Отель соответствует заявленной категории 5 звезд. Красивый собственный парк. Номер был с видом на озеро. Понравился традиционный японский завтрак.

趣のあるホテルで落ち着いていて良かった。大人のゆっくりした時間を過ごせた。お風呂は小さめだけど、混雑もなかったのでゆっくり入れて良かった。何よりもミストサウナがすっっごく良かった！よくあるミストサウナ(ミスト出てるのかどうか分からないただぬるいサウナ)とは違って、沢山ミストの水を浴びるサウナで、それを浴びるとスッキリしました。毎朝これを浴びれたらスッキリ目覚められて幸せなのになぁと思ってしまいました。

ツインの部屋にベッドを入れて3人の滞在だったが、そのベッドがあまりに簡易的で病院のベッドみたいだね、、、とテンション下がる感じでした。 部屋は清潔で綺麗でしたが、窓の外側があまりにも汚かった。蜘蛛の巣がいっぱいくっついていて、窓を開けた時に大きな蜘蛛が部屋に入ってきて気持ち悪かった。

They were not able to accommodate vegetarian dinner. They made a vegetarian breakfast with an omelette though initially they offered us French fries/chips for breakfast! There are almost no restaurants open after 5pm so we had difficulty finding dinner

Une institution a Hakone. Le bâtiment magnifique et le jardin est beau et doit être incroyable au printemps. La vue depuis l’observatoire est splendide. On a apprécié le petit goûter à disposition des hôtes dans le hall de l’hôtel et la navette depuis le port.

La chambre est très vétuste. Ok pour une nuit.

La situation géographique des lieux est remarquable, la tranquillité et le confort sont au rendez-vous, quant à la navette de l'établissement elle est très appréciable.

Hélas le tarif excessif de la restauration, que ce soit petit-déjeuner ou dîner. C'est pour cette raison que nous n'avons pas profité de ce service.

２年ぶりぐらいに訪問させていただき、少し変わったな、よくなったなと思うことがありました。以前はお部屋に備えられていたアメニティが大浴場に置かれ、必要な場で必要なもの選んでを使う…というやり方になっていました。また、私は今回、夕食を和食、朝食を洋食で楽しみましたが、朝食がメインディッシュ以外はビュッフェスタイルになり、これもまた好きなものを好きなだけ各自取って食べられるようになっていました。諸事情によるものでしょうが、物にしても食べ物にしても廃棄物の削減ができるのではないかと好ましく思いました。ラウンジでのフリードリンクサービスがある(時間帯による)のも嬉しかったです！ 館内の清潔さや過ごしやすさ、お食事が美味しいこと、温泉はもちろん！そしてスタッフのみなさんのホスピタリティの素晴らしさは変わらずで、私はますます山のホテルが大好きになりました。また何度でも伺いたいと思っています。

Está un poco envejecido. Se nota que requiere de una reforma para actualizar el hotel. La ubicación está alejado de un núcleo grande (con lo cual se respira tranquilidad) pero no encontramos donde cenar cerca fuers del hotel a las 7 de la tarde

The location was fantastic. It was a classic building which has been looked after well.

The breakfast was horrible. There was almost no choice and the food we were served tasted horrible. It really let the hotel down. There was nowhere else to eat so we were starving! There was also many strange rules that made no sense. No coffee allowed in the Japanese breakfast restaurant. Only green tea. You could not drink coffee for breakfast??? No wine outside the lounge they serve wine in, although they provide table and chairs outside?? All made the stay less enjoyable

浴場很乾淨，泉質清澈，且提供冰棒。

復古的氛圍，親切的服務，會讓人有回家的感覺，在房間坐著就很有度假的感覺。

不能說不喜歡，而是比較可惜的地方：網路上推薦飯店的素食懷石料理，在預訂後的用餐溝通後才發現只能提供法式素食料理，衷心期待能推出不含動物成分的日料。(補充：法式料理也超級棒，儀式感、口味都讓人驚豔)

昔からある由緒正しいこじんまりしたホテルで、食事の選択肢が多いわけでなく、大浴場もコンパクトですが、すべてにおいて品質やサービスがよく、満足度が高いです。 特にお料理が素晴らしく、夕食もさることながら、朝食は芦ノ湖を見下ろしながら、鳥のさえずりを聴いて涼しい中でロケーションもよいのでぜひ堪能して欲しいです。

やはり、昔から、ある、ホテルの、良さを、感じました。

お庭が綺麗…

内風呂から露天風呂の景色を夜は見たいけど…窓…仕切りが、汚れていて残念。やはり、上の階の…水の流れる音がとても気になりました…足音も？

Location is superb. It’s quiet and very private. The lake view from the hotel room evokes feelings of serenity. The Staffs are attentive and very helpful. The outdoor onsen is a welcome surprise. The buffet breakfast is highly recommended. It’s about 10min walk to the Torii of Peace.

