There is no human receptionist. I was forced to scan and upload all passports of all travelers — otherwise it was impossible to enter the property.

Posizione eccellente

Everything! Loved the beautiful building and the modern but stylish renovation. facilities were excellent and great value for money. Access was easy. Beds were super comfortable. Shower was fantastic. Ample supply of towels and replacements offered if needed. We couldnt quite believe how great the accomodation was.

Couldnt fault it - but if we have to be picky, the room would have benefitted from another mirror - outside of the bathroom.

Foarte curat.

Gerne wieder.

The layout was a bit strange, and it felt cramped. Overall, it wasn’t bad. It had everything we needed for one night.

Great location. 10-15 minute walk to the main attractions. Lovely apartment, great air con! :-) Smooth check in with safe check in options, let us check in earlier and provided us with safe lockers before we could get into the apartment. The apartment itself was lovely, spacious and everything you need for a few days. Really handy having an essentials room for things you may have forgotten or need topping up. Excellent stay and would 100% stay here again. Fantastic communication ~ highly recommend.

Nothing.

Merci à Numa on reviendra :)

It’s a bed and comfy and was located ideal for us

It’s unmanned and you need two types of code to enter the hotel and then another for your room it took about 50 mins and 8 dials later I finally Got in

Beautifully furnished - great access info, gorgeous garden to the rear

Slight smell from drains due to heat

Ruim, schoon, locatie

Muffe schimmelgeur

Super cute space, clean room with a window in the bathroom!

Tolle Unterkunft, absolut einzigartig.

Everything was perfect, but there were plenty of mosquitoes.

Good location and city centre is across the bridge. Really clean and tidy, clear communication on the Whatsapp messages

The noise is an issue that many people have raised, and I have been woken up many times by the gates downstairs, residents in the hotel, and why is there a connecting door that’s so thin I can hear conversations? I know you give people earplugs, but please don’t expect something that costs €1 to stop complaints? If one thing is that you know very well how bad the noise issue is and you have decided to do nothing. The lighting in the room is really bad, and no balcony as described

Geluidsoverlast

Rustic charm and traditional but all mod cons , tastefully done and a great room ….room 10! Middle top facing the garden

No where to put dirty towels as no one cleaned room , hotel prices but beds not made which was a shame as it’s not an air BnB ! Classed as a hotel

Nuostabi vieta miesto centre.

It was one of the best stays in my life, definitely coming back

Everything was perfect

It was clean and the location was good

It shows how a precious city like Florence is being sold to massive tourism. We booked the hotel because we didn’t want the airbnb experience. However, we were quite surprised when the first day we went to have breakfast and there was only a “brunch” menu available. We spent 20€ for scramled eggs with bread and a coffee. Very disappointing. But there’s more to it. I was using a wheelchair and we specifically asked for a room with accessibility and we got one upstairs (there’s no lift). They didn’t even indicate that we would not be getting an accessible room. There is no reception at the hotel so we couldn’t even complain. Finally, the second day we saw that the rooms were not made, not even the beds. There is a flyer in the rooms that specifically says they make the beds and throw the trash daily. Since there was no reception, we contacted the owners via whatsapp and even when the AI (obviously it was AI) told us we were being transferred to an agent, we continued speaking with AI. We have just seen that it’s owned by a PE, which obviously tries to reduce costs everywhere, so no surprise we weren’t able to even speak with a real person. So disappointing. Please avoid. These places only favor massive tourism and damage the city.

Loved the key pad entry and the room and amenities were perfect.

Only downside was there’s no pool and it was a heatwave when we stayed but that’s my fault as I didn’t notice when I booked.

Ottima esperienza.

Really cool place, near the city centre. You have everything you need, and the place is well organised and fully digitalised. They surprised us with snacks, sodas and water. The bed was really comfortable.

Great location and a lot of local places around without the tourist hassle of the city.

Not having a lift was inconvenient for those traveling with baggage.

The courtyard and walled garden was fantastic for the whole group of families and friends. The laundrette was very well stocked and an excellent facility travelling with young children. Allthe staff in the hotel and café were helpful and friendly.

It was very close to a lot in Florence but just far enough away that the street was quiet

The historic charm and unique atmosphere of the property, the comfort, cleanliness, and quality of the accommodations! The excellent location in the heart of Florence, the friendliness and helpfulness of our team, the smooth check-in and overall guest experience!

The garden is peaceful

I’d stayed at the property before, but since the property if managed by Numa the service and quality has gone down drastically. The rooms were terrible - dark and at the back of the building. The other reviews were correct - beware the rooms are not as they appear. An “apartment” is advertised but has no kitchen or even table. Dark and stuffy rooms! The units are also not cleaned while you are there - so for 10 days at that price, it’s shocking. Before it was always great but unfortunately now I’ll never stay there again. The staff on the ground are lovely, however dealing with the Numa chats are bots and impersonal - not helpful at all! Total waste of money and not great memories!!

Location, clean and comfortable

I asked if they would leave a special note for my daughter and they went above and beyond! Location was good for us.

I accidentally booked one of my nights on the wrong date and they couldn’t refund any of my money (although I did book an extra night with them)

The room looked nothing like the pictures. We were most excited to stay at this hotel and it turned out to be the worst. There was no staff around, AC did not work and the room was depressing.

ubicacion estilo de apartamentos , muy bien

LA APLICACION PARA RESERVAR LAS HABITACIONES MUY MALA. TARDAMOS MUCHO Y TUVIMOS QUE CONSULTAR VARIAS VECES. PARA DEJAR LAS MALETAS LAS TAQUILLAS NO FUNCIONABAN BIEN Y NO HAY SUFICIENTES PARA TODOS LOS HUESPEDES

It’s clean, well taken care of and the kitchen.

Bequemes Bett uns sauberes Zimmer in schönem Haus.

Nice building, lovely common areas and the garden is beautiful, truly the highlight of the hotel. The surroundings are calm and still very much in the center. Room was generic but clean and comfortable.

Die Lage, Sauberkeit und Ausstattung.

Nichts :)

Loved the location, staying in San Niccolo was great and there were awesome restaurants nearby. It was always nice to come back to property and recover in the backyard area.

It was hard to get a taxi when we were leaving, and no staff to help since it is essentially staffless, but overall still good.

Loved the outside space, the building, the access to laundry, etc… Loved the Floret.. The climate in the apartment was good, and it was charming.

Mattresses were a bit to firm, and could have done without the windows in the floor.

Fantastiskt läge i lugnare omgivningar nära flertalet parker. Underbart, stilfullt boende med en liten trädgård. Frukost kan köpas till i restaurangen bredvid.

Location

No elevator for luggage

Localització i instal·lacions

toplocatie, rustig maar toch overal dichtbij, zalige binnentuin, lekker ontbijt

beperkte keuze in ontbijt

Authentiek verblijf in mooi onderhouden Palazzo.

The location was perfect, the room and facilities were beautiful and well kept. When we had a leak in the bathroom and contacted the team, they responded swiftly and fixed the issue.

The walls were extremely thin so we were disturbed a lot even with their gifted earplugs. The quiet hours highlighted around the building were not respected. The "self-service" element of the hotel probably contributed to the lack of control over sound.

Room was pretty, location was okay

The staff were rude, told us to walk 1km to find potable water. Bed was uncomfortable and two singles pushed together
