Staff exceptionally kind. Nice touch with freebies at the front desk and free drinks/udon.

Carpet felt a little dirty and had a slight smell to it. Pillow was only comfortable on one side? Felt gravelly on the other which was odd.

3연박이었는데, 조식메뉴는 충분히 훌륭했지만, 동일 메뉴는 좀 질릴 수 있음. 어메니티나, 저녁에 우동, 드링크(알콜) 시간한정 무한제공등이 장점. 위치 끝내줌.(다카라초에서 점프뛰면 도착) 베개 수건 등 원하면 교체해줌.

청결이 다소 아쉬움. 대충 혼자 출장오는 남자는 괜춘. 깔끔쟁이는 힘들 수 있음(담배 쩌든내가 좀 나는 듯-이건 호텔이 뭔죄야 흡연충이 문제지). 청소는 3일에 1번. 위치에 따라 다르지만 최상층인 나는 첫날에 엘리베이터 소음?(뭔가 와이어 소리 같은 그런)으로 힘들어서 안써보던 귀마개까지 썼는데도 해결이 안되서 노이즈캔슬링 이어폰 끼고 겨우잠.(평소에 잠을 워낙 잘자고, 자리도 안가리는 성격임)

Lovely staff specially ayumu who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome . The happy hour with free drinks and free udon noodles was a lovely treat too . The rooms are small but adequate when all your doing is sleeping and washing in their. Location was fantastic for train station and metro

雰囲気も良くて、部屋もしゃれていて良かった。滞在時間が短かったので、残念でしたが…また、利用したいと思いました。

京橋駅からの行き方がわからず、電話で問い合わせしましたが、スタッフが外国の方だったからか？居場所を説明してもわかってもらえず、結局、携帯のグーグルマップとにらめっこしながらやっとの思いで辿りつきました。

I loved the reception staff! They were so cool and fun. We played a mini game for some free snacks and water. He was so welcoming when we came and gave us an awesome good bye using a flint and steel sparkler!

It was fine, all amenities were there and the bed was super comfy!

スタッフさん達の接客がとても良かったです。外国人観光客の方達も物静かで、落ち着いて宿泊出来ました。

다카라초역 근처에 있습니다. 도쿄역까지 도보로 편하게 이동할 수 있으며 근처 노선은 아사쿠사선(다카라초역) 도보로 조금만 걸어가면 긴자선을 이용할 수 있는 교바시역도 있습니다. 흡연자를 위한 별도의 흡연 공간도 마련되어 있고 일정에 따라서 좋은 가성비를 보여줍니다. 그리고 직원들이 너무 친철하였습니다.

Aussicht gegen eine Wand, Zimmer hatte keinen so guten Geruch aber noch ok.

The hotel was really well located close to a Ginza subway line (5min walk or maybe less), and easy to access the main areas when visiting Tokyo. The room and bathroom were clean and well equipped with a mini fridge, bathroom amenities, tv, fabric mist, etc. At the reception, you can also pick a few amenities (even a face mask!) and request other items needed. For travellers staying over for many days, there's a place to wash your clothes. We were warmly welcomed by Hide when checking in, and the whole staff was always helpful with questions about the hotel and surroundings.

We were aware from the start that the room wouldn't be super spacious, so it was not really an issue. We would definitely recommend the stay.

The staff were amazing and the location was superb, absolutely an amazing value for money hotel.

The bathroom/shower room was slightly too small.

Location is only 2-6 minutes walk from all the major lines that will take you everywhere in Tokyo. Beds are comfortable and clean, shower pressure very good, and AC works very well.

The breakfast included was amazing!! The male staff were so lovely, the women not that friendly or helpful though. The toilet downstairs at reception was so good compared to the one in the room. Haha

We asked a day before and an hour before about laundry, but when we were ready to use laundry they said we couldn’t. So be careful you might not be able to use laundry as they only have 1 I believe. The bathroom is very small in our room made us feel a bit claustrophobic.

Sehr schönes Hotel in guter Lage

ホテルにいたスタッフの方々の対応が素晴らしかった。 無料のうどんは、無料故の味・食感ではあるが、飲み会の後など、少し小腹が空いた状態でホテルに戻った際に、食べられるため、とても助かった。ホテルのスタッフは、深夜時間帯であるにも関わらず、日中と変わらないホスピタリティで、よく訓練されているなと感じた。 瓶のコカ・コーラと、瓶のウィルキンソンジンジャーエールがあることが、とても良く、複数回購入させてもらい、楽しめた。

ホテルのビル自体は古い様子で、カーペットの部屋の隅の埃や細かい塵が目立っていた。 壁紙は、一部剥がれているなど、生活感がある状態。 洗濯機と乾燥機がB1にあって、それ自体は非常に助かった。一方で、B1まではホテルのスタッフと一緒にいく必要があり、スタッフがエレベーターの操作をよく把握していないためなのか故障なのか不明だがB1にエレベーターで降りて行けず、毎回階段で降りていく必要があった。エレベーターで上階に上がるのは、普通に使えた。

We only stayed for one night, but had a great experience! They have a happy hour for alcoholic beverages and free noodles every evening. The staff were very friendly and talkative. They even gave us a complimentary snack and let us check in 10 mins early!

Rooms are very small, but this is normal in Tokyo for this price point.

