Cheap for the area and perfect for a base to explore Warwick
Nothing really, it was clean and tidy
Bed was comfy, room was spacious, tea and coffee making facilities, fridge. Reasonably quiet. Plenty of neighbourhood shops and restaurants, and friendly pubs around.
No ironing board of iron, and no staff to ask to borrow one. The sole lamp in the room was broken.
It was very tired and scruffy the staff were nice but it was so noisey i got woken at 4 then 6 so not much resr left at 7 for 2 hour drive home
Its location to the station and town centre.
We were lucky as there was someone there so we could leave our bags. Otherwise we would have had to carry our bags around all day.
The location from the train station is very close ,cleanness level was 100%,very specious rooms with air conditioning .
There was no breakfast in hotel
The rooms were clean and comfortable and great value for money. Walking distance to town and Castle. Small car park and parking across the road Despite the inconvenience accessing the hotel we would definitely return .
On arrival I could not gain entry . Unfortunately the code to gain entry had not been sent. On phoning the hotel number it took several calls before a code was sent . Apologies were offered
The rooms were good, very clean and spacious. En-suite facilities immaculate. The location was perfect. All my guests were very happy.
Everything
Nothing
Clean comfortable plenty of space..
Was on first floor, window didn't open very far so limited amount of air especially with the heat and fan didn't help much.. but heat has been exceptional..
Ground floor room. Parking. Location right next to shops and several pubs nearby.
Code to retrieve room keys didn't work. Luckily a resident managed to open it. Code was wrong. Phoned manager but it went to voicemail and no reply received.
Great location close to restauraunts and bars.
A very dated hotel in need of a big renovation. Floors in the room were very uneven.
Good location opposite St John’s House where I was attending a wedding. Parking on site.
Clean, but very dated. Horribly stuffy in hot weather and would have been unbearable without the fan.
Very well located. Room was clean. Large bathroom and the family room was very spacious. The parking on site was great.
One electric socket didn’t work.
Great location. Easy self check in. Clean and comfortable room
Nothing to not like
This hotel is really handy for the station just a short walk, like wise really close to the town and castle just a short walk. Staff very pleasant and friendly.
Not the hotel's fault but the road outside is really busy, the window needs to be open in this hot weather. If I came again I'd weather ear plugs at night.
Can’t even rate it…Beware there is no 24 hour reception and the number you have to call if you have an issue will eventually answer…. Still took 3 phone calls for someone to finally come out… but still did not deal with the situation… poor attitude from staff…
Our room presentation was nice and clean. Wifi was free. It was really nice that they had a good fan in our room, as there was no air conditioning for those super hot days. The location was perfect, we walked everywhere and not far from the train station.
The mattress was ok, the sheets were lovely.
We stayed overnight in Room 3 on the ground floor. Reception staff friendly and helpful on arrival and during our stay. The receprion is not staffed overnight if this is important to you. Room was large with twin beds, it was clean and had all you needed. A large walk in shower. Only two tea bags, but more were readily available from reception. The hotel is in a great location - only 5-minutes walk from Smith St where most things seem to be and 15-20min walk from Warwick Castle. Only slight downside to this room was the road junction right outside the window which could be a little noisy. This didn't particularly affect me but my wife who is a light sleeper was disturbed ob occasion.
Unable to comment as we did not stay
Poor communication about access codes, took 3 phone calls before aware codes had been sent. Aware the hotel worked on a hybrid basis but you would think staff would be at reception when you could check in at 3pm. No staff on arrival at 3 pm, video door bell waste of time, no one responds and took 10 minutes to speak to someone on the phone.
Value for money a few hundred yards from the castle , it's basically a nice large room a lovely large walk in shower well equipped, nothing more.
The room we had could do with some black out blindes
The host was very welcoming. The room was spacious and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The location was brilliant.
NA
Location and very private safe courtyard parking for the motorbike
Hotel basic, but room was large and clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming. There are 8 parking spaces. Entrance from road is tight and difficult to get a good view of oncoming traffic when leaving. Late arrivals are unlikely to get a space. There is parking across the road, which appeared to be free, but did not check restrictions as we parked at hotel. There was no mention of serving meals when we checked in, but we were aware of that before we arrived. However, Booking.com show they serve breakfast on description, but in questions it states no breakfast. You must go out for breakfast, which is not ideal if you want an early start to your day, as many places serving breakfast do not open until 9am. It is conveniently located for the town attractions. There is a Sainsbury local not too far away – go to main road and take a left away from centre of town. The outside is of hotel is tatty and the rooms could do with a refresh/upgrade. The shower was good and plenty of hot water. A cooling fan in room helped. There was a hairdryer, but it did not work. It is on a busy junction, which some might find too noisy. Daily housekeeping did not happen. On return our room was exactly as we had left it. Only 1 hand towel, 2 bath towels and 1 bath mat for 2 guests. Do not expect wonderfully fluffy towels or complimentary bath robes. We assumed towels would be changed daily and bed made, as that is implied on website & booking.com. There is hand wash, shampoo etc An OK hotel, but would not stay again, as would prefer somewhere that serves breakfast and has daily housekeeping.
It was convenient for the station and it was well furnished and clean.
I was concerned as a woman travelling alone that there were no staff on duty. The weather was hot and the hotel supplied a fan, but it wasn't possible to have the windows open due to the noise from the road outside and the takeaway shops opposite, so it was uncomfortable in that respect. In winter, maybe much more comfortable. No food was available on site so the takeaways were useful.
Stayed many times
All good
Comfy bed
Noisy
Location was perfect. We came by train and station is a couple of minutes away. Twin room was ideal . Staff were great especially the lady who on the day we checked out let us leave our bags there until the evening as we were going to the races.
No breakfast facilities
Clean and comfortable. Good location for the train station and city Centre.
There were no staff to help if needed. I didn’t have toilet roll and there was no one to help. It’s more of an air bnb than a hotel. Keys are in a box and all communication is online. My room was downstairs by the carpark and Main Street. It was hot in the room but only had a large window to open so anyone could have climbed in. As a woman with just her baby and no staff, it felt quite unsafe. No fridge.
Lovely comfortable bed. Nice and clean.
Didn't meet any staff
Brilliant location hotel is clean and everything you need on your room.
Everything is fine, no complaints
Road noise Poor TV reception Uncomfortable bed
WiFi was free. No catering available but tea and coffee facilities in room. Room was spacious, large comfy bed. TV and lighting that you can read by We have stayed here twice now, good value for money!
A few extra tea bags and milk portions would be appreciated

