Overlooking lake, nice sauna with window looking onto lake, lovely grounds to walk around, path to beach is easy access, the bed was comfortable, the AC was quiet.

I think a cream for coffee could be in fridge, the coffee was good but for the price of place I think Coffee Mate is kind of tacky. A few simple extras like salt & pepper would be nice. Because it is quite far from town, a hot plate or built-in stove top would have been appreciated. A couple more pillows for bed. I think a couple of wine glasses in cupboard would also have added to the ambience.

Windows have a beautiful view but were covered in cobwebs, which kind of ruined it to be honest. This is easy to clean and should be done between stays. The outdoor fire pit was full of so many cigarette butts that it smelled awful to go near it. This should also have been cleaned prior to our arrival. There was a steep embankment where you could access the beach, and people clearly had been doing this regularly - but it should have steps as it was quite dangerous and difficult to go up and down. The cabin is also in desperate need of an outdoor deck / place to sit and enjoy the view / eat dinner. All in all, it was acceptable for one night but felt over priced. Would not stay more than one night.

- unser gebuchtes Zimmer (Suite #3) war bei Ankunft durch ein anderes Paar besetzt, dieses hat uns den Code für das gegenüberliegende Zimmer (Suite #2) gegeben. Wir haben somit in Suite #2 übernachtet mit dem Wissen, dass der Zugangscode auch anderen bekannt ist - Fernbedienung der Klimaanlage hat gefehlt, Temperatureinstellungen nicht möglich, Temperatur im Zimmer deutlich zu kalt - Sauberkeit/Pflege oberflächlich gegeben, aber Schimmel in Badewanne, dreckiger Duschvorhang, schmutzige Kopfkissen (Make-up Flecken), dreckige Lüftung und Klima, ungepflegte Fenster und Balkon - Kühlschrank nachts viel zu laut! - kein Schallschutz, die Unterkunft liegt direkt an einer Straße, jedes vorbeifahrende Fahrzeug wurde gehört trotz geschlossener Fenster - Kopfteil vom Bett lose - Reaktion auf Beschwerden erst am nächsten Vormittag

Het uitzicht was geweldig! Het domein was ook heel goed onderhouden wat het allemaal nog mooier maakte. De kamer was proper en had alles wat we nodig hadden op een kort verblijf.

Het zicht is geweldig maar helaas waren de ramen niet zo proper.. Vol spinnenwebben en veel afval van buiten plakte aan de vensterbank. Dit was ook zo voor het buitenterras. We snappen dat dit natuurlijk moeilijk constant te onderhouden is, maar de spinnenwebben zouden toch weg mogen. Ook had wat meer informatie van de host handig geweest. Er staat dat er een deurcode is maar dan wordt er tegelijk naar een aankomstuur gevraagd. Ik had hierover 2 berichten gestuurd maar kreeg pas uitleg de dag zelf om 15u. Dit kan anders. Ook wat uitleg over het verblijf had handig geweest: welke delen mag je gezamenlijk gebruiken, hoe werkt de buitenkeuken, etc. Gordijn aan de deur is ook nodig.

Die Lage, der Blick,das Bett, der Balkon alles Top. Sehr ruhig.

The location and view are absolutely unbeatable easily the best view I’ve ever had. The resort is very clean, quiet, and comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. The rooms are well-kept and offer a peaceful atmosphere, ideal for families or anyone looking for a calm getaway. Waking up to such a stunning view truly makes the whole experience special. Overall, it’s a beautiful place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it.

The resort is undeniably beautiful, with stunning views and a peaceful setting. However, the experience was quite mixed. There was no one available to assist when issues came up, which made the stay feel unsupported and frustrating. The location is very isolated, and at night it felt quite dark, lonely, and even a bit unsettling. There was no visible security or activity around, which added to the discomfort. While the scenery and overall atmosphere are impressive, the lack of service and sense of safety made the stay less enjoyable than expected.

Gorgeous , peaceful

Most unique and peaceful place I’ve ever stayed. Kitchen is well stocked so easy to make meals. Cabins are right on the water so you feel like you are on a boat.

- I booked this as a birthday gift to my wife and asked for a bouquet of flowers to be left inside the room. Upon arrival I noticed there were no flowers even though I received a confirmation email about my request for flowers. - we stayed in unit 4 (wheel chair accessible). Luckily my wife and I didn’t need the room for that but we noticed you had two access doors to the unit. To access the door you need to use the door that immediately has a drop off (not wheelchair accessible at all). I could only imagine staying alone would be a nightmare if I had a wheelchair. - place was overall nice and my neighbours upstairs were pleasant. The sound proofing of the ceiling is poor. You could clearly hear upstairs walking around during the day/night. We were woken up a few times when they came back in the middle of the night.

The view is absolutely gorgeous! The room was very clean and the location is close to the town so it was easy to find places to eat although there is practically only one or two good places with decent food options.

The pillows were horrible, and I sent the lodge a message but no one replied and none of the staff were even on site to talk to! A breakfast option would make this place a 10/10 for me!

What a magical place! We had a ladies getaway and had a perfect evening under the stars with a glorious fire in the firepit and the sound of a waterfall in the background. The view is breathtaking - so many mountains and the lake... We stayed in Cabin 1 which is secluded and private. Coming from the big city the peacefulness was such a treat. The cabin is modern with a large kitchen where we made a great meal. Plenty of room to sit around. Spotlessly clean. The cabin was warm and inviting when we arrived. We absolutely loved our stay. Thanks very much to Jason and to everyone who contributes to making this a perfect home away from home!

