Una estancia fantástica en Victory Road Villas. Lo que más nos sorprendió fue el tamaño de cada apartamento: espacios muy amplios, luminosos y perfectamente distribuidos, algo que marca una gran diferencia a la hora de disfrutar de la estancia. La decoración está cuidada con mucho gusto, combinando elegancia y comodidad sin resultar excesiva. Todo está pensado para sentirse como en casa, pero con ese toque especial que hace que la experiencia sea diferente. Además, los apartamentos son muy cómodos y están perfectamente equipados, por lo que resultan ideales tanto para una estancia corta como para varios días. Un alojamiento que nos encantó y que recomendaríamos sin ninguna duda. Sin duda, uno de los lugares en los que más hemos disfrutado de nuestra estancia.

We hadden een appartement wat heel erg groot was! Heerlijk! Restaurant is ook lekker. In de omgeving van Phong Nha is veel te doen.

We had a wonderful stay at Victory Road Villas. The staff treated us exceptionally well and were always kind, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. The food was absolutely delicious, and the hotel is very well located for exploring Huế. Their hospitality made our stay truly special. We would definitely recommend it

Heel fijn verblijf, met lief en behulpzaam personeel.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, kamer was ruim, Zwembadwater lekker verfrissend, avondeten dikke prima en pizza heel lekker. Toetjes zijn ook goed! Capuchino bij het ontbijt was lekker.

Echt vergane glorie, veel planken van de vloer kapot etc. Buiten stond een bad, konden we niet gebruiken door een plaag vliegjes in de nabije planten. Ligbedden vol in de zon zonder parasols. Het gedeelte wat overdekt is, heeft een plaag van iets in het plafond. Daardoor vallen er poepjes op de bedden en je hoort de beesten piepen, gok vleermuizen. Ontbijt vonden we teleurstellend. Pannenkoeken gortdroog en de muesli was ook bijzonder. Het fruit in grote brokken waardoor je zelf alles opnieuw moet snijden. Er zit een los yoghurtje bij wat je er bij kunt gooien en een klein beetje muesli. De mango was nog niet helemaal rijp en de andere dag kreeg ik banaan die overrijp was bij de french toast. We waren eerlijk gezegd opgelucht dat we slechts twee nachten bleven en vergeten deze plek snel. Minste verblijf van onze rondreis door Vietnam. Er zijn echter niet echt goede alternatieven in Phong Nha, het is allemaal middelmatig.

So ein tolles Hotel und so freundliches Personal. Die Villa war so schön und gemütlich. Frühstück und alle anderen Mahlzeiten waren auch sehr lecker. Alles in allem, es hätte nicht besser sein können.

The staff were amazing - so friendly and helpful. Food was delicious and enjoyed the happy hour cocktails!! A perfect location to relax, unwind and enjoy the views, food and drinks. The staff made it very special.

Apart from being very good value for money, the most standout thing about this hotel is the outstanding staff. They went above and beyond to make everything super comfortable and easy. We had an overnight excursion booked, and they let us store our luggage, made sure we could have an early breakfast before we left, managed to get all the mud out of our laundry after our jungle trek, and much more. Would absolutely recommend!

Very friendly staff. Easy check in. Lots of helpful information. Location was good, walkable. Place was big and clean.

The bathroom door slides so it makes a lot of noise when you open it. Especially at night. Also handle on the inside so that makes harder to open.

Such a wonderful staff and nice villas. They will help you set up your whole stay with recommendations, but they’re not trying to sell you anything like tour packages as we’ve experienced elsewhere in the country. Also, the restaurant exceeded expectations and we ended up eating 3 dinners in a row there.

It was a little tough to get the room temperature down – AC could be stronger. And it’s nice that they provide free bikes, but they could use some work. Took one out to the duck farms and suspension bridge while stuck in the hardest gear the whole time. It was a lot of fun nonetheless, and not a ding on the property. Again it’s great they at least offer them for free.

Grote villa met meerdere verdiepingen, heerlijke buiten douch/bad met privacy. Als was schoon en goed verzorgd. De 3 sterren zijn onbelangrijk, hadden ook 4 of 5 mogen zijn. Het zwembad was prima om lekker af te koelen, na een actieve dag. Het eten was lekker en het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Everything, I wish we had stayed longer, the villa was homely and perfect, the staff were absolutely lovely, really enjoyed our stay here, this is one of the places I would return to, and not hesitate to recommend it to friends and family

Victory Road Villas is by far the nicest and most spacious place we have stayed in our 3 months in Vietnam.