Très bien situé, une des ligne de métro est à 2 pas, la gare Tokyo est à 15 min à pied. Le personnel de l’hôtel est très acceuillant, jeune et dynamique, on peut compter sur eux et nous les remercions pour l’aide qu’ils nous ont donné. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce lieux et avons rencontré des gens formidables.

Un message pour le propriétaire des lieux: il faudrait commencer à songer à faire un rafraîchissement des chambres et de l’hôtel.

The room we got is small but very comfortable. It would have been better if there were space to place the suitcase (i.e underneath the bed). This is located in a great location, very close to Kyobashi station that connects to many stations within Tokyo and 10min walk to Tokyo Station. The staff are very friendly, and we enjoyed the local Japanese custom practice by the staff. Add a touch to the Japoan experience.

2部屋予約して、2部屋とも、部屋に入ってすぐ扉があり、1部屋はその扉に鍵がかかっていたのでまだ良かったですが、もう1部屋は鍵が開いていて、配管？が通っていました。部屋の中にもう一つ扉があるのは少し怖かったです。 前の方の香水なのか、匂いがかなりキツかったです。

A 2 pas de la station Tarakacho et à 5 minutes de la gare de Tokyo, très bien situé pour découvrir les quartiers de Ginza et Tsukiji

Les chambres sont vraiment petites. C'est sans doute le cas pour beaucoup d'établissement à Tokyo mais se retrouver sans même la possibilité d'ouvrir sa valise ailleurs que sur le lit démontre l'étroitesse de la chambre (par contre proportionnellement la salle de bain était très bien)

Zimmer alt, wirken daher nicht sehr sauber, Lage ist nicht optimal.

Awesome service in a great location very close to many subway stations! Nana and all other staff were always smiling and helpful. Very clean hotel and rooms, with free toiletries. Happy hours allow you to try local alcohols, and udon sample after! Free coffee all day. The optional breakfast has a great traditional Japanese option, the continental breakfast has limited choices. Our rooms were small which we knew, with comfortable beds. A few areas start to show signs for a refresh. Very quiet hotel and surrounding area outside.

フロントの方がとても丁寧で安心が出来ました。アメニティや飲み物などのサービスも豊富でした。最寄駅からよ近く、東京駅にも徒歩ですぐでした。

L'hotel est très agréable et le personnel est extrêmement accueillant et d'une gentilesse rare. On se sent très vite à l'aise. L'hôtel est proche de "Tokyo station" et du métros amenant directement a Shibuya, Shinjuku et Akihabara ce qui est très pratique.

Location and price

Location near the main Tokyo train station was excellent. The young staff was very helpful and hospitable. The room was small but comfortable, and the facilities were clean and well maintained.

Nothing in particular. I was expecting a budget hotel, and this place met my needs perfectly well.

フロントの従業員さんがとても親切で、朝食もとっても美味しいお茶漬け定食食べれて嬉しかったです。プラスパンとフレークもあるので、軽い朝食ながら大満足でした！

浴槽が欲しかった

利用中に対応してくれたチェックインの若い女性のスタッフもチェックアウト時の男性スタッフもどちらも神対応で気持ちよく利用することが出来ました。 朝食も健康的で嬉しかったです。 値上がりしている中、東京駅からも近くこの料金でこの品質のホテルに泊まることができると思ってなかったから嬉しかったです！

少し部屋の隅とかは汚れ？ゴミ？のようなものがあり掃除は隅々まで行き届いているとは言えなかったがその他は特に気にならなかった。

I guess the best thing really is location. It's great that there was a train station right outside of the hotel. And Tokyo station is only 15-20 minutes walk away. Walking the Ginza shopping area and finding Namiki Dori St. was easy.

It seems the room has seen better days. Renovation might be a good idea. Cleanliness could be better and of course the room was pretty tiny. I would book a 2-bed room if I ever stay here again. Also, the breakfast is great the first day. But is it always the same breakfast everyday? That would get boring.......

今回で3回目です。 場所がわかっていましたので　安心です。 東京駅と銀座4丁目の間にある。という感じですか。 1回目　場所がわからず電話したら　HOTELスタッフの方が　ご親切に表に出て　出迎えて頂きました。 今回　その方はみえませんでしたが　そのようなことがあり　安心して　お世話になっております。 ビール以外のお酒飲み放題が時間が短くなり その分　うどん　食べ放題になりました。 これも　ご時世ですかね。 でも　外から帰って少し小腹がすいた私は食べさせて頂きました。 雨が降っていて　傘のレンタルも良かったです。 ありがとうございました😊

Overall, we had a good stay here. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was very convenient as it was near the train station, making it easy to travel around Tokyo. The room was comfortable for a short stay and the facilities provided were sufficient. Staff were also friendly and the check-in/check-out process was smooth. What stood out the most was the hotel staff , they were very kind, polite, and welcoming, which made our stay even more pleasant.

The room is not big (but I guess you will not be staying in the room all day anyway in Tokyo!) but it is clean, as is the hotel, and really what makes this hotel so special is its staff and the extra care you get! Amazing people, small details that add to your stay (free noodle hour, free happy hour, free coffee and tea till midnight, free amenities) plus small surprises by the staff (like a welcome game) that will make you want to return and will make your stay unforgettable 🙏🏻

とにかく狭い。バスタブとトイレは太った私には身動きが大変だった。朝食は値段のわりにはあまりにも質素だった。室内スリッパが使い捨てでなかった。