Very happy with the Hotel. Had fan in room to help us keep cool. Pleasent atmosphere.
Little expensive for the lack of facilities
Nothing
Location too noisy. No effective fan in the room so it was boiling. Had to park 10 minutes walk away
The location was ideal for my needs and I was able to get a parking space at the hotel. A bonus was the small fridge with an ice box.
I wanted an earlier check in for which a £10 fee is charged for each hour before 3pm that you want to arrive. I checked in at 1pm and had to pay a £20 fee. The room appeared clean until I saw a used first aid plaster on one of the bedside cabinets. The room needed decoration as there were numerous holes in one wall that had been filled where something had once been attached.
Location was good. The room clean and the bathroom good
Road works outside
Excellent location, big convenient family room.

Limited but clean and exactly as described.
Location.
Staff is good. Helpful and polite. Location is great
It’s not clean. Stained in the bed sheet. Carpet need to be changed.
Location. Easy access from the railway station and close to town. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom and shower were good. Staff were brilliant. Very helpful.
The bar looked like it hadn’t been in operation for some time and it would have been nice to have enjoyed a drink in there. It looked more or less abandoned.
very clean and comfortable. Location perfect and staff very helpful. Thank you all.
nothing.
The room was very nice and toiletries and drinks were provided
There was extensive roadworks right outside our window that we were not told about and was woken at 6.30 am and very limited parking. I have emailed booking.com to complain who offered me 16.00 back....joke!!! Since then are almost impossible to contact to excelate my complaint!!!
Very clean
You are not able no have a breakfast
Very convenient for the train station and castle.
Can't think of anything.
Location and cleanliness
The stay was really good, the room was clean and well appointed. Maria should be comended for her excellent customer service through out our stay, nothing was too much trouble. The location is great for the town and the on-site parking a good bonus.
Nothing
Bed was comfortable
The shower was tiny, one of the windows had no curtains so the room was really light. The opening window was small and the room was hot. The property doesn't serve breakfast despite starting out does in the description
Great little hotel. Comfortable, clean and handy location
The location was excellent and the room size was great
Our room only had a curtain on one of the 2 windows
Nearby. Bed was comfy.. good location for train.
No bar, no breakfast Would recommend black out blinds as room we stayed in had street lights outside.
No catering but tea and coffee facilities provided in room.Excellent location. Shops across the road. Very comfy bed. Spacious room. Great walk in shower

