There’s nothing I didn’t like

Apartment was clean and comfortable with fabulous views of Table Mountain and harbour. Security people were friendly and helpful. The host responded immediately with advice when requested and shared all relevant information before staying and upon leaving. As we stayed for 13 nights, there was a complimentary clean after first week with refreshed bedding and towels.

The location didn't always feel safe so walking during the daytime left our family feeling vulnerable. Ubers were the safest mode of transport but it would have been nice to be able to walk safely to the local coffee places.

The apartment is located near most attractions, easily accessible. Very spacious, the views were amazing.

The location is great with view of table mountain and lion's head behind the house, well security guard and provide all the amenities especially the washing machine

We didn't get wifi in first few days due to didn't notice that the wifi route is off but it's still ok coz we got our data Another one there is leaking at the bathroom upstairs and water really slow to disappear in the sink ( sorry for my English 😅)

The flat was clean and light. The 3 rooms were comfortable as well as the unique bathroom. Toilets on the ground floor. It was easy to exchange with our host Gavin.

3 Canterbury Square is the best,very clean and tidy, nice central area to so many thing. We enjoyed our stay and we are very thankful to our host, Gavin is a superhost, responded to our messages timely and accommodated us by granting us extra checking in and out time. We highly recommend this accommodation.

Nothing, just fix the garage door, was n working, for gests that come with cars.

The location, amenities, and the host service was tops👌🏽. Gavin made us feel so welcome in his home from check in and throughout.

The location is just perfect 👌. Nearer to most amenities. The house is clean and has everything we use daily in our houses. It's quiet and secure. Perfect for family with behaved kids coz it's glassy in most tops and table. I loved every moment

All was just perfect for me. I missed a floor mop but I think I wasn't really looking in the right places..again it's only needed for longer stays.

The location of the place is wonderful. At the foot of Devil's Peak basically. Beautiful view of the city and harbor. The property was clean and modern with everything you might need. The owner, Gavin, was also very friendly and helpful. Can definitely recommend this property when visiting Cape Town.

Neighbour came in to check if we did not throw bottles down the stairs and he said he wanted us to say yes it was us he would be happy if we would've said that however it was not even us and we did not even throw out our garbage felt very offended

It’s clean and very cosy. My family and I enjoyed our stay at 3 Canterbury square. Safe and secure. Had all the household things we needed.

The couch is worn out. It must be replaced.

The bottle of complimentary wine was welcome. Wi-Fi was effective.

This apartment needs a major spruce up to look even close to the photos on the site. Mildew on the ceiling in the bathroom! No extractor fan in the bathroom. Shower door dose not seal closed. Site must update facts, please state only 1 bathroom more prominently. The cupboards in the kitchen and skirtings need attention, and cleaning. Couch and floor mat need replacement in lounge. Table lamp has no adaptor plug. Patio floor needs repair where it's collapsed. Garage is very small, my Kombi could not fit in, alternative parking inside is not marked as such. The site of multiple Squaters in the veld across the road takes the shine off any views.

Loved how i got the keys at the front gate, very friendly guy.

The walls have life, when you enter the house your depression go away. I love the fact that everything we needed was there, include the shot glasses, the toaster, etc.

The coach is old and have stains, it needs to be replaced

The owner was a great person, welcomed us well and checked up on us know if we still ok, even though he was not around, we felt welcomed. The apartment was clean and all expectations were met. The guards were friendly also, the place is easily accessible

Our neighbors at number 4 they reported that our braai stand smoke is making them sick they have asthma, we had to stop the fire, no braai meat for us, that was being nasty and horrible

The comfort of our own garage, remote and also the nice spacious living area. The view is awesome and the kids really enjoyed the stay.

The hinge on the bathroom door that was broken and also the back wind blowing into the shower through the vent.

Location, facilities like fast free wifi, working kitchen utensils and cleanliness. Security was top.

That there were no keys to lock the bedrooms. If you could have them available for security. The toilet door has a problem too, it needs to be fixed so it can lock without a problem. The bedroom and bathroom should be always lockable from the inside for privacy.

Loved the location nice and quiet and loved the view especially at night. Uber was very affordable and would recommend to everyone.

The host went above and beyond, even before we arrived in CT, by assisting with receiving online deliveries, etc. Exceptional hosting. The house had EVERYTHING we needed, even washing powder for the machine and ironing facilities. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. The place is also very central. Easy to reach town & the southern suburbs.

Very easy check-in the security guard was very helpful on arrival. The accommodation was clean, airy and bright, spacious and well equipped. The area was peaceful but within easy access to the city centre and main freeways. Ideal for our family getaway .

It was unfortunate that the view from the window was onto an informal settlement. There was a smell of human faeces when the wind blew hard. The main toilet seat was loose, I think the coffee machine leaks as the floor was pooled with water after we switched it on. The garage was too small for our car and we battled on three occasions to find somewhere to park. All that said, these issues were minor.

Very convenient location and good to stay with kids. Close to V&A. Very Clean and you find mostly all the utilities you need in the kitchen. Even an excellent coffee machine.

The only challenging thing was that we were driving a Staria ( van) and it didn’t fit in the garage. So every day we needed to look for visitors parking lot for a space available to park. In the kitchen maybe a blender would be useful for the guests.

Modern finishes and everything I needed was available.

Excellent place, far enough out from city to be peaceful, but close enough to make Uber easy and affordable. Well stocked kitchen, good shower and bath with lots hot water, and comfortable bedrooms.

My stay at the apartment was an absolute delight from start to finish. The moment I stepped inside, I was taken aback by the tasteful and modern decor that created a cozy ambiance. The amenities provided were top-notch, and the fully equipped kitchen made cooking a breeze. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The location was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and public transportation. What truly stood out was the impeccable cleanliness and the attentive, friendly staff who made me feel right at home. Without a doubt, this apartment exceeded all expectations and made my trip unforgettable. I can't wait to come back!

That only the main bedroom had an AC as the other rooms were extremely cold

The location is close to everywhere we were gonna go which meant cheap Uber rides. Cape Town was cold and wet when we were there but the place was warm. We always had hot water. The UPS helped ease the impact of load shedding we could watch tv and charge our phones. The natural light and the bedrooms and living room and having a lot of mirrors I liked that.

That there wasn’t anyway to warmup or cook food during load shedding.

The shacks external the property , We stayed for 3 nights there was No housekeeping. Otherwise the property was value for money .

The house is as it was when we last came to visit,😎We loved that even though loadshedding was there, we didn't really feel it.I will give them a 200% for that, and we will definitely come back.❤️