We had loud neighbours both nights, the walls are paper thin. There’s no office to go to to speak w anyone and when I sent an email and text as instructed I got no response

It’s one of the coziest places that I’ve been. I love the cabin and the location

Maybe I would love to have early and a bit late check in and out. More like a "common" hotel hours 12pm for both. However it’s not a big deal

Quietness, location, and the sauna.

Price is a bit more than other hotels. For a standard room, it is a bit expensive. I guess customers are paying more for the location and the sauna usage.

There was no staff on site, and I only received one message about check-in. During the process, I called the number provided, but it went straight to voicemail. Although I managed to check in, I never got any reply to my voicemail or messages afterward. They couldn’t have been more careless. It was honestly the most frustrating and rude experience I’ve ever had.

The location was beautiful on the lake.

The room lighting was poor, either too bright or not at all. One switch was shorting out. The pillows were too thick and firm, left a bad kink in my neck. There were no robes in the room to use when going to the sauna. The only closet in the room was used for cleaning supplies, not suitable for clothing. There were no wine glasses in the room. The room could use a little more decor.

Great location just outside of town. Super comfortable and would totally stay here again over other places in Harrison Hot Springs I would recommend they cut down the new growth tree that is right between unit 3 and the geodome unit. It blocks the lake views.

De eerste aanblik is gewoonweg : WOW! Wat een locatie, wat een zicht, wat een kamer, wat een bed, wat een bad. Kortom : wow!

Je zou moeten kunnen ontbijten en dineren on the spot. Spijtig genoeg hangt de veel te grote tv voor de helft voor dit prachtig uitzicht van het meer: wie heeft dan eigenlijk nog tv nodig in godsnaam?!? Incheck was povertjes, uitcheck nog minder: niemand gezien en waar is onze print/mail van de afrekening die we gevraagd hebben? Een bad kon niet genomen worden wegens de rubber die verdwenen was; dit liep dus niet vol... Mensen van de party op de avond van onze incheck liepen zomaar in 'onze tuin' naar boven, met een glas wijn in de hand, in onze kamer te loeren: wat deden ze daar überhaupt? Voor zulk een verblijf moet je wel privé kunnen zitten! Voor wat warm eten of een diner moet je echt de auto nog nemen want de weg is niet verlicht, donker, smal en gevaarlijk dus te voet terug komen is echt niet veilig.

Well-equipped apartment with private parking. The location and views over the lake were exceptional, but ...

The place felt impersonal as no-one was around to greet us. There was no sidelight next to the bed, which created a problem when we needed to get up in the night. It was also over-priced, compared to other places on our tour that were better value and included breakfast.

This view was spectacular from the room! The feeling of being out at the lake while having a great room was great. There was noise transfer from people walking around in the room overhead.

Great views except for the TV placed in the centre of the double window!!!

Not one member of staff on site came as a little surprise. Couldn’t turn air conditioning off as been wired into hard thermostat. Bathroom sink needs looking at as very slow draining away.

Great first impression. The location was very nice and the stay was clean. Unfortunately, there was a planned outage and we were literally left in the dark for 8hrs. There was no response from the owner regarding updates, no running water, toilets did not function and no emergency candles or flashlights. The only response was a thumbs up emoji the next morning at check out. Too bad as it had a lot of potential.

Pros: Amazing location right on the lake, and far enough away that it was really quiet. Cons: No staff on site, and lack of response initially to our inquiries made it tough. The A/C in the unit didn't work with the remote so we had to contact them through text to have them turn it on on their side. Also, the outside space was always covered in spider webs.

View was beautiful. SUP was fun. Every light switch was broken. You could hear footsteps from the suite above until 1 am. There was liquid leaking from the AC, which was above the bed. Left clothes behind, cannot reach onsite staff- no return phone calls or emails.

Very comfortable bed; now want to replace the one at home! Short drive to town for food (2 kilometres). Fantastic views of Harrison Lake — the biggest highlight.

Upon entering our room (suite 4) we noticed a couple of ant traps but didn’t think much of it. The next thing we noticed was that the bathroom area smelled strongly of sewage. Later on, we noticed that there were large black ants all over the floor. We swept and ended up with a pile of ants. The location great in terms of lake view, but, we won’t be returning. Unfortunate as I had gifted this stay to my partner for his birthday.

Everything was great! my only two suggestions would be putting a lock at the gate the leads down to the Geodome as we had a ton of random people come down on our deck area to look around and take pictures. My only other area for improvement would be the parking.

Amazing property.

Would have been nice to have had more than one towel per person and robes. Was akward going to the sauna without a robe. Having to use the one towel in the sauna and then again to shower with wasn’t appealing or hygienic.

We stayed in Suite 4. Great spot on the water on the corner of the main building and right above the sauna. Felt very secluded. A few things: firewood was completely drenched so we gave up having a fire after trying for an hour. There was an intermittent sewage smell around the sink area in bathroom. Check-in wasn’t smooth. We didn’t receive an email or text with the door code until I both called and messaged the property, finally receiving it an hour past check-in time. But the location is stunning, sauna was amazing and the room was clean with a gorgeous view.

The room was so cosy & the views from the window and balcony were amazing. The electric fireplace u under the tv is a great homely addition. The sauna was very warm which was great & great views from it.

Could get quiet noisy at times due to families staying below us. Lots of people in & out of the sauna & leaving the door open after them.