The location was ideal as it was close to a local event that i was attending over the weekend. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable.
The only i did not like was that the tv did not work but this was not a big issue for me as i was only staying one night.
Close to town
Noise from street
Location is good close to local amenities chip shop pizza ones top and close to town center 5 minutes walk to the castle too
Tv didn't work till after 10pm
Staff and cleaners were pleasant. Location excellent. Room was ok.
1) The bar/socialising room was not in use. 2) Nowhere to have breakfast due to number 1. We were not made aware of this when booking. I was not happy being told there are plenty of places locally to have breakfast or meet up for drinks with my friends, who were also staying in the hotel. After long journeys, all we wanted to do was chill out in the hotel. 3) Road/path works started at approximately 0600hrs Saturday morning which is unacceptable, and not permitted to start that time in the morning, especially on a weekend, except for emergency work. 4) My room was the executive room. There were no extras, like better coffee etc, apart from a fridge and separate toilet. I had to ask for a hairdryer as not one in the room. 5) Towels were so rough and had stains on them. 6) Chairs and furniture tatty and tired. 7) Stains on the carpet. Generally grubby all over. 8) Sheets were too small and didn't stay put. As a whole, the room was not worth the £340 I paid, it was lacking too much for an executive room and I will be seeking a partial refund. It's a shame because the hotel could be so much more with a bit of tlc and a lick of paint as the location is perfect.
Great location lovely hotel, our room was the perfect size and very clean, the receptionist was very helpful and polite. Would recommend.
There was nothing to not like.
Comfortable and very convenient for the station
Our room was on the ground floor right next to reception and we were woken up early by people checking out but this didn't disturb us too much. We still had a good stay.
Location, and reception staff Maria- she was friendly and helpful
Nothing
Easy to walk into town
There were roadworks outside our window which commenced at 6am on the Saturday morning. We weren’t given and prior notice of this
Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms.

Friendly staff, great location, walking distance from train station & into town.
If they offer you room 14 ask for another one. Stayed over a hot weekend, fan broken so given another which was very noisy. Tele didn’t work, sent up a lovely lady who fixed it. No curtain on one of bedroom windows. Funny smell in hallway. Best thing about hotel is location.
Location is perfect. Comfortable bed and large bathroom with excellent shower.
We stayed in room 2. The room needs blackout curtains as there’s street lights directly outside and even though it was 3am it was far too light for our liking. Need English breakfast tea not just peppermint, camomile or Earl Gray please. Just as well that we brought our own! Poor WiFi signal!

Location comfort near restaurants
All road works outside hotel as left little parking no fault of hotel
Really nice very clean room with good linen and towels. Excellent location, for restaurants and parks.

Outside looks a little tatty but nice room and surprisingly quiet despite the hotel being on the junction of two busy roads, and the added noise from roadworks at the time of stay. Well positioned for exploring the town and friendly and helpful staff. Fabulous wet room shower. Recommended.
Easy to get to .
Very tight car park .. little bit tired
Great staff, great room

Shower very difficult to use, cold tap stuck, (
Easy check in and check out. Great shower. Close to town.
Couldn't open the window. Very noisy being so close to the road. Didn't feel very clean. I also paid £28 more using booking .com rather than using the hotel's website
Great location, lovely, helpful receptionist and very comfortable bed. Would definitely stay there again.
Nothing
Spacious room, clean, good location, got into the car park
Food smells in the corridor by reception.
The hotel is nicely located in the center of Warwick, and there are a couple of places available where you can park on the inner courtyard. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful
The hotel seems to be a bit dated, the courtyard is quite tight to manouevre a car around, and my room was right next to a fairly busy road, but I did sleep well.
We were made to feel very welcome by the receptionist, and the hotel interior was very well presented, creating a relaxed and comfortable environment. Our room was nicely furnished and had a very nice shower. The hotel has an excellent location, just a short walk to Warwick Castle where we were attending a medieval banquet.
Our room was very hot (and it wasn't especially hot weather) so it wasn't the most comfortable night's sleep.
Spacious room, large shower and nice staff
I felt like we were sleeping on the M1 - the noise was awful and the light shining into the bedroom from the street and building lighting was terrible!
The location.
Nothing not to like
Great location to explore Warwick. Friendly staff; adequate parking; hot drink supplies in reception; great shower.
Nothing, really. Bit of traffic noise. No options for breakfast.
Situation. Clean.
Asked for a twin, got a double
