Gramtahouse

Yousif was brilliant, luxury villa with a very friendly cat. The pool area was relaxing and comfortable all around. Well Dane brothers :)

Fantastisk area and wonderful place. Very good personal.

This is the best Holiday we have had at Gramtahouse Villa Hotel. Very close to city center, breakfast is big and the beds are so comfortable. They took care of everything from airport transfers to excursions. FIVE STAR

Very Clean Rooms and Swimming is massive Love this Villa x

Such an amazing experience!! Honestly couldn’t thank the Gramta house team enough they gone above and beyond with their hospitality and have helped me and my family make cherishing memories here. The villa is massive and had very traditional detail through out, all the rooms had their own bathrooms and some with balconies aswell, everything was close to us either walking distance or a 5 min drive as it’s located right in the city centre. The food prepared by the chef was out of this world as we really got to appreciate the taste of Moroccan cuisine, all rooms were very clean and if we needed extra towels they would get it for us upon request, thank you so much for accommodating us !!

It was amazing and ill be rebooking, the villa had so much history, culture and decoration and the owner and abdul went out of their way to make us feel we was at home. We had a driver that picked us up outside the airport and drove us to the villa, the villa was only 25mins walk from medina market and the mall was only 20 mins walk the bus/coach station was only down the road from the mall, also if you love cats there is cats in the villa that are lovely and friendly, overall this place is amazing and also the villa has a swimming pool and a trampoline

The housekeeper was sooo gentle. Take care cause with expedia they charge you 3$/day/pers in cash and it's not say.

From the moment we arrived, this Villa hotel exceeded every expectation. The level of service, attention to detail, and sheer luxury truly set it apart as one of the finest accommodations I’ve ever experienced.

Rooms were very clean and more towel's were given upon request. Each room had its own private bathroom and ours had a private balcony which overlooked the garden. An Unforgettable Stay at Gramtahouse Villa! Our experience at Gramtahouse Villa Marrakesh was absolutely exceptional. The villa is a true oasis—elegantly designed, impeccably clean, and filled with local charm. The private pool, serene garden, and breathtaking views created the perfect setting for relaxation. It’s the ideal mix of luxury and authenticity. We can’t wait to return!

Just 3 word to say Luxury magnificent Palace The Best Villa in Marrakesh ........

GramtaHouse Villa Hotel is the most beautiful and clean place we have ever stayed, Rooms are excellent and service is fantastic. We loved the location, just minutes walk into city center Kate

First of all, this is not a hotel. It's a house. There is a house keeper that can answer your questions and fix things if something goes wrong. You will be having to need him to unlock and lock the main door if you want to go in and out of the house. Pictures didn't represent the actual place as it stands now. Pool wasn't functional and some rooms are in basement and need serious cleaning. Upon check in, we realized our bathroom was outside our room which wasn't specified in the ad. There were spiderwebs on the ceiling, and some standing water in the room, air condition and the washroom drain wouldnt work either. Toiletries provided were half used hand soaps a almost-out bottle of shampoo. The keeper fixed the issues that we identified one by one, but then the power went out for our room at 4 in the morning due to overload in the building. Upon complaining again, the keeper fixed the light in the room however there was no air condition or wifi in the room for the rest of the morning. The next day, he did provide us with a better room that had the working AC. Wifi and cleanliness was still a concern. We felt bad requesting to fix items as most of the time, the keeper kept on running around fixing things. Lastly, most upsetting item was that they asked for 6 euros per person i(n cash) after the check in for the city tax. Very unprofessional and untrustworthy . If we had known this, we would've picked another place that incorporated in initial price.

Thank you!

This is basically a room in a house, it's not a hotel. The caretaker of the property lives on premises. The condition of the house is not the best, the AC in the room doesn't work and the water didn't drain properly from the bathtub. The room has just a bed, no tables or chairs or anything else. It is also not easy to get taxis on the street. Another thing is that they claim to have 24 hour shuttle service to the airport. We booked it twice, and both times the shuttle didn't show up. The caretaker had to help us get taxis from the street, which isn't easy. I'd recommend staying at a hotel or riad and not here.

