Small challenge to get there. But very much worth the effort. It has beautiful rooms and amazing staff. This place is surrounded by outstanding places to eat.

Un lugar muy especial, todo en muy buen estado y lindo, volvería mil veces. Muy bien ubicado con lugares especiales para comer, desayunar, tomar café.

Es difícil entrar por que queda en una calle sin acceso para taxis, con lo cual toca caminar en subida con maletas y no tiene ascensor.

La ubicación es excelente. Sin embargo, el asunto de estacionar el coche sí es un problema. El hotel no tiene estacionamiento, y los estacionamientos públicos son muy caros. En la calle, no hay lugar nunca!

Vi blev Taget rigtig godt imod af det venlige personale som også var behjælpelige med seværdigheder og hvor det var godt at finde steder at spise. Værelset var rigtig fint med en virkelig god tagterrasse. Morgenmaden blev serveret på værelset.

Vær opmærksom på at der ikke er elevator. Så måske ikke for dårligt gående.

The staff were amazing! Same about the room.

We got a room in the last floor with billion of crazy stiff stairs.

Perfect location. Its close to all the touristy spots and at the same time in a quite neighbourhood. Room was exactly how it shows in the photos.

Staff was great! Soriah (Sue) was very nice and extremely helpful! She made good recommendations and reservations when needed. She even answered emergency call on her day off when the water got shut off.

We were on the 4th floor which was a lot of stairs for us. Thank goodness they helped us with luggage. The pictures on Booking.com were somewhat misleading. We thought the apartment would look like the first picture and be bigger. The TV was in an awkward spot - difficult to watch from bed (for instance if you wanted to see a movie in the evening) and the couch wasn’t that comfortable. For those with difficulty walking, we were in the hilly section so be aware of that. Also the street was essentially closed to Uber and Bolt which we didn’t realize, so best to ask staff to order a Taxi they know.

Tuvimos una habitación amplia, cómoda y totalmente equipada para pasar unos días en familia. La cocina tiene lavavajillas, tostador, menaje, nevera, microondas, cafe y agua de cortesía, etc. Además, pudimos lavar la ropa en su lavandería e incluso la subieron doblada a la habitación. Personal muy amable. Gracias!!

El único inconveniente podría ser la accesibilidad. Está situado en una cuesta con bastante pendiente, aunque es lo habitual en la zona, casi todas las calles tienen cuesta. El edificio no tiene ascensor pero lo bueno es que la escalera no va girando en forma de caracol, es un único tramo de escalones ascendente. Fuimos con carrito de bebé y pudimos dejarlo sin problema en el recibidor para no cargarlo a nuestra habitación.

We were there for 5 days ( 2 people) and they provided one T-bag and 4 coffee pods. None of them were replenished. It’s a very small thing that seems a weird place to cut corners. The walls are thin and we had a family next door who were quite noisy. There’s also a bar out the back with very loud music. The street has a bollard so no taxi can get up or down. It’s no problem for us but some might find it difficult with cases.

Erstmalig nur digital eingecheckt - völlig problemlos und sehr gut organisiert!

La amplitud y confort del apartamento. La cama es buena. No hay ruídos. La decoración. La luz que entra. La ubicación es muy buena para llegar a pié a todos los sitios, aunque la calle está en una cuesta pronunciada. El parking está cerca, a 10 m a pié. Todo muy limpio. El barrio es la típica zona portuaria en restauración con mucho ambiente internacional y locales para comer con mucho encanto.

Lo peor es tener que pagar un extra de 10€ por llegar después de las 10 PM. No tiene mucho sentido pagar por recibir una clave de entrada. Aún encima de no tener recepción a esa hora te penalizan...No lo entiendo. Lo considero abusivo. Otra cosa a destacar negativamente son la cantidad de escaleras que tienes que subir hasta la habitación. No hay ascensor y si vas con maletas puede ser un inconveniente. No fué mi caso, que sólo llevaba una maleta pequeña.

