The location was great. Walking distance to Acropolis. The checkin experience was great. Good thing to know that reception is open from 8:30 am to 8:30 pm. Yianna was great. She greeted us warmly, gave us best recommendations about restaurants and nearby attractions and made sure all of our needs are met. The room was clean and had microwave and electric stove for our use. Had a great experience with this property.

The property does not have elevator for people. There is an elevator for luggages only.

Great location - a short walk to the Acropolis and the Acropolis museum, great restaurants, and Plaka, plus not far from Monastiraki! Plenty to do and see around there. At check-in we were given so many great recommendations for where to go during our stay! The room was a bit small but fine for a short stay, and otherwise quite comfortable. The shower was very nice! Overall no complaints and I would stay here again :)

Location was excellent and George was extremely helpful and accommodating. We had a party of 10 to accommodate and everyone was happy with their rooms. The rooftop apartment was perfect for our family to gather.

The location is great. It is close to the Acropolis Museum and southeast entrance to the Acropolis. A 24 hour restaurant is around the corner. Many restaurants are very close. The staff is extremely friendly. The rooms are clean and well laid out with a kitchenette. There was no noise from outside. The only somewhat negative is that I didn't find the first light switch when entering until our last morning. It is around a corner in an indent. So, at night, we went up a rather dark staircase until the next light switch. Someone else was having a lot of trouble with that situation. That is an easy fix.

Absolutely amazing stay! Yianna is the most lovely lady - she kindly organised for our room to be ready early as she knew we had an early arrival and was so helpful in recommending places to visit / eat (giving us a map etc.). Nothing was too much trouble. The room itself was beautiful - shutters giving a complete blackout effect and excellent air con. The bed was sooo comfortable - having been in an uncomfortable bed on a cruise for 2 weeks, I slept for 9 whole hours undisturbed! We stayed in a ground floor room (room 1) but were not disturbed by noise outside. Highly recommend and we will 100% return.

Stayed 3 nights here and it was amazing. Room was modern, with a very comfortable bed after spending the days exploring Athens. About a 8 minute walk to the Acropolis. George at front desk was very helpful and housekeeping did a great job. Would definitely recommend.

I can only reiterate what everyone else is saying - great location, extremely clean room, super accommodating staff. We did the breakfast box every morning and it was plenty and it came with fresh squeezed orange juice. For 12 euros it was a great deal and was also delivered on time. George at the front desk gave us a map of the area upon arrival and suggested where we should go and where to eat. There are several great things to see that are a few minutes walk.

Easy to find, very safe & close to Acropolis historical site. We were met by possibly the most friendly person in Greece "Jianna " . This room at top of building had yourself a private rooftop terrace. Overlooking the area which was amazing. The room itself was top notch. We also had Roma pizza for dinner ( 5 star) & just across the street.

Hotel is centrally located and convenient to area attractions and rooms are well appointed and very clean. The front desk staff repeatedly went above and beyond for us. Our daughter had a late change to her study abroad program and had to stay two extra nights. But Acropolis Stay was booked up, so we put her in another hotel nearby. The front desk receptionist walked her over to the other hotel and carried her luggage for her! And Yanna gave her personal number and told her to call her "Greek Mother" if she needed anything while she was studying in Greece! I would give this place 10 stars just because of Yanna! We love her so much.

Incredible staff - so nice and helpful, giving advice and suggestions of where to go and accommodating all our requests. Great location - within walking distance of many of the key touristy sites and nightlife and only 15mins to the beach. Facilities were great, good aircon, wifi and a lovely roofterrace. The kitchen had everything you need for short or long stays. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location close to all of the main attractions of Athens. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. There are stairs to the rooms but staff were willing to help with luggage. Overall it was an excellent choice for a short stay in Athens!

INCREDIBLE location! Everything is within walking distance. There is even a bank ATM on the corner. The staff gave us EXCELLENT recommendations on where to eat and what to see. The rooms are very nice and comfortable like your own apartment.

We could not have chosen a better place to stay during our time in Athens. The hotel was a very short walk to the Acropolis, Plaka, restaurants, and many other highlights of the city. From the moment we stepped in, we felt welcome and comfortable. We were early to check in and George not only made us nice espressos, he gave us many tips on where to go and how to get there. He then helped us with the luggage elevator and made certain we knew how everything in the room worked. Yianni was also an absolute joy to chat with and she genuinely cares for guests and their experience. She made sure our transfer to the port after our stay was flawless. The hotel room itself was comfortable, spacious, spotless and well equipped. When I say spotless, I mean absolutely spotless! I will be booking with the Acropolis Stay for all my future trips to Athens!

