Ricardo was friendly and helpful and when I reported a problem, was quick to respond.

It was dirty. There was black mold in the shower that came off if you wiped it. The bidet looked grubby. The tap dripped constantly in the bathroom. The wall behind the bed was padded but was thick with dust. The air con unit dripped water down the wall, onto my daughters head while in bed through the night and left a puddle on the floor. The room was too small to accommodate 3 people. There were no coffee making facilities and no themed nights or entertainment. I would not chose this again

Ma struttura si trova dentro un bellissimo palazzo, La mia camera era pulita e fresca, trovare già l’aria condizionata accesa è molto piacevole. Lo staff è veramente molto accogliente, gentile e flessibile mi sono trovato molto bene. Grazie ancora a Riccardo.

Excellent location- bus stop outside and metro 5 min away. Walking distance to Vatican and main shopping streets. Great pizza place, Gelato place and supermarket around the corner. Clean modern room suitable for a family. Hot drinks faculty in room and communal area. Daily servicing of the room. Quiet despite being on the main road. Beds were very comfortable.

Breakfast was at local cafe around the corner- only one coffee and a basic pastry for €9 was not worth it. Limited choice esp if going for breakfast after 9 and it was same price as if we had paid at the cafe. Would rather have had the choice to breakfast at different other local cafes. I would recommend room without breakfast.

The area was quiet and very convenient, close to town and right near the metro. There was also a nice supermarket nearby, which was really useful. We also appreciated having a coffee machine in one of the rooms we booked

There were a few things we were less happy with. There was some mold in the shower, and the bathroom had a slight smell of cigarettes. The pillows were also quite uncomfortable and felt rather cheap. We also found it strange that one of our rooms had a coffee machine while the other didn't—if this amenity is provided, it would be nice to have it in all the rooms. These small improvements would make the stay much more comfortable.

Lovely room, booked with breakfast included in a café nearby (1 minute walk). The amenities were inclusive with a lot of snacks and coffee available. Great location, very close to the Vatican if that is a key place you want to visit.

Check in/check out process could have been smoother. Toilets are a bit finicky, and initially finding the hotel was a bit confusing. However, it was still a very pleasant stay and I would recommend for any family travelling for the Vatican specifically!

La posizione è sicuramente ottima. La struttura, situata in un palazzo d'epoca è a ridosso della metro e a pochi minuti a piedi dal Vaticano. La stanza era davvero spaziosa, dotata di tutti i comfort e ben arredata. La colazione servita in un bar storico a pochi passi dalla struttura

Abbiamo alloggiato nella camera Costantino e già all'ingresso ci ha accolti un pavimento irregolare e malandato. Il condizionatore era tenuto insieme dal nastro adesivo e non garantiva una climatizzazione adeguata. La gestione della reception altalenante ci ha fatti attendere quasi mezz'ora per effettuare il check out. Poi la nota dolente: il bagno. Lo scarico, probabilmente a causa della storicità della struttura, non consente il corretto smaltimento della carta igienica quindi ci è stato richiesto di gettarla in un cestino che avremmo avuto in camera per tutta la giornata. Inoltre, proprio questo meccanismo, genera un continuo rumore di risucchio a ciclo continuo, quindi anche di notte e una diffusa puzza di fogna. La tavoletta di quest'ultimo era traballante e le porte della doccia non si chiudevano provocando la fuoriuscita di acqua. In ultimo i cuscini molli e inconsistenti, non l'ideale per un rigenerante riposo.

Posizione vicina tanti punti di interesse turistico, ben collegato, la struttura elegante, pulita, dotata di tutti i comfort, parcheggio di fronte, in strada, però senza problemi di sicurezza. Un ottimo appoggio per chi vuole visitare Roma.

Séjour désastreux – Manque total d'hygiène et de conformitéNous avons séjourné dans la chambre « Corso Costantino », située au 3ème étage de cet établissement, du mercredi 12 août au vendredi 14 août 2026. Le rapport qualité-prix est totalement injustifié et les photos présentées sur la plateforme Booking ne correspondent absolument pas à la réalité des lieux.Voici les faits constatés durant notre séjour :État de la chambre : Propreté insuffisante et dégradation visible des équipements. La climatisation était défectueuse (dysfonctionnement des commandes alternant le chaud et le froid de manière aléatoire) et ses pales étaient brisées. La seule fenêtre de la chambre donnait sur une cour intérieure exiguë, saturée par le bruit permanent des moteurs de climatisation extérieurs, rendant toute aération impossible.État de la salle de bain : Hygiène déplorable avec des joints de douche très sales. La cuvette des toilettes était cassée et la bouilloire mise à disposition était inutilisable en raison d'un dépôt de calcaire excessif. De plus, la chasse d'eau était hors service (aucune évacuation possible) et générait un bruit continu.Gestion du service client : Le personnel a été alerté immédiatement après notre arrivée. Aucune solution technique ou de relogement équivalente n'a pu être apportée sous prétexte que l'établissement affichait complet. La seule alternative proposée a été une chambre pour deux personnes, alors que notre réservation concernait explicitement trois adultes.Cet établissement a totalement gâché notre week-end à Rome en vendant des prestations non conformes. Établissement à éviter.

