Room was big and clean.

Road is not reachable for cars till their place. We had to carry all luggage and walk. And then there was no lift. This is expected from a small and cheaper place. Breakfast was also very limited and I wouldn’t recommend this place if you have more luggage. We applied to cancel but then decided to spend a night here. But they approved the cancellation and took 2$ less than what was quoted to us earlier.

El lugar es hermoso y la habitación super amplia, es un lugar muy tranquilo y cómodo para pasar unas noches. El balcón de la habitación es genial.

El desayuno no es lo mejor, poco variado, no estaba bien preparado, mucha aceite y frituras. Pero no es algo que afecte a la estancia en si del lugar. La ubicación es buena pero lejos del centro.

Owners were very helpful and friendly Great location, short walk to old town.

Welcoming, helpful family. Mr Khan went & bought some sprite for us as didnt have any. Room good size, comfy bed & pillows. Nice balcony. Small fridge & kettle. Pool great & have pool towel available. Free bicycles. Close to everything.

Bicycles need maintainance.

We originally booked for 5 nights and requested a ground floor room (as I have trouble getting upstairs), unfortunately when we arrived the ground floor rooms were all occupied. As it was late when we checked in, we stayed for just the one night and left in the morning. That was a shame as the property looked really nice and it was extremely cheap.

Vraiment proche ne grab du centre, chambre spacieuse, et personnel vraiment agréable, je recommande nous restaient 7 jours au lieu de 3 hahah !

The host and his family and staff were amazing. Thats the best part. We stayed there for 21 days and they were always smiling and never said no for anything. They always found a way to help and accommodate our requests. They were generous many times. So thats the best part. The pool was great. We used it a few times to play and cool down. The breakfast had only few selections. We stuck to a few items - banana pancakes, bread omelette, juice & coffee and they gave us some fruits. Although we would have loved some variety, we were happy we could start our day with something before we go around. We loved the cycles and the pump to fill in air when required. We could go around even up to the beach one day. It was fun. The balcony in the room was nice. The rooms were exactly as in the photos. The place had some sitting area outside and was green.

The whole of vietnam had one problem. People were smoking everywhere even next to kids and in dining places. We did not like that at all and had to tolerate. This was our biggest problem in the place of stay as well.

Great value for money hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast was very good.

The host Mr.Khanh, very helpful in making our 4 days stay comfortable. Good supply of cold beers. Simple breakfast with choice of noodles or toast, eggs, variety of local fruits and local coffee. There is a swimming pool on site. Highly recommend this villa.

Friendly owners, the room was big, clean & comfy, great location. You can take the bicycles for free.

Spacious room, comfortable and clean in a quiet location, although a little way from the historic centre, generally great for getting to the rice paddies, further to the beach and walks along the river, it's a more local feeling location and being off the main road, means there is a lot less street noise. Friendly owner, can help organise a range of activities and with onward travel.

Logement superbe, chambre spacieuse, propre, lit très confortable, couette, clim, salle de bain grandiose avec vraie douche à l'italienne et non une douche sur les WC pour la plupart des logements en Asie. La piscine est un plus à ne pas négliger. Petit déjeuner avec plusieurs choix et très bien garnis. Le prêt des vélos gratuit est un gros plus d'autant plus que nous pouvons tout visiter en vélo depuis le logement. Endroit calme et non loin de la vieille ville et des coins touristiques. L'accueil parfait de la famille, parle anglais et a été très arrangeant pour notre départ tardif. Allez-y les yeux fermés

Duży przestronny pokój z oknami. W łazience również są okna w takim klimacie jest to bardzo ważne. Hotel raczej dla bardzo niewymagających osób. Jednak w tej cenie są hotele o dużo lepszym standardzie.

Hotel nie grzeszy czystością. Już od wejścia widać brud. Recepcja i miejsce gdzie są serwowane posiłki to sprzątane nie były dawno. Basen to prawdziwy syfilis!!!!! Nie widać dna. Miesiące nic się tu nie robi. W pokoju poduszka zagrzybiala, zielone poduszki które są jako ozdoba nie były prane nigdy. Hotel ma potencjał,ale brak chęci do sprzątania.

Nice staff. Chill environment. Area was pretty quiet at night. Coordinating the laundry service was greatly appreciated. Fair prices on food and drink.

