Camden Enterprise Hotel

Todo estaba muy bien! Nuestra habitación era muy cómoda, la cama estaba deliciosa. Dos ventanas donde entraba mucha luz pero tenían una persiana que dejaban la habitación bastante oscura para dormir súper bien. Teníamos botellitas de agua cada día. El baño cómodo y muy bonito. El lavamanos pequeño y algunas veces se empozaba un poco pero era un detalle muy pequeño. Había aire acondicionado y aún con el aire apagado la habitación mantenía una temperatura súper agradable. También tuvimos secador de pelo y plancha + tabla para planchar! Súper necesario cuando viajas con una mochila! Creo que no tenía ascensor, pero viajamos ligeros y no nos importó. Nunca escuchamos ruidos del exterior tampoco, la zona muy tranquila y los otros huéspedes muy silenciosos también.

The staff are so lovely and are asset to the hotel everyone from reception to cleaners! Rooms are lovely and very comfortable!

My only slight complaint is how thin walls are which means you can’t help but hear cleaners when turning rooms dragging hoover or other guests! Better sound installation in rooms would be my only suggestion to improve the property

Very good access to Chalk Farm Station, just a short walk away. it was quiet and the breakfast across the road was very good.

The room was clean, conveniently close to the station, and they allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in/after check-out.

This was hands down the worst night I have ever spent in a hotel. There is a pub located right next to the property that blasted music at maximum volume until 3:00 AM, accompanied by the loud noise of people talking and shouting, making it completely impossible to sleep. It was so unbearable that I tried to call the front desk, but the phone line wouldn't connect. I had no choice but to endure the night using my earphones as makeshift earplugs. While the cleanliness and location were good, the terrible conditions at night completely ruined the next day of my trip—I was exhausted, constantly sleepy, and couldn't recover from my fatigue at all. If you can sleep through intense noise without an issue, this place might be fine, but otherwise, I strongly recommend booking somewhere else.

There was a mix up about the booking, however the manager and her team were really quick to provide a solution! The hotel in itself is quaint, yet modern, very clean snd near Camden market without being too close.

Das Zimmer war wie beschrieben. Das Check-In hat reibungslos funktioniert und die Rezeption war im Kontakt sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mit der Underground ist das Stadtzentrum schnell und zuverlässig zu erreichen.

Das Badezimmer war nicht gesäubert und die Bar auf der anderen Straßenseite war jeden Abend bis spät in die Nacht laut zu hören.

Nadat we een kamer hadden op bovenste verdieping waar heel veel herrie vandaan kwam, kregen we een upgrade naar een grote kamer, met uitzicht. Hele goede service. Locatie top! Personeel heel vriendelijk en goede service!

Kamer bovenverdieping heeft geen raam wat open kan of waar je door naar buiten kunt kijken. Kan wat benauwd voelen.

Booked 2 rooms for myself and a friend On booking we were told that our rooms were not in hotel but in Ferdinand st down the road It’s on the main road that was so incredibly noisy !! Shouting all night or police sirens or the tube train going over above it was an absolute nightmare .. my friends room at the back and had one window with a brick wall as a view !!! No light and incredibly clostaphobic Beds rock hard and dusty

There was some damage to the bathroom which hadn’t been fixed. The room was quite small with very limited ability to hang clothes. The lift was very slow and didn’t work when I left this morning, but the property did send engineers after reporting.

We stayed in a Deluxe Double Room in the main building above the pub. Despite being above a busy pub, the room was really well soundproofed, which was a definite bonus! The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout. The location was absolutely perfect for us as we were going to a gig at the Roundhouse, which is literally just across the road! A great place to stay in Camden and we would definitely recommend it, especially if you’re heading to an event at the Roundhouse.

The night noise outside was loud, which we knew due to the location, but saw that suggested soundproofing. The double glazed windows were not of a good standard so did not reduce the outside news.

The receptionist was friendly and welcoming when I checked in, and I genuinely wanted to like the hotel. Unfortunately, that was probably the most positive part of my experience.

Unfortunately, this stay was really disappointing. The room felt extremely cramped, the bathroom was tiny, and the room itself was uncomfortably hot. I’m not sure exactly what I expected, but it definitely wasn’t this. What frustrated me most was discovering after checking in at reception that my actual room was in a different building around a 10-minute walk away. The receptionist was nice, but the directions given were not very helpful. I ended up struggling to find the building, and I was surprised that staff couldn’t clearly explain nearby landmarks that would have made locating it much easier. When I finally arrived, I then had to climb two flights of extremely steep stairs to reach my room, which just added to the experience. For the price, I really didn’t feel that the accommodation represented good value for money. I genuinely wanted to like this place because the staff member I met was pleasant, but between the separate location, poor directions, steep stairs, cramped room, tiny bathroom and heat, unfortunately it’s a no from me.

