Stayed here many times. Basic rooms,clean and location in the middle of the entertainment area.

Nothing really you got what you paid for.

Everything is terrible

Terrible. We booked it because of the good reviews for four days. The first night was impossible to sleep; the music blasted throughout the room all night. The rooms were dirty and neglected. The next day, we told them we couldn't sleep and asked for a partial refund, even if it was just to find another hotel. They refused. We had to pay for another hotel just to be able to sleep, but to top it all off, when we went back to check out and ask for our key deposit back, they refused. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.

Terrible experience. Do not stay here. On our first day, we informed reception that we couldn't stay due to unbearable noise from the nearby nightclubs—loud even on the top floor—and terrible bathroom hygiene with widespread mold. Upon returning the key at check-out, they refused to refund our 500 THB security deposit without any valid reason. Unsanitary conditions, horrible noise levels, and dishonest management. Avoid this place.

The stairs only due to my bad leg, but as the manager pointed out if I told her then would put me in a convenient place, but apart from that service was very fantastic

Shower was cold sometimes and smell from drain for a day or two. But this should not put you off

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—close to the nightlife, restaurants, shops, and everything you need. It was easy to get around and explore the area. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and cleaned every day. I also appreciated the complimentary bottled water and the tea-making facilities in the room. Overall, this is a great hotel with an excellent location, clean rooms, and outstanding service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Great value for money, clean room comfy bed, had a balcony and the bathroom shower was good as well. Staff were all lovely.

Climbing the stairs to floor 3 and getting hot on the way up to my room. But its a great place to stay and will certainly come back next time I am in town.

I was taken to my room on the 1st floor, it was not up to my expectations, very dark, Big wall, no view at all. I was taken to the 3rd floor, much better, i would have liked to have taken this room but could only offer it for 1 night, so that was a negative, Next was the 2 nd floor, Part of the room was closed off, But it was better than the 1st floor room, altogether i stayed for 4 nights, would i stay there again, Only if i had a balcony at the front. There are no lifts in this building, As a 71 year old person, by the time I found a Room to stay in, I was knackered. After a 5 hour Bus journey, i didn't need this.

沒訂早餐，走到7-11約5分鐘，員工也很親切，但可惜4f房間沒有電梯… 拿行李走有點累，不適合老人AND 腳不好的旅客，浴室也沒有乾濕分離，不過房間還算乾淨，對了房間也有保險箱

1）記得訂的房間是有陽台的，可以看到外面的街道，但現在給我派的房間卻沒有… 2）浴室沒有乾濕分離 3）沒有電梯

Nice big bar downstairs. Pooltable beer and nice staff, and have food and a medium kitchen. You will notice there is almost 24/7 golf sport on the tv. It struck me like a golf only sportsbar. But i did not bother just went other sportsbar to watch other sports on tv.. however it seems they also have golf tours for there customers. Seen many guys with golf bags.. but on some nights they have also live music band playing thats always fun. I will come back i did enjoy. Rooms are basic but nice and big enough

Climing up the stairs if your on the 4th floor. But yea take a breath at floor 2 then continue.

Clean and tidy when arriving and when cleaning was done, fridge, water bottles

Took some time before cleaning . We asked for it several days, could have shown us more about how the hotel works and the different things like water and fan, for example and be more helpful . There was a power cut, and it would have been nice to say.: take as much water as you like as compensation or something similar. But nothing of that kind was done.

Excellent location, easy check in and friendly staff

I liked the location of the place because it was convenient and easy to get around. The staff were okay and provided the basic support I needed during my stay. Overall, it was a decent place to stay.

Although I knew this place was cheap, I did not like that some basic amenities were missing, such as a hair dryer. The water was also very difficult to turn on, which was inconvenient. In addition, the staff did not show me where to enter when I came back late at night. I also felt that the room was not properly cleaned, as I found a torn towel, or possibly one left behind by someone else, inside the wardrobe.

Molto pulito, carino e confortevole, letto comodo, ottima posizione e staff gentile ed amichevole.

Purtroppo sono rimasto chiuso fuori dall'alloggio perché mi avevano dato un codice d'accesso sbagliato, non riuscendo a rintracciare nessuno ho dovuto dormire una notte fuori.

Nothing to complain.

Pros: Large, spacious rooms, beds, and bathrooms. Friendly and flexible staff. The hotel is laid-back and well-managed by a Western owner. It’s no surprise there are always Western guests in the bar and restaurant. The hotel organizes frequent golf tournaments, which is a huge plus. Seamless experience: Check-in was smooth, and there was no confusion during my stay. Modern amenities: The smart TV with Netflix and YouTube was a great touch.

It looks good at the pictures but it's not good. 3 days nobody came to clean the room or anything. It's boiling hot, and there is no elevator. I saw the comments from other visitors saying it was good, but it's not. I don't know where these people are used to sleep but saying that is a good place to stay is insane

location good , you have to expect noise from the bars though , personally i find bar noise far less intrusive than say an arse hole turning up in the room next to you

Can’t complain really, hotel on Soi lengkee which is just off Soi buakhao so it’s a great location . Room was spacious especially being solo. I clogged the bathroom toilet by accident but that’s because I had diarrhoea and vomiting due to having a kebab.

Nothing. I liked everything to be honest. What more would u want for a great location and £18 a night on average with a private bathroom and a double bed and a desk and a fridge.