Due to the high ceilings the rooms took a while to cool down. When checking out had an additional 3% fee for using a credit card, which does occur in Vietnam but was unexpected. Difficult to select the location using Grab so I needed to use nearby locations or map select.

Very nice room plenty of space and a very comfortable bed. Good Aircon. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. There was a small fan in the room which helped to circulate the air . A very quiet area free from traffic noise and karaoke 🤣

Un patron très dévoue. Faisant tout pour nous être agréable. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas compris . Mais on le savait. Il nous le propose et c’est très bien. Le linge peut être lavé. Vraiment une bonne adresse . Et la qualité des lits super.

A nagy árvíz előtti napon érkeztünk, a szállás adónk nagyon kedves volt. Másnap egy főző kurzusra mentünk, de szakdt az eső, kaptunk tőle esőkabátot kölcsön, majd kérdeztük hol kapható, és vett nekünk! Mikor az árvíz elöntötte Hoiant kérdezte mi a terv. Majd szerzett egy kocsit hogy a reptérre kinussunk. Még pont a nagy baj előtt el tudtunk menekülni. Reggeli is isteni volt!

A taxik nem mentek be a szállásig, abba az utcába nem fordulnak be szívesen, és így ha esik bokáig érő koszos vízben kell hosszan bemenni a szállás kapujáig. Meg a virágos ládákat eső idején jó lenne eltenni a recepcióig vezető útból, hogy szárazon le lehessen jutni odáig.

La gentillesse de la famille du propriétaire et l’emplacement parfait entre la vieille ville de Hoi An, les rizières, et la plage. La piscine est parfaite pour se rafraîchir tout en bronzant. Le petit déjeuner était bon. Et des vélos sont mis à disposition gratuitement pour se balader et visiter les alentours ! La chambre est très confortable, avec une climatisation qui fonctionne très bien. L’établissement est proche (moins de 1km) de plusieurs très bons restaurants avec de la nourriture locale et occidentale.

I loved everything about this place, I very much regretted only booking 3 nights. It looks exactly like the photos, super clean and very relaxing and cozy place. Loved just chilling on the balcony or by the pool at night. The owners were incredibly friendly. Location was great for me; about 20 mins walk from the old quarter. Owners did offer scooters to rent but the walk to town was so enjoyable I didnt bother. When I come back to Hoi An I'll stay here again happily

Schönes helles und großes Zimmer. Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, der stets für Fragen zur Seite steht. Kostenlose Fahrräder. Günstige Rollervermietung. Frühstück wird jeden Tag frisch zubereitet.

Der Boden des Zimmers war leider bei Ankunft sehr dreckig. Ansonsten war es aber sehr sauber und auf Nachfrage wurde geputzt.

Es un negocio llevado por una familia súper amable y pendiente de los detalles. El hotel tiene habitaciones muy amplias, limpias y está ubicado en una zona bastante tranquila donde se puede descansar bien por la noche, pero al mismo tiempo puedes ir al centro sin problema.

Thank you to the owner for his hospitality, we had a wonderful vacation at this hotel :) This place feels warm and cozy, just like home. The rooms are big and sunny, and the breakfasts are delicious. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to enjoy a quiet and peaceful atmosphere during their vacation

Great staff, very clean/comfortable, great location- a short bike ride or grab to the old town or the beach. Bars/shops and restaurants nearby. Good breakfast, free bikes - some in need of repair but we found 3 solid ones to use in our 4 days there. Great value for the money and the staff were fantastic-set us up with a very good night bus to Hanoi. Overall a great experience and highly recommended!

Sehr saubere Unterkunft, super freundliches Personal!! Wir konnten sehr spontan direkt bei der Unterkunft einen Roller mieten, es gab viel Auswahl bei der Frühstückskarte und alles wurde frisch zubereitet. Wir haben vom Gastgeber sogar noch frisches Obst aus dem Garten bekommen. Sehr zu empfehlen! Sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern.

The rooms were big and the beds were comfortable, The hotel manager was very nice and helpful and allowed us to use the kitchen. The hotel was a few minutes walk from very nice restaurants and a market.

The people who own this property cared for us like family. The breakfast, coffee, and hospitality was just what we needed for a wonderful extended stay. I have made new friends and will return again.