The toilets don’t have soft closures, so if you forget that at night, everyone will be up with you 🤣

This was the best part of our 3 months in Vietnam. Victory Road Villas have spacious rooms, with a layout including upstairs bedrooms - which I really enjoy. There’s a full kitchen with everything you need if you choose to cook. But honestly you don’t need to cook. Breakfast is included in your stay and both lunch and dinner is delicious. They offer local cuisine as well as western with a diverse menu. Their carrot cake is a must try! The absolute best part of our stay is the staff. By far the kindest and most considerate group of women work here. They feel like family. They go out of their way to be sure your stay is everything you want it to be. They helped us rent a scooter, provided us maps for the cave tours and were so helpful when we faced a few mishaps with our sleeper bus schedule when it went array. Thank you to all of them! Ben, an Aussie, and his wife own this place. If you want to spend your money where it’s being put to good for the local people- you’ll find a heart of gold in Ben & his wife. We were lucky enough to go out to the farm stay for a special group dinner- we had a great time sharing a meal “family style”, meeting so many people that were travelers just like us. Overall, I can’t say enough good things about our stay. It was a 10 out of 10!

Very clean, comfortable, has a full kitchenette, great view of the field from the bedroom...staff was helpful, professional and efficient. Love it.

From the moment we arrived, everything just felt easy and welcoming. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable – a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The food deserves a special mention – absolutely delicious, with great variety and quality. We ended up eating there more often than planned because it was simply that good. The pool area was lovely and well-maintained, ideal for both relaxing and cooling off. What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. A special thank you to Quynh and Hien, who made our departure extra special by preparing Nutella pancakes for us to take on the train – such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture. We would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

The hotel was great! A lovely pool, spacious, lovely clean rooms and a delicious breakfast! We also loved that they were so eco conscious and gave glass bottles of water and tried to cut down on plastic waste. It meant a-lot especially given how insanely beautiful the National Park was and how important it is it is looked after. Everything was really great but by far the best thing was the absolutely delightful staff. They couldn’t do enough for us and were so so accommodating of us all and our children. They really were so special! Phong Nha is absolutely incredible! The views and nature out of this world. I just pray it is looked after and the government get on top of the rubbish!!

We loved staying here, it combines luxury villas with a relaxed atmosphere. The staff were exceptional. We were recommended Easy Riders motorbikes and had two days excursions with them. They were fabulous and we loved riding with them through the countryside. Great place.

Absolutely loved our stay here however it was only for one night which was simply not long enough. Note to self - stay at least 2 nights, or even 3 at Phong Nha!!! The staff here were lovely and nice to chat with. Accommodation was clean and spacious, definitely a different experience and directly opposite the river. The location was relaxing with no husk and bustle. The breakfast options were yummy and it’s been the only place we’ve stayed so far which had a big mug for the morning cuppa!

Stunning suite, great location and really helpful staff. They helped us book an easy rider tour for the day, rides and a great dinner res at Phong Nha Farmstay (insane sunset view!). We were also able to check out and use their showers before our bus. Highly recommended!

We booked a day tour through them and it was amazing! We got an easy rider for the day who took us on a route we decided and we visited paradise cave and the commander cave. They drove us around in the pouring rain and were happy to change the route due to the weather when requested. It was great value for money and we felt so safe and the riders were so lovely. Would 100% recommend.

This is maybe my favorite hotel experience in the world!! The rooms were wonderful and so big. I loved the outside bathroom, and the stocked mini bar(big bar). But I think the best part was the information that was volunteered to me on arrival. They had rental scooters delivered to the hotel,for us to explore on. Sometimes when traveling to places it can take a while to understand the area, but the staff here told me all the the cool things immediately. And not just the touristy things. They explained the area to me so I could understand as if I've been here a week already!! It was so wonderful.

This place is a gem, hidden quietly in plain sight. Do take a meal here, if visiting Phong Na. You'll love the ambience and hospitality. Strongly recommend the Cha Ca La Vong, grilled st your table

De vriendelijkheid en accuratesse van het personeel. Zeer attent met gevoel voor humor. Een erg prettige combinatie.

Ik zou wat meer keus willen zien op de menukaart qua Vietnamese gerechten. We zijn enorme fan van de Vietnamese keuken. En wat er geserveerd werd was heerlijk. Maar de keus was beperkt. Terwijl er zoveel mogelijkheden zijn voor een Vietnamese kok.

Das Hotel, beziehungsweise die Apartments sind in einem sehr abgewohnten Zustand. Das Preisverhältnis steht in keinem Verhältnis. Da es aber in diesem Ort ein nur eingeschränktes Angebot gibt, bleibt die Wahl sehr beschränkt. Frühstück war à la carte. Leider nichts besonderes, kann man gleich darauf verzichten. Fahrräder umsonst = alles defekt, was kaputt sein kann. Der gemietete Motorroller war auch mit großer Vorsicht zu fahren. Auch auf Ansprache des Eigentümers, der wenig einsichtig war, (reparieren lohne sich in Vietnam nicht) bleibt das Resümee unseres Aufenthalts … der gesamte Ort lebt ausschließlich vom Höhlentourismus und nutzt dies extrem aus. Wirklich schade:(

Prima locatie om te verblijven. Lieve mensen! Prima eten. Ligt centraal om met de Pong Nha riders op stap te gaan!

