Clean room. Very comfortable bed.

The distance between your room and car park was a good walk. Plus it was pouring rain. Menu was not suitable for us. Breakfast was very basic.

Caravan was full of ants and had to throw all our food away and told reception and they wasn't bothered. Absolutely disgrace. Kids woke up through the night multiple times and due it being dark we could see why. Woke up in the morning to find hundred of ants all over the bed and the worktops

The entertainment, the experience and how close it was.

Too close to a very noisy car ride they had in the park. Children were still using at midnight. Reception staff did not explain about the entertainment so had to make our own enquiries a little too late to be able enjoy the shows.

There wasn’t much to do for our kids but they did like the playground outside.

We were staying in Room 215 (wizard of Oz suite)The room only had lights on one side meaning the other was in pitch black, there were fake eyelashes in our bed and to top it all off we got bit by bed bugs during the night, I had been bitten on my wrist, leg, arm and stomach. Really disappointed with our stay. The breakfast was poor, my girlfriend and I ordered sausage buns which were dry and the sausages were poor, for the price we paid for the stay and food I expected better. Unfortunately I didn’t get pictures to back this statement up which I’m really kicking myself for, I will not be staying here again.

Lovely comfortable rooms

Me and my 11 year old son spent the night here. The room was lovely and clean. The view was lovely. Trees and grass. Take your own Tea bags though because they do run out.

The burgers in the restaurant weren't great. But the staff were lovely and the lady sitting across from me looked to be eating curry this did look amazing.

The kids entertainment was good. Everything is close.

First night stayed in the sweet room it was filthy. There was slime on furniture, cobwebs even round the toilet, stains everywhere, cushions on the bed were in need of a wash, broken sockets and writing on the wall. Told staff they said the cleaners are going round will tell them to do your room again. Needed more than a basic clean so asked to move.

Everything. Comforr! ! Design of the castle and pirate accommodation. Sceneary!! Area was beautiful. On the doorstep of the Theme Park!! Very well set up!! Staff are amazingly brilliant!! My children and i had a wondeeful break here again ! And yes i would reccomend a stay heee. Thanks to all for a lovely welcoming and everything elce..

Staff are friendly, cabin room we had was perfect as a place to stay after visiting family.

We didn't like the other customers essentially. Sounds very rude, of course it wasn't everyone! However, the general clientele was an interesting bunch. I am originally from a council estate, they made me look like I was a direct relation of the king.

Beds where small.. couldn’t get food priority was giving to stay and eat package people ! Arcade is outdated. Bed were uncomfortable. Had very poor signal.

The WiFi doesn’t work. And no phone reception. So couldn’t work during the stay. Fire pit lit under my window, so couldn’t have it open. Messages hotel and got no reply.

Harry Potter theme was fantastic. The wizard bunk beds were a hidden gem and our 3 year old loved it.

Upon arrival we had a little waiting time as the static we booked had been given to another party as there was an issue with their accommodation. However the staff sorted our accommodation like for like of what we had booked.

I liked the parks spread for the children. Also the distance between sleep and play areas. The activities were excellent and the shower.

I think more fruit for children could be supplied. More tea milk for the rooms we stayed 3 nights but was not restocked unless we asked then waited 3 hours. We had a great time...want to see splash re open. Your doing a great job very good prices. The room was perfect size. We were in pirates lived it.

I liked the location / proximity of where we needed to go. Staff were really friendly, the site itself was nice.

The property smelt of smoke, so I think that a previous guest had smoked inside the small cabin that we stayed in. As it was warm, this only amplified the smell but thankfully we were able to keep the windows open which helped to reduce the smell. Some of it was a bit dated / little nooks that weren’t cleaned properly with cobwebs / flies in them. Overall it was a comfortable stay, but I wouldn’t want to stay in this accommodation again, unless it was refurbed

We were allocated a family room which was massive for 2 of us! (1 on the one night)

No aircon or climate control. I was told no rooms available with aircon which was disappointing as our stay for a subsequent 2 nights did have

Location worked well for us as was near hospital

The room layout was not suitable for us. Double bed with two single cabins above made it very claustrophibic. We had booked a double for these 2 nights. The configuration of the beds meant that the sheets didn't fit properly.

