BISHA, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Toronto

Nice sized room in a good location. Rooftop restaurant had a great view of the city. Nice amenities and great food!

We asked for our room to be cleaned when we went for dinner and it wasn’t. The lighting in the elevators and lobby was not great!

Exceptionally clean, quirky decor. Comfy bed.

Views not great! Not a city view as described. No space to store luggage. Phone did not work. Alarm went off at 6am! Did not replenish bar.

I stayed here when Air Canada cancelled a connecting flight home to SF, CA. I found the hotel on TripAdvisor. It was a great property, and I only wish I could have stayed there longer.

Staff amazing. Overall very good.

One lift broken. Long waiting time.

It was very clean and the staff was very helpful.

I liked everything.

Excellent location, wonderful warm & friendly staff. Great selection of restaurants & bar. Will definitely stay here next visit!

Comfortable bed, a full minibar with a large selection!

No slippers in the room!!! The room is very dark, the light controls are inconvenient. The view from the window is onto the neighboring building, and it is impossible to open the curtains.

L’ubicació, el personal i el matalàs

L’esmorzar no estava inclòs

The woman at reception who checked us in was excellent. The restaurant, Kost, is excellent.

Fantastic staff so very helpful and friendly. What an amazing hotel we just loved everything about it. Its our new favourite in Toronto!

Nothing it was perfect

Service was unbelievable from check in, to cocktails and valet. Hotel is beautiful and a better stay could not have been had.

Incredible hotel - unique situation in that we had a medical emergency and the staff was extremely helpful and generously accomodating. We cannot wait to return soon.

Beautiful place

I recently stayed at the Bisha Hotel, and my experience was far from satisfactory. I booked a room specifically advertised with a city view, but the room I received had a very disappointing and obstructed view. It felt like a bait-and-switch tactic, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed caliber.my stay at the Bisha Hotel was a complete letdown. The false advertising regarding the city view, combined with the poorly maintained and unclean room, made for a terrible experience. Worst Experience with The Manager DORIS AND NORBEJ front. Desk I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quality stay in the city. Save your money and book elsewhere.

Friendly and Clean environment, highly recommended for a wonderful experience. They’re fast and friendly and always ready to help you out with anything. This place is marvelous and has amazing decor and views.

Excellent hotel. Great service. Wonderful location. Very comfortable matress and pillows. Room had two washrooms which was perfect. Highly recommend.

We had a fabulous stay! Highly recommend this hotel.

Had a wonderful stay at the Bisha .

The service was great. Everybody was very polite and willing to help

Lovely hotel and the roof top pool was amazing with the best views. All the staff was top of line. Fun happening spot but if you want peaceful not up beat it’s not for you. Def coming back again.

Staff was very friendly !! Room was very nice.

Amazing time spent there

Love the decor in the room. Love the bathroom. Love the rootop resaurant restaurant. The kale salad was phenomenal. Staff could not be more pleasant. Love the gym!

The rooftop pool only accommodates 10 lounge chairs and you have to reserve them in advance. There is a good chance someone has beaten you to the reservation. And then the chaise lounges are removed at 530 pm to make room for outdoor dining.

Lovely hotel with genuinely great people. If you’re bringing a car the parking service was excellent. Fabulous room with great view of the Toronto tower and the restaurant (KŌST) on the 44th floor has great food and a fabulous view over the city and lake. Genuinely impressed.

My stay was fantastic. The amenities were beautiful and extremely clean, and the staff members were exceptional. I was very grateful for valet parking, as it’s a busy area and finding parking in Toronto can be challenging. Overall, my experience was excellent.

Amazing experience at the Bisha. From a comfortable room to excellent service. This place doesn’t miss a beat. The rooftop pool was beautiful.

The staff are exceptional

We recently stayed at Hotel Bisha for 5 nights and can’t wait to come back. The staff is very welcoming and inclusive, and after staying hundreds of nights at Marriott / Starwood properties I give it to the Bisha’s front desk staff for their hospitality and for having the most stylish uniforms. The food and decor is top notch. Beware if you are assigned a room facing the rear of the hotel that you’ll hear trucks beeping most mornings (and slightly later on Saturdays).

Staff very attentive. Stunning view from top floor with a pool.. Enjoyed breakfast at Kost with this view!

No lounge as such but Bar has comfortable chairs to relax on.

Staff very friendly and helpful. It was our Golden Wedding and they gave us cake and fruit. We had breakfast at Kost on the top floor which had amazing views over Toronto, Very trendy hotel.

Safe in room in lower cupboard near floor and was very hard to access.

the hotel just beautiful, the staff is amazing, the location . just love it .

Swanky

The place was perfect! The only odd aspect was the pool's location — it was right next to the dining area, making it nearly impossible to avoid splashing guests who were eating.

Very stylish hotel that stands out from those around it. Dark and broody but cool. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast at Kost was excellent and what a view from up there. The concierge was so helpful when I mislaid an item. I’m super grateful to them. We would come back again.

The experience was enjoyable overall; however, I noticed that the restroom had a strong urine odor that cand dor that could be improved. Addressing this by cleaning that area thoroughly would enhance the overall atmosphere.

Everything was amazing

The room had an excellent location and a really comfortable bed. The unique and interesting room decoration gave it a boutique-style vibe.

Overall it was a really good place.

Booked but didnt have an available room

Excellent location, brilliant staff. Fabulous welcome, nothing too much trouble. A great hotel experience.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, very clean.

We got stuck in the elevator for 50 minutes!!!

Very good customer service but too expensive for the property and room

A great way to celebrate a 50 th birthday. Thanks for everything.

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary and it was amazing. Zayn went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we need and more. Highly recommend

Location and the design

The rooms view is closed up and with the decor is little dark

Amazing service, concierge was really nice and helpful

Beautiful hotel, the staff was so friendly and accommodating to our needs. The 2nd time I stayed there and will keep staying there!

Loved my stay at the Bisha-from the moment I arrived they were so helpful. My room was so chic and loved the decor. I travel a lot and this stay really stood out from other stays....

Exceptionally clean, unique experience with exceptional staff, management, and even room service meals were outstanding. We only stayed one night (our Toronto stay was part of a road trip) but we'll definitely be back. Bring money but it's well worth it.

Truly a fabulous stay! Every single employee was so kind and helpful, they all seemed really genuine and absolutely made our experience a great one. The location is perfect. The hotel and room itself was very alternative and chic. Valet parking was very easy, as was checking in and out. Highly recommend!

Simply 5 stars, amazing all around

Great hotel with change in ownership.

.

Nice hotel. Room was very nice. Very close to the Roger Centre. The on site restaurants are great.

Always impeccable

staff are great. They are the reason I return

Unique property

I like how quiet and well put together everything is

Very nice hotel and staff.

Heated floors, comfortable bed, stylish decor.

There was no tea, only coffee by the coffee maker. Sometimes it's nice to have a cup of tea in the evening...

Amazing and classic

Internet does no work

My stay was amazing and definitely made my birthday a memorable one.

Beautiful property, rooms are stunning with great staff and an incredible location

Staff was great. The room was awesome. They gave me an upgraded room too with better lighting and view. Restaurant choices in the hotel were very nice. The food was great. Loved that place. Would definitely go back and stay at the Bisha Hotel again
