-Bathroom was not adequately cleaned prior to our check in. For example Shower seat was not cleaned properly (accessible room) very grubby looking. Also toilet had residue on the seat and down the side of the toilet bowl. Strands of hair on the rubber bath mat and handheld shower head. The room itself was very clean though. -the bed was absolutely tiny. It felt like a small double bed which made the sleeping very squashed for two average sized people. This is odd as the room itself was very spacious in comparison to the tiny bed. - housekeeping staff speaking loudly and vacuuming at 9:45am whilst knocking on doors asking to clean rooms. For reference check out was at 12pm noon. -rude man on front desk (staff) I called in the morning to order full English breakfast to the room and he rudely told me breakfast can’t be delivered to my room and that I’d need to “come down, if you want that”.. Despite me calling the same front desk 5 mins prior to. Which his colleague told me I can still order breakfast as there is still 30 mins of breakfast service left. - the same rude male member of staff consistently rang the room phone at 12:04pm as we were literally making our way out of the door asking “ are you checking out?!” Again for reference check out was 12pm but he called up as if we were 30mins+ past the check out time. Overall had a really negative experience and would not return which is extremely unfortunate as we liked the location, the deco of the hotel overall and I am a Hilton Honors member. Definitely won’t be returning to this hotel.

Tv useless, parking useless as have to call concierge and wait about 5/10 mins gate breaks and doesn’t open may aswell park outside somewhere, and is long as well as being expensive. Some rooms the bathroom / sink has no door so be wary. Irene is rude, Razia is amazing. But i got ‘upgraded’ seemingly to a lower priced room so double check if not happy

Établissement ultra bien localisé, excentré de Londres, proches de la ligne DLR et du métro. Le personnel est très accueillant et a l’écoute. Les chambres sont spacieuses.

The hotel staff were wonderful, especially Rona. She was very helpful and incredibly friendly. She made our week-long stay so enjoyable. It's wonderful to meet such dedicated people! The restaurant staff were also top-notch, providing us with a delicious breakfast each morning. It was the perfect place to celebrate the concerts, as the hotel is just one tube stop away from the O2 Arena.

Absolutely loved my stay here. The location is perfect for The O2 Arena, and the hotel itself is beautifully clean, well maintained and offers an excellent range of facilities and dining options. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, especially Irene, who went above and beyond. I also really appreciated the extended checkout. A wonderful experience — I’d happily stay again!⭐️

We had a really nice view, it’s close to transport links and the facility had anything you’d need for a stay. And the price was not bad at all. I would return.

Everything was amazing, the only thing that was slightly annoying was the Bluetooth connection to speakers didn’t work and the TV was only channels and the connect to media had a YouTube icon but only radio when you went into it. Still amazing and didn’t bother us for the one night only.

The food was amazing (breakfast and room service ) . Irene (at the desk) was so lovely and deserves a promotion!

I didn’t like that there weren’t smart TVs , made late night entertainment limited if you planned to stay in .

It would be nice if the minibar wasn’t empty, and if slippers, bathrobes, and liquid hand soap were provided.

The room and staff were great and drinks at the bar were good too. We didn’t eat so can’t comment. The bed and pillows were really comfortable and Irene who checked us in was helpful.

The breakfast was lovely- lots of different options - the hotel is in a brilliant place- 5/6 min walk to the underground - 3 minute walk to Oysteria (a gorgeous bar) - the beds were super comfortable - the staff were very accommodating

The shower has an unpleasant smell, to the point my partner and I couldn’t go in! so showered in the pool section

Par ailleurs, l'aspirateur et la poussière n'étaient pas faites tous les jours, nous avons fait une remarque à l'accueil de l'hôtel pour cela.

La literie était top et le personnel très gentil. Le petit déjeuner était excellent avec beaucoup de choix. Une belle salle de sport, le sauna et le hammam et la piscine très belle, même si l'eau était trop froide. Proche d'une bouche de métro

La salle de douche était petite et mal conçue. L'eau de la piscine était trop froide et il n'y avait que 5 transats. L'hôtel est loin du centre de Londres

Arriver depuis 9h à Londres, on vient déposer nos affaires . 15h on revient notre chambre degeulasse et supplément on me donne une chambre plus petite que ce que j’avais réservé. lol

Irene's service was outstanding, she really knows how to take care of guests. Plus, the hotel facilities were nothing short of amazing.

The room was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Upon arrival we were greeted by some staff who weren't the most friendly but the guy who checked us in was lovely. The bath staff were also very nice and accommodating. We decided to order breakfast in bed late in the ebeing requesting we have it delivered by 09:30/10:00. The meal was delivered on time, and by a very lovely staff member. The food was amazing and on the whole, felt our experience here was good value for money! Thank you!

Our experience was nothing short of amazing; however, we would have liked a balcony or outside area to relax and drink our champagne. We may have missed an outdoor area as we didn't really go looking for one. A balcony wiuld have been ideal. This being said, we understand this is not something that is easy to change.

The fridges didn’t work, there were no plugs near mirrors to do your hair/ makeup. There was loud tv music that could be heard, even reception came up and investigated but couldn’t find where the noise was coming from.

The swimming pool was a nice bonus. The hotel was clean

No fridge in the room; when we were given it, it had not been cleaned before being given to us—mold inside, smelled and the door was broken and it didn't work properly, food didn't get cold. The duvet needs replacing; the filling inside the duvet was very patchy, and the duvet cover was too big for the duvet, making it very uncomfortable to sleep under. A toilet brush was missing, and the tap in the bathroom was loose. The small shower head also needed replacing ,it was not very powerful.

