The actual room has nothing to do with what you would expect from this stay. There is nothing luxurious about the room and the name is misleading . It is just a crowded location with a metal gate like a garage with no proper space in the toilet where you will strugle to sit properly in order not to hit the wall with your knees. The shower is a joke it has a plastic bag as a shower door and water is splasing everywhere so you are guaranteed to have water everywhere inside the room while people can see you directly from the street as this is located at ground floor , while you take a shower since the window blinds are smaller than the actual window and look nothing like the pictures displayed on the booking.com app. You will also not be able to get an invoice for your stay or a refound as the host knows nothing about what it means to work in hospitality industry.

The property owner and the way she handles guest

It is said that the free breakfast is included, but not really. The view of the hostel is only 3 ~ 4m away from the front building. There is no accommodation name in the building. There is no restaurant nearby for snacks. The subway station takes at least 20 minutes. Toilets are too small to use. There is an additional 20 euro cleaning fee. A single bed is too uncomfortable to use. There is also no airport shuttle. It is said to be a self check-in, but it took a long time to enter the room due to lack of explanation. It was a really hard day in Athens.

Nice apartment however the bathroom was very small and uncomfortable to use because the toilet and the shower were too close. The breakfast was ok and it was the for both days so perhaps it should have variety. The location wasn’t that good it was next to a not recommended neighborhood. The parking was on the street.

Courage, fuyez ! Nous avons eu la chambre rouge. Avec en prime, de la moisissure sur le mur. Une odeur de renfermé quand nous sommes arrivés (nous en avons vite trouvé l'origine) : de la moisissure sur tout le long du mur donnant sur la rue. Un matelas dont nous avons pu compter tous les ressorts, tellement il était inconfortable, de mauvaise qualité et probablement usé. Une salle d'eau d'à peine 2 m2 avec une fenêtre qui donne sur ..... un conduit de ventilation de la copropriété. Un ballon d'eau chaude qui doit faire à peine 30 litres, inutile de vous dire qu'il faudra patienter si vous êtes à deux dans l'appartement. Et nous attendons toujours notre dernier petit déjeuner (pourtant compris dans le prix), qui n'est probablement pas arrivé à cause de nos plaintes à la propriétaire. Bref nous sommes repartis épuisés et très en colère. Une demande de remboursement va être faite auprès d'hotels.com car c'est vraiment une honte de proposer ce genre de "clapier à lapin" à des touristes !

Dani was awesome and very knowledgeable about the area. Great location to public transportation and not to far from the Acropolis. The apartment was spacious, clean and cozy. Definitely worth staying here. Thank you Dani!

Nice appartment near archeological museum. The owner is very helpfull and always reachable. This appartment is a great starting point and very central in athens. Great to see already some first needs in the kitchen..... thumbs up to the owner

Non isolata ne oscurata non è nemmeno pulitissima e il bagno è davvero piccolissimo. Dalle foto sembra piccola ma confortevole ma è solo apparenza. Letto scomodo e coperta rotta

Small but very pleasant 1 room apartment, close to every important places to be seen in Athens. Very happy with the communication with owner. We enjoyed every facilities.

TOURISTS BEWARE! Here's just a few items that were noted during our stay: NO housekeeping (didn't get any clean towels, ran out of toilet paper, garbage is not changed, and you are still charged 20 Euros for housekeeping!), the bathroom is so small that you have to enter sideways (see pic). If you enjoy cold showers, this is the place to be. Hot water is limited. There is also a decent sized window (not covered) in the shower that looks into the elevator/lift shaft. Difficult to sleep at night with the thin walls & abundance of traffic all night long. The property manager is difficult to get ahold of (no reception) & is very rude. We originally booked a 4 day stay (paid in full), but checked out after 2 days due to the conditions. Stayed in 5 hotels in Europe during our trip & this one was the worst by far.
