Fantastic location clean and comfortable, Everything was easy from checking in until the time we left

The location was fantastic, so close to all the lovely local restaurants, pubs, cafes etc. Also close to Lake Windermere with a beautiful view. The room was clean, welcoming and really well equipped. The check in process was seamless and we were contacted during our stay to check we had everything we needed. A lovely stay, definitely recommend 🙌

Mix up with breakfast wasn't told to go to pub over road for it.Shame no parking outside the building but car park not far and only cost 12 pound for parking 2 day 😀

Amazing room that was clean and beautifully furnished. Contact with the host was by phone / message which was seamless. Parking was great considering the central location as parking passes can be provided very reasonably. We would certainly stay again.

There is no food served on site, you can book a breakfast, we decided when we got there at the Royal Oak Pub opposite Bay Suites, can recommend there lovely breakfast, very good value at £12.

The small window at the back could do with some cover, other than that everything was fine

Bowness Bay Suites is located in an amazing location, we had a room with a balcony with slight views of the lake which was just what we wanted. The room was huge. The instructions for getting in were very clear and the property management were quick to reply.

The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, the small window needs a blind or cover of it above the balcony and the walls are so thin, we could hear every move people made within the building. It’s a bit overpriced for what you get, there’s places a stone throw away for half the price.

This suite is stunning! Lots of tastefully decorated space, a beautiful bathroom, clean throughout. Great location too, in the middle of town with host recommendations of things to do and places to eat.

Central location. Huge rooms, large screen TV in the lounge, super king bed which was very comfortable with great pillows too.

Couldn't connect to WiFi using the password provided in the guest info folder. There were two options to log onto but neither worked. Hair left in bath... but these were just minor issues.

Beautiful room with a beautiful view of the lake.

The WiFi just didn't want to work. Kept coming back as password wrong after countless tries. But it wasn't too much of an issue as we weren't in the hotel room often

No parking. As we were in ground floor I could not see lake, probably my fault for only being 5’2. Would have preferred at least 1st floor but suite’s cannot be held responsible for lack of my height!

The location was great and the keyless entry was easy

There used to be a little table at the window that we enjoyed a glass of wine sat at watching the world go by, but they have taken it away! Also the duvet cover and pillowcases were very well Washed and worn and more like in a teenagers bedroom they should be replaced with new duvet sets a neutral shade

Was just the parking for me but it was not too far away and could use the permit what hotel gave me in over 30 places if sightseeing so there is a bonus to it.

The road noise early morning was quite loud. Would not stop me from returning though.

Excellent location, right in the heart of Bowness, yet the accommodation was peaceful and quiet. We didn't book breakfast but will do next time.

We stayed in the Buttermere Suite. We were pleasantly surprised at the size of the suite. Probably one of the largest we have had in all the years visiting Bowness. The location is amazing, literally 100 yards from the town centre and 300 yards from the lake. The hotel provides parking permits for all council run car parks which is a great benefit, nearest being a very short walk away. Enjoyed our two days stay greatly and would highly recommend for couples.

We stayed at The Bowness Bay Suites over the new year and loved it. Excellent location close to restaurants and bars. Very clean, comfortable, warm and cosy accommodation, beautifully decorated and lovely owners. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Location was fabulous. The hosts were both really friendly and welcoming, full of useful advice and great recommendation of a walk and places to get food. The room was pristine, beautifully decorated and there was everything you could possibly need! 100% Will be back to stay again.

Very nice inside, gorgeous layout and decor. The bed was the best, had a brilliant sleep. The location is in prime position for the lake and all the bars too.

如果天气阴冷，气温低，在客人入住前提前把房间内的暖气打开更好了。

Weliked the size of the room the view of the lake an the location & that it was clean

The bed & bedding ,quilt cover was to big..the quilt its self was flat an poor quality when you sat on the bed you were basicallysat on the frame ,new mattress required .the sofa was looking very old an discoloured due to the cushions been washed so much ,they were a different colour to the rest as had faded so much .the noise from the rd was bad in the mornings.poor nights sleep

The location was top. You only have to walk a bit to reach the lake. The owner was there as we arrived and was really friendly. You get the breakfast (english breakfast or vegan version) from a pub across the stress but that was also nice. Everything was clean and the furnitures were really nice.

There is no kitchen but we also did not need any, so everything was good. Hint: if you want to book a good restaurant for dinner, you should do that as soon as possible. Most restaurants here are quite small and can be fully booked really fast.

The pillows were very firm with no options clearly available but not a show stopper.
