Décoration magnifique ds le style vénitien. Très bien situé. Mais calme. Accueil excellent. Pdj exceptionnel ds la chambre, face au canal.

Un peu difficile à trouver, mais l’accompagnement en français a permis de trouver la résidence.

The carpet seemed a bit old and dirty.

The room was fantastic, bed was comfortable, shower was great and the location was a short walk from the San Zaccaria pier. The breakfast was sensational, what a feast! Our room had a view of the canal which was great to eat breakfast and watch the gondala's. The host was also sensational, providing us places to eat, things to see, boat schedules and doing his utmost to ensure we enjoyed Venice. Highly recommend this place, we will be back!

The uniqueness! The location was excellent and yet it was so quiet and peaceful it was hard to believe how close we were to St Marks etc last but not least our daily breakfast overlooking the canal and gondolas!!! Magic!

Accueil très chaleureux et multilingue dont pour nous, le français. Très serviable et de bons conseils pour les restaurants et les visites. Chambre très confortable et spacieuse. Des oreillers fabuleux . Propreté irréprochable. Localisation parfaite, à 5 minutes de la place San Marco, à 10 du Rialto. Vaporetto à proximité. C'était notre anniversaire de mariage et une charmante attention nous attendait dans la chambre. Petit déjeuner varié et copieux. Vraiment très attentionné et cordial. Avant même notre arrivée, envoi du meilleur moyen de rejoindre la residenza et même une vidéo pour le trajet après être descendu du vaporetto. Dithyrambique mais réellement mérité. A conseiller sans aucune hésitation ! Excellent rapport qualité-prix pour l'ensemble des prestations ! Vous vous sentez accueilli et bienvenu ! Merci pour tout.

Veldig fin beliggenhet med tanke på ankomst med båt. Det er kort vei å trille kofferten, og hotellet ligger svært sentralt til i forhold til de største severdighetene. Samtidig er det koselige områder i nærheten hvor det ikke er så mye folk. Det ligger hyggelige spisesteder rett utenfor døren langs kanalene. Frokosten som ble servert på rommet var nydelig, med et godt og variert utvalg. Personalet var svært hyggelige og hjelpsomme, og vi trivdes veldig godt under oppholdet. Vi hadde det «grønne» rommet. Dette har ikke utsikt, annet enn til en bakgård, men alt i alt er det jo ikke inne på rommet man skal tilbringe mesteparten av tiden. For vår del fungerte det derfor helt fint.

Amamos a acomodação! O quarto era lindo e funcional, fizeram uma linda surpresa de lua de mel, a localização é impecável! Melhor lugar pros principais pontos de veneza! Um ponto incrível é o staff que ajudou de uma forma muito além do esperado e tornou nossa estadia incrível e facilitou nosso deslocamento por veneza, que é uma cidade muito particular. fizeram questão de nos ajudar com o transporte, com o café da manhã antes do horário previsto pra que pudessemos chegar a tempo no voo e foram muito gentis e educados! Agradecemos muito e recomendamos imensamente! Ter a chave também facilita muito entrada e saída e da muita liberdade pro hóspede! O café da manhã quarto foi um delicioso!

Se tivesse um elevador seria perfeito mas não nos trouxe nenhuma dificuldade. Para pessoas com deficiências físicas pode ser mais limitante, é uma escada bem pequena.

Andar em Venezia pode parecer difícil. Mas o pessoal da hospedagem ajuda muito. Antes de chegar enviam orientações passo a passo. Como sair da estação do trem, pegar o barco público, onde descer, que ruas andar até chegar no local. Ajuda muito. Parabéns a equipe.

Ein Top Lage, nah am Marcusplatz! Märchenhaft eingerichtete Zimmer, wie aus einer anderen Zeit! Mit gut funktionierender Klimaanlage! Sehr sehr freundliches Hilfsbereites Personal. Das Frühstück auf dem Zimmer vor den Großen Fenstern mit Blick auf den Kanal, ist mal etwas anderes zum Standartbuffett. Die Couch fürs Kind ist bequem zum Schlafen, wurde berichtet! Rund um fängt es den Venedig-Style ein und lässt einen kurzfristig vergessen, dass sich die sie tolle Stadt in Teilen mittlerweile nach einer Tupperware-Fahrt anfühlen kann.

Vielleicht etwas teuer, aber das ist Venedig🤗 im Verhältnis stimmig!

