The location was very convenient and the room size was okay and comfortable for my stay overall, I had a pleasant experience and would consider staying here again.

The only downside was the lack of human interaction everything was handled digitally, which was convenient, but sometimes we are still human and appreciate a little personal connection and interaction with the staff

Great location and access to railway and food. The hotel was clean and everything easy to use. Enjoyed the basic breakfast and use of the lounge through the day and evening.

Schoon en net hotel in een rustige buurt! Station zit op loopafstand, net als de supermarkt. Je loopt zo naar het Kabuki theater en de winkelstraten in. Incheck en uitchecken werkt perfect bij de robots!

Het kussen was een beetje hard. Het kan soms wat druk zijn bij het ontbijt, maar je mag het meenemen naar je kamer!

easy check-in and check-out, instructions very clear and easy to understand, the location is very good to, near the station, and very convenient to where i wanted to travel afterwards, rooms are big for one person which i liked, and the bed is very comfortable

the view on my room was blocked by a concrete wall (from the other buildings) (not a big deal, i didnt mind at all, but still, it wouldve been nice to see the city from the room while staying in there

Very reasonably priced considering how central the location is. Close to subways and fish market. Realy nice to have included breakfast, just wish it didn't close as early. Come early if you want to get a seat and want to get something other than cereal.

There was very limited staff on site and checking in a whole group of people was a bit cumbersome, but someone came out to help us check in.

Outstanding breakfast, tea, and cocktail time. Very cool and unique hotel/room. Friendly and helpful staff.

Car parking was somewhat difficult to figure out, and was rather expensive at around $30 American dollars per 24hrs. Dryer is pretty awful and took three 200yen/20min cycles to almost dry clothes.

Posizione buona nel quartiere ginza con due metro molto vicine. 1 km dai negozi di lusso. Struttura carina. Colazione inclusa con scelta nella norma. Camera doppia per due adulti ma con possibilità di averla per tre in quanto mio figlio ha 11 anni... Con questa opzione diventa un po' strettima a causa del terzo letto ma comunque abbastanza comoda (per gli standard giapponesi) Pulita e silenziosa.

Il terzo letto, che era un divano letto, era abbastanza scomodo. Aveva la parte iniziale molto dura. Per il resto tutto ok.

Das Frühstück war schrecklich. Es gab eine Frühstücksecke mit circa 15 Sitzplätzen. Das Hotel hat circa 100 Zimmer, sodass die Plätze immer belegt waren. Auf Nachfrage sagte man uns, wir sollen das Frühstück mit auf das Zimmer mitnehmen. Im Zimmer gab es weder einen Stuhl noch einen ordentlichen Tisch. Es gab weder Wurst- noch Käseaufschnitt. Das Rührei bzw. die Würstchen wurden in unbeheizten Glasschüsseln hingestellt, sodass diese auskühlten. Das Frühstück wird grundsätzlich in Einweg-Geschirr serviert. In der ganzen Lobby sowie im Frühstücksbereich schimmelt es um Klimaanlagen. Auf Nachfrage zum Frühstück konnte das Hotelpersonal nicht helfen. Es gab keinen Mitarbeiter, der englisch gesprochen bzw. verstanden hat. Das Hotel erfüllt niemals den Standards eines 3-Sterne Hotels.

Colazione discreta, non troppo varia, spazio piccolo, difficoltà a sedersi, ma si può portare il vassoio in camera. Con la valigia grossa è stata dura prendere la metro per la stazione, non siam riusciti a trovare gli ascensori e portarla per le scale ci ha sfiancati.

Hôtel agréable, propre et bien entretenu. Très bon rapport qualité-prix. Un séjour correct.

L’hôtel a fait le choix d’automatiser l’ensemble de ses services avec des robots. En soi, cela ne me pose pas de problème et peut même être une expérience intéressante. En revanche, j’ai moins apprécié la présence de robots de mannequins féminins à l’accueil, que j’ai trouvée assez surprenante et peu agréable.

The hotel has a focus on automation: self-driven check-in / check-out, other operations that you can do without involving the staff. Breakfast is provided in the lobby, "cocktail hours" are arranged in the evening, where you can mix your own drink. VR glasses can be rented at a small price. Washing machine / dryer are available.

There is no dedicated smoking area. The only available option is to go over 200 meters to a public "smoking box", which has its own opening hours and is closed at night. Smoking is prohibited in the entire district, therefore it is tiresome for addicted persons not to have the possibility to relax.

