Compact room but with all the necessary amenities, at a great location. If only there was a bit more (clever) storage space for a suitcase and clothes.

お台場のフェスに行くため１人で１泊しました。 かなり遅くなり疲れた為東京駅からタクシーを利用しましたが1,400円でした。 ちなみに次の日は約束の時間に遅れそうになりタクシーを迎車で利用しましたが同額でした。 チェックイン、アウト、荷物の預かり、タクシーのお願い等、スタッフの方の対応もどれも丁寧で良かったです。 エレベーターや廊下は狭かったですが、お洒落な感じになっていて良かったです。 部屋は8階のデラックス ダブルルームですごく広く、和室にベッドがある部屋でした。 畳のモスグリーンとベージュの木の感じが落ち着いていて、壁に丸窓があり素敵な空間でした。 テーブルと椅子２脚もあり、壁側も机や鏡が置いてあったのでそこでメイクができましたが ベッド側のカーテンを開けると直接陽が差し込んできたので、明るくてメイクしやすかったです。 トイレとお風呂は別々で、間にある洗面所も和モダンな感じで良かったです。 ナイトウェアはワンピースタイプでした。 お部屋に備え付けのドリップ珈琲が、庵オリジナルブレンドでパッケージも可愛く、味も美味しかったです。 全体的にすごくお洒落で満足でしたので、また機会がありましたら泊まりたいと思いました。

Was there for one night only and had a small room, but everything is clean and organized.

Breakfast is no longer provided. The room is beautiful and clean. It’s a very decent size for a single room (the “superior” option) but there was a lot of dead space where, e.g. instead of a decorative wooden wall, it could have been a cupboard in there as well or some sort of more storage space. Otherwise very convenient in its location and very quiet!

Was a short stay but my room provided everything i needed and looked very nice - it had everything you'd expect from a great hotel and the staff at reception were very friendly and helpful at getting me checked in, they also held my luggage in a secure area as i arrived before check in time. I would 100% go back to this hotel again

The room is compact but good for somewhere to stay and explore Tokyo. Very tasteful decor throughout the hotel and room. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Close to Metro station, that links to anywhere you want to go in Tokyo. 15 minute walk to Ginza.

La habitación para 2 personas es muuuuuuy pequeña, además reporté que el baño tenía un olor fuerte a orina, lo atendieron sin que desapareciera; el servicio de cuarto lo hacen cada tres días. Es muy buena la ubicación pero queda a deber en el espacio, aún siendo Tokio.

This hotel was extremely convenient for traveling and finding food. We enjoyed the rooms/bathrooms and the amenities. Though the rooms are small, they were very comfortable.

I liked Japanese style interior that was comfortable and gave me relaxation.

The room is tiny but clean, barely accomodates one person. It is adequate for just a quick overnight stay. v ery convenient to Tsukiji HJonganji. Lack of a 3-prone power outlet prevent me from charging my laptop.

The property is nice and clean. Good location, very close to the train and short walk to Tsukiji fish market. Check in and check out was easy. Bed is VERY firm, it’s pretty hard. So if you can’t sleep on a firm bed I would take that into consideration. The room itself is also VERY small. Small bathroom and shower as well. We were out and about pretty much all day so it wasn’t a huge deal. Definitely no more than 2 people in a room. Overall was a good stay and everyone was nice.

Okay budget option for Tokyo, bed was extremely uncomfortable. It’s a fair walk from the centre of Ginza.

Hot showers, air con worked. Bedrooms quiet, bed very comfy. More importantly staff were so very helpful with directions, organising cases to the next stop. Highly recommend , also local to the metro

El hotel está a una cuadra de la estación Tsukiji, por lo que es fácil moverte. La habitación la encontramos bastante pequeña comparada a los otros hoteles en los que nos hospedamos en Japón y deben tener en cuenta que no limpian las habitaciones diariamente, si no cada tres días.

Agree to receive the parcel and reject on delivery on the next day.

Bel hôtel. Enregistrement assez facile. L'hotesse était très gentille. Chambre jolie mais beaucoup trop petite ... Juste un gros problème : nous avions payé pour un petit déjeuner mais il faut en fait sortir de l'hôtel et aller au Denny's deux rues plus loin... et payer encore sur place ! Aucun choix de sucré, que du salé et les prix sont toujours au dessus des 600 yen inclus donc vous devez forcément payer en plus. Cela n'est mentionné nul part. Un conseil : ne prenez pas le petit déjeuner et allez plutôt au combini, ce sera mieux.

Small traditional hotel. Not super luxury but clean, cute. For Tokyo this was really good. I would go back again

Godt hotel med praktisk beliggenhed nær Tokyos centrum. Værelset er små, men rummelige nok. Rengøring mangelfuld, i de fem overnatninger jeg havde blev der ikke gjort rent på værelset. Hotellet bør også skrive at morgenmad spises på Denny's Diner, få meter fra hotellet. Morgenmaden er sådan set ok.