Not that it’s something that I didn’t like, just worth mentioning that it’s an older building but well maintained. It’s also a bit pricy.

The food was excellent. The service and attentiveness from staff was also exceptional. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and professional. I felt very comfortable staying here.

It feels old and very dirty! Carpets looked to outdated and not clean at all

The hotel was beautiful and the installations were great. We enjoyed the onsen and spa.

The personel was supposed to speak English, but I still struggle to communicate with then. At some point I had a problem in the onsen and they didn’t help me as they couldn’t understand what I was saying

Beautiful classic Lakeside Hotel that originally belonged to a Japanese Baron. Gorgeous art deco fixtures and classic wood decor in common areas, the expansive lounge offers a free morning and evening drink service and restaurant has both a French and a Japanese restaurant, you can choose either for breakfast and dinner. Outstanding manicured gardens and a Lakeside Café that has a dog friendly terrace make this a real gem. Fantastic, classic Japanese customer service that goes above and beyond. There is a free shuttle bus that will take you to / from the boat dock at MotoHakone. The women’s hot spring was excellent, I love that they provide full-size towels as many hotels require you to bring the towels from your room. I also appreciated they included both drip coffee and creamer in the room. It was my first stay, but I will definitely be back!

部屋は清潔｡風呂も清潔で最高の気分であった。食事も期待通り美味しかった。

カフェがカジュアルになり過ぎて巷のコーヒーショップと変わらなくなった。

ディナー・朝食　美味しかったです。 リニューアルしてから、暫くぶりの宿泊でした。お食事が一層良くなりました。

急なスケジュールだった為、 ツヅジ、シャクナゲの時期が過ぎて、バラ園も思ってたより成長してなかった事が残念でした。次回は花盛り時期に予定をたてたいと思います。

夕食（フレンチ）、朝食とも素晴らしかった。またロケーション的に箱根神社にも近く、庭も素晴らしかった。

部屋以外でのWIFIが繋がらなかった（多分新たな設定が必要だったと思う）。

ロケーションが素晴らしく、食事も大変美味しかった。 スタッフの対応も親切で心地良かった。

設備が古い。 朝食(洋食)についてはお客が集中すると バイキングに渋滞が発生、スープ、コーヒーの温度も 充分に管理されているとは言い難く今後の改善を期待 したい。

食事を美味しく頂く事が出来ました。また庭や周辺の自然が大変心地よかったです。

A quaint hotel that provides a country side charm with close proximity to Lake Ashi, accessible by buses to all the attraction sites in Hakone, it provides a place to rest and relaxation with its good size room and onsen; amazing food prepared by both Japanese and French kitchen and amazing service by all the staff.

If you don’t have a hired car, you will have to rely on the public transport to get to the town centre.

The staff were excellent. Service impeccable. The gardens were impressive and the view of the lake beautiful. The shuttle bus running every 20 minutes is a real plus. And several buses stop at the hotel that go to local towns and sights. And a bus goes to Shinjuku at 12 midday with no changes. Very convenient. You could choose either western or Japanese breakfast. Both were good. Not buffet style . Also in the lounge in the afternoon, free coffe and tea, soft drinks and nibbles.

The weather! A typhoon passed by and the weather was not good. It cleared for a bit and I was able to see Fuji san from the terrace in front of the lounge area.

Sehr nettes Personal, super angenehm auch, dass es einen Shuttleservice von Motohakone Port zum Hotel gibt. Onsen sind sehr angenehm und überhaupt nicht überfüllt. Netter Garten zum Spazieren

Vegetarische Auswahl beim Essen.

The setting was exceptional. The view of Mount Fuji, the gardens and lake were spectacular! The onsen was incredibly relaxing and the outdoor onsen had a garden like atmosphere. Having the Yukatavto wear to and from the onsen made the experience feel authentic.

The rooms are spacious with awesome views but very dated. The menu was disappointing and repetitive. It was a difficult stay for our party of four due to the language barrier as there was no staff member that was even marginally proficient in English. Even with these criticisms, we loved the property and our stay at Hotel de Yama and are so happy to have had this very authentic Japanese experience without being in a Ryokan. The staff was friendly and professional. We would stay there again and recommend.

Onsen, meals, view (spectacular view of Mt Fuji one morning); staff were very pleasant and helpful. it was nice to have both french and japanese meal options, and both were excellent for both breakfast and lunch.

Ground of the hotel are stunning. Azaleas and Rhododendrons were in bloom making for a dramatic view against the lake and mount fuji backdrop. Onsen was large, well equipped, clean. Staff was spectacular. Shuttle to Motohakone was were frequent and comfortable.

Restaurant options were limited for those with dietary preferences or restrictions and breakfast ended around 9:30.