HUNTED HOUSE DO NOT even think about booking this place before checking my photos. The pictures on the website must be from 20 years ago, back when it was actually nice, thanks to the cheap owner, it’s now basically an abandoned house. They’re straight up scamming people with fake photos and reviews, that’s how I got fooled too Everything was filthy, broken. The dirt is on another level. When we were going upstairs we noticed all the rooms are empty as the doors were opened and we are the only people in that creepy place!got to our room, there were stains all over the bed. When we pointed out the stains, he said it’s impossible then he saw it, got embarrassed, and replaced the sheets but it got worse, the second sheet he gave us had actual Dirt on it.I don’t even want to know what it was.The bathroom a disaster just check the pictures.Half finished walls, revolving doors, we got only one bedside and one towel while we booked a Superior room, don’t think about the hairdryer you will find even in motels That’s when we contacted Expedia for a refund While waiting, I remembered what the janitor had told me, the owner is so greedy,he put 10 am check out to be able to charge extra, and he even asked to charge€10 if you leave your luggage after checkout But that’s not even the worst part. The place is HUNTED.I had the worst night of my life, and my boyfriend experienced the same weird, terrifying stuff Maybe that’s why all the rooms were empty, even though the site said “only one room left😂

Very dark inside, curtains and blinds all drawn all day long and left to wait far longer than is acceptable to be let in each time we returned. Very disappointed with our stay, shame as pool area is pleasant and location close to airport is reasonable.

A Perfect Stay at Gramtahouse House Villa Hotel! Gramtahouse House Villa Hotel is absolutely spotless and incredibly well-maintained. The rooms are stunning — spacious, modern, and super comfortable. The staff are welcoming and attentive, and the whole place feels like a peaceful, luxurious escape. Highly recommend! Kate

I would not recommend this property to anyone, local or tourist. I was very disappointed and the reviews lied. I am glad that I only stayed one night and I almost left that night.

A true gem at a budget price. We had an enormous family room (two queen sized beds). The most wonderful mosaics and the most quirky bath/shower I have ever seen. The owner/manager was lovely and showed true Moroccan hospitality. Communication great prior to arrival too! Lovely seating areas both downstairs and upstairs. Near a main road for a taxi or 25 min walk to the Medina. Is close to the airport as well. Fully recommend for a budget option in a traditional Marrakesh villa.

If you like room keys that look like credit cards, this is not the place for you. But if you like sleeping in a four-poster bed straight out of Arabian Nights, you’d love Gramtahouse as much as I did. Kitchen wasn't too clean, but the bedroom and bathroom were spotless. Abdul was more like a kindly grandfather watching over the guests instead of a property manager.

Good and peaceful place to stay. Staff/hotel keeper was so kind and helpful. Defenitely going to visit again.

Me & my all family stayed at Gramtahouse Hotel Villa Honestly it was the most incredible time ...... Property condition & facilities are Excellent Staff & service are Excellent Area around the property is Excellent Cleanliness is Excellent Best of all is just 10 minutes walk into City Center & 10 minutes drive to the Airport Mandy

This space was perfect for me. I had been in Agadir previously at a hotel which was very impersonal, but the the villa, though a little out of the way, was gorgeous and comfortable. Abdul was very kind and took great care of me. I would love to come here and stay for a week and spend time with other travelers as well. Highly recommend!

The thing we liked about the Hotel Villa is that the BEDS are Extremely Comfortable and large. Excellent location and has a Snooker v / Pool table and the Kids had so much fun on the Trampoline in the massive garden. Clean, Comfortable & Safe Emma

Me and my family stayed for 4 nights here and we were very happy with the care and hospitality we received, staff were very accommodating and the villa was very clean all sheets and towels freshly washed and given on command seen as we kept using the swimming pool a lot. The chefs food was incredible we really experienced the true culture and cuisine here, thank you so much Gramta house Villa.

Gramta house Villa Hotel is possible one of the best places you can stay which is walking distance into city centre. Amazingly clean and rooms are large with very comfortable beds. Excellence staff & food is fantastic.

