No daily cleaning had to ask for clean towels and toilet rolls. Stayed 9 nights asked for clean sheets half way through week but never got any. Main entrance door hard to unlock

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Propriétaire très réactif et très gentil qui met tout en oeuvre pour que votre sejour se passe bien.L'appartement est situé pas très loin de la plage à pieds,proches de tout commerces vous avez juste a descendre en bas vous trouverez cafés,restau,superette,station essence et pleins d'autres commerces.

الشقه بالملحق بالدور الثالث بالسطح يعني صعود طويل للدرج المطبخ صغير و غير مجهز للطبخ و عمل الشاي و القهوه الحمام صغير ايضا .

Reviewed Jun 13, 2026Très agréable séjour à Hammamet. Logement propre, confortable, bien équipé et fonctionnel. Le quartier est calme et agréable. Le logement est un peu excentré des principaux lieux touristiques, mais ceux-ci restent facilement accessibles à pied en une vingtaine de minutes. J'ai apprécié le confort des lieux ainsi que l'accueil. Très bon rapport qualité-prix, je recommande.

Reviewed May 4, 2026L'appartamento è composto da due camere da letto, una sala, una cucina per nulla attrezzata (nemmeno per un semplice caffè) e un bagno piccolo con un lavandino minuscolo. L'esperienza è stata negativa fin dall'inizio: il proprietario non ha risposto al mio messaggio di arrivo e le indicazioni sull'indirizzo erano errate (segnalava a destra, mentre la casa si trovava a sinistra). Solo grazie all'aiuto di un bar locale, che ha riconosciuto la foto e chiamato il proprietario, ho saputo di dover ritirare le chiavi in un alimentari. Una volta entrata, ho riscontrato una grave mancanza di igiene e servizi: mancavano gli asciugamani e c'erano solo due mini bustine di sapone. Dopo averli sollecitati, il proprietario mi ha portato due teli da bagno sostenendo che fosse una 'cortesia', poiché a suo dire sono effetti personali non inclusi. I teli non erano in condizioni igieniche accettabili, così come le lenzuola, che sembravano già usate. Per questo motivo ho preferito dormire vestita e andarmene la mattina seguente senza nemmeno lavarmi. Esperienza da non ripetere.
Tutto. Servizi inesistenti e proprietario poco professionale: mi sono stati portati dei teli vecchi e strappati solo dopo averli richiesti, sostenendo che fossero un favore.

Has all the amenities you need. 15 minute walk from the old Médina, and a hotel 2 minute walk away for any tours that want a hotel pickup address (I would recommend using the hotel for your pickup address, as the first tour I did I tried getting picked up from apartment and the driver couldn’t find me). Nice warm shower and huge rooftop seating area which I imagine would be lovely in warmer months.
The fridge didn’t work - I didn’t need it but if it was warmer I imagine you would want it to keep your drinks etc. cool. The toilet seat also had a crack on which could pinch you unexpectedly.

Anyone can open that window from the outside and enter the room. - complete and repeated night central heating and hot water cutoffs in wintertime with the night outdoor temperature of ca. +10°C - internet outages - property located between two petrol stations, either ca. 50 m away up and down the street - intense street traffic, exhaust fumes - few kitchen utensils. Rundown or broken completely. - the toilet smells, its cracked seat breaks the skin - prolonged noisy construction works in the building - cockroaches - leaking fridge - the nature and some friendly people out in town are the good points 3 photos attached

Étant toute seule . c’était propre il y a YouTube et Netflix sur la télé ce qui est bien ! il y a un extérieur commun où on peut étendre le linge très pratique. L’emplacement est plutôt pas mal, il y a une station essence juste en face et des cafés et des petites épiceries autour C’est un lieu où il y a plusieurs logements en location, le personnel est gentil, ils m’ont arrangé sur l’heure de départ c’est top
Pas de micro-ondes, pas de four et pas de machine à laver je trouve qu’il manque un peu d’équipement dans la cuisine. Sinon tout est bon.

Ein Hinweis: Durch die Treppen ist sie für ältere Menschen nicht ganz so geeignet. Abgesehen davon hat alles wunderbar gepasst.
