It's a well designed n functional business hotel. The staff are very polite n helpful. Facilities are well kept. Thanks for making our stay a pleasant one.

The windows are not very sound proof. Hence, at night we could hear the motorcycle noises, though pretty bearable, along the main roads. The king size bed is quite firm and rather springy.

Stayed many times here. They should improve the breakfast arrangements.

Cleanliness & Hospitality The hotel was clean, and the hospitality was very good. Water supply was also excellent, with strong water pressure, very satisfying for showering. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Overall a very good experience. Will definitely come back again. The location is very strategic (near JPO & PLUS highway & JB). Next to Petronas gas station. Nice buffet breakfast.

Viele lokale Restaurants in der Nähe Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Straße. Man hört aber gar nichts von der Straße in der Nacht.

Das Zimmer ist hellhörig. In einer Nacht wurde ich wegen den Geräuschen aus dem Nachbarzimmer geweckt. Die Ausstattung (Zimmer, Fitness) kann langsam erneuert werden.

Stayed for one night on 4 August while attending a business meeting in Johor. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel's location is very convenient, especially for those travelling to Senai for business. The room was comfortable, the hotel was clean, and the staff were welcoming and professional. The only minor issue was in Room 527, where the air conditioner cover seemed to be loose, causing a rattling noise whenever the air conditioning was running. It slightly affected my sleep, but I informed the reception team upon checkout so that maintenance could look into it. Other than that, everything was great. Although the rate is slightly higher than some alternatives in the area, I believe the comfort, convenience, and service make it worth the money. As I travel to Johor regularly for business, Impiana will definitely remain one of my preferred choices. Thank you for the hospitality, and I look forward to staying again.

On a positive note, the staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay.

The cleanliness and hygiene standards need improvement. Most of the towels provided were not clean, with dark spots and yellow stains. They appeared as though they had not been changed or properly replaced for some time. The toilet facilities were also not in good condition. The toilet bowl had visible yellow stains, and there was an unpleasant smell when flushing the toilet. I hope the management can look into this matter and take the necessary action to improve the cleanliness and hygiene standards.

i like the room very much, full of the mirror. i like the smell of the shampoo even come with lotion, fully equipped with all the essential. nice facilities, gym, pool, poolside bar, children playroom and good buffet

The hotel is in a great location, with a pleasant atmosphere and comfortable rooms. The hospitality, facilities, and services are all excellent.

The room was spacious and comfort. Complete with all the amenities needed and the breakfast was good. The reception staff also was so kind to me. Thank you Impiana Senai for the hospitality.

I really liked the room we stayed in. It was spacious, the lighting was bright enough. The best part was the bed. The mattress, pillows and bedding were so comfortable. I had a really good night's sleep. Also, shout out to the body shampoo, loved the lemony scent.

Only the lobby was nice; everything else was dirty. Once we got into the room, the bedsheets were dirty, the towel was dirty. It looked like black stains on the towel. There was a bit of blood on the pillowcase, and a bedsheet had a mark on it as if no one had checked properly. The sofa was dirty, the luggage holding area was dirty. Everything was dirty, so we only stayed for an hour before we left.

They promised to work on a refund for us and asked us to push through the free cancellation option in Booking.com, but then, after we left and came back, they declined our request for the cancellation through Booking.com. They did not live up to their word after we only stayed in the room for one hour because it was just too dirty to sleep in.

They quickly located my item and went above and beyond to arrange a secure international courier delivery back to me in Bulgaria. ​It is rare to find such honesty and dedication to guest care. Thank you to the whole team for your professionalism; I highly recommend this hotel for both your stay and the peace of mind that comes with their exceptional service!

Stayed one night at Impiana. The room felt dated and had a few maintenance/hygiene issues including stains, ants, and a squeaky sliding toilet door. Since it was only for one night, I didn’t request a room change. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable and the service throughout the stay was very good. The Saturday BBQ dinner was disappointing and did not meet expectations. There was no BBQ seafood selection, only some meats. The BBQ fish was served cold, dipping sauces were very limited with no cili padi or sambal provided, and even basic chilli sauce only arrived after about 45 minutes. The ice cream was rock hard and could not even be scooped. In contrast, breakfast was excellent, which made the dinner experience even more underwhelming. The dinner standard should match the quality of breakfast. I also appreciated the honesty and efficiency of the staff. After checkout, the duty manager contacted me promptly to inform me that I had left some items behind and kindly assisted in handing them over to a Grab driver for delivery back to me. That level of service was commendable. The kids club also needs improvement. It was messy and there didn’t seem to be anyone supervising the area. We were informed that socks were required, yet there were children and adults inside without socks. There was also nobody organising or managing kids’ activities. Overall, the service staff were great, but the hotel would benefit from better room upkeep, stronger dinner quality control, and improved supervision at the kids club.

Not impressive and at the same time not disappointed. I dont quite understand why the door keeper decided to welcomed us with the side door? the whole experience was just alright. The mineral water in the room were too small / little. But luckily they managed to give more bottles upon request to the House Keeping. The parking outdoor tent to have illegal parking / park at the side caused the image of the hotel not so great.

Had a pleasant experience staying at the hotel. My kids love the playroom & the swimming pool. Looking forward for another stay at this hotel whenever we are in Senai.

Even though the room was good, I am extremely disappointed with the breakfast experience. The variety was far less compared to my stay last September, and it was very obvious that some of the pastries served were not fresh and had been baked the night before. This has made my overall stay very unpleasant. I also expected that after raising my complaint, a manager would at least approach me to address the issue, but unfortunately, no one did. This lack of response and poor service is unacceptable. I will be sharing this experience on social media so that others are aware and do not go through the same disappointment.

Rooms are comfortable, mostly service is good. Except laundry - the hotel cannot ever get laundry done on time (as they claim on the laundry form in the room)

The front office associates failed to acknowledge my arrival—no greeting, no courtesy, nothing. What was even more disappointing was the manner in which my request was handled. The Chinese lady (with distinctive eyebrows, whom I understand to be the manager) addressed me with unnecessary rudeness. While I fully appreciate that my request to change from a deluxe twin to any double room could have been declined, there was absolutely no need for the dismissive tone, unpleasant facial expressions, and rather unprofessional remarks. A simple, gracious “no” would have sufficed.

The staff saw me on a wheelchair and upgraded my room to a more accessible room. The room was great, with accessible shower and levelled floor bathroom. It doesnt have a handle but for my use, thats perfectly fine because my wheelchair can be my handle.

Nothing, really. If i have one complaint, screen mirroring is hard to use. They used older samsung tv so no apps built in and you're bounded by the channels they have. Screen mirroring doesnt really help for most streaming service.

Furnishings were a bit dated and there were pen marks on walls and switches. Parking was hard to find if you returned late.

The hospitality was outstanding. The staff were not only friendly and professional, but also went out of their way to accommodate my needs, especially during check-out. The complimentary parking was an added bonus that made my stay even more convenient.

Close to road so traffic noise. Dangerous U-turn point from other side of road when getting to hotel direction due to road terrain. Could hear next door neighbour talking/ TV so noise proofing could be better.