Yksi elämäni parhaimmista hotellikokemuksista: Kerta kaikkisen upea ja avulias henkilökunta, täysin tahrattomat huoneet ja suoraan hotellihuoneeseen tarjottu aamupala, joka oli kerrassaan herkullinen ja hyvin monipuolinen. Kaikki yksityiskohdat huoneessa on hyvin tarkkaan mietitty ja kokonaisuus on kertakaikkisen upea. Hotellissa on hyvä äänieristys ja sängyt ovat äärimmäisen mukavat nukkua. This is an absolute little gem in the heart of Venice! Location is perfect and very central. The receptionist was extremely helpful on arrival and we had good communication in advance on how to find the property. The room was nicely decorated and very comfortable. Breakfast is served in the room and was delicious. Would definitely stay again next time we are in Venice.

It is a very small hotel with less amenities, but the charm and location more than makes up for it

A brilliant locations just a very short walk from one of the main ferry stops. It also serves as a good base to walk in to St. Marks, and other busy hubs around the island with ease. Looking out onto the canals every morning while eating a delicious breakfast which was delivered to the room was simply amazing.

Unglaublich nettes Personal - sehr hilfsbereit und mit viel Liebe zu ihren Gästen! Besonders das Frühstück wurde mit so viel Liebe zubereitet und hergerichtet.

Die Einrichtung ist natürlich Geschmacksache, passt aber total in das Erlebnis Venedig!

Der Gastgeber ist sehr höflich und hat uns bei der Ankunft alles perfekt erklärt. Auch der Wunsch dass bei der Ankunft das Zimmer besonders dekoriert ist, wurde berücksichtigt und sehr schön umgesetzt. Die Lage ist perfekt, das Zimmer war sehr sauber, unser Highlight war das Frühstück bei offenem Fenster mit der besonderen Aussicht. Wir waren im goldenen Zimmer.

Ale, not only informed us how to directly get to the hotel. He also provided us video instructions. He was so informative, considerate and helpful. He made sure we had a 5 Star experience. We only ate at his restaurant recommendations and they were stellar. Thnx you Ale, you made Venice so so special for us. And talk about going above and beyond, he fixed or pre arranged taxi pickup location because we had Booked the wrong place. He didn't have to, he did it because he's an awesome human that cares. We will never forget this experience.

Tolle Lage, superfreundliches Personal. Bequeme Betten, sauber und ruhig. Frühstück gab es im Zimmer zur gewünschten Zeit. Außergewöhnlich, aber nett im Zimmer zu frühstücken.

Mehr Kaffee und Tee zum Frühstück. Die erwartete Kanne war nur eine Tasse.

Außergewöhnlicher Service, Verlobungspaket einfach wunderschön und Vermittlung einer klasse Fotografin. Vielen Dank und bis nächstes Mal! :)

Das Zimmer ist an einer Toplage und bestens geeignet, um Venedig zu erkunden. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und bietet alles, was man für eine oder ein paar Nächte benötigt. Der Gastgeber war äusserst freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.

Es wäre schön, wenn man die notwendigen Angaben zum Bezug des Zimmers einen Tag vor der Anreise erhalten würde! Man könnte so viel entspannter die Reise beginnen und hätte somit weniger Stress.

Close to st marks square and the property manager at the desk was very attentive and had great recommendations for food and places to visit.

Didn’t dislike a thing and wouldn’t change anything.

De locatie was top! Schone kamer en badkamer. De man bij de receptie was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Was fijn dat wij na het uitchecken nog onze koffers daar konden achterlaten. Het was lekker rustig in het hotel, geen last van de buren. Erg fijn dat wij in de slaapkamer konden ontbijten, vooral als je niet van uitgebreid ontbijten houdt zoals wij. Er werd rekening gehouden met halal, ipv alcohol konden wij wat anders voor in de plek kiezen. Kamer heeft een romantisch sfeer. Ik zou elke koppel dit aanraden.

Douche kabine was te smal en ook de wastafel. Kon nergens mijn toilettassen kwijt. Jammer dat er ‘s avonds en ‘s nachts niemand bij de receptie is. Wij hadden een probleempje met de airco en konden niemand hiervoor bereiken.

Alessia’ her anlamda yardımcı oldu ve hatta ilk gün erken check in yapmamıza olanak verdi. her gün kanal manzarasına uyanmak, kahvaltımizi bu manzarada yapmak muazzamdı. Kahvaltı oldukça yeterli. Odalar eski tarz dekorasyonda ve o nostaljiyi hissediyorsunuz ama güzel olan da tam olarak bu.. Şehrin kalbindesiniz, heryere yürüme mesafesi, san marco meydanına 5-7 dakikada ulastik yürüyerek. Havalimanindan valoretto ile ulasimi da oldukca kolay.. yine gelsek aynı ofa ve aynı oteli tercih ederdik.

La atención del personal ha sido fantástica. Destacar el desayuno que nos servían cada día, los croissant estaban buenísimos. La cama muy cómoda. La ubicación permitía descansar cuando lo necesitábamos, estando a 5 min de la plaza San Marcos.