Auf der Website steht "Flughafenshuttle". Deswegen sind wir davon ausgegangen, dass es einen kostenfreien Transport zwischen Hotel und Flughafen gibt. Dies ist nicht der Fall. Erst auf Nachfrage haben wir dann im Kleingedruckten gesehen, dass der Transport nur gegen Gebühr erhältlich ist.

Very spacious and aesthetically pleasing apartment. We loved the mix between modern and antique. Big windows in the kitchen/living area, which were really nice considering the bedroom itself did not have any windows. Well located, however, be mindful of the many steep hills you will likely have to climb with your luggage. The shower had amazing water pressure (which is rare when it comes to hotels)

The bathroom was a little too dark, as well as the room. Because out apartment was right next to the reception, we did get a lot of noise whenever people would check in or out. Not the most well-equipped kitchen.

The employee was very nice and helpful. She mapped out a lot of the areas I wanted to visit. She showed me the room and explained how everything worked.

Comfortable apartment with everything you need to spend a few nights in Lisbon. Terrace was a plus and we really enjoyed it in the evenings. Staff service is outstanding.

Wooden floors are really noisy when walking. We were in the second floor and we could hear every footstep from upstairs neighbours. To what extent you are able to rest here depends on having heavy walkers above or not. One day the noise from above woke us up at 5 am (I guess they were checking out and the loud noise continued for 1 hour). Same issue with stairs, loud noise at 4 am when people was checking in/out.

Our apartment was so peaceful and quiet. It overlooked the garden in back. It had charm but was tastefully modernized. The location was great as well, near restaurants and an easy 10-15 min walk to the Chiado and Baixa. To be able to stay centrally located with peace and quiet is a rare treat. The hosts were so kind and helpful, and even offered to do our laundry if needed. We liked our stay so much that we canceled our airbnb for our return to LIsbon and booked at 54 Santa Catarina Apts again.

Nothing. The only thing I would have liked is a box of tissue, but it doesn't seem like that is standard in Portugal.

Sehr gute Lage, sehr großzügiges Apartment, vor allem sehr ruhig. Straßenbahn und Busse in direkter Nähe. Vielen Dank an das Team für die guten Tipps und den zuvorkommenden Service. Obwohl wir sehr spät ankamen, hat es mit dem Zutritt gut geklappt. In der Umgebung gute Gastronomie. Das Santelmo hatte sehr gute Fischgerichte., danke nochmals für den Tipp. Wer Frühstück möchte bekommt es im Korb vor das Zimmer gestellt. War sehr lecker. Für eine Städtereise ist das kleine Hotel wärmstens zu empfehlen.

Tolle Wohnung mit einem sehr schönen Ausblick auf den Fluss, die Brücke und die Jesus-Statue. Die Lage ist hervorragend und der Ausblick sowohl tagsüber als auch abends beeindruckend. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen

Für die Terrasse wäre ein Sonnenschutz, beispielsweise eine Markise oder ein großer Sonnenschirm, wünschenswert. Da die Terrasse tagsüber vollständig der Sonne ausgesetzt ist, konnten wir sie leider nur eingeschränkt nutzen

Great location. The apartment is very pleasant (it needs a few minor repairs, but this did not affect the overall stay). It was clean, and the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances.

Great apartment. Absolutely massive and nice to have yiur own terrace outside. Ana was very friendly and helpful on check-in and throughout our stay.

As we were on the ground floor it smelt a bit damp when we arrived, but that improved slightly during our stay. Also, we could hear every footstep from the apartment above. I'd probably book one of the rooms upstairs next time.

L'endroit est magnifique ! Décoré avec gout ! L'appartement est plus grand que sur les photos. Il est super bien équipé. La terrasse est parfait pour prendre son café le matin ou pour diner. Nous avons adoré notre séjour.

Le seul petit bémol : la clim n'est pas dans la chambre et les lits ne sont pas hyper confortables. Mais rien qui ne ternissent le séjour.

Large, spacious, unique property. Staff were wonderful- going out of way to assist with anything, great recommendations for restaurants. Apartment was close to everything- restaurants, bars, shopping. A hidden gem! Highly recommend.

