Reviewed Sep 11, 2026アーリーチェクインを利用したが問い合わせした時の電話の女性の方もチェックインの時の男性の方も とても気持ちのいい接客だなと思いました。 出かける時お部屋の清掃の方と何人かお会いしましたが みなさん、おはようございますと言って頂き気持ちのいい朝でした。
朝食のバイキングで2日目の時 半分ぐらい残っている食べ物を取りやすいようによせる事がほとんどで空になっているお皿を補充が追いついてないように感じました。 お皿が空だったので声をかけて持ってきて頂き 2度目に行った時は2回目だったので何も言わず待っていたら、少ししてスタッフの方がこられて 無言で空のお皿を持って行き無言で新しい料理を目の前にどんっと置かれたので、お待たせしましたなど一言あってもよかったのかなと思いました。

The rooms are averagely sized for 3-star Tokyo (i.e. quite small), but who is spending much time in their room when they can be out in Tokyo? The rooms are always clean and functional, and the black-out window blinds are amazing. They completely darken the room and the rooms are quiet - I always get the best sleep when I stay here.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026La habitación es más similar a lo concebido en europea/américa. Es bastante más amplia que lo habitual en Tokyo. Si bien es cierto que no es la mejor ubicación, si que tiene un metro directo a la estación de Tokyo y está a 10 minutos andando de la torre de Tokyo. Además tiene buena correspondencia con muchas líneas de metro y JR que te permite moverte perfectamente por Tokyo. El desayuno está bastante bien y el personal fue muy amable y educado. Tiene un konbini en el propio hotel que te permite no desplazarte si hace un temporal, cómo fue nuestro caso uno de los días.
Cómo punto negativo pondría que el baño es algo pequeño. Pero no tengo mucha más queja.

Està molt ben ubicat, a 5 minuts d'estacions de metro, d'estacions de tren i a 8 minuts de la primera parada del monorail de Tokyo que et porta fins l'aeroport de Haneda. El personal és molt amable, sempre disposat a ajudar-te. Durant la nostra estada vam patir un terratrèmol a les 2 de la matinada però com que l'hotel està construit per resistir terratrémols, no va passar absolutament res. L'esmorçar és força variat i molt bo. Considerem que és un bon hotel.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026喫煙の部屋で予約してたにも関わらず、禁煙の部屋にしてくださいました😭近くのカプセルホテルを取ってたのですが、中を見て回ると最悪すぎて2泊もできないと思い、急遽こちらを予約しました。すでに夜中の一時、直結のコンビニはある、受付の方は優しい、ベッドはふかふか。やすさに飛びつくのはやめようと思いました！
お風呂に浸かったのですが蛇口の水が出る部分が汚かかったのが見えちゃいました。バスカーテンなど水回りはもう少しきれいにしてほしい😭 あと服のスチームアイロンがほしいです！！

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026The hotel was one of the best we've ever stayed in I was so surprised. The room was extremely comfortable and spacious for two people and luggage, neat and clean . Location perfect and as well as the staff very nice and helpful. Has two air-conditioning so that was a big plus and if I ever come in near future I will be staying at Keiso Presso Inn Hamamatsucho.

Unfortunately, I experienced a serious disturbance during my stay when someone urinated on my room door in the middle of the night. Although the hotel arranged a room change and provided an apology letter, I felt that additional compensation would have been appropriate, as the incident prevented me from getting any sleep that night.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026L'hôtel est bien situé loin de l’effervescence de Tokyo tout en restant à 5 minutes d’une station de métro. La chambre est très correcte, la salle de bain très fonctionnelle avec des agréments type brosse à dents, dans le hall de l'hôtel sont proposés des serviettes rafraîchissantes, des rasoirs, des body towel… et également du thé pour apporter dans la chambre. Tout est très bien insonorisé, on n’entend ni les voisins ni la rue. Le petit-déjeuner est franchement exceptionnel. Un énorme choix de plats cuisinés à la japonaise et quelques mets occidentaux pour les irréductibles.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026何度か使わせていただいています。部屋も小さく、シンプルで宿泊目的のためのホテルだと思っていますが、全てがコンパクトで便利にできていて気に入っています。バスルームも小さいですが、清潔で便利に設計されています。このお値段レンジの他のホテルだとお掃除が...と思うことが数度あったのですが、こちらはいつも清潔で安心して使えます。デスク周りやベッド周りなどもシンプルですが、使い勝手がいいと思います。お隣のコンビニと繋がっていますし、そのすぐ隣にもコンビニがあるという点も高得点です。最寄りは地下鉄の大門駅だと思いますが、増上寺や芝公園、浜松町駅なども徒歩圏です。
わかっていて宿泊しているので「良くなかった点」ではありませんが、私が泊まるお部屋は素敵な景色は見えません。仕事と寝るだけだとまったく問題ではありませんが。

There's a Family Mart next door, and you can find several restaurants nearby. The room is small, but I understand that's standard for Tokyo, and for the price it's good value.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026全部都很棒，尤其是整潔度連一根毛髮都沒有發現。 地理位置也很棒，雖然離車站步行10分鐘左右但沿途很多連鎖飲食店和很多家超商，甚至可以欣賞東京鐵塔的景色，不知不覺就走到了。 單人房以一個人來說空間非常足夠，設備也很齊全。 櫃檯工作人員也都總是很親切、一樓大廳甚至就連接一間Natural Lowson。
唯一一點最美中不足的地方就是我的房間的冷氣會有聲響，但並不影響到我個人的睡眠所以就沒有特別反應（104號房）

Com a punt negatiu, no disposa de vestíbul ni de cap zona comuna on poder seure al vespre. A l’entrada només hi ha uns petits bancs.