A quiet boutique place with only 4 rooms. Spacious room, clean and very close to the ferry and just a short walk away from the heart of Venice. We received detailed instructions on how to find the place via a video. Louis at reception was exceptional in his knowledge, his help and his hospitality. Our room overlooked the canal, breakfast is served in your room, very fresh every morning. Highly recommended this place.

It was a perfect stay, no negative experience.

It was an easy walk from the water taxi station. The owners were absolutely fantastic about helping us find the hotel. They sent a video showing the route from the water taxi to the hotel. Incredibly thoughtful, especially considering how weary we were after traveling in the stifling heat all day. Not only that, but they contacted me the day before and asked if we would need transportation from the train station. They arranged the water taxi and were a fantastic liaison between us and the water taxi company. We knew the number of the boat and the name of the driver and it really helped make a stressful day a little less so. They also arranged a water taxi to take us to the airport the next day. The room was very comfortable and had a decent amount of space. There were no employees to greet us upon arrival, but they’d let us know that would be the case beforehand and gave us very clear instructions (through a video they sent to us) on how to access the building, where to find our keys, and how to find our room. Probably my favorite part of the experience was the breakfast in the morning. I was expecting some fruit and toast, something basic. This ended up being a lovely spread of yes, fresh fruit and breads, but also various cheeses, sliced meats, yogurt, olives, and fresh orange juice. We also had our choice of hot tea or coffee. It was a fantastic variety that made the last morning of our trip a little less stressful.

Literally the only negative is that they didn’t have an elevator (at least, as far as I could see) and our bags were very heavy. It was difficult getting them upstairs after a long and grueling day. But that wouldn’t stop me from staying here again.

It was an absolutely beautiful stay. We were so spoiled. it felt like staying in a private residence.

It feels like stepping back in time with fabric wallpaper, and Crown molding, and Murano chandeliers. The team could not have been kinder. It was our 10th anniversary and they left us a beautiful golden platter of treats and a beautiful anniversary card. Thank you for your kindness. We will be back.

On a tout aimé ! La chambre jaune avec vue sur le canal est magnifique, spacieuse et romantique à souhait ! Tout est de qualité: la literie, les tissus dans la chambre, la salle de bain, l'accueil, le petit déjeuner. Le personnel est souriant et sympa, la situation excellente, à 3-4 minutes du vaporetto et à 10 minutes de la Place San Marco. Restaurants au bord du canal juste à côté et chouette bar (Wine Bar 5000) à 3 pas. On recommande vivement.

Lovely b/b in a central location staff were the best we have ever experienced tbh and the breakfast brought to our room was literally a feast !! Only disappointing thing was window view was a wall and dark but would stay here again or in same area of Venice …. Staff were thee most friendly helpful staff we have ever encountered

Great Residenza, well furnished, decorated and clean. Position in city was ideal. Access very straightforward with no time restrictions. Staff were excellent, in particular Alvise. A great welcome, very helpful on arrival and through out our stay. Flexible on breakfast times for us and recommended some local restaurants away from the crowds which were worth visiting.

Hermoso, a pasos de la plaza de San Marcos , puedes llegar por el vaporetto desde la estación de tren, atención del personal excepcional y un desayuno delicioso , lo recomiendo al 100%.

The hotel room was delightful and 4 minutes walk to St Marks Square. We didn't intend to have breakfast as we had an early start day 2 but so glad we did on our first full day as it was delicious. An array of pastries, fruit, yogurts and coffee in our room. We were sad to leave, the hosts were fantastic and helped with our heavy suitcases up the stairs, recommending restaurants and very knowledgable about Venice. Loved this place. ❤️ It was spotless and provided fluffy towels and toiletries and slippers in the bathroom.

Allt! Vid ankomst blev vi överraskade med Prosecco på rummet av personal som förstått vad service innebär och som gjorde det lilla extra för att vi skulle ha det bra. Bekväm säng, fint rum, fräscht, bra läge och fantastisk utsikt. Vi sov bra och blev serverade frukost på rummet. Kommer gärna tillbaka. Underbart - 10/10!

Wonderful decor. Location is not far from the known spots but it is quiet. Loved watching the non-tourist boats while eating breakfast; maybe the closest a tourist can see what it is to live here. Great recommendations for restaurants.

Tudo impecável! Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo Luís, o quarto era lindo, com uma vista maravilhosa e muito espaçoso. O café da manhã é servido no quarto, em horário combinado. Boas roupas de cama.

O banheiro tinha um desnível no piso entre a bacia sanitária e o restante, o que era um pouco perigoso para acidentes.
