必要なものがコンパクトにまとめられている。乗り継ぎだけを考えればこれで充分。ドライヤーは部屋にはないが、フロントで貸してくれるので遠慮なく言うといいです。コンセントは4つあり、オランダ型もイギリス型も両方使える。wifiが使えテーブルもあるので、パソコンを広げられる。

洗面台やシャワーを使うと、排水口からキューッという謎の音がする、水道のタップが、いかにも左右に回すように見えて実は前後に押し引きするタイプ。はじめ焦りました。

Valor muito alto mesmo para o que obtemos. Sim, pagamos um preço mais alto por já estarmos no aeroporto e é expectável mas não o valor que paguei. Paguei 188€ sem qualquer refeição incluída e já dentro de uma promoção. O valor original era superior a 200€. Tendo em conta os hotéis nas redondezas com shuttle gratuito, o valor deveria rondar entre os 80€ e os os 100€ máximo.

Ideal location inside airport.

The room was even smaller than I expected. Hardly any room even to get dressed. No water or even cups or glasses. Felt run down generally. Very high price for the room.

It was close to the gate and through security/passport control, however it was hard to get to and the 7am check out meant I was still out in the airport 1 hour 30 minutes before my flight.

The drain in the bathroom made an awful noise. It sounded like there was a loud pump that was having to pump out the waste whatever, sometimes there was also a long and very loud whine coming through the drains. This went on occasionally through the night and meant I had a very bad night's sleep. Also I was on a connecting flight but wasn't able to 'transit' because parts of the airport close after 9pm. I had to go out of the terminal, to another area and do passport control and security again which took a long time.

I understand the concept of a capsule hotel and you would need to be use to the size and noise. However the bed was damaged and crooked, the drain was blocked and made some ungodly sounds in the middle of the night, it also smelt terrible which in a closed space was not ideal. The toilet did not flush, I was told at checkout the hotel experiences pressure issues.

Reception behavior

The room was compact, but it was nicely designed. The bed was comfortable, the water pressure was good, and I liked having a fold-up desk. I also liked that there were lots of outlets, and different lighting options within the room.

The room showed a lot of wear and tear - there were rips and markings throughout. It could use a renovation. Every time I used the shower/sink, it created this very loud noise for the next 10 minutes, probably from the pipes. Finding the property was very difficult, I wish they had better signage or explanation on their website. I had to walk inside the airport for about an hour due to not being able to enter at their terminal, and then walk back once I passed security, it was all a bit confusing. Some other hotels at the airport had a lot better direction and signage.

Not worth it family room bed is two small and with the price is very expensive 300euro for 5 hours doesn’t worth a penny to spend on it. Check out at 7 am.

Bed is two small for family room. and very cold. Tried to turn off and not getting warm. Customer service bad they didn’t show you anything about their service. Until li went back to réception. I checked in at 2 am and check out is at 7 am. 5 hours for For 300 euro. That way very expensive.

It is inside the airport which is wonderful for a very early flight.

Room temp was 22°c, and the Air conditioning had no ability to decrease or increase it. Everything was a bit tired, although reasonably clean, except hall carpet was very grubby.

Very convenient Non-Schengen hotel for long transit at Amsterdam Airport, clean, cool and comfortable.

It was not clean under the bed, the floor was not properly mopped , screen and phone where not working and there was no foot towel which is needed to avoid water to spill to the bathroom area when taking a shower

Nothing. I never got in despite paying because I wasn’t told that cargo baggage couldn’t be taken in to the accommodation.

Total lack of information given to me about how to get there, what I could take in and where it was located.

It is comfortable for a transtit stay and in a good location at the airport.

The bathroom, when you are showering the water is passing through going to the toilet side. So a door or something that can prevent the water passing through would be very good.

Het feit dat er 1 dag van te voren nog plek was en het redelijk schone sanitair.

De televisie deed het niet en hing half los. De telefoon deed het niet. Het bed was niet schoon, de knoppen van de lampen waren moeilijk te vinden. De kamers zijn via 2 of 3 treden te bereiken, beslist niet voor rolstoelen en zelfs lastig voor mensen die op krukken lopen.

La ubicación es práctica si necesitas dormir dentro del aeropuerto.

Reservamos una habitación para dos adultos y una niña de 12 años, pero solo nos asignaron una cabina con una cama doble, claramente insuficiente para tres personas. Además, el hotel es difícil de localizar dentro del aeropuerto debido a la escasa señalización. La habitación era muy oscura, por lo que ni siquiera resultaba fácil comprobar su estado de limpieza.

Arrived at a dark room with no instructions as to where to find the light switch - has to go back to reception to navigate into the room - the corridors and general ambience is dark and dingy.

Trato poco personal de los encargados, la limpieza de la habitación no fue la esperada.

Praktisch mitten im Transferbereich von Schiphol. Matratze sehr bequem.

Diese kleine Schachtel ohne Fenster war schon gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber für eine Nacht ok. Der Preis ist allerdings eine absolute Unverschämtheit. Da wird die Notlage von Transitreisenden, die am Flughafen eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit brauchen, schamlos ausgenützt!

It’s not ideal for gate M as one has to exit airport and get back in

It was so comfy and cozy, everything you need is there and it helps for the long wait overnight!

It was very hard to find and I was exhausted, since it was really late I kept asking the few people I came across, and after walking an hour I finally found it I was very happy with the place though

So many things are in bad repair: bed, lights, remote for TV, bathroom (entire floor) floods when shower used. No bath mat. No USB point next to head of bed.

-(room 3)The bed made a lot of mechanical noise when moved, as if it needed lubrication, and the control panel was quite awkward to use. We felt it was going to fall apart. -The hand shower button was broken, therefore the hand shower does not work. -The TV doesn't work and the owner knew it, and it might not seem important, but it is important during the World Cup for those of us who love football. -room with very little light. Although they offered us a room change at midnight, it was already too late, and my 80-year-old mother was in bed and we had to get up early. I don't think it's honest to offer a room that looks fine in photos but isn't in reality. The room was poorly maintained. It seemed that there was no proper maintenance at all.

We had a 13hr flight connection in AMS, it was a nice place to rest and wash up.

There was lot of water noise ithe walls and our bathroom.

Rooms and facilities are excellent - problem is location. This hotel is based in lounge 2 of airport and to get to it is a nightmare, alot of walking, 2 hours to get through security and passport control and stuck in the departure lounge all night. Booking.com does not highlight that this hotel is in lounge 2 and if I had known that I would not have stayed.

Confortavel apesar de pequena. Perfeita para descansar umas horaa sem sair do aeroporto.

Cheguei muito tarde e perdi mais de uma hora para encontrar pois não está sinalizado nem ninguém sabe onde é. Deveriam colocar instruções mais claras aqui como por exemplo dizer que é ao lado do Mac Donalds no Lounge 2.