Die Lage des hotels war sehr gut 5min davon war direkt eine U-Bahn und konnte schnell überall hin. Das einzige was mich wirklich gestört hat war die Stein harte matratze. Ich habe in einen 0 Sterne hotel ihn Kyoto für 1 Nacht geschlafen und selbst die hatten bessere Matratze und das hotel war sonst nicht viel schlechter

As a female first time traveller of Japan I did a lot of research on reviews and the areas of where I would be staying. Upon arrival of this hotel I felt unsafe walking around, the receptionist was extremely rude and didn’t make me feel welcome. I couldn’t even spend a night there, as it didn’t feel clean nor safe. I had to book another place to stay for the remainder of the trip. After speaking to the amazing team at Expedia, explaining why I want a refund the hotel management decline my request and left me out of pocket.

Great location to explore Tokyo. Everywhere we wanted to go was about 20-30 minute transit. The Tsujiki Fish Market conveniently in walking distance.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the In Tsukiji Hotel in Tokyo for one night, and I was truly impressed by both the location and the quality of service. **Location:** The hotel is conveniently situated near the Tsukiji Fish Market and a subway station, making it easy to explore Tokyo, especially the Ginza and Tsukiji areas. It’s only a few minutes' walk away. **Room:** The room is compact, clean, and modernly decorated. While it may not be very spacious, it is well-equipped with amenities such as a TV, air conditioning, an electric kettle, and a tea/coffee set. The bed is comfortable, and there are multiple pillow options to suit different preferences. **Service:** The staff at the hotel are friendly, cheerful, and always ready to assist. They provide excellent recommendations for nearby attractions and restaurants, and they offer luggage storage for guests planning to explore further after checking out. **Other Facilities:** The hotel offers delicious and fresh breakfast options, including both Japanese and international cuisines. The seafood is particularly noteworthy.

I personally found the bed to be very hard and it caused me to be in pain each morning. Rooms are only serviced after 3 days so they do not replenish coffee or tea. I found the room to be poorly designed as storage under the bed is not possible. The room didn’t even have a chair. I am now in an APA hotel in another city and these issues don’t exist here even though the room is similarly sized. I asked if the hotel had anything like a mattress pad and they did not. A good sleep is fundamental to a good hotel and for me this did not work out. The location is however excellent, walking distance to Ginza and right on the subway.

The bed is important in a hotel. This one was hard like a rock. My back was in pain every day. The hotel did not have any mattress pads to help out. Coffee and tea not replenished except on day 3 cleaning (only clean every 3 days). The location is good near a subway station making the trip to Haneda simple. The room is also too small, even for Japanese standards. Cannot recommend if comfort is at all important to you.

I liked the environmental thinking, cleaning only on third day not everyday as american hotels.

Das Hotel liegt ca. 5 Minuten vom alten Fischmarkt entfernt und etwa 15 Minuten vom Einkaufsviertel Ginza. Auch die Anbindung an die Metro ist super, man hat zwei Metrolinien in unmittelbarer Nähe. Mein Zimmer war schlicht, aber modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es gibt den klassischen Kühlschrank, sowie einen Wasserkocher für Tee und Kaffee, leider gibt es wie in Japan üblich keinen Schrank und nur wenige Ablagen. Das Frühstück gibt es in einem Diner eine Strasse weiter, welches eine gute Auswahl bietet. Ich würde jederzeit hier wieder ein Zimmer buchen.

ホテルは新しく、部屋、バス、トイレ共に快適でした。場所柄、部屋や廊下は狭いのかもしれませんが、私にはちょうど良い広さでした。周囲も静かです。 朝ごはんは近くのデニーズでいただけます。 これも非常に良かったです。

Great little hotel

Amazing hotel for the price, however it is very small, but we made it work. Something to note however is that the breakfast is not in the hotel, but at the nearby Denny's, they give you vouchers.

Quite Neighborhood and very secure area. However, room is quite small and only have room clean every three days. You have to go to front desk for refilling. Overall, it’s an ok place to stay short term.

Boa localização, 100m da estação de Tsukiji. Quartos bem pequenos, mal cabiam duas malas. Cama um pouco desconfortável.

Despite paying $140 a night for this 3-star hotel, the amenities and price point are not justified. There was a lot of construction happening in the building and around so it was noisy at times. Our room smelt wet/mouldy and I noticed the shower curtains were covered with black mould. However, the one thing I looked forward to was seeing the cleaning lady every morning as she was so friendly despite the language barrier. This hotel honestly feels closer to a 2-star given the little amenities and cleanliness.

It was so small and sink was small and could not wash my face.

Despite it being a small room, it was perfect for me as i was travelling alone! The room had everything it needed!