We liked the personal service from George and his attentiveness to our needs. The rooms were very cleverly designed to make the best use of limited space. The luggage elevator was a sensible way to get bags upstairs without having to have a full size elevator.

We wish we had an extended stay. Great location, close to everything able to walk everywhere. Staff is so helpful and accommodating. Stuffed our pockets with cookies and offered cold water every time we went to the lobby. How often would an owner of an establishment actually take the time to walk you and your family to different restaurants and a convenience store when you ask where you could get a phone charger and a good place to eat. Kept our bags before we checked in so we could enjoy the city and after we checked out because we had a late flight. Basically gave us an extra day of exploring the different venues in Athens. Unbelievable customer service. The room was larger than we expected. Clean and room for the three of us. Great water pressure for the shower. Can’t wait to go back and when we do we will be staying here again for sure.

Large room and well located near the Acropolis but we couldn't get it cool, dark or quiet. My wife awoke with several bug bites that we believe came from the couch. I don't think it's worthy of TA's Traveller's Choice designation nor Rick Steve's recommendation. Quite disappointing.

Location could not be beat. The room was modern and so clean and the bed was super comfortable. The hosts were extremely kind and informative and helpful. One of the nicest experiences on our travels. Book here and you will not regret it.

We thought the hotel was well located. The room was well designed-although on the small side, didn’t feel at all cramped and was well equipped. The amenities, a rrfrigerator and Keurig-type coffee maker, were also a plus, especially compared with pricier hotels in Athens. George gave us excellent suggestiions to get to know Athens, drawing walking routes on a map for us. We are planning to return at the end of our cruuse.

Great location with an easy access to all major sights either on foot or by subway. We were initially given a ground room which was noisy and cramped. To our benefit, the bathroom drain was clogged and after some back and forth with the management, we were transferred (after two days of negotiating) to a nicer and fully operational apartment on the upper floor. The management staff are very sleek communicators but focused more on niceties of the form than on substance. The place is very "instagram-able" and I can see why some people may love it.

Das Frühstück war zwar sehr lecker und frisch zubereitet, wurde aber von einem Lieferservice ins Zimmer gebracht, alles einzeln und in Plastik verpackt. Wir haben so viel Müll damit produziert…. Aufzug gibt es nur für das Gepäck.

We had a great experience at Acropolis Stay, largely due to Ioanna. She was very welcoming and provided us with a lot of helpful information about Athens. Her passion for the city is clear, and we appreciated the time she took to share her local knowledge with us. Ioanna showed us to our room, which was a spacious, clean studio with a functional kitchenette. It felt very comfortable and well-maintained. A standout detail was the high-quality face cream provided as an amenity—it was a lovely touch and one I plan to purchase for myself now that I'm home. While the building does not have an elevator, getting settled was straightforward. After carrying our bags up a few initial steps into the building, a dumbwaiter carried our luggage up to our floor, which made the arrival process quite easy. The location is the hotel's strongest asset. It is an easy 3-minute walk to the Acropolis Museum and the Parthenon. To help us make the most of it, Ioanna mapped out a walking route that allowed us to see the best sites in the area efficiently. Bottom line: This is a clean, comfortable, and perfectly located spot for anyone visiting Athens. We highly recommend it for the service and the location.

We had a fantastic stay. The apartment was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. This was our first stop in Greece from the UK, it was lovely to have air conditioning as we acclimatised to the warmer weather. The property is secure and well serviced. Check in was easy and efficient. Janna greeted us on reception and was a ray of sunshine. She was helpful with all our needs with good advice on everything from where to eat to the best local tours and guides. The property is in the heart of the city and is easy to get to from the airport on the Metro. The Acropolis and museums are a short walk away along with all the restaurants bars and shops you could imagine We will definitely be returning later in the year.

This is in a wonderful convenient location while being off the main touristy area. The staff are beyond helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and quiet. While this hotel has no amenities other than reception and housekeeping, it was a non issue for us. What really impressed me was they made sure housekeeping cleaned my room first so when I arrived around 11am it was available for me to check in. I had emailed the hotel prior about my early arrival time and had no expectation that they would do this. Their attention to detail is very much appreciated.