Personally I didn't have any problem with the size of the room, I was travelling light, but two suitcases can hardly fit inside without blocking the way.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026The convivence store next door was ORGANIC and carried EVERYTHING a traveler would need. I was very grateful. The ON-SITE LAUNDRY Room was also very helpful. This hotel is obviously newer and DOES NOT SMELL LIKE SMOKE, like alot of the older/more established hotels in Tokyo. I stayed in 4 hotels in Tokyo (due to biz travel, personal travel, event travel) and this one was the best budget hotel. (the Westin & Tokyo Marriott are considered nicer hotels but those smell like cigarettes in the rooms)
How fresh, new and clean this hotel is.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026Daily breakfast was amazing, room was very nice and all you need for a shorter stay. Best thing is the location - close to multiple train lines and easy to get anywhere in the city. Staff were excellent and the room was clean.
The room was on the smaller side, but still very reasonable for the price. The bathroom was tiny and difficult to move in, but it did have a bath tub, which was a nice bonus.

Nous somme à côté de plusieurs supérettes et les stations de métro sont vraiment proche. De plus le quartier est très calme et juste à côté de la Tokyo tower. Et vous trouverez des machines à laver et distributeurs à même l’hôtel.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026Lovely staff, they helped send luggages at 11PM on a Sunday which we really appreciated and they speak good English. The room is small but very well optimised with everything you need. Plus you can’t beat that location, it’s close to several tube stations that take you everywhere in Tokyo but it’s way quieter than Ginza or Shibuya.
The bathroom gets a bit stuffy due do the steam.

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026하네다 공항 이용했는데 접근성 좋아요. 호텔 주변 깔끔하고 도쿄타워도 가까워서 위치가 만족스러웠습니다. 직원분들도 친절하고 객실도 적당한 크기에 깔끔하고 딱히 단점이 없네요. 적당한 가격에 예약할 수 있다면 가성비 아주 훌륭한 선택이라고 생각해요.

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026羽田空港に到着したのが遅かったため、ホテルに到着したのも遅かったのですが、スタッフの方にとても親切に対応していただきました。 ホテルのロビーからドア1枚でコンビニに行くことができたので、とても便利でした。
海外からの帰国だったため、100-110Lサイズのスーツケースを2つ持っての滞在でした。部屋の広さ的には大きな荷物を持ち込むには少々狭いと感じました。(100Lのスーツケースが1つだったらそこまで狭く感じなかったと思います。)

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026The hotel is relatively new, and a lot of thought has been put into its design. The value for the money (having in mind the location and polite service) is beyond excellent!
When considering the price, nothing! The place definitely overdelivers. If we don't consider the pricing, the room and bathroom could be small for many people. I was by myself, so it was sufficient.

For our whole 5 days stay, they didn’t change the sheets or made the bed at all. The bed and pillows are hard and uncomfortable.

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026The location is great, a walking distance to several metro stations and Tokyo Tower. If you enjoy walking a lot, you will find it being able to visit Roppongi, Shibuya and Ginza by foot. There are also a lot of convenient stores and restaurants around. The hotel is very clean and convenient, and the staff is nice and helpful. You can leave your luggage in the lobby if you arrive early.
The check-in time is exactly 15:00, which was problematic for us after a long flight. The bathroom is extremely small. Whoever took that photo of the bathroom did a great job, because it's actually tiny, if you're a bigger sized person you might have problems fitting into a bath or probably even sitting comfortably on a toilet.

Reviewed May 31, 2026Herausragender Service durch alle Beteiligten. Sauberkeit auf höchstem Niveau. Ruhige Lage als Businesshotel. Auf Wünsche wird im Rahmen der Möglichkeiten bestens eingegangen.
Bett und Kissen wie in Japan üblich etwas härter. Kein wirklicher Kritikpunkt.

Reviewed May 29, 2026The hotel was close to multiple subway stations. The breakfast had good mix of both traditional and conventional food. There is an attached Lawson convenience store to get water, snacks and bakery item. The towels were changed every day. It has three elevators and 14 floors. The hotel is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It is close to several attractions and a 10 mins walk to Tokyo towers.

Appena arrivato ho avuto un problema con la valigia e la ragazza della reception mi ha subito aiutato a risolverò parlando lei in giapponese con l’operatore telefonico. La stanza ottima. Pulizia super. Disponibilità di mini kit personali nella reception, insieme a un Locker veramente utile. Posizione ottima perché vicino alla metro circa 10’ di camminata.

Reviewed May 26, 2026It's my second stay. Location is very good, easy walk less than 10mins to catch metro to either Haneda or Narita. The hotel also has 2 station for options: Daimon or Onarimon, depending on which line you want to take. And a bit further walk to Hamamatsucho station will give you another option for Yamanote line or JR connection. Room is clean, bed and pillow are comfortable, amenities are sufficient. Lawson is just down right next to hotel lobby (they have connecting door!).
(1) They are super strict on timing, though not a surprise, it's Japan after all. I booked 1 night single room continued with 3 nights double room, but they insisted I have to check out by 11am and leave the luggage on storage until 3pm before I can check in to my next room. (2) The single and double room also almost similarly small, very cramp bathroom, but again, this is not a luxury hotel in Japan, so this is a known fact. (3) Not soundproof at all, some guests would stay up and may annoy your sleep unfortunately (4) water temperature was good on higher floor, but not quite in 4th floor.

Reviewed May 26, 2026Very nice hotel. The room was small, but very comfortable and perfectly clean. Excellent breakfasts. The staff were polite, helpful, and professional. It was very convenient that we could check the availability of the washing machines on the TV.