"An absolutely fantastic stay! The villa was stunning—spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed. The views were breathtaking, and the amenities exceeded expectations. Perfect for relaxation and making unforgettable memories. Highly recommend!" PETER JOHN

Five words for a 5 Star Villa / Hotel EXCELLENT BREATHTAKING EXCEPTIONAL OUTSTANDING IMMACULATE

Beautiful property and the staff were amazing, they greeted us with Moroccan tea and their traditional bread “mesemen” was absolutely amazing !!! Place was clean and the garden had a trampoline so it was great for the kids, our favourite was the Moroccan style baths they had which were available in every room. Overall we had a great time and will be coming back next year!!

Note : 5/5 étoiles"

Gramtahouse Villa Hotel is a breathtaking oasis in Marrakech! Stunning design, lush gardens, very clean and a serene pool. The top-notch service made it the perfect luxury hoilday for us. We are coming back for x-mas......... Jack

The villa is in excellent condition, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean. The staff is exceptionally professional, friendly, and attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay. The location is ideal, offering easy access to all nearby attractions, restaurants, and essential amenities. The swimming pool is well-kept, providing a relaxing and enjoyable space to unwind. Overall, it’s a perfect place for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

Traditional villa perfect for those who want to experience the culture of Marrakech, the staff were very nice and hospitable and we were able to get to the centre very quickly as it is located close to menara mall. All of our rooms were clean and we felt very comfortable and satisfied with our stay. A big thank you to the staff of Gramta house Villa for making our experience and memorable one!

Pure Bliss – A Perfect Stay! Our stay at Gramtahouse Villa Hotel was nothing short of magical. The villa is stunning—immaculate, beautifully designed, and surrounded by breathtaking views. The private pool and outdoor space were perfect for relaxation, and every detail was thoughtfully curated for comfort and luxury. Abdul the host was incredibly welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed. From start to finish, it was a flawless experience. We can’t wait to return! - Charlotte

Gramtahouse is "THE BEST" in Marrakech The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and offer stunning views that make waking up each morning a dream. The private pool was a highlight—crystal clear and perfect for relaxing while soaking in the incredible surroundings. The outdoor area, complete with lush gardens and cozy seating, provided the perfect spot to unwind. Whether you're looking for a peaceful retreat or a base to explore the area, this villa is a true gem. We left feeling completely refreshed and can’t wait to return. Highly, highly recommended! Mike Smith

A Slice of Paradise – An Unforgettable Stay! we were absolutely blown away. Nestled in a breathtaking location, this villa is the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and tranquility. The attention to detail in every corner of the property is impeccable, from the elegant décor to the pristine cleanliness. The host went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, offering excellent recommendations and making us feel at home. Every amenity we could need was provided, making our stay effortless and luxurious. Kate Brown

The location is excellent between the airport and the old city. The service and reception were 10/10, and he is the most important element of the place. He was extremely respectful and kind, and his name is (Abdul). The house is old and the rooms need a lot of renovation, as do the furnishings (bed and towels), for example. The heating was also bad.

Fabulous host Abdul is a gem. Villa is perfect for visiting Marrakesh.

Booked an expensive room but got a cold dinghy one for a couple hours until staff realized they put me in wrong room..

Inside was stone cold. Abdul kept the curtains and shutters closed. I think he was hiding from someone. He was creepy.. We opened the bedroom shutters/ windows to allow sunshine/warmth midmorning. He had told me not to open them. Why?? Dirt/cobwebs behind the cabinet and garbage under the bed. I lifted it while he swept. He had no mop. The security man was a gentleman. I wish the owners well with their business. I prefer to talk to Rafik/Owner personally about Abdul's actions.

Many years ago Gramtahouse was probably a nice place to stay. Now it is tired, dirty, in need of maintenance and decoration and is not fit for purpose. No breakfast was offered which is unheard of in Morocco. Add to this the fact that the "hotel" is far from anywhere, including anywhere to obtain anything to eat or drink. The photo's on the website were obviously taken many years ago because it looks nothing like that now. I complained to the owner Rafik and told him that I had paid far too much for what was offered to me and he agreed to refund some of the money I had paid. He never did this of course. These people are dishonest scam artists who should be avoided at any cost.

