这次入住体验超出预期！前台小王接待耐心，沟通顺畅，房间打扫得很干净，床品舒服，隔音也不错。

Room and breakfast were large and clean. Breakfast was rich and tasty and location excellent. Staff kind and helpful.

The restaurant was good but a little slow and offer only German (???) cooking.

We spent 4 nights here and the room was clean, quiet, and equipped with all the amenities. The location was excellent and the beds were comfortable. I would gladly repeat the stay. If I must make a minor remark—though it is truly just a detail—perhaps the lighting management could be improved. It is merely constructive feedback that did not impact our pleasant stay.

Wir hatten ein paar mal Probleme im Zimmer wegen der Karte, da ging das Licht dann öfter einfach aus.. passierte leider häufiger. Außerdem war es doch recht laut vor dem Hotel (man konnte Gelächter und Gespräche sogar im 5. Stock hören)

The hotel offers excellent value in a central location with easy access to the "old" neighborhood and airport. Our room was modern and nicely furnished. We would have gladly stayed in if time allowed. The soaking tub came with bath salt (a nice and thoughtful touch) and a disposable tub cover (which we'd never seen) that worked well. Although the mattress was too firm for my taste, the plush duvet and pillows made for a comfortable sleep. The breakfast buffet was well presented and plentiful. The staff quickly refreshed each of the offerings so that we did not feel like we were picking over leftovers. Each member of the staff was personable and helpful - a hearty THANK YOU to all of them!

I genuinely cannot think of a fault other than the firm mattress.

Excellent location, lots of hip cafes, good walking area. Good clean room, staff were lovely. They gave me a lot of help using the various apps, and with translation, especially because I wanted to do an order on taobao! Staff member Polly really was patient with me and continually helped me with translation.

It really feels like a boutique hotel in the sense that we hoped for when we booked. It has a lovely vibe from the helpful and characterful staff, to the location in a relaxed but clearly buzzing part of the city. That’s on top of the great room and facilities.

It’s really hard to find fault with anything. If you pushed me I’d say the croissants at breakfast were a bit small but that’s it.

The polite front desk staff and efficiency in delivering requests for amenities.

The rooms are noisy and the manager of that hotel was extremely rude and disrespectful. I notified that I wanted to shorten my stay because of the noise I could hear in the morning. The soundproofing is totally lacking and I was woken up a few times in the morning. I told the staff and the manager that I wanted to shorten my stay. He argued with me about the noise as if I was lying and refused to refund the rest of the stay that I paid when arriving. That's the first time I saw this in China. I live in China and have stayed in many hotels before. I had never been treated like this before. Besides, this is not the standing of a 5 stars hotel even if it's advertised as a 5 stars. The rooms are not soundproofed at all.

Friendly staff. One female receptionist was super sweet & informative, suggested the flower market and old street. Some nice crackers, candies at reception area- delicious Breakfast was ok but can be very crowded if arrived at the peak time - around 7.30m-8am which we encountered. haha German Bavaria theme design hotel. If you are used to or want to experience German style , food, then this hotel is great.

إقامتي في فندق 'كاشيه بوتيك' (Cachet Boutique Kunming Artime) كانت ممتازة وتلبي كافة تطلعاتي. أكثر ما يميز الفندق هو موقعه الاستراتيجي الذي يجمع بين القرب من البلدة القديمة وسهولة التنقل، حيث يقع على مقربة من محطة القطار، مما جعل جولاتي في مدينة كونمينغ مريحة وسلسة للغاية. الفندق يجمع بين الأناقة والعملية، وطاقم العمل يقدم خدمة احترافية ومتميزة. أنصح به بشدة للمسافرين الذين يبحثون عن فندق يجمع بين الفخامة وسهولة الوصول إلى المعالم الرئيسية في المدينة.

I couldn't faulter this hotel, its location and facilities are great.

Room itself was good, very comfortable bed, it’s really quiet at night and curtains make it really dark so you’ll get a great sleep! Also the bathroom is very chic. Overall high quality room. Area around is good, there are some nice bars and restaurants next to it. Staff was friendly.

Breakfast was ok but not on level of 5 star boutique hotel. Also, nobody helped us with our luggage especially when we arrived, would expect that from 5 stars. Facilities like gym were quite basic.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was super nice, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were all very friendly, professional, and always willing to help. We especially want to thank Iann Kan, who went above and beyond to help us arrange a private car. We had some payment difficulties during car booking, and he actively helped us by using his own payment app first, which made our trip much smoother and easier. We truly appreciated his kindness and support. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff at breakfast service were very professional as well. Although the hotel is not located in the main tourist area, it was still very easy to get around by taxi. Highly recommend this hotel for the excellent service and hospitality!

Excellent stay in Kunming! The hotel’s location was one of its biggest highlights — very central, convenient, and easy to get around the city from. There were plenty of food options, cafés, and drinking establishments within walking distance, which made exploring the area very enjoyable, especially in the evenings. The surrounding neighbourhood felt lively yet comfortable. Overall, a very convenient and pleasant stay, and I would gladly recommend to anyone traveling to Kunming. 在昆明的住宿体验非常棒！酒店的地理位置是其最大的亮点之一——位于市中心，交通便利，方便前往城市各处。步行范围内有很多餐饮场所、咖啡馆和酒吧，让探索周边地区变得非常愉快，尤其是在晚上。酒店周围的街区既充满活力又舒适宜人。总而言之，这是一次非常便捷愉快的住宿体验，我会毫不犹豫地推荐给所有来昆明旅行的人。

Ein wirklich sehr gut geführtes Hotel mit top Service und sehr guten Zimmern mit bequemen großen Betten. Das wunderbare Frühstück wird in Buffet-Form gereicht und bietet allerlei Köstlichkeiten aus Deutschland und aus China. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen und wir können dieses Hotel nur bestens Empfehlen.

Uns ist nichts negatives aufgefallen. Es gab keinen Grund zu klagen..

Upgrade gratuito,staff gentile,stanza grandissima dotata di tutto. Letto grande comodo e morbido. Posizione comodissima, vicino a tutto. Un unico punto dolente, la colazione, e buona e vasta, ma non viene rifornita una volta che viene consumato da altri ospiti. Basta scendere all 7,45 am e non trovi piu ne pane fresco, ne briosh. Per il resto ritornerei.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Convenient stores were nearby, and several attractions were within walking distance, making the stay even more enjoyable.

There was a noticeable language barrier outside the hotel, which sometimes made communication challenging. It’s hard to say whether staying elsewhere would have made a difference. If you don’t speak Chinese, I would highly recommend hiring an English-speaking guide to make your experience much smoother, as I did.