I stayed at 2 different places in rome, the other one was a « real » hotel but I liked cesare suites better! Location was EXCELLENT!!! Walkable to all attractions, public transportation available. Taxi was so easy to find. Very close to airport. So many restaurants and cafes literally steps away. The owner was SOOO nice and available to answer our questions all the time on WhatsApp. He also took the time to recommend restaurants in most areas in rome and walked us through the map. Some reviews say that they had a hard time checking in but that was the opposite of our experience. He reached out to us prior (via whatsapp) to ask us what time we were arriving and everything was smooth. The room was really well stocked from toileteries to teas, coffee and snacks. The building is old but extremely well maintained and that really adds to the charm of the suites and makes the experience so authentic. The concierge of the building was very nice and friendly. The building was actually more accessible than the 4 star hotel we stayed in and the AC was better because the suites were recently renovated.

A couple of things I didnt like were: the safe was not working and despite feeling safe there, I really preferred having a safe. He did assure us he is ordering a new one but didn’t arrive before our check out date. The bathroom sink also had a bit of limescale which was a turn off for me. Otherwise the room was very clean and spacious.

Užsakėme šiuos apartamentus dėl masažinės vonios, o gavome numerį su dušu. Neveikia seifas. Didelis miesto mokestis (6eu para žmogui), kuris neįtrauktas į kainą ir neparašyta suma aprašyme. Taigi, jei apsistojate dviese ilgesniam laikui, galutinis mokesčio dydis gali nustebinti.

Le ptit déjeuner compris n’est pas situé dans l’hôtel il est à 4 minutes à pied, et il est composé d’un croissant, d’un jus d’orange (un petit verre)et d’une boisson chaude. Le personnel du restaurant du petit dejeuner n’est pas très accueillant. Si vous payez également le petit déjeuner prévoyez de payez des croissants en supplément parce que le p’tit déjeuner n’est pas consistant.

The room was exactly as we expected. Although it is not newly renovated, it was clean and equipped with everything we needed. Tea, coffee, and drinking water are always available at the reception. We could leave our luggages aftre the check out. The location is very convenient for visiting the Vatican, which is only a 10-minute walk away through pleasant streets. Overall, it offers excellent value for a comfortable stay.

i love this hotel! it is my second time returning to it, and now that it has been expanded and renovated it’s even better. i love the rooms. they’re quaint and compact but extremely comfortable and fully equipped with everything you might need. the location is great, not exactly central but in a very beautiful neighbourhood and a very easy transport system to get to all of the main attractions. highly recommend, i’m sure i will be coming back again!

The owner was very helpful he handed out a map to us personally explaining all the famous spots to reach from the hotel. The hotel is located at the best location and entire romes historic centre and all important points are at walking distance. Our room was the best one in the property, the room had a bath tub facing tv. It was fabulous.the breakfast was at a nearby cafe and the owner handed us out coupons for that cafe which included croissant, orange juice and hot chocolate it was fabulous.

The location is very good, close to Vaticano and the Coliseum. If you want to use the metro you have a close station too. Also the apartment is surrounded by many restaurants and stores. We like it so much.

The staff was really kind the room was clean, the bed was large and comfortable, with a mini fridge and AC. We wanted to stay close to the Vatican City and it was only a 10/15 min walk, so it was perfect.

The breakfast. It is in a coffee next door from the hotel. It was very simple with just a croissant, a coffee and a cup of orange juice.

Das Zimmer hatte eine sehr angenehme Größe. Das Frühstück wird in einem Café serviert und besteht aus einem süßen Croissant und einem Kaffeegetränk - geschmacklich hervorragend! Der beste Cappuccino, den ich in Italien getrunken habe.

Die Toilettenspülung hat nicht richtig funktioniert, dauernd lief sie durch und der Tank hat sich nicht mit Wasser gefüllt, das war wirklich nervig. Am Abreisetag hatten wir wahrscheinlich auch einen Rohrbruch, da plötzlich Wasser aus der Wand ausgetreten ist.

Customer service was great! The owner was also thwre that day and very kind. We were provided a list of recommendations and a map with how to get places. Also, fresh water daily and coffee most mornings. The room was very clean, super cute, and was just enough for my family if 3. It was in a great location to walk, catch the bus or subway. It is all very easy to ride, and you can use your debit/credit card directly. It was tough to hail a cab, but i found an app called Freenow. It's like lyft and easy to use. Make sure you select the Pay Diver option so you dont pay extra on the app. We wanted to go to the Waterpark but was unsure about the ride back, but this worked awesome! I would recommend! Hotel helped us schedule a cab ride to the airport prior, and that worked out great. Highly recommend

Using the keys for all the doors was a bit difficult but manageable once you get the hang of it.

The receptionist was very nice and helpful. The AC in the room very strong. Only 6 min from metro station, 20 from the Vatican. A lot of good restaurants near by.

The maintenance of the room was poor. The bathroom has a lot of mold. The toilet seat was broken. I'm not sure it's worth the amount we pay

La struttura è moderna, pulita e collocata tra due stazioni metro (comodissimo). I ragazzi in reception sono stati sempre gentili e disponibili. Ogni giorno la camera viene pulita e riordinata. Ci tornerei e la consiglio molto volentieri