Lo que más nos gustó era la facilidad de llegar desde el metro. Además, siempre tenían opciones para tomar algo en la zona de desayuno.

La cama supletoria fue muy incómoda, era durísimo y encima tenía una parte en medio que sobresalía.

Location was perfect for this trip, close to Tsukiji market and two subway stations. Breakfast was simple and room was clean.

The lounge was a bit crowded during our stay at breakfast time. Some of the supplies ran out.

The room is tidy clean and bright, wifi is smooth too. The best thing is that the location, it's just beside the MRT stations(both Y line and H line). BTW, they have free drinks.

Otel sakin ama merkezi bir konumda. İki ayrı metro istasyonuna çok kısa yürüme mesafesinde. Ginza ve Tsukiji ise yürüyerek 10 dk. Otelin hemen yanında 2 tane market var. Resepsiyon insansız. Ama ihtiyaç olduğunda personel yardımcı oluyor. Girişte sabah ve akşam içecek ve atıştırmalık alabildiğiniz minicik bir alan mevcut. Evet odalar küçük. 2 yatak + kanepeli odada kaldık, valizleri açacak alan kısıtlı. Ama temiz ve bakımlı bir odaydı. LG Styler olması güzeldi, kullandık işe yarıyor.

駅から近くて朝食も無料で付いて部屋には衣類乾燥機みたいのがあってとても助かりました。

エアコンの温度と風量設定がうまくいかず、点けると寒すぎて消すと暑い...そこだけ残念でした。

This was the first robot-staffed hotel we’ve stayed at, and while we weren't entirely sure what to expect, we ended up absolutely loving it. You’re greeted by two wonderful robot receptionists, though human staff are readily on hand if you ever need them. ​Everything has been brilliantly thought through. The attention to detail is fantastic - from the PJs, toothbrushes, and slippers to the in-room dust and pollen purifiers. Even though you rarely run into the human team, the service feels top-tier because they’ve anticipated your every need in advance. We’re big fans of Henn na Hotels now!

Simple but fully satisfying breakfast with both warm and cold, as well as salty and sweet options. Very friendly staff at the breakfast. Free drinks available in the evening. Short way to two different metro stations/lines.

Breakfast is sugary cereals. The dinning area was very small, not really able to use if had child with you. There was never space to store suitcases at the advertised lockers so had to call staff to store.

Le petit déjeuner répétitif et manque de place. Prenez un pull pour le petit déjeuner car la climatisation est au maximum. Il est possible de petit dejeuner dans les chambres mais le personnel ne parlant pas anglais, on vous bloque à 9h15 de peur que vous vous asseyez (difficile de se faire comprendre). Le petit déjeuner est de 6h30 à 9h30. La taille des chambres pour 3 est très juste : pas d’angle donc les bagages sont à mettre entre le lit double et le lit simple.

For us as an Indonesian, the room was quite small... but we realised we were in Japan... he...he..

I loved the breakfast and the open bar! The food was very good and they had allergens listed on each item, which was also fantastic. We used the steam cleaning machine pretty much everyday too, it really helped with keeping our clothes nice and fresh without having to go to the laundry room :) I also really liked that our themed room came with some complimentary themed items ;)

I think the robots are a bit scary to be honest, it was very easy to use though. I think if you have a small kid they might be scared. I like the dinosaur hotel, I think that makes it less scary.

We stayed here only one night before leaving, mainly because it's close to Haneda Airport (a 10-minute walk to the subway, then 40 minutes with no changes). Ginza is full of modern buildings, more an office and shopping area. I don't think it's the best area for a longer stay in Tokyo. The rooms are small, but clean. There is a breakfast room for guests. It's not very big, but you can also use it to eat lunch or dinner there (for example, food from a konbini). We had a small problem before check-in, and the staff were not very friendly. In the end, it was solved. Check-in is done by two robot "ladies," which can feel a little strange

Back here second time. Stayed with them last year and second time around just as good. Clean rooms, breakfast and cocktail times are included. Very close to train station and right outside is a supermarket and really close is 7/11s and family marts. Def my place to stay everytime I come.

新富町駅に近く、設備はシンプルで良かった。

駐車場が３台ということで早目に行ったが、２台が業者が使用するとの理由で１台だった。早朝に使うとのことだったが、殆ど使用されていなかった。周辺が空いていたので停められたが、脚が悪いので、大変不便を感じた。業者優先は解らない⁉️