Very clean and tidy room, cleaners even came in a did the room on the first night and we were only there for two nights, very unusual. Comfortable bed and lovely shower. Great location for train station,bars/ restaurants and Camden Market.

Great location, lovely room, friendly staff.

The lift is incredibly slow, the card key locks were very temperamental and the front door was constantly left open, all small things. Otherwise perfect.

- great central location next to the theatre and tube station - bed was very comfortable - room decor was nice - the cleaning staff were very friendly - most of the staff were friendly once I’d arrived compared to the unhelpful tone I felt from messages before I arrived - air con was good on a hot day - good tea and coffee facilities - bottled water was a nice touch

- I had a skylight but the blind didn’t work so I couldn’t look out of it - tv didn’t work very well, the remote stopped working/froze and had no option to use Netflix/disney etc - the shower water pressure wasn’t good, it was very difficult to even wash the shampoo out of my hair - there was no signage whatsoever to explain where to go to get to the room, 3 identical doors once you got to the correct floor and no sign or indication to explain which one to use to get to the rooms. - the staff were quite unhelpful when I messaged to ask 2 questions before my stay, I asked about a form I needed to fill out to just be told “it’s on our website”, no link to where to find it (it was not in an obvious place in the website and was a non clickable address in a long terms and conditions document on the website) and I had enquired about adding an extra night on a few weeks before my stay and had said I didn’t mind changing rooms, the same room was available and still being advertised at the price I’d requested but I was told it wasn’t possible without a clear reason given. - room was very small considering it was advertised as “deluxe” - no wardrobe in room

Amazing stay, room extremely clean, had everything you needed, water bottles provided by the bed side table and plenty of coffee and tea provided. The property is very close to Chalk farm station. Check in and check out was online and very easy. Staff members were very nice and polite.

Great customer service, all staff very friendly & helpful.. room size, not big but adequate for our requirements, comfortable bed , lovely bathroom & all very clean .. the only downside & why not given 5* was the room we had, was on 4th floor overlooking courtyard to other properties & there was constant loud noise from what sounded like a outside air conditioning unit.. this is obviously not the hotel’s fault but personally wouldn’t want to stay in any room facing that side again…

From the moment I arrived, I felt very welcome. The woman who checked me in was one of those people who simply brighten your day. Although on the surface the room is all you need- small, with a good bed and a shower it was everything else that made it exceed my expectations. It was quiet yet next to a main road; it was amazingly clean and, more importantly, cool in the current hot weather. The staff had taken the extra step of making sure the AC was running before I arrived. As I was going to the Roundhouse, the location could not be more perfect; it is just across the road. It turned out that nearly everyone staying in the hotel was going there too, so I wasn't the only one who realised how perfectly located the place is. To be honest, this place impressed me more than some "luxury" hotels I have stayed at.

I based my choice of hotel on its location, as it was right across the road from the Roundhouse. Right from the moment I turned up, I felt welcome. I was welcomed at reception, and the service would have been quick if not for my enjoying my conversation with the staff. I was immediately at ease. My room was what I wanted: comfortable, cool, especially in the hot weather we have been having recently, spotless, and the noise level low, as I could barely hear the outside world. The AC had been turned on before I arrived, so the room was a relief after the hot journey. Later on, I went to the pub the hotel is attached to; its calm, friendly atmosphere and staff made me welcome again, so it didn't take long for me to shake off the feel of the journey. I highly recommend the Camden Enterprise; the room quality and friendly service make it better than some so-called luxury places I have stayed at over the years.

Location was great. Easy walk to Camden and directly opposite Chalk Farm tbe station. All the staff on reception were great, really friendly and helpful. It was good that they were also able to store our luggage.

We did have an issue with the shower. It wasn't draining as we were using it. We did let them know, however nothing was done while we were there. Hopefully sorted for the next guests. The room was cleaned each day. But they took our bathmat and hand towel away on the first day and never replaced it.

Room was nice but bathroom had a bit of a smell and had hairs on the floor. There was also a lot of noise during the night due to another guest not being able to get in to their room with the key card. Receptionist was rude and it seemed like I’d inconvenienced her with any request I made.

Great, clean hotel! air conditioning is working properly, good view on Roundhouse, underground station of Northern line nearby. The only only thing is that to get to most of locations need to switch to another line eventually. Comfort bed, low noise even on a night when England played a game with Norway and there is a pub on the ground floor. Very satisfied with the room. Friendly staff, reception working 24/7.

Perfectly located for attending a show at the Roundhouse, being a stone’s throw from both the tube and the venue. The staff at the hotel and associated pub were extremely welcoming and helpful. Having Camden market close by is a bonus :)

Only having a bedside table on one side of the bed messed up a lazy lie-in as there was nowhere for one of us to put their tea!

