Un aparat de cafea in camera ar fi fost excelent.

Das Zweite Zimmer für mein Sohn mit Ehefrau und Kind,war enttäuchend...unter dem Bett war Staub warscheinlich schon seit Wochen, mein Sohn hat es fotografiert,die Klimaanlage hat nicht gekühlt was natürlich mit einem Baby gar nicht geht. Auschecken war sehr unpersönlich da keiner vor Ort war. Fazit nie mehr B&B.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026Es liegt nah an allen Ausflugszielen und ist dennoch- für Neapel relativ ruhig gelegen. Es ist hübsch gemacht, wir haben uns dort wohl gefühlt. Idealer Startpunkt um Neapel, Capri und die Amalfiküste zu entdecken. Der Ablauf war durch Claudia gut organisiert, die Kommunikation dort ging 1a in Englisch. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen schönen Blick die Straße entlang in den Hafen und den halben Vesuv.

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026Netter Empfang durch das Personal, liegt praktisch am Hafen und Nähe Alibus und auch echt schöne Räume. Vor dem Check-in konnte man das Gepäck da lassen, nach dem checkout eher keine Gepäckaufbewahrung, aber diverse Gepäck-storages in der Nähe
Mein Zimmer hatte sehr dünne Wände - es ist wirklich selbst das Waschbecken vom Nachbarn sehr laut zu hören Der Balkon war zum Innenhof, macht vielleicht Sinn für Raucher*innen

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026Lo staff si è dimostrato veramente disponibile e gentile ed è immediatamente intervenuto a fronte di una problematica dovuta ad un mal funzionamento della caldaia. In generale, la camera era silenziosa e il letto piuttosto comodo. Il balcone, nonostante l’altezza vertiginosa in cui si trova, è spazioso e offre un bello scorcio sul porto. La zona è piuttosto comoda vista la vicinanza con la metro.
Il palazzo in cui è situato l’appartamento si presenta in condizioni estetiche decisamente trascurate. Inoltre, per accedere all’edificio e all’alloggio sono necessarie ben quattro chiavi diverse, aspetto piuttosto scomodo. L’ascensore, molto datato e poco rassicurante per via delle sue condizioni, in alcune fasce orarie richiede addirittura l’inserimento di una moneta da 5 centesimi per essere utilizzato. Durante il funzionamento, le porte tendono inoltre a bloccarsi, producendo un rumore molto forte. La camera non era molto pulita, c’era parecchia polvere sotto al letto e sulle applique della parete. La maniglia del bagno si è staccata al primo tentativo di chiudere la porta.

Reviewed Jun 3, 2026Posizione non troppo centrale ma ottima perchè è tutto raggiungibile in circa 15 minuti di camminata, ed è infatti cosi che abbiamo visitato tutte le attrazioni principali di Napoli. Lo staff è gentile, camera abbastanza pulita, il nostro soggiorno è andato molto bene! Il porto vicino per me è un punto a favore! Si possono fare delle belle e suggestive passeggiate.
Purtroppo sappiamo che non ci si può fare molto, ma la notte per chi ha il sonno leggero si sentono molti rumori tra auto e navi, per noi non è stato un problema. Ci dispiace che la struttura non abbia un servizio di deposito bagagli che invece sarebbe stato comodo e funzionale. In ogni caso, ci è stato consigliato dalla signorina un deposito a pochi minuti di camminata dalla stanza.

Une remontée de mauvaises odeurs à travers les syphons malgré la présence d'un déodorant. l eau de la douche qui passe du chaud au froid. Le frigo non branché., et rien pour faire un café ou un thé. Donc vraiment du pur fonctionnel. Mais la mauvaise odeur a vraiment gâché la nuit.

La stanza ed il bagno comodi e pulitissimi, al mattino rifatta la stanza e sistemato il bagno. Ottimi gli orari di check-in e checkout, tra l'altro sono arrivata in discreto anticipo ed essendo la stanza già pronta ho potuto usufruirne molto prima dell' orario. Prima di questa struttura ne ho provate altre, ma questa diventerà il mio punto di appoggio per le mie trasferte a Napoli 😀

Parking in the area is not easy, but we found a great option: Urban Parking at the port, just a 400-meter walk from the apartment. It was one of the few garages in the area that didn’t require us to leave the car keys, which was great. At night, the neighborhood doesn’t feel very welcoming for walking around, but during the day it’s lively and full of energy. It’s about a 10-minute drive to the historic center. The room was comfortable, with a good bed. The host reached out with clear instructions, making the check-in process smooth and easy.
