Staff did not want to help with supplying ice when I asked for it, until my wife who is Vietnamese insisted. We needed it for my son who hit his head. Also, Booking.com incorrectly labels the hotel as 4 star, when it’s actually 3 star.

Trên booking ghi giáp biển nhưng thực ra rất xa biển.cách tới 300m, nhân viên khách sạn yêu cầu mình cọc phòng từ chiều ngày 8.mình có nói do thời tiết bay trễ nên nếu 17h chưa bay đc thì mình cọc sau và bạn nhân viên đã tỏ thái độ khó chịu ngắt ngang đt của mình .ti vi trong phòng hỏng.bể bơi rất hẹp ko như trên ảnh

La propreté générale uns catastrophe des l’ascenceur. L.evier bouche. L’éclairage dans la salle de bain insuffisant. Les matelas dur comme du bois à changer, fenêtre sur un mur et une déchèterie. Le petit déjeuné médiocre.

Wir waren im Dylan Hotel in Da Nang und leider echt enttäuscht. Schon beim Check-in war das Personal eher kalt und unfreundlich. Als wir nach dem Abendessen zurück ins Zimmer kamen, der absolute Schock: überall kleine Tiere – auf dem Bett, den Ablagen, dem Boden und sogar im Badezimmer. Einfach nur eklig. Wir haben sofort das Personal gerufen, aber die haben uns nur belächelt. Als Lösung wurde uns ernsthaft nur angeboten, die Bettwäsche zu wechseln. Ein anderes Zimmer oder Geld zurück? Kam für die gar nicht infrage. Als wir gesagt haben, dass das für uns so nicht geht, ist die Mitarbeiterin einfach verschwunden – angeblich um etwas zu klären. Nach über 10 Minuten ist aber niemand zurückgekommen. Also sind wir mit unserem Gepäck selbst zur Rezeption – dort lagen und saßen die Mitarbeiter einfach rum, völlig uninteressiert. So ein Verhalten und solche Zustände gehen gar nicht. Würden wir auf keinen Fall nochmal buchen.

Location and price were fine.

Pool Bar was never opened our entire stay, pool looked straight onto grease trap of hotel behind. TV was via a dodgy set top box which required subscription to channels. Bathroom could hardly move in, door was hanging off rollers and took 2 days to get fixed. 2 tiny bottles of water for kettle and brushing. Only tea available no coffee or sugar in room. Breakfast was poor. No toaster, no milk, no butter, no cereal. Coffee and tea was cold.

Good size room, clean and quiet, roof top pool is a good little spot.

Good hot water, reliable Internet, pleasant staff, and I felt safe inside the hotel.

I had two rooms, the first was a "suite" with nice windows, but the dumbest bathroom I've ever seen, with a frosted glass wall, so you had to close the blinds if you wanted to use the toilet. It had a huge, knee-high tub with very slanted sides, and only a hand-held sprayer, no overhead shower. The hand basin had mold in the grout and no hand soap. I asked for a room with a real shower, and was moved to a smaller room. That room also had mold. I asked if I could have a discount because I was in a much smaller room,, but they said I already had a prepaid discount from Booking, so take it or leave it. I took it, because I didn't want to slip and fall in the stupid bathtub in the suite, but that meant I was paying double what I paid in the previous hotel, for a room a meter wider, but less clean. The beds were very hard. Luckily, the second room had two beds, so I took the topper off one and put it on the other, and folded both comforters in half on top of that, so I finally got enough comfort to sleep. Twice when I had maintenance issues, it took me asking 3 days in a row before they got fixed. The hotel is on a seedy street with noisy bars and massage shops every few doors, including one right across the street with a 5-meter-high naked woman in neon. I also really hate having to beg for toilet paper--there should be a spare roll.

Location was good.

Blocked drain. Some power point did not work. We booked two rooms and one dis not have a window so the stay in that room was stuffy and uncomfortable.

The ACs didnt function all the 4 days. We called them thrice to fix the issue but they couldnt fix it. The doors had an issue, ruining sleep. Poor experience overall

Đường hẹp, không có chỗ đỗ xe. Mình đi dịp tết k biết nhân viên hay người nhà phục vụ thấy không thực sự niềm nở.

The staffs respond quick and clearly. The property was well-prepared.

Didn't eat there, how the location was great due to the closeness to the beach and cafés.

The widows were so dirty I couldn't see out and the fridge didn't work. Took 3 days for them to get a working one.

Schlechte Betten (viel zu hart und ausgelegen), Das gebuchte Frühstück war eine Katastrophe. Auf jedem Fall niemals 4 Sterne eher 2. Leichter Schimmelbefall im Bad.

Грязные номера , бассейн на крыше зеленого цвета, 3 раза просили помыть нормально полы даже не кто не пошевелился. За 5 дней проживания уборка была всего 2 раза

Am dormit ingramaditi asezati invers in pat, cu picioarele in afara patului. 3. Camera tripla era practic ocupata deja cand am ajuns noi, ne-au schimbat camerele dupa prima noapte, ne-au dat camerele rezervate de noi a doua zi, dar ne-au taxat suplimentar hotii!!! 4. Personalul umbla in bagaje, ni s-au furat bani din bagaje, din ambele camere, nu sume mari, doar cat sa nu ne dan seama, in opinia lor. 5. Lipsa engleza, comunicare deficienta. 6. Miros de mucegai in primele camere. 7. Mic dejun groaznic, conditii precare, mancare putina si rece. 8. Ne-au oferit mic dejun la pachet la check out, ne-au cerut sa alegem intre doua variante. La plecare, cand am intrebat de mic dejun, nimeni nu stia nimic, iar baiatul de la sala de mese nu stia engleza deloc.

It’s very dated. Pictures need to be updated. Does not look like it… And the cleanliness of the place. Everything is dirty. From the entrance, lift always with rubbish. At night there was someone sleeping on the tables every night. Not a good look

Все было хорошо. Нас заселили раньше, что было очень удобно после долгой дороги. Удобная локация, море рядом, много кафе и магазинов, до моста дракона чуть больше километра. Удобный матрас.

Удивило, что был 1 пуф, было бы замечательно если бы поставили небольшой стол и 2 стула, площади достаточно, номер просторный. И удивило, что на крыше есть огромная зона для кафе, либо зоны отдыха, но она запущена, как будто никто ей не занимается, хотя имеет отличный обзор на город.

Это один из самых дорогих отелей, в которых мы остановились за три недели нашего путешествия. Мы забронировали просторный четырехместный номер. По факту это был небольшой номер заставленный двумя большими кроватями. Места для чемоданов мало. Где шампунь, а где гель для душа не понятно. Один из флаконов был со сломанным дозатором, то есть воспользоваться им невозможно. Окно небольшое и выходит на глухие стены трех других отелей, откуда доносится шум вентиляционных шахт. Завтрак был отвратительный, очень скудный и с плохим обслуживанием. Не рекомендую

breakfast and beach can not see from room , you have to go up to the roof then see small potion of sea.

Es riecht nach Feuchtigkeit.. aber es hat auch die ganze Zeit geregnet.. ich konnte den Geruch mit der richtigen Klima Einstellung für mich ausblenden.. alles im allem würde ich es aber wieder buchen
