Best hotel I have stayed in Chania. The beds were amazing, the Phi bar downstairs was so beautiful with amazing staff (have the Therapy cocktail if you go). Location is fantastic.

Nothing. It was a nightmare! The room was small, not so clean and there was nobody at the reception desk to do the check-in we had to go to the next Bar and ask for the keys nobody asked us for documents so we could be perfect strangers. There is no elevator and the stairs are very small and high. But the worst part happened one hour after the check-in: while I was having a shower and my friend was relaxing in the bed water started to fall from the lamp above the bed the lamp was on and it was horrible and it was also very dangerous for our life to have water coming from electricity so we went downstairs but since there is nobody at the reception we had to go with the pyjama. It was the first thing that we were able to put on to the Bar next door so the girl of the Bar tried to call the manager a lot of times. We were forced to wait for a solution while we were at the bar because the girl was working and there was nobody at the reception in our hotel and we could not stay in our room since it was dangerous. The girl of the Bar confirmed that this problem had already happened sometimes before so it was clear they did not fix it. We lost almost 3 hours to find a solution and they found as a solution to move to another hotel for that night and to another hotel for the following day and I was very disappointed because I paid a lot of money to stay in that hotel and I had already wasted three hours waiting for a solution because it was their fault not to fix a problem that it happened before in the room we were staying in and they wanted us to move all the luggage is into hotels in 48 hours.

Location and room

The bed was the softest bed of the three places I stayed at in Greece. However, there was a mountain in the middle from people sleeping on the two sides. I loved that it had a TV, my boyfriend was very happpy. The bathroom and shower were a great size. I loved that there were four pillows. Obviously the location was amazing.

The parking obviously sucked. The AC did not work. At first not at all, then, it would go low, but wouldn’t stay low. It was the only thing that ruined this stay. AC is everything to me.

Posizione pazzesca (cit. Manuela), in zona centrale; direzione gentilissima e disponibile. Camera accogliente, con balconcino affacciato sulla simpatica vietta.

Essendo la struttura in un piccolo palazzo in centro non era munita di ascensore, ce lo aspettavamo. Assolutamente nulla di segnalare.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our hosts were very kind and accommodating, allowing us to leave and store our luggage after check-out and before our flight later in the day. The room was lovely, a great location for so many restaurants, shops, transport links and Nea Chora Beach.

The hotel is located right in the heart of the Old Town and it was noisy in the evenings. We anticipated this based on other reviews and brought ear-plugs which helped.

Das Zimmer lag genau ûber eine Bar. Ab 22 - 02 Uhr war es zu laut zum Schlafen.

Check in and check out instructions very poor. The bar outside can be noisy. The mattress of bed is very soft.

Lamentablemente no tenia ascensor (se entiende por ser un edificio antiguo) y era bastante ruidoso por la noche ya que había un bar abajo (frente al hotel)

Posizione nel cuore del centro storico, struttura nuova e arredata con il giusto essenziale.

Avevo chiesto un letto matrimoniale e invece c'erano 2 singoli. Poca attenzione alle richieste del cliente. Non c'è convenzione con nessun parcheggio. Il bar presentato in foto è esterno alla struttura e offre molto poco per la colazione.

Beautiful stay in the heart of Old Town Chania! The location was perfect, just steps away from the harbor, restaurants, and everything you want to explore. My room had lovely views of the port and was beautifully designed, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay, always making sure I had everything I needed.

Hotel czysty, blisko portu weneckiego, położony w malowniczej uliczce, mimo tego, że blisko znajdują się lokale w hotelu było bardzo cicho. Bardzo polecam :)

My stay was very pleasant. It was clean. Location is very central. I could see the sea from my room. I really like the room.

I loved everything except the hotel replied to my questions TOO LATE. Prevented me to complete my plans. They were not very responsive at all

The location was excellent, and the room was very spacious. The bed was comfortable and the table by the window was a good additional working space.

There weren't enough covers, which led to being cold the first night since I did not want to use the AC. Wifi code was not provided either.

Η θέση του ξενοδοχείου είναι καλή, δεδομένου ότι βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό σημείο, εντός παλιάς πόλης και μέσα σε όλα τα μαγαζιά/καφέ, καθώς και στο ενετικό λιμάνι. Το δωμάτιο είναι όμορφα ανακαινισμένο και με ωραία διακόσμηση. Επίσης υπήρχε και μηχανή εσπρέσο στο δωμάτιο, το οποίο μας βόλεψε αρκετά για τον πρωινό μας καφέ.

Το μπάνιο έχει διαμορφωθεί με τζαμαρία, συνεπώς δεν υπήρχε ιδιωτικότητα καθώς οι ήχοι δεν απομονώνονταν και δεν αισθανόσουν άνετα. Ταυτόχρονα, η πόρτα του μπάνιου ήταν από τζάμι και δεν έκλεινε καλά, αλλά παρέμενε μισάνοιχτη. Επίσης, το εσωτερικό της ντουλάπας δεν έχει συντηρηθεί αλλά έχει απλά βαφτεί, με συνέπεια να φαίνεται το παλιό φθαρμένο ξύλο του εσωτερικού της χώρου. Σε ένα τέτοιο ξενοδοχείο θα έπρεπε να είχε δοθεί προσοχή σε αυτό. Τέλος, η θέση του ξενοδοχείου ήταν καλή, ωστόσο ήταν ακριβώς δίπλα/απέναντι από μπαρ και καφέ, με συνέπεια να υπάρχει φασαρία καθ' όλη τη διάρκεια της ημέρας και της νύχτας.

