Shared toilet and shower was a disadvantage, but this was reflected in the price. The room was a bit small, but, again, good value for money. Bus service is poor on this road, obviously not the fault of the hotel.

Room was rather small but, hey, this is a two star B&B, not The Ritz! Oh, and only one toilet roll provided in the room, though I'm certain I could have got more, had I asked!

Odd bedding, ripped curtain, leaking toilet, hot water in shower sporadic (cubical extremely small, like a space capsule) Breakfast service not very good. Another customer asked for a second glass of juice and was abruptly told no only 1 per person, but he explained he hadn't had tea or coffee but still didn't get one. My daughters pre ordered vegetarian breakfast was not the usual standard! Towels were very small. Didn't go round either of us!

The room was a little small and only had a basin. The bathroom was shared (which was advertised so no surprise and was always available when I needed it).

The room was quite small, and it was not sound proofing. But overall, it was not too bad.

Great breakfast with good coffee Good location only 5 minute walk to train station. We only had a short overnight stay, but will definitely be back .

It was basic. But the breakfast was ideal, The 2 rooms were small but adequate for a single and were clean.You had a kettle tea and coffee but I'll have to be honest the price was very good for what you got Even off-road parking

The bed was unacceptable, the mattress was so uneven , that it was hard to stay in bed. I am a mum of 2, and can sleep anywhere. But I contemplated moving into my car. Real shame, its a lovely old building and they made an effort to keep it clean and professional. Great location, and safe particularly for single woman

Host was very accommodating and dealt with an issue with a fuse promptly. Convenience store 5 mins walk. Free parking on site was a bonus. Cooked breakfast was lovely.

Lovely welcome. Nice hotel, great breakfast. My room was small, but room for everything, including my two dogs. Fully functioning and adjustable heating. Nice shower. Close to bus route and train station, which was great as buses stop from Nottingham at 19:30. Will definitely book again.

Parking was issue but this is out of the owners hands The hotel was basic but clean Friendly welcome. It was what I would expect for the price. There was not the ability to order breakfast on the day. You had to pre oder as a guest. This was not made clear on the secure booking website, I would suggest that information is added as this would not be aissueif booking direct with the hotel. Overall though no complaints