The accommodation was lovely however there was a fee broken bits that could do with being looked at. Sink tap not attached to sink. And shower door very louse.

What I did not like was zero on this Hotel. I booked last minute after I was scammed by another fake live in Land lord Bold Street, I thought Warrington Hotels were like that but no, Gullivers impressed me. I finally rested.

Everything . Great space for kids Footsteps away from ThemePark surroundings are lovely , very nice place . Very well presented everywhere. Staff are brilliant. A lot difrent& more up to date themed for family's We've been coming here for a lot of years and it's just got better . We will always return here and know what to expect.

Wish we could have stayed a lot longer . My children will miss it and the brilliant staff especially the Manageress Lisa who remembers my children from babies to this present day. We will be back in the future.

It was the cheapest and had availability at last min on the day

Although the football semi final was on the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed when completing any food orders. We were advised of a 20 min wait but that turned into a 35 ish minute wait then when it did come out it was very rushed with no customer service interaction not even to ask how it was. Sadly it was a little cold and stale like it’s been sat under a hot light for some time. But also several orders came out in quick succession which makes me think of short staff issues. Only one lad running around like a you know what..The food was just ok. A burger and chips with onion rings slightly cold but was edible. Not the front of house staff problem clearly a lack or staffing issue here I’m afraid.

The caravan was nice and clean, but the cooking utilities wasn't good, no cooking knives or even a pizza cutter, also no tea towels/drying towels , I know this sounds trivial but when you want to tidy up after yourself and you can't dry the pots, we had to us a hand towel from the toilet ( a clean one ) I stayed for work but if you had a family in there it would have been a nightmare.

Booked a room with aircon which was ok but really noisy (sort of like a tennis ball being hit) and kept everyone awake. Tap sprayed everywhere as end was missing.

Good location. Lodge was ok . There was nothing in the kitchen to cook on. Its all good saying there is a kitchen and oven etc.. but there was nothing to put anything on in the oven.

Shower water did not drain away. Patio door difficult to open/lock. Nothing in the kitchen to cook on

Caravan was quite dirty. Had marks on the carpet. Was quite expensive for what it was I felt.

I travel a lot for work, and outside of the school holidays this is by far the most peaceful accommodation I stay in. The birds singing in the morning are such a lovely touch, and the whole place has such a calm atmosphere. The staff are always incredibly friendly and helpful. I genuinely don’t like having to stay anywhere else when I’m working away — Gullivers has become my favourite place to stay.

Staff were incredibly slow at serving people. Check.in took ages as two staff checked in a couple that had booked the wrong dates. They didn't care how long we were stood waiting for. Two staff should be able to check.in two separate bookings. Bar staff are way too slow. The room.was a converted shipping container, internet was barely working and the television wasnt working correctly

The breakfast for the size of your hotel was apauling, tha staff where rude and the tables sticky.

The fire door gets used as an entrance and exit and due to the negative preasure Slams very hard. Woke the baby and todler up several times.

The duvet (not the cover but the actual duvet), had dark brown stains on it. The room smelt fusty. TV needed a pin to work. I tried calling the hotel reception many times but could never get through (couldn’t leave my child alone, as they were sleeping). I was woken up at 4:30am by the upstairs children bouncing on the beds. The house was so loud. Then one of them would scream and then cry.. this happened for 2 hours. The rooms are far from sound proof. The food in the restaurant was extremely basic and not great quality unfortunately. Which was a shame. Almost every meal was chicken.

The pod had a shower and bunk beds, and was quite spacious. It was really good value for money.

First two nights and third morning I had no hot water. It was temporarily fixed the first night. The tv kept disconnecting from the WiFi. Had to use my phone to reconnect.

We'd booked an apartment elsewhere in Warrington for weekender festival but they let on the day so we managed to get into gillivers hotel at short notice. We really enjoyed the stay (been a few years before for same event). Room was great, clean and good value..nothing negative at all.