Ζητήσαμε τον κωδικό του wifi και δεν μας απάντησαν ποτέ

Το σημαντικότερο είναι ότι ήταν κέντρο και κοντά στο δημόσιο πάρκινγκ. Γενικά καλή διαμονή και καθαρό δωμάτιο.

Καταρχάς δεν είχαμε ενημέρωση από τον ιδιοκτήτη για το πως θα μπούμε στο δωμάτιο. Ενώ είχαμε βάλει περίπου την ώρα άφιξης ,δεν ήταν κάποιος εκεί ούτε είχαμε λάβει κάποιο μήνυμα έστω. Καλέσαμε εμείς για να πάρουμε οδηγίες. Επίσης, είναι σοβαρό θέμα το μπάνιο, καθώς είναι εννιαίο το ντουζ με όλον τον χώρο και έχει ένα τζάμι μόνο που δεν βοηθάει γιατί το νερό τρέχει παντού. Ένα επίσης θέμα ήταν ότι 3 μέρες που μείναμε δεν μπήκε κάποιος στο δωμάτιο έστω για καθαρές πετσέτες και χαρτί που χρειαστήκαμε. Δεν υπάρχει βραστήρας, μόνο μια καφετιέρα η οποία δεν είχε καθαριστεί από προηγούμενους επισκέπτες. Ο ύπνος ήταν έτσι κ έτσι λόγω των μαγαζιών από κάτω και άλλων επισκεπτών καταλύματος που έκαναν φασαρία το βράδυ.

Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ βολική, καθώς μπορείς να πας παντού στην παλιά πόλη, στο ενετικό λιμάνι στα καφέ και στις ταβέρνες, χωρίς να χρησιμοποιήσεις το αυτοκίνητο σου, αν λάβεις υπόψη πόσο δύσκολο είναι να βρεις θέση πάρκινγκ στα Χανιά. Εμείς βέβαια πήγαμε Νοέμβρη, όπου η παλιά πόλη είχε ελάχιστη κίνηση, λίγους τουρίστες και καθόλου θόρυβο. Δεν ξέρω αν θα επέλεγα καταλυμα στο κέντρο της παλιάς πόλης το καλοκαίρι.Τα δωμάτια καθαρά σε παραδοσιακό στιλ, εναρμονισμένα με το περιβάλλον του ενετικού λιμανιού.

A charming boutique hotel in the heart of the old town. The room was spacious, with a view of the port. It was amongst the hustle and bustle but very quiet inside. We couldn’t hear any street noise. The staff were all lovely and went out of their way to be helpful

A very charming room with high ceilings, a comfortable bed, a beautiful view from the window, and a perfect location right in the heart of the old town. The air conditioner worked perfectly, making our stay even more comfortable.

The shower lets water run onto the floor, which makes it wet and a bit slippery. The coffee machine and the safe were also not working properly.

Initial Communication poor. Map of location and car park did not come through on booking.com messenger. When asked property to resend - no response. This made it very stressful to enter Hania and not have any idea where to go to park. VERY stressful. Phoned the property and got unclear and then clear advice to go to a place which actually had no parking spots! Eventually found a car park in a large paid car parking building. The rooms are not sound proof. There is a busy/late night bar with loud music just outside the doorstep. Lucky we were so tired at the end of the day that we fell asleep quite easily. Could be a problem for others.

Perfect location, right in the heart of Old Town by the harbour. The room was cute and nicely styled just quite stuffy but we were only there for two nights so wasn't a big deal as we were out for most of the day. Just be mindful taxis can't drop you to the doorstep so you might have to pull heavy luggage around for 5-10 minutes.

There was no-one in reception when we arrived and hadn't received any instructions on how to get the key, but we went to the bar next door and someone got the keys for us. So was fine but some instructions would of course have been helpful. Other than that when we did meet the staff, they were lovely.

Property location was brilliant. Very central but off the main drag. Next to a couple of great bars. The hotel cleaner was amazing. She was so helpful and friendly.

The room was so beautiful, very spacious and kept clean daily. I loved the views from the window out to the harbor! AC worked well and there was a fridge to keep drinks and food cool, and a daily cup of espresso was complimentary. Bed was really comfy and I loved the pillows. Not really anything negative to say. Of course there was noise from the streets outside (music playing and people enjoying themselves) since the location and there's hardly any soundproofing inside the building, but nothing earplugs couldn't fix. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

Felt like non existent soundproofing in the room, could clearly hear the conversations and music from the street and people in the hallway coming back to their rooms all night, so not so great sleep. Otherwise room was nice.

Lovely boutique hotel in old town Chania. Many shops, restaurant, attraction around. Helpful and friendly staff! Olga is so nice! She gave us information about how to get there and what to see around. Also everyone there are so lovely. Located in heart of the old town but not so noisy at night. Room is fine and clean. A/C works good. Shower is ok. We had good stay here.

Hotel located in the heart of the old town, have to approach by foot so not so good if you have heavy suitcase.

A/C unit was wonderful and quiet. The room was clean, spacious and pretty. It's well located, right in the busy center and close to the coast and to the bus station.

Too noisy at night, our bad for booking something without double checking the surroundings. I personally found the bed to be uncomfortable and ended up sleeping the other way around. There was no blanket in the room and I was cold the first night before I could ask for one.

It was so comfortable clean in a great location just beside the old port of Honey but on East side street that was very quiet so no major noise at night. Staff were so welcoming and accommodating would highly recommend recommend