The Camden Enterprise was a great choice for our stay in London. We arrived well before check-in and were able to leave our luggage so we could start exploring straight away. It was a small gesture, but a great start to our stay. Our room was compact but made good use of the space. It was cleaned every day, the bed was very comfortable, and despite being in the heart of Camden, it was surprisingly quiet at night. We both slept really well. The staff are what we’ll remember most. Everyone we met was friendly, approachable and genuinely helpful. A special thank you to Emma. During check-in, she found out that we were celebrating our fifth anniversary and had just got engaged. Our room was ready before the official check-in time, which was a lovely bonus. She surprised us with complimentary Prosecco, beautiful roses and a handwritten note waiting in our room. We never expected anything like that, and it was such a thoughtful touch. It summed up the kindness we experienced throughout our stay. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of choice and good-quality ingredients. The location was perfect for us: a short walk from Chalk Farm Underground station, Camden Market, Primrose Hill and Regent’s Park. As someone with mobility issues, I also appreciated how accessible the hotel was and how easy it was to get around the hotel. For us, the combination of the location, service and overall experience made it excellent value for money. We’ll definitely stay here again. Located directly above and opposite busy bars. Windows did not seem to function, ie we could hear everything that went past our window and the main road, and two of the windows just seemed to radiate heat. The bathroom had a smell. Lots of cobwebs on the walls. Room a lot smaller than it appeared on photos, so quite cramped for two people, and nowhere to really store luggage. Shower cubicle is very dark.

Rooms were clean and staff is incredibly nice, the check-in and checkout online procedures then make the experience smooth. So this hotel is 100% recommended!

We got a room that was very noisy, maybe the airco of the building or some very loud noise of a machine no stop, they agreed on changing the room but we were lucky there was one no-show-up check-in because the hotel was full. They also proposed to reimburse the entire cost and let us look for another hotel, so here's why staff level is amazing but honestly you should warn in advance if I book a room that is super noisy (and not because of voices coming from the street) since finding a room in London on the same day is crazy expensive and not a real solution to be adopted. This was the only issue, luckily we managed to sleep in the other room since it was soundproofed as it should be!

Rooms are over a bar that allows people to drink in the street under the windows of the room until after 1am. There was then bottle recycling at 6am, followed by a drinks delivery at 6:30am. Sum total of 4.5 hours sleep due to noise. The room was tiny. A double bed pushed into the corner of a tiny room with next to room around it. Clothing storage was a propped up ladder with a couple of hangers on that slips to the floor when you hung something on it. The sound proofing between rooms is non existent. I could hear the people in the adjoining room every time they went to use the toilet. Check in was strictly at 3pm. We arrived at 2:15pm after a 4 hour drive and asked would it be possible to check if our room was ready, reply, no, check in is 3pm.

This was a really nice property in a great location. The rooms were spacious clean. It was very easy to check-in. The aircon was very good even in the heatwave.

The keycards were a bit intermittent. There were a lot of stairs.

Tube station 2 mins walk...Camden market 5 minss....room was clean compact and everything you need would defo stay here again whenever I am london 😀 Neeed to mention the lady from Portugal she was lovely,very helpful and great sense of humour!!! The location was perfect for attending an event at roundhouse. Just across the road and five minutes from Camden market so there was always something to do very close which is great for those with access needs. I made the access needs clear when I booked too and the reception were super accommodating and friendly. Particularly Patrick who welcomed us and couldn’t have helped more. The facilities were great especially the enterprise pub! The room was also lovely and tidy, had everything we needed and a nipping clean bathroom. The air conditioning was also super welcoming in the hot weather. I’d definitely stay here again, super convenient and welcoming

Excelente estadía. La habitación era cómoda, limpia y bien mantenida, con una cama muy confortable y todo lo necesario para descansar después de recorrer Londres. La ubicación es uno de los puntos fuertes del hotel: en pleno Camden, cerca de pubs, restaurantes, mercados y con muy buena conexión al transporte público. El personal fue amable y atento durante toda la estadía, y el ambiente del hotel es tranquilo a pesar de estar en una zona tan animada. Como punto adicional, me gustó mucho la combinación entre el estilo clásico del edificio y las comodidades modernas de la habitación. Sin duda volvería a alojarme aquí en una próxima visita a Londres.

Como aspectos a mejorar, me habría gustado que la habitación contara con más café y amenidades para preparar bebidas calientes. También encontré que la iluminación del baño era algo tenue para arreglarse cómodamente. Además, habría sido útil disponer de más toallas, especialmente porque la ducha tenía una pequeña filtración que hacía que algo de agua saliera hacia el exterior. A pesar de estos detalles, disfruté mucho mi estadía y volvería a hospedarme aquí en una próxima visita a Londres.

location is right by camden market what more can you ask for, my room was on the 3rd floor, it was quiet and had everything I expected . Staff are helpful and supportive e.g brining the iron up to your room. The room is not huge but the for local and price it worked for me.