Beautiful apartments at a very good location. Our room was very clean and came with everything we needed for a great stay. The large fridge was a bonus too. The staff is lovely! I would definitely choose this property again for a stay in Lisbon.

Laundry issue working to resolve it, did not realize the steep steps would be problematic for large feet and need a toilet tissue holder in bathroom.

The staff was terrific and the breakfast delivered to the room was fantastic. Good location with a short walk to many great restaurants.

Access to apartment was limited to taxis, however an Uber pickup pint was a 2-minute walk away. So not a big deal.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist die persönliche Betreuung durch Ana & Soraia vor Ort. Beide sind sehr höflich/freundlich/hilfsbereit und haben check-in, persönliche Betreuung sowie check-out außergewöhnlich empathischen Erlebnis gemacht. Unser Studio war hochwertig und sehr individuell (positiv!) eingerichtet. Das Bett war sehr gut. Die Sauberkeit ist hervorragend und es gab einen Zimmerservice / Handtuchwechsel bei nur vier Übernachtungen, womit wir gar nicht gerechnet hatten. Sehr schön war auch der morgendliche Frühstückskorb, der zur gewünschten Uhrzeit angeliefert und später vor der Zimmertüre abgeholt wurde. Wenn wir wieder einmal nach Lissabon reisen, würden wir die Unterkunft gern wieder buchen. Danke an Ana & Soraia.

We had a wonderful stay at 54 Santa Catarina Apartments. Ana was an amazing host — incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our visit. She gave us excellent restaurant recommendations that helped us experience the best of Lisbon, and even helped arrange laundry during our stay, which was greatly appreciated during a longer trip. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The balcony was one of our favorite parts — a fantastic view and the perfect place to relax with coffee or wine after exploring the city. The location was excellent, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and everything felt thoughtfully prepared. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon.

Zentrale Lage, trotzdem ruhiges und erholsames Umfeld. Sehr sauber und sehr komfortabel eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet (Klimaanlage, vollständige Küche, Haartrockner etc.). Alle Zimmer mit Fenstern zum Lüften. Überraschend schön eingerichtet mit Liebe zum Detail. Highlight großer heller Balkon mit schöner Aussicht.

Nur zur Info: Man kommt mit dem Auto nicht ganz bis an die Unterkunft - nur Ansässige können dort fahren! Parkplätze können aber in der Nähe über die Unterkunft kostenpflichtig hinzugebucht werden. Im Haus gibt es keinen Aufzug - war für uns aber kein Problem.

There is a very steep staircase and we were near the top of the building.

The terrace is wonderful, the location is really great, and there was everything we needed in the kitchen etc. the staff was also lovely, and goes over an beyond to help us have an amazing stay. They also allowing us to wash our clothes which was super convenient.

The only thing to consider is that when sleeping in the delux penthouse with 4 people, 2 people will have to sleep on a sofa, which is not very comfortable (especially one side, where two cushions have a gap in the middle - so rather uncomfortable for the back).

Perfect location for exploring Lisbon. Staff were welcoming and proactive, the apartment was very spacious and luxury. Especially enjoyed the breakfasts that were brought to the room each morning.

Magnifique appartement, très bien situé et surtout au calme car Lisbonne est une ville très festive. Belle salle de bain, propre et assez grande. Le petit déjeuner très (trop ) copieux et délicieux. Les dames à la réception d'une grande gentillesse. C'était parfait.

Le lit pour la troisième personne très peu confortable si cette personne est un adulte. Ce qui était notre cas.

We loved this spacious apartment and the beautiful roof terrace. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. We had everything we needed for a lovely stay. The staff especially Ana were so welcoming and helpful.

We liked everything! It was a little far to walk to the major sights but easy to get to Cais de Sodre station and the bars on Boa Vista.

Gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber vor der Ankunft, sehr freundliche Leute vor Ort, die Zimmer sind sehr originell umgebaut und haben alles: Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, etc.

Nicht gefallen kann man nicht sagen: Die Türen sind teilweise etwas tief, so dass grössere Leute sich den Kopf anstossen können. Doch das passiert nur einmal ;-)