金婚記念に立ち寄らせていただきました。結婚して始めていった旅も芦ノ湖でした。それもあり選んだホテルでした。ツツジを愛でながら歩いて富士山が見えたとき今日は良い日で終わりそうと感じた一瞬でした。お食事の時、最後のデザートの時スタッフの方が記念写真をとって下さり、帰りの時それを頂くことができ嬉しかったです。 お食事も、常に飲み物をタイミング良く出してくださり美味しく頂くことができました。 スタッフ一人一人が気遣いのある対応で心地良かったです。

良くなかった…と言うわけではないのですが、私が小さいため浴衣を『小』も用意していただけると良かったかな。もしくは、受付時浴衣のサイズを確認して頂けたら良かったかな⁉️

Un bel établissement avec un jardin absolument magnifique (nous étions en pleine floraison des rhododendrons). Nous sommes restés 2 nuits et avons pu goûter à la fois au dîner japonais et au dîner français : l'un et l'autre sont excellents, dignes d'un restaurant étoilé. Le petit-déjeuner occidental était copieux et bon. Par ailleurs, nous avons adoré l'onsen, avec son bassin extérieur donnant sur la forêt. Un moment de détente inoubliable !

La rénovation de l'hôtel date a priori des années 2010, cela commence à se ressentir (moquette de la chambre et des couloirs vieillissante). Par ailleurs, nous avons constaté un petit manque de propreté à l'arrière de l'abattant du WC (cheveux et poussière). Pour un établissement de ce prix, cela pourrait être amélioré.

とても美しい自然環境と温泉で、家族と一緒にゆっくりと楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。2泊して、洋食と和食の2種類を選んで、飽きずに食べて楽しみました

個人的には洋食系の方がより美味しかったです

ラウンジの自動演奏ピアノは調律をし直し、音響 サウンドを少し引き下げた方がいい。

Hermosa vista desde el jardín del Monte Fuji, jardines con azaleas y Sakura en flor en el momento de floracion. La cena francesa es muy recomendable. El onsen y la habitaciones son muy hermosas y comodas.

No hay nada que no me haya gustado, lo unico que aclararia que el hotel se encuentra a 30 minutos caminando de Moto hakone o debe tomarse el servicio de bus del hotel para ir hacia la zona más urbana.

Great location set in lovely gardens. The hotel is a little tired but is a traditional hotel of high quality. Very large rooms with great views of the garden. Great, helpful and welcoming staff. Good quality food including breakfast.

Fixed multi-course menu including breakfast offering, Japanese or Western (no a-la-carte or buffet alternatives). Quite expensive drinks and evening meals with no alternative place to eat or drink nearby.

We really loved our stay here: the room was very clean; the staff were really friendly and polite; the food in the restaurant (we ate at the French restaurant) was excellent and the view from the hotel terrace and beautiful garden was stunning, with its lakeside setting.

It’s in a good location, an easy 15 minute stroll to Motohakone port. Fabulous view of mt Fuji from the gardens, which are also lovely. Good onsen. Shuttle bus to the port.

It has a 1970s vibe, all beige and brown, rather formal, quite old fashioned. We joked it felt like being in a posh retirement home. Quite battered looking in some areas, needing a good spruce up. The breakfast is a set plate - No buffet or much choice. Although younger staff were pleasant enough, some were a bit hapless in dinner and breakfast service. The restaurant manager was really quite rude, and there was a marked difference in how he greeted Japanese guests and tourists (something we hadn’t experienced in the previous 3 weeks of our tour of Japan). Locally it was difficult to find anywhere to eat dinner after 7 pm.

Great location near the lake, we could see mountain Fuji from there. Also liked the onsan

מיקום קרוב מאוד למקדש האקונה, לספינת הפירטים. מלון נוסטלגי , פסטורלי ,שקט ונעים, מותאם למבוגרים פחות למשפחות עם ילדים . לקחתי חצי פנסיון כל שהיה מאוד נוח. למתניידים בתחבצ, הגעתי באמצעות תחבורה ציבורית כך שאין צורך ברכב .

הארוחות קבועות , בחירה מתוך התפריט וכל דבר קטן מעבר לתפריט, זה כרוך בהוצאה כספית. המנות קטנות מאוד . ארוחת הבוקר סבירה . מיטות לא נוחות .

The excellent service when there was a hacking attempt ..and excellent responsiveness when we had to change the dates of our booking. I am extremely appreciative to the hotel. The gardens were also lovely.

Breakfast would have been better as a buffet. The breakfast was the same two days in a row. More fruit would have been good. The bar should be open after 830/9pm on a Friday night

週末に利用しました。外国人宿泊者も多かったのですが、欧米人が多く、落ち着いた雰囲気で快適に過ごせました。お料理は、ディナーも朝食も期待通りの美味しさでした。お天気も良く、まだ桜も残っていて、富士山もキレイに見え箱根を満喫出来ました。

レストランには外国人スタッフも多く、気遣い…と言う点では少し物足りなさを感じましたが、丁寧な対応ではありました。