Super nicely decorated hotel! The staff was kind and helpful regardless of the language barrier. They would use google translate if anything. They offer the luggage delivery service, which i recommend. In the hotel, there are vending machines. The room itself has nice interior design, but it is very tiny. We were 2 people in our room with 2 big luggages and we had to put one on the bed in order to open it up. The bathroom is also small, but functional. The only thing that truly bothered us is how uncomfortable the bed was. It was super stiff. If you don’t mind hard beds, it won’t be a problem. The neighbourhood is very nice. There are konbinis everywhere, there is a little park near the hotel with benches where you can eat in the shade. Ginza is walking distance! The metro Hibiya Line is also only a few minutes away.

狭いながらも、日本式の感じが出ていて、無駄のない清潔な部屋で良かったです。浴槽がないのがちょっと残念でした。

Small but cozy and comfortable place.

It’s a business hotel so the room is very compact comparing to a hotel . They give you a coupon to have breakfast at Denny s ? Which was closed to the hotel . Great staffs , the room was clean . Overall I was happy with my stay .

近くに築地の場外も有り、朝から美味しい朝食が食べる事が出来る上に、部屋は和風の作りで、落ち着いた雰囲気でお気に入りです。

ホテル代が軒並み値上がりしている昨今、 通常のビジネス価格で泊まれて、なおかつ、お部屋のセンスは良く、綺麗、清潔、設備は全て整っている、単身の出張には申し分ないホテルでした。 玄関と室内が分かれているのが特に良かったです。

Such a cool spot to be at. You are next to the fish market, next to some really good coffee spot; Turret Coffee. And the staff and host are amazing. There’s a washer/dryer!

The location was perfect, only a walk away from tsukiji station but on a private road so you didn't have loud tourists to deal with near the tsukiji market. Check-in and out was simple and our room was decent, a little small but we were expecting that, overall great experience

Amazing location, easy access to trains and just a short walk away from Ginza. The bed was a little hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. We enjoyed the toiletries they supplied for us and they smelled amazing. The customer service was fantastic and kind.

Great location, just 15 mins walk to Ginza and nearby the metro station. Lots of restaurants and konbini’s nearby. Hotel room small but typical for Tokyo. No space to open my luggage for packing. Good enough for a solo traveller though.

Very nice room and only a minute walk to the station. However the location isn't the greatest as one transfer is required to go to major areas except Ginza. The room was quite nice with tatami style flooring and a nice shower. The hotel also has laundry machines and an onsen on the ninth floor.

We love the location and the amenities of the hotel.

Stayed here for a few nights. The hotel is modern and updated. It’s close to the train station and convenience stores. It’s also walking distance to the Tsujiki Fish Market. Bathroom was small but manageable. Bed was comfortable. There’s washing machines in the lobby available for use. Overall, satisfied.

The room is a bit tiny which cannot fully open a 28’ lugguage.

Overall the Hotel Ann was ideal for us for a few nights - it is very well located near Ginza with close access to the subway, Tsukiji Market, and other amenities. The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and polite with English proficiency. The only downside is the rooms are a bit small and the beds are very firm so I wouldn't stay more than 3-4 nights.

The front desk people were super nice. The room is very tiny but has everything I needed. I would not recommend couples to stay unless it's for a few hours.

I found the property convenient to places I visit when in Tokyo - Tsukiji, Ginza, Yaseu, Tsukishima, Onden (Shibuya), Harajuku and Shinjuku. The dining options are just right (heck there is even a Denny's in about 100 meters if you miss a little American breakfast, but with a Japanese twist where it has a drink bar for all the coffee and soda you can drink. Also since I pack light, the washer/dryer machine combo is the best i've used (some machines in EU/USA still leave your clothes damp - the W/D machne has a very dry setting for Y500). I just wish their Private bath was working. The room I had was perfect for single traveler, but tight for two. Also, for safety, note that there is a step up to the room immediately when you walk it. Even though it is lit once you insert you key card, the step can be a hazard if you have long steps. I stub my right toe - and had to nurse it for the night (was wearing my room sleepers coming from the laundry). So beware.

This is a great place for you to sleep and go. The room is small, you need to keep things in the suitcase. Only 2 hangers for the clothes. The location is great.

部屋が狭く、バスタブなし・シャワーのみだった。 部屋画像にはバスタブあるように表示されているのに、事前にバスタブのあるなしを選択出来るわけでもなく、同一値段でシャワーブースのみの部屋に当たって騙された気分。しかも部屋がちょっと変な臭いがした。寝る時のガウンもカメムシ臭いし…フロントスタッフさんは受付の対応も丁寧でイイ感じだったのに残念。

Right next to Tsujiki Outer Market and Hibiya Train Station. Rooms are small, but clean and have a fridge. There is a washer and dryer on the first floor, as well as a microwave, ice machine, and vending machine.

築地駅一番出口からすぐでした。 市場も近いしとても便利です。 フロントにスタッフいませんが、呼び出しボタン押すとすぐに来てくれます。 部屋は普通でした。