Lovely Yianna, Fay and George took every opportunity to make our stay as relaxed and enjoyable as possible. The hotel location is perfect for exploring old Athens. The room, equipped with microwave, coffee pod machine etc was clean and well designed. Plenty of sockets and good reading lights.The shower was the best. Breakfast selection was good and was delivered to the room.

Wish we could have stayed here more than 1 night. Unexpectedly luxurious with super friendly and helpful staff. Fun freebies abounded, including nice fluffy slippers, dental hygiene kids, and cookies/candies and local liqueur :-) in the lobby. Beds were comfy, shower was almost too much water. Breakfast boxes were pretty fun, with surprisingly good pastry. Only thing to beware was there was only a luggage elevator, you'll have to walk up steps if you're on an upper floor.

Το δωμάτιο του 1ου ορόφου που έμεινα εγώ ήταν πολύ θορυβώδες και από την λεωφόρο που περνούσαν αυτοκίνητα, αλλά και από τα νυχτερινά κέντρα που υπάρχουν στην περιοχή. Το κατάλυμα έχει σκάλες οπότε αν έχετε κινητικό πρόβλημα θα δυσκολευτείτε. Η ρεσεψιόν είναι ανοιχτή από τις 08:30 έως τις 20:30. Το πρωινό σερβίρεται κατόπιν αιτήματος στο δωμάτιο αλλά ήταν κρύο όταν έφτασε.

My room was on the first floor next to the road. It was noisy for most of the night - sound proof windows didn't work. TV remote didn't work, safe didn't work.

Perfect location for our 3 generation family Athens visit. It was a 3 minute walk to the Walk Athens office to begin our Acropolis tour and 2 minutes to the TagAthens charter bus pick up site for full day trip to Delphi. The office people were exceptional from the planning stage of our trip to our visit. The welcome greeting, which involved Greek alcohol and wonderful recommendations, was warm and beyond any other. Yoanna, especially, went above and beyond! The suites were beautiful, spacious, clean and well-appointed. The room service style breakfasts had large proportions and were delicious! A nice table for eating was in the room making it enjoyable..

I was fortunate enough to find this gem of an inn and stay for a week! I loved that my room had every essential needed (fridge, microwave, dishes, iron/board) and even some extras, like the house shoes and delicious vegan breakfast. To make this beautiful room even better was the beautiful staff, who did EVERYTHING to make sure my stay was enjoyable. The staff is knowledgeable and supportive..they felt like good friends. I'll definitely be back!

It was very clean, and housekeeping came every day. Great location. Appreciated the cooking facilities and the patio. Great shower and linens. Helpful friendly staff. Very quiet. Able to adjust temperature in room for comfort and heating/cooling unit was nice and quiet. Room was on the smaller side, but nice to have the sleeping and eating areas somewhat separate.

Yianna an der Rezeption war einfach perfekt. Bereits im Vorfeld konnten Besonderheiten für das Frühstück geklärt werden und vor Ort hat Yianna sich die Zeit genommen, mir genau zu erklären, was ich mir in Athen anschauen sollte. Vielen Dank dafür. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und es ist eigentlich alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch die Metro Station ist ganz in der Nähe. Das Zimmer war sauber und exakt wie auf den Fotos dargestellt. Es gibt sogar Rollläden zum Abdunkeln des Raumes.

Aufgrund der Lage an einer vielbefahrenen Straße ist dies auch bei geschlossenem Fenster zu hören.

The location is very comfortable, pretty close to the old sity. The staff is nice and friendly, can't imagine better than that :) The basic facilities preset - small fridge, coffee machine, hair drier, etc. I can recommend an exceptional place to have a morning coffee / breakfast, the "Coffee Joint" in a distance of 5 min walk.

It's not a drawback, but if one have heavy luggage (or elderly people) - please take into account that there are 7-8 steps of staircase outside of the main door, plus 5-6 inside. For my personal opinion, the beds were too soft, but again - it's not a problem, just a question of a preferences. Overall there are no real problems at all.

Es muy moderno, la habitación era muy amplia y bien dotada con todo lo necesario, el desayuno variado y completo y la ubicación del hotel es excelente pues la acrópolis está muy cerca, así como otros sitios turísticos y la estación del metro. Además, los alrededores del hotel son muy buenos, lleno de restaurantes y tiendas.

Que no tiene ascensor para personas, solo para el equipaje.