De open haard rook je overal, maar was wel lekker warm. Het grote huis rook erg muf, misschien het bad laten leeglopen.

The staff were exceptional. All spoke excellent English.They could not have done more to make our stay enjoyable. If they had time they were quite happy to have a chat too, which made for a much more friendly environment.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir haben sehr kurzfristig gebucht und hatten tatsächlich einen günstigeren Preis als Gäste, die weit im Voraus gebucht hatten. Daher war für uns das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis perfekt!

We spent two amazing nights at this hotel. The service was outstanding from start to finish — truly an impeccable experience. The staff went above and beyond in every way and even arranged to send some items we had accidentally left behind to our next destination so we could pick them up. We felt genuinely taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

This was our favourite stay in Vietnam so far. The villa was incredible and made it so comfortable. We really liked the location and the on-site restaurant was great for all our meals (with great happy hours). The staff were also excellent and always friendly, even helping us when we arrived at 4am, and dropping us off to our bus when we departed.

The manager and the staff were very polite and attentive. They really helped us get around and even suggested a road route we could take to explore. The breakfast was superb too! There is no buffet but a breakfast menu from which you can order and it will arrive freshly prepared.

The shower in the ground floor bathroom was not working. We brought it to the notice of the staff but it was not fixed during our stay.

Sehr schöne Anlage in Phong Nha. Die Villen sind wirklich sehr komfortabel. Sehr freundliches Personal welches einem den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm macht. Touren und Ausflüge werden auch kurzfristig auf die Beine gestellt . Frühstück a la carte mit sehr guter Auswahl. Abendessen sehr lecker. Das Restaurant ist sehr hübsch und die Gerichte anspruchsvoll angerichtet. Insgesamt haben wir uns auch besonders wegen des sehr freundlichen Teams sehr wohl gefühlt .

That we didn’t stay long enough!!!

Great location to explore Phon Nha. The rooms / villas are very spacious and comfortable, the bed was just great. The staff is extremely friendly and super helpful, they also allowed us to check-in already at 8:00 in the morning since we arrived early after a night in the train. We can also recommend the tours to the national park and the caves (Paradise Cave is just stunning!) they offer.

Идеальный мини-отель/гестхаус! Когда бронировал, даже не ожидал, что может быть настолько идеально, казалось бы деревня, а все настолько стильно и удобно! Классный двухэтажный номер с очень красивым видом на горы и холмы. В номере есть все необходимое: холодильник, плита, микроволновка, много разной посуды (безумно красивой керамики), чайник и т.д. Очень вкусный завтрак, и вообще ресторан с очень вкусным меню. Редкий случай, когда в меню было безалкогольное пиво, во Вьетнаме это большая редкость. Хороший бассейн, жаль, что неподогреваемый, в дождь хотелось потеплее, но тоже неплохо. Вокруг невероятно красиво! Очень удобно, что можно было взять у отеля бесплатный велосипед покататься, правда, сам уровень велосипедов был не очень хорошим, под мой рост 186 подходящего не нашлось, пришлось кататься на маленьком. В отеле много бесплатных комплиментов: чай, кофе, напиток с витамином С. Потрясающий дружелюбный персонал! Мы приехали с опозданием - нас ждали, волновались, спросили, голодны ли мы, и нужно ли что-то приготовить, пока кухня ещё работает. А в следующие дни помогали с советами, что посмотреть; помогли с заказом машины для осмотра достопримечательностей.

Нам не повезло с погодой, попали в сезон дождей, со всеми сопутствующими неудобствами, но это конечно не вина отеля. Были закрыты большинство пещер, даже Ботанический сад был закрыт, затопило всю округу. Удалось попасть только в Парадайз кейв и Коммандер кейв.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pho soup at breakfast time was fantastic. The bed was quite comfortable and the hotel is really well-located, quite close to the main attactions.

The breakfast choice could be a bit more varied. The free bicycles did not work very well. The room was really spacious but it needs a bit more taking care of

The villa is very spacious and clean. The staff were of great help, they helped us change our future plans due to the weather and book a flight, plus we came very early in the morning and they kindly allowed us to get the room when we arrived without extra charge.

The breakfast is a la carte, you can choose only one with 2 drinks (it's tasty tho).