We had problems with the air conditioning which only worked intermittently. The staff were extremely helpful in trying to sort it out and gave as complimentary parking to compensate.

Location and the buffet breakfast was the standouts.

For the money (£289+£50 on the room on arrival) General cleanliness lacked in the room with hairs on the beds and limescale in many parts of the bathroom. Paintwork in the room is also tired from what looked like previous room decorations. Staff were friendly.

It was a good location for the tube, we were going to the London Stadium. Checking in was easy, staff friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed using the pool, sauna and steam room. Breakfast was good.

Property was good, only thing that would make the room better was a hanging area for the bathroom towels. Plus the shower/shampoo containers did not work well.

Had a fantastic stay here - the room was very clean, nicely decorated and the bed was comfy. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The location was brilliant with easy access to places - will definitely be staying here again and recommending to others when they visit London.

We specifically wanted a hotel with a pool, sauna and steam room. Unfortunately, the steam room was out of bounds and as it was cornered off, it didn't look very presentable. There is also a small number of loungers meaning we had to put our robes and towels on the floor. I feel like this space would definitely benefit from more seating as I don't feel like the space is used to it's potential.

Week 2 and 1 of the lifts still doesn't work so the journey down or up is often by stairs... its a tall building. It's about 1km from the centre so expect a good walk

Breakfast was cold on 1st day, only the sausages had any degree of warmth. I mentioned this to the waitress. We both opted to have a lighter breakfast on the second morning, although there were lids on the pans having not been there on the first day. Bar prices were too high £5 for a bottle of water was extortionate. Having been a publican for over 18 years the drink & a regular drinker of Morgan's Spiced Rum, the product i received tasted nothing like it should have, i would suggest this was an alternative cheaper brand. This caused reflux during the small hours & thus disturbed sleep. We did not complain as we took the drinks to our room as a nightcap.

What an amazing stay! Breakfast was absolutely delicious — perfectly cooked every morning — and every receptionist we met was so warm and welcoming. A special shout‑out to Keyisha, who looked after us today. Her smile was so bright and contagious it genuinely lifted our morning. The chef was wonderful too! She always made sure my daughter knew when the freshly cooked items were ready, and she even pointed out the fresh pancakes the moment they came out. Such thoughtful, personal touches made our mornings feel extra special. We asked for a late checkout and it was sorted instantly, no fuss at all. Any little concerns we had were handled quickly and professionally. The pool, gym, jacuzzi and sauna were all spotless and fully working — such a treat. Fingers crossed the steam room will be up and running next time, because we’re definitely coming back. Overall, we had a fantastic experience — I would happily stay here again and again!

Domestic should take extra care when cleaning...check what belongs to the hotel and what doesn't.

The hotel certainly earns high marks for the variety and quality of its breakfast offerings. As someone who adheres to a Halal-only diet, I was particularly impressed by the extensive selection, including delicious chicken sausage. The staff were very accommodating of special requests, such as hot chocolate, poached eggs, and omelets, which was a lovely touch. The pool facilities were quite good, though it's worth noting there are no lifeguards present, so extra caution is advised if you have children. While the steam room was out of order during my visit, the sauna was enjoyable. The rooms themselves were quite clean and tastefully decorated. We did experience some difficulty with the air conditioning, but the weather during our stay was exceptionally challenging. Despite this, we had a very pleasant stay overall.

The absence of a mini-fridge in the room presented a slight inconvenience, particularly when traveling with children and in warm weather, as access to cold beverages would have been appreciated. The televisions were not smart TVs, limiting viewing options to standard free-to-air channels, some of which were not operational. The pillows were rather uncomfortable, which made restful sleep challenging. Additionally, the mugs provided for tea and coffee were not clean, containing hair and dust, necessitating a wash before use.

Location absolutely great, very clean and spacious rooms. Bigger than other well known hotel chains. The reception lady was fantastic, she managed to give us one of the rooms way before check in time , which gave us more time to explore the city. Really appreciate her help, generosity and friendly welcoming. Strongly recommend Lincoln Plaza, and definitely we will return.

Saturday May 16th 2026 - Lincoln Plaza Curio Collection is a very decent hotel. Comfortable, relaxing, clean rooms. All spaces I did see outside the confines of my spacious King sized guest room were also nicely curated. Front desk attendants seemed friendly and professional. I had a momentary hiccup when I couldn't quickly locate the hotel Wi-Fi password and went downstairs to request it from the front desk. Not sure what it was, and maybe my perception was inaccurate, but the front desk lady there seemed either agitated that I had interrupted her work or that I hadn't seen the Wi-fi password written on the back of the paper sleeve of the key card. Other than the brief and slightly staticky wi-fi password related exchange from the front desk lady, all staff I encountered there were quite nice and accommodating. I would happily grade Lincoln Plaza Hotel nearly a full 5 Stars.

Front desk lady seemed a little irritated with me asking for the hotel Wi-fi password. It was written on the back of the keycard paper sleeve and I had apparently missed it.

The staff were really lovely, the food was fantastic and they left us a card and some chocolates for our 20th friend anniversary.

The rooms are beautiful, very comfortable bed!!

The entrance from the car park was a little strange, walking through all the corridors to find the right one of many lifts was confusing.
