Spacious unit. Big rooms with more than enough bed. Very clean and tidy. Lift in front of doors. Gated and quiet from cars.

Easy to access and away from traffic. Its also quite spacious and has ample parking. Easy to deal with the host. There is a restaurant and shop within walking distance

Strategic place, spacious parking lot for guest, got guest towels, kitchen is clean , AC & washing machine works. Friendly & helpful host. TQ🙏🏻

All is good cept we just happen to have noisy neighbour upstairs... WiFi doesn't work.

You could generate a better experience to your guest is you could provide a better in house entertainment such as Astro channel especially for those with kids

Big place for family trip

During my stay, i quite disappointed with the cleanliness. Very poor. The staff not checked properly before guest checked in. But the owner very good and responsible for the problem.

the host was super friendly, fast response, the rooms were spacious, nice bed too, toilets were clean, refrigerator is in good condition, we can use the facilities around the building i.e. we can wash our car using the water pipe attached to hose next to the main entrance, have garage parking, it has a lift too..

some of the tiles in the living room starting to pop up n almost crack (worry it can cuts bare foot), it is high time to change to new modern concept tile or wooden flooring

There was no power point for the hairdryer next to the mirror, so I had to use my tiny makeup mirror to to blow my hair.

It was a great location situation near the shopping malls and other amenities. This condo had private parking lots for the guests. It is also very much safe as it was very close to the police station.

The wifi network could have been better. It was slow and unable to detect at some parts of the house.

At just a 10-minute drive from the airport and virtually equidistant from the city centre, Harrington Court is an exceptional pick for a short or extended stay in Kota Kinabalu. For families or with a group of friends, the spacious and well-equipped apartment will satisfy all needs. The two double rooms and the large en-suite master bedroom can easily sleep six, and have floor space - albeit minus the bedding - for several more. All rooms are air-conditioned and each has its own balcony. The living room comes with satellite TV. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils to prepare a proper meal and a washing machine is also present. The apartment occupies the whole floor and there are only four apartments in the building. John is a friendly and welcoming host and is ever willing to assist where necessary. For price, space, comfort and security, I highly recommend Harrington Court to all.

The apartment is nice and huge. The kids can run around in the sitting room. The host John is nice.

The apartment is great. Huge apartment close to the city center. I like it because many eatery around the apartment. within a 3 mins walking distance only. all the basic facilities is provided. definitely i will come back to stay again

The owner is super nice and friendly. The owner meet us at the apartment show us place of interest around KK. very responsive. It very close to the city cost me only around rm4-5 to take an e-hailing service like uber/grabcar to the city. It only take 3-5minits to go to the city. a quiet and very secure place. a recommended place to stay.

Near to city, shopping malls & airport. The rooms & living rooms is huge. Very clean. Completely great for groups. Beautiful scenery with 360degree views. Have private parking. Has standard kitchenware & washing machine. Feel secure. The person who incharge was also friendly & helpful. 5stars rating.
