar, restaurantes, donde tomar el aperitivo y siempre con una sonrisa.

El desayuno. Aunque ya se indica que es un desayuno italiano( dulce), se realiza en un local próximo al hotel, el inconveniente es que es todo bollería dulce. Soy celiaca y no tuve alternativa ( aunque Federico lo intento) a que me cambiaran el desayuno, por lo tanto tuve que ir al supermercado a comprar y desayunar en la habitación. Es algo que deberían de tener en cuenta, ya que cada vez somos mas gente con intolerancias y hoy en día es raro el establecimiento que no tiene comida sin gluten.

Très agréable suite au cœur de Syracuse. C’est beau, propre et grand.

(Quelques difficultés pour rentrer, mais l’hôte a aider tout de suite), il manque juste un rideau à la fenêtre de la salle de bain qui fait beaucoup de lumière le matin. Petit-déjeuner un peu léger…Sinon, c’était vraiment parfait.

The location was amazing, in the middle of everything, all in walking distance, so quiet and comfortable. The room was spacious and had an extra space with a sofa and a desk, so it felt really comfy for our 4day trip. The stuff were all very nice and especially Federico who welcomed us and gave us very useful info from the very first moment we reached Siracusa! If it wasn’t for him caring to see if we reached ok, we would still be at the train station trying to figure out how to get to Ortigia!

Ho trascorso una notte in questa suite con il mio ragazzo ed è stata un’esperienza splendida. La jacuzzi rilassante ci ha regalato un momento di pace totale. Il personale è stato gentile e attento, sempre con un sorriso. Un posto perfetto per una fuga romantica.

The property is, what the pictures promise. Take your time to enjoy your time here. Despite the centric location, it’s quiet, cute and well taken care of (details count!). A jump away from the sea, nice restaurants and Ortigias center. Fully equipped, well designed and with a fairly excellent service (since before your arrival). Federico Is a 100% Service oriented Host, who will take care of you.

The breakfast could be more generous, this is, nevertheless, a cultural thing, absolutely nothing to do with CinqueSuites as serviced property.

Struttura molto accogliente nel cuore di ortigia; camera molto spaziosa e ben attrezzata; la mini pool con idromassaggio è stata la chicca del soggiorno. Particolare lode a Federico che ci ha accolti con professionalità e simpatia fornendo pure le giuste direttive per un soggiorno ad ortigia.

Qualche attenzione maggiore alla manutenzione generale ma nulla di particolare che abbia potuto arrecare disagi.

You don't often find accommodation with a host who is so helpful. Frederico, loves his job and it flowed through to his guests. Always with a smile, Frederico was exceptionally helpful with booking restaurants and offering suggestions of things to do. Frederico even laughed when he got the late night call, as one of our friends in another room locked his key in the room (only to find it was actually in his pocket - Ha Ha) - A small boutique hotel, with lovely spacious comfortable rooms. We would recommend this location

Abbiamo alloggiato nella suite 1. Il posto molto strategico vicino al centro buono. I prodotti nella stanza come il bagno schiuma (Ortigia di Sicilia) e i biscotti artigianali molto buoni. Tutti molto gentili e disponibili. Location molto affascinante veramente carino in un piccolo viale e interno carino con pietra molto caratteristica. Doccia grandissima.

La Suite 1 ha un potenziale enorme. Potrebbe essere veramente una stanza per una alloggio indimenticabile. Da sistemare alcuni dettagli come le prese il divano che aveva alcune macchie e come la testata del letto che l’aveva anche. Stanza pulita ma un attenzione più al dettaglio renderebbe la stanza qualcosa di speciale. La Jacuzzi purtroppo non mi è piaciuto affatto. Un po sprecata, avrei preferito non averla. Sarebbe tutta da rinnovare e sistemare. Il legno intorno tutto rovinato tetto tutto sporco luci che non funziono di notte non possibile fare niente come anche la cascata non funzionante. La temperatura non era regolabile così che c’erano costantemente 35 gradi. Una regolazione della temperatura sarebbe l’ideale anche di estate. Il tetto gocciolava sporcizia. Jacuzzi non tanto invitante e bocciata. Rinnovarla e valorizzarla sarebbe un soggiorno da 10 e lodi.

.La ubicación y la habitación son excelentes pero, lo mejor, es la dedicación y cercanía de Federico que nos hizo muy fácil la estancia. Lastima que no hayamos estado más tiempo en esta gran ciudad. Dos o tres días son lo que necesita...

Suite molto bella e ben arredata, letto comodo, lenzuola e biancheria molto bella, prodotti da bagno di buona qualità. La posizione è ideale, in pieno centro di Ortigia. Abbiamo gradito il prosecco di benvenuto e dolcetti e acqua ogni giorno. Più di tutto questo, abbiamo apprezzato la gentilezza di Federico che ci ha accolti calorosamente ed assistiti durante il soggiorno.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral und es ist alles fußläufig erreichbar. Das Haus ist schön retauriert und Suite Nr.1 geräumig. Vom Personal gab es Informationen über alles, was man wissen wollte. 1 Flasche gekühlter Prosecco, 2 Flaschen Wasser in der Minibar. Kommt man mit dem Auto, bekommt man eine Erlaubnis zum Hotel zuzufahren um Gepäck auszuladen, man darf aber nur an den ausgewiesenen Parkplätzen am Altstadtrand (Talete) kostenpflichtig parken (easypark, ~ € 18,-/24h)

