Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Preis/Leistung ist sehr gut. Die Lage am Flughafen incl. Shuttleservice ist sehr gut und man hört die Flugzeuge nicht. Es ist ein kleiner Lawson Einkaufsladen mit guter Auswahl direkt im Hotel.
Das kostenfreie Frühstück ist für Europäer etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Die Lage war top und sehr sicher, das Hotel sehr schön, das Personal freundlich und alles sehr sauber. Die beiden Doppelzimmer waren allerdings sehr, sehr klein, auch das Doppelbett war nicht gross, viel Bewegungsfreiheit hatten wir zu zweit nicht, wir haben Matratze und Kissen aber als sehr gut empfunden. Mit dem Gepäck im Zimmer wars schon sehr eng, zum Glück haben wir uns nur zum Schlafen im Zimmer aufgehalten. Frühstück haben wir nicht dazugebucht.
Die Zimmer waren sehr klein, die Lage hat das wettgemacht.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026刚搬进房间的时候,很干净整洁,Check in也很有效率,寄存行李也很人性化,服务人员的质量很令人舒适和放心,很有安全感. 房间的居住体验很舒适,虽然很小的空间,但是品质感高,很喜欢各个灯具开关的设计,真的体验超级好 房间的窗户朝向另一边的建筑,视野比较闭塞,但好在很安静,休息质量很充分,遮光帘很给力
早餐还行,感觉样式可以再多一点,主食和肉食太单一了,可以再多一些健康的蔬菜和水果 房间打扫卫生比较奇特,看入住的注意提示卡,上面写的是3天打扫一次卫生.但清理人员也不会进来替换每日的垃圾和毛巾或牙膏牙刷等消耗品,也没有提示说让我放在门口的地上(会担心这样是不是没素质,因为会被认为乱堆垃圾在门口)

아쉬운 점은 어메니티에 칫솔과 치약이 없어서 처음 체크인을 하고 입실 했을때 칫솔과 치약을 아껴서 쓰고 했어요 그리고 숙소 청소를 대충하는 느낌이 들었고 아침 조식이 너무 저조 합니다. 먹을 것이 너무 없어요. 한 접시에 고기가 두조각 또는 세 조각이 있는 것을 보고 너무 당황스러웠습니다.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026This hotel is perfect for when you are running around Tokyo and need a great location to drop your bags and go off exploring! The rooms are TINY but has everything you need. We arrived very early and were able to lock up our bags in a locker and hit the town, then the same for when we checked out. The front desk offers a lot of amenities (soap, combs, toothbrushes) AND the best part for us was they have a laundry on site which was drastically needed after many days living out of a carry on bag. The price matched the value, but the location and the amenities exceeded my expectations!
Super small room, luckily our bags were carry ons but it was cramped for two people and the bathroom / shower was super small too - but had everything we needed.

朝食付きのプランを選びましたけど… 値段の割には品数が少ないと思います。 諸般の事情によりコストカットは理解できますが、もう少し改善して頂きたいと思います。 また、連泊中のメニューもずっと変わらず一緒でした。 旅行中の食事はとても楽しみなものです。 食事のクオリティ次第で評価も極端に分かれると思います。 ぜひご検討下さい。

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026We were here for a night stay, before moving on to our first Tohoku trip using the JR Pass. It is barely a few blocks opposite of the Tokyo station so it took us just 5+ mins to reach it. In fact it is nearer to the new Yaesu. Easy check in at 2F, good amenities and the room measured some 20 sqm, which is respectable in downtown Tokyo. Room view wise quite limited as we stayed at lower floor (see attached photos shared). Bed not too hard but they have x1 pillow, which is not helpful. We used the hotel’s self-service locker system for temporary luggage storage, very helpful. We left early for Aizu the next morning so did not try their bf (1800 Yen), but we easily bought some food from the few Convenience Store nearby.

We arrived before 3:00pm and there was no possibility of doing an early check in, but it was very easy to leave the bags in the designated area with locks.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026Location was fantastic. Just half a block from the underground entrance to Tokyo Station. Room was more spacious than other rooms we stayed during our vacation. They way they store your luggage was also very convenient -- you locked it up yourself so you didn't have to wait for waitstaff. Would definitely return if the price is good.

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026Proximity to the Tokyo main train station is an excellent feature if you need it. We stayed one night. Clean, easy check-in and check out. Gave us softer pillows when requested. We were allowed to leave our luggage in a secure locker after check out, free of charge. Very thankful 🙏🏼Respectful staff.
Our room was tiny, the bathroom even tinier. It was OK for a night but I wouldn't want to stay longer. It was also overpriced for what it is. Though, we stayed on a Saturday, so that may have contributed to the high price. A bottle of water in the room would have been a nice touch.

The same bus terminal also has bus to narita airport. Also, hotel is walking distance to ginza and yurakucho so it's a very convenient location. And then there are microwaves on some floors that you can reheat your breakfast or late night snacks. Quite handy.

Reviewed May 31, 2026I booked this hotel as it was close to Tokyo train station, which it was, however having just arrived late at night from Australia and all the street signs in Japanese, we struggled to find the hotel. After many wrong turns and incorrect directions, we found it and it actually was only a 5-10 minute walk.
The bed was so very hard and we felt like our hips were actually bruised the next morning. I think it would have been just as comfortable to sleep on the floor. The hotel was quite clean and modern but the room was quite small. We booked the hotel for its proximity to Tokyo Station, but exiting the station was a real challenge due to a lack os signage, and the hotel proved difficult to find.

Rooms were too small. Toilet were really super small I travel a lot & I never had a tiny cramped room

Reviewed May 28, 2026The hotel staff were very helpful, check in and check out was quick and easy. Great location, 2 minute walk to Tokyo Station.
Room had a bad smell and pillows were hard. Very small room, could not open my suitcase properly to pack it.
