Amanora The Fern Pune, Series by Marriott

Location, views and calm surroundings!

Long walk to the building hosting guest rooms

The park beside the club.

The pool and sport activities are for society club members and not hotel, so we really have to convince the hotel and club to allow access.

Location

Cleanliness and mosquitoes

Very courteous staff, good food snd location

Very grand looking. Super size rooms very comfortable and good quality stuff used every where.

Amazing ambience

Unfortunately, there was AC leakage in my room , which was repaired like 3-4 times , so nothing against the staff , but otherwise , it turned out to be a nightmare as water kept on dripping making the whole room a walking swimming pool

Great experience.

Our stay at Amanora The Fern was nothing short of magical, a night that will forever be etched in our hearts as the best of our lives. The service was impeccable, delivered with such genuine warmth and attentiveness that it felt like the staff were personally invested in making our moment unforgettable. They went above and beyond, surprising us with a bottle of chilled champagne and two elegant glasses as per our special request, and the beautifully decorated bed was a touching masterpiece that made our hearts skip a beat. Every interaction with the team was infused with kindness, transforming our stay into the perfect start to a new chapter. The food was an absolute delight, elevating our experience to new heights. The chicken stroganoff was a creamy, savory triumph, perfectly balanced and bursting with flavor in every bite. The hot chocolate was a warm, indulgent hug in a mug, rich and comforting, exactly what we needed to cozy up our evening. The rasmalai was divine—soft, spongy, and soaked in a delicately sweet saffron-infused milk that melted in our mouths. And the scoop of vanilla ice cream? Silky, classic, and the perfect sweet note to end our meal. Each dish was crafted with care, making every bite a celebration of taste and texture. Our room, with its stunning view of the vibrant boulevard, was the ideal backdrop to this unforgettable night. Amanora The Fern didn’t just provide a stay; they created a memory we’ll never let slip from our minds. To the exceptional team, thank you for your outstanding service, culinary brilliance, and for making our night so extraordinarily special. We’ll return, not just for the luxury, but for the love and care you pour into every detail.

Schönes Hotel mir viel grün Flächen. Baustil sehr interessant. Zimmer mit Balkon. Sehr aufmerksames Personal.

Overall it's a beautiful property

Beautiful views and peaceful place

It’s a beautiful property with great amenities

Nothing

Lights are continuously cutting and bathroom water was not draining properly

Please check lights switch and mcb switches because they continuously cutting off

Huge comfortable rooms. Good food.

Being hounded after every transaction for my feed back. once is enough!

The hotel looked beautiful at night. The room was spacious and fairly clean. The checkin and checkout was easy. They had space for storing luggage after checkout. It was pretty private

The balcony was covered in dust. The toilet flushes were leaking. The remote to the AC seemed to have vanished. Breakfast was subpar, the doasas and pav were half done. The doughnuts were dry. The housekeeping needed to be called atleast 3 times to get anything, including water. Their pool is shared with club members and it turned out to be a coaching centre for kids which was really unexpected. Babita (front desk manager) was extremely rude and very unhelpful. Definitely NOT a place I would recommend anyone to stay if they're looking for a relaxing holiday.

A beautiful place, friendly atmosphere and staff. Just perfect

There were multiple breakfast options, though I must say I am a light eater. Just had cereals and fruits for breakfast.

Can't think of anything I didn't like.

The rooms were big and clean... the staff ( cleaners, waiters)were friendly...

The staff at the reception should be taught how to meet and greet you. They were not friendly

The Ambience is Good from outside. Room facilities were good.

Not much for family travellers. Restaurant staff not properly trained to attend to guests requirement. They struggle to Communicate in Hindi/English. May be their background from interior India makes it difficult for them. The Restaurant needs atleast two or more smart staff speaking hindi/english. The Check in Procedure was slow.

Ambience

They gave the room that faced another building and not the lawn as per the request. First, they were giving ground floor, which I refused and later gave 1st floor with backside view. The room was good, but it could be least used room.

This hotel is gorgeous. Very nice equipments, big rooms, beautiful swimming pool. Breakfast (buffet) had a lot of variety and was good. Staff was helpful and nice.

I tried to cancel my stay for major circumstances but no one has ever replied to my different attempts (email, whatsapp, phone calls) nor to Booking.com 's customer service attempts. This was very disappointing and troublesome.

Ambience

Booking from Your side gives us service like third class.i have to pay bill for each thing cannot pay at checkout.

Service and third class treatment as I book from online.

Nicely

Nice

I Have issue with their break fast buffet as we have book for Four days and three nights in which for one day we have to go some where early in morning . So we have requested them to allow us for Night buffet as we have miss our morning buffet , but their reception staff refuses clearly that they didnot entertain this type of request and behave very unprofessionally

Their staff behavior and listening terms. As they can speak to their managers for our request but they simply refuses our request and did not behave in proper manner

Unique oriental property design in mids of city

No welcome drink/ water offered Was alloted a smaller room than what was booked. Felt short changed Spoke and protested to Priyanka Deputy Manager at night and only then was alloted the booked bigger room. Reservation staff not efficent.

Massive property...nice location

The room was lovely and the breakfast was amazing.

excellent

It is always good to stay there

Room, cleanliness, food

Work going on, very crowded and lit even in late night due to wedding reception which was bang in front of the room. Next day, workers dismantling the set made it look like a construction site

Very serene and quite

Fresh air, very good area, clean, green, quiet, amazing property

Nice stay with family .....food and facilities were very good

Excellent Hotel and good staff

The space

Landscaping, cleanliness, infrastructure

Communication gap between the staff

Food is too good...place is super clean and calm... Staff is exceptional..

The location ie if you need to be in Magarpatta or Hadapsar. The staff - right from reception to the restaurant as well as housekeeping.

Aging property. This is a 3 star,at best. And that is stretching one’s imagination. Teeny rooms. Rather unfortunate that there are no options around this area.

Excellent

View

Nice ambiance. Value for Money

It’s awesome & very ultra-modern things

So called terms & conditions who is not tell us on the time of check in

Everything was incredible. The staff were extremely accommodating and went out of their way to assist in any way they could. Rooms were clean and spacious. Food on site was delicious and fresh. Grounds were well maintained. Easy access to near by malls, restaurants, and parks.

Nothing, everything was great.