Great location

Fantastic property for the price, a 20 min walk from the medina

The place was great and its not too far from the airport

I’m so sorry to say that but we were so disappointed, this place so dirty and air conditioner was not working tv was not working and the place so cold. This place is not recommended at all 😔

Villa was very clean and the host was very accommodating. Had a very traditional setting and was located in the city centre. Definitely recommend.

The villa is in the centre of Marrakesh it was very clean and was easy to get around. Me and my family enjoyed it as We got to experience the culture as the Villa was very traditional and the host was very accommodating and friendly. Definitely recommend

Nice house, but rooms clearly require renovation. Also, the room was dirty (lot of dust) upon arrival. They also charged higher tourist tax without providing any supporting evidence. The houskeeper was however nice and helpful

Our host Abdul was fantastic and could not do enough for us. The guesthouse is has amazing decor and Abdul was available 24hrs which really helped us when we were out and about late. The guest house is away from the city but there are a few restaurants 12 mins walk as well as a cash machine.

Overall stay was good with family. Property is in very peaceful area and around 15 minutes from Kasbah. Abdul being caretaker was very friendly and cooperative.

This is an amazing property. I traveled in Morocco for three weeks and had some rather challenging stays at Hotels and AirBnB's. This was my last night and I needed a place close to the airport. When I arrived it was spectacular and made me want to stay for longer. The gardens are incredible, the view form the deck is awesome, and the location is perfect! Highly recommended! Oh, also, the man who met me at the entrance was an excellent host and speaks great English. Super wonderful guy!

We had the best time at Gramtahouse Villa Hotel Abdul took care of all our needs and the service is just Excellent. The Villa Hotel is like a little palace fit for Royalty. Exceptional quality, grandeur & luxury,

Beautiful villa, was very traditional and located in the city centre so me and my friends were able to get around quickly, the host was so kind and hospitable we were able to contact him 24/7 really made our experience memorable. Would definitely recommend for anyone who wants to experience the culture

Fantastic stay, Very friendly and accommodating. Beautiful clean rooms. A peaceful and safe sanctuary in a great location. Loved it so much !!....

The staff were amazing and extremely helpful. Made me want to go back to Marrakech. I’d love to stay at this place again.

Bathroom was dreadful- no shower or hot water. Very run down

The owner was so helpful fantastic service

I LOVED THE VIBE, THE WELCOME, THE STAFF, THE BREAKFAST, EVERYTHING IS SO CLEAN WITH EXCELLENT BEDROOMS.

Villa was very clean considering it’s size and was in the city centre so was quick to get around. Food provided was amazing really traditional and cultural and the host was so nice was able to get us anything we needed as we could contact him 24/7. Each of the rooms had its own bathroom and spare blankets, overall would rate this 8/10

Had an amazing time at this villa, made lots of beautiful memories and will never forget the hospitality offered by the host. Was extremely impressed with the conditions of the villa very traditionally designed and clean. Thank you so much for having us can’t wait to come back for the food. :)

We loved the massive swimming pool and the full size Trampoline.Their customer service is second to none. We had an amazing experience at this villa and they have a full size snooker / pool table too.

This Villa is like a Palace, A Fantastic service as ever & food is just amazing - I would highly recommend!

Our host Abdul was charming & attentive. The property is convenient to the airport, Medina & bus/train station.

We chose to stay here because we were flying out the next morning and wanted an easy drive to the airport. It took us maybe 10 minutes, if that, to get to the airport in the morning. Couldn't have been easier. The host of the property was very nice and welcoming, and made sure we knew about all the amenities. We ended up walking to the Medina, which took about 35 minutes but wasn't too bad. I would absolutely stay here again.

The property manager, Abdul, is the first highlight of this beautiful guesthouse. He is so helpful and used his connections to find me a great small-group tour in the Atlas Mountains. They also served the guests dinner one night, and the swimming pool offered a refreshing and relaxing place to unwind. Lastly, my four-day stay there was an unbelievable bargain. This was one of the most standout accommodations I've experienced anywhere.

Nice, spacious traditional accommodation. Good communal areas to sit andvtalk with other guests.Lovely garden and pool. The Manager Abdul will go over and beyond his duties to make your stay enjoyable. Great service and alwayscwith a big smile.
