Reviewed Sep 12, 2026I had a very pleasant room, with a nice bathroom and plenty of space. Useful to have a fridge. There was a small communal kitchen with a microwave, kettle. It was nice to feel the air con in the room after the late summer heat outside. The owner let me store my luggage on the day I checked out and was very helpful. It is by the Metro, about 5 minutes from the Port and across the street from the labyrinth of streets of the Centre Storico. A good base to explore Naples and the surrounding area. Handy restaurants at street level.
I didn't dislike it. It is a 7th floor suite, accessed by lift, in a traditional building on a busy city street.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026Foarte bine explicat totul, cu video-uri explicative foarte practice. Am fost contactată și pe Whatsapp de către cazare, ceea ce a făcut să fie totul mai ușor. De asemena, am rămas surprinsă ca locația are și rest room si loc de lăsat bagajele după check out. Util dacă avionul este seara. Camera spațioasă și modernă. Foarte OK. Locația 10/10. Am mers pe jos peste tot pe unde am vizitat. Alessandro a fost foarte de treabă.

L’immeuble est en travaux et l’endroit où nous logions était aussi en travaux. Pas de climatisation dans les parties communes (presque inexistantes au demeurant) L’ascenseur est rustique et ne fonctionne pas tout le temps - en étant au 7eme étage, c’est vraiment embêtant! Il y avait des infiltrations dans le plafond et des traces noires au mur - chambre peu entretenue

W przypadku dużej walizki, może być kłopotliwy transport. Pokoje są na 7 piętrze a winda jest na 3 osoby.

A part of the place was under renovation/ construction so it wasn’t very comfortable. We were told it was going to be done by next day, however, it wasn’t until we checked out. The rooms were not very clean. We had to ask for better cleaning. The walls are too thin so you can actually hear any noise coming from outside the room.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026The room was spacious, clean, and in an excellent location, making it easy to explore the city. Alessandro was a great host who did everything to make us feel comfortable. I would happily stay at 2Naples again and can recommend it.
The only issue we encountered could not really be resolved: the outdoor unit of the Air Conditioner for the neighboring room is positioned directly at the balcony. When the neighbors use their AC at night, the hot air blows straight into the room, making it impossible to keep the balcony door open.

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026Gemütliches Zimmer mit toller Lage direkt vor der Metro L1. Cafes für Frühstück direkt vorm Haus. Wir konnten vorm Check in und nach dem Check Out unsere Rucksäcke bei der Rezeption lassen. Der Vermieter war jederzeit erreichbar und sehr nett. Klimaanlage hat sehr gut gekühlt. Einen Kühlschrank gibt es auch. Es gibt Obst und Wasser gratis. Auch Besteck und Teller gibt es in der Küche.
Leider nur eine unbewegliche Regendusche, was ein Problem ist, wenn man als Frau die Haare nicht waschen möchte. Das WC war nicht ganz sauber. Die Nachbarn im Nebenzimmer haben sehr laut geredet.

Zdięcia były nieaktualne. Na zdieciach był pusty chodnik i drzwi wejsciowe. Natomiast przed kamienicą stały stoliki kawiarni i parasole. Kamienica była w renowcji i cała zabudowana sztalugami, a drzwi były otwrarte. Przechodziliśmy tamtędy kilka razy i nie mogliśmy znależć numeru. Bardzo długo trwało zanim odkryliśmy wejście, po telefonie do włascicila.

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026Stanza molto confortevole al 7 piano di un palazzo con anche portineria e con ascensore. Posizione molto comoda proprio di fronte alla metro Università. Non c'è la colazione ma intorno è pieno di bar e ci sono tutti i servizi di prima necessità. Aria condizionata presente e funzionante e camera super spaziosa e pulita! Assolutamente consigliato.
Ci sono lavori di ristrutturazione in corso quindi un po' rumoroso, ma è un problema temporaneo.

Reviewed May 25, 2026Z plusów - świetna okolica, bardzo dobry kontakt z obsługą (przez Whatsapp). Ponieważ dotarliśmy po 23:00, drzwi nam otworzono zdalnie, więc trzeba mieć dostęp do Internetu cały czas.
Największym minusem była czystość, w pokoju było brudno, sprzęty bardzo zużyte, w łazience zardzewiałe elementy metalowe, szczególnie deszczownica, która pierwszego wieczora zachlapała całą łazienkę. Nieprzyjemny zapach na całym piętrze i w pokoju.

Diverse migliorie da fare (struttura da finire?), aria condizionata rumorosissima e un forte odore di fognatura proveniente dai corridoi e dal balconcino (per altro balconcino non praticabile)!

Reviewed May 17, 2026Excellent location, very close to the port and the city center, making it easy to quickly reach all the important areas in Naples. We really enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean, towels were changed daily, and there was a kitchenette available with water, coffee, and fruits. The host was extremely welcoming, gave us many useful tips, and helped us immediately whenever we needed anything. I definitely recommend this accommodation, and if I return to Naples, I would choose the same place again.

Reviewed May 13, 2026La posizione comoda per visitare il centro, direttamente su corso Umberto I e accanto alla metro Università. Comoda anche per la navetta Alibus per l’aereoporto (fermata porto). Le stanze e reception di recente ristrutturazione, il palazzo invece è d’epoca ma comunque dotato di ascensore (x fortuna visto che la struttura è al 7’ piano). La possibilità di una piccolo angolo ristoro disponibile per gli ospiti con te/tisane/acqua e frutta. L’host super disponibile e gentile, ci ha fornito informazioni utili per visitare la città e ci ha permesso di tenere in struttura i bagagli anche dopo il checkout.
Non poter aprire la finestra causa ingresso moschini/zanzare (c’è anche un cartello di allerta al riguardo). Suggerirei di valutare la possibilità di mettere delle zanzariere. Comunque il climatizzatore compensa per il caldo/umidità. In una parte della struttura c’erano lavori di ristrutturazione in corso. La posizione è molto comoda, ma essendo su una strada centrale molto trafficata c’è davvero molto rumore anche a tarda notte.

Forse da migliorare il ricambio d’aria . Era suggerito di non aprire le finestre per non fare entrare zanzare ma basterebbe mettere zanzariere

Reviewed Apr 24, 2026Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ καλή. Ακριβώς δίπλα απο στάση Μετρο. Σε 1-2 στάσεις είναι το κέντρο της πόλης. έπρεπε να αφήσουμε το δωμάτιο η ώρα 10:30 αλλά υπήρχε δυνατότητα να αφήσουμε τις αποσκευές μας και να τις πάρουμε αργότερα.
το κρεβάτι έκανε θόρυβο όταν γύριζες αλλά το στρώμα ήταν πολύ καλό

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026The location was amazing - We could walk easily into centro historico, we could walk to the ferry station quickly to visit Capri (and any other surrounding areas), and the subway was right outside the building, which was a simple 2 stop journey to the main Garibaldi station. Alessandro who checked us in was so helpful and super fast at responding, he gave lots of good advice when we had any queries. Also a really excellent pizza place just next door that did the best takeaway pizza we had in Naples!
The beds weren’t super comfy, but it was fine. The walls are also very thin so you can hear the neighbours. Would recommend bringing earplugs and maybe a sleeping eye mask!

Reviewed Jan 8, 2026Good location, only 10 minutes fro mmajor attractions of Naples. Moreover directly on the metro station. The rooms are rather new and clean.
The sound isolation was not the greatest, but not a major issue