Die Bilder online auf booking entsprechen leider nicht mehr dem aktuellen Zustand, zumindest was Suite Nr.1 betrifft. Der Vorhang fehlt (Vothangstange mit Ringen, aber kein Vorhang) was speziell ein Nachteil in Suite Nr.1 ist, da das Fenster unmittelbar ebenerdig auf die Gasse zeigt. Das Haus wurde geschmackvoll renoviert und war, laut Bildern, wohl auch mal von einem Innenarchitekten geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Allerdings fehlen mittlerweile ⅔ der Designerlampen, was man an den noch sichtbaren Aufhängevorrichtungen in Wohnbereich und Nachttisch erkennen kann. Ebenso fehlt ein Abstellregal im Badezimmer, was auf Bildern noch zu sehen ist. Dadurch praktisch keine Ablagemöglichkeit im sehr geräumigen Badezimmer. Sehr schönes Waschbecken, leider auch schon ausgeschlagen. Knöpfe in der Polsterung des Bettes fehlen. Die Bilder an der Wand sind teilweise wahllos montiert und schlecht plaziert. Die folierten Rahmen lösen sich teilweise auf. Das teilweise in den Rezensionen zitierte Frühstück auf der Terrasse, oder auf dem Zimmer gab es nicht, stattdessen einen Voucher für ein Frühstück in einem Café, das nur 5min entfernt liegt. (Kaffee, Saft, Cornetto)

La ubicación, la limpieza, la decoración. La habitación es muy espaciosa, todo es nuevo y funciona muy bien. La atención de Federico, el anfitrión, muy amable y bien predispuesto.

Me gustó todo, solo sugeriría mejorar la puerta del baño, la cual es corrediza y no cierra del todo bien.

Splendido "boutique" Hotel nel cuore di Ortigia ! Camera (4) spaziosa, silenziosa e ben pulita. Dotata di diversi comfort e set shampoo-bagno schiuma-balsamo d'altà qualità e profumazione. Ringraziamo Valentina in particolare per la sua gentile accoglienza e disponibilità a soddisfare le nostre richieste, oltre alle ragazze della struttura che ci hanno assistito. Tout, l’emplacement, la décoration de la chambre, l’accueil hyper chaleureux, les produits d’accueil très luxueux, toutes les petites attentions et surtout le transfert jusqu’à la suite. Le personnel est extrêmement patient et dévoué.

L’absence de petit déjeuner mais cela reste un détail par rapport à tous les atouts du lieu.

Idéalement placé dans Ortigia. Nous avons réservé 3 chambres pour 8 personnes. Elles étaient toutes très confortable, bien décorées, les lits au top. Une belle attention dans chaque chambre que nous avons tous apprécié. Merci beaucoup pour tout.

Struttura di recente ristrutturata ubicata all'interno di un vicoletto secondario ma centralissimo dell'Isola di Ortigia, facilmente raggiungibile sia a piedi che in automobile. La stanza è spaziosa, pulita e arredata con gusto, esattamente come il bagno, comodo e illuminato. Una lode al personale: cortese, disponibile, preparato Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Ritengo che, all'interno della doccia, sarebbe utile provvedere alla sostituzione del soffione e della grata posta a copertura dello scarico. Entrambi presentano evidenti segni di usura e piccole incrostazioni di calcare. Premesso che ciò non ne altera la funzionalità, credo che questa attenzione possa esaltare ulteriormente una struttura bella come questa.

L' ingresso della struttura si trova in un vicolo maleodorante e sporco. La camera molto umida e con un odore di muffa irrespirabile. Non si potevano aprire le finestre poiché si affacciavano sul vicolo dell' ingresso. Il condizionatore non funzionante. Le condizioni del bagno pessime.La vasca idromassaggio sporca .

De locatie is geweldig. Het zit in de meest leuke straat van Ortigia met allerlei wijnbars en boetiekjes, op steenworp afstand van de zee.

Dat je je sleutel moet ophalen op een andere locatie buiten het eiland. De koelkast was licht beschimmeld en de kamer in het algemeen was wat viezer dan we hadden verwacht. Bovendien hing er een muffe geur en stinkt het straatje bij de ingang van het complex naar kattenpoep door de oude buurvrouw die er tientallen onderhoudt.

Sehr nette Dame an der Rezeption im Partnerhotel. Gute Lage, um Ortigia zu Fuß zu erkunden. Geräumige Suite.

Schwer mit dem Auto und Gepäck zu erreichen. Teppich und Sofa waren ziemlich schmuddelig.

Ottima accoglienza e posizione

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura in stile moderno situata in una posizione centralissima dell'isola. All'arrivo abbiamo riscontrato un problema con il telecomando della vasca idromassaggio, prontamente risolto dalla reception che si è dimostrata estremamente disponibile e cordiale, offrendoci anche un’ottima colazione in un bar del centro. Purtroppo, nonostante il potenziale e la cortesia, molti dettagli inerenti manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria lasciano a desiderare. La nota più dolente è stata il persistente odore di umidità all'interno; nonostante avessi lasciato la finestra aperta durante la notte (pur essendo inverno), la situazione non è migliorata. Consiglio vivamente degli interventi definitivi e non di solo ripristino per l’eliminazione della problematica con idonei materiali deumidificanti e sistemi di areazione efficace. Il piatto doccia, la rubinetteria e l'elemento a cascata della vasca risultano deteriorati e andrebbero sostituiti. Inoltre, il rivestimento stesso della vasca risulta a mio avviso poco idoneo.

La rubinetteria molto corrosa dalla ruggine, e il fatto di avere a disposizione una vasca idromassaggio per uso privato e non avere avuto la possibilità di usarla perché l’acqua era troppo calda, e nonostante abbiamo chiesto di poterla abbassare ci è stato risposto che non era possibile. Quindi abbiamo pagato una suite con idromassaggio senza possibilità di utilizzo..

Препоръка от нас е да се помисли за чистотата в апартамента. Дивана и като цяло мястото има нужда от поддръжка. Помислете за аспирация на влагата от топлия басейн! Но дори и с тези минуси, престоят ни беше невероятен!
