الشي الوحيد اللي ما عجبني إن المسافة للغرفة بعيدة شوي، وحتى مع توفر عربات الغولف، المشوار ياخذ وقت لين توصل للغرفة، غير هالنقطة كل شي كان ممتاز

Overpriced , full of ants in the room in a crazy way, and when I told them they said” thank you for the feedback”. bad isolation from neighbors rooms. you need a buggy ordered anywhere you want to go in the hotel as built on hillside I don’t reconnect this hotel

Ants all over

One of the better luxury properties I’ve stayed at, from the moment I arrived to when I left I could not find fault. Great and super attentive team there, the property is beautiful in its own natural way, that I found quite healing and peaceful. Fantastic ammenities, great beach, the best food at all the restaurants. Loved the privacy of my room in the forest area, with a lovely sea view aspect. Rooms lighting, size and pool were highlights, but the bed and pillows were a real plus for me to give a very decent sleep. Be sure to eat at the traditional restaurant too, 12 course meal there is well worth it, I later realised it familiar as it was in the white lotus show too.

Otel bünyesinde çağırılan taksi 1000 baht istedi ve bekleyeceğini söyledi ancak beklemediği için başka araç çağırdım 400 bahta aynı konumdan dönüş yaptım.

Otel ve restorantlar çok iyiydi. Olanaklar son derece yeterliydi. Odamız çok büyük ve yatağımız çok rahattı.

Beğenmediğim ve hayal kırıklığına uğradığım tek şey odamın manzarasıydı. Deniz manzaralı bir oda aldım ancak havuza girince koca bir calılıkla karşılaştım. Manzarayı tamamen kapatmışlar, ve maalesef bunu resimlerde göstermemişler. Deniz manzarası yetersiz, uzak ve kısıtlıydı. Son olarak denizi ve kumsalı bence çok iyi değildi.

The service at Rosewood Phuket is impeccable. Unfortunately, I came down with the flu on the second day of my trip. The staff went above and beyond to help me find a pharmacy, and they kindly checked in on me the following day to see how I was doing. It’s always the people that draw me back to the same hotel, and Rosewood Phuket is my top choice. I’d like to extend my gratitude to my butler, Khun Gig, for her beautiful smile and assistance throughout my stay.

It is located in Patong, and the traffic was quite heavy. I spent about 90 minutes out at Boat Avenue, but it took me 2 hours to return. Not ideal.

The setting is magical, the room was beautiful, the location is really good and all the staff were incredibly friendly.

We enjoyed our stay, truly! We were looking for a place to celebrate our 20th anniversary, and having stayed at Rosewood in Vienna and amazed by it, decided to try it in Phuket. Very nice decor, beautiful view, very attentive staff ( prepared a cake for us and a rose petals bath ). The room is perfectly clean and nicely decorated, amazing view. It's not as big as I imagined, but we stayed outside at the beach so it want an issue. Nice cuisine at both restaurants and breakfast was something we really enjoyed every day. Good kids club

Impossible to swim in the sea at low tide, but we were lucky enough to have high tide most of the day.

A delightful oasis. Highly recommend. Excellent views, amenities, spa and restaurants. Staff always go above and beyond (especially Nan in the Concierge team).

Incredible meals

The hotel is absolutely stunning and nestled in the mountain cliff area away from the hustle and bustle of Phuket, which worked for us. The staff were so attentive and very friendly. The room is also beautifully decorated and very spacious. The bathroom and dressing area is very large! The food was fantastic, the Thai restaurant is a must, and we did the cooking class, which is an amazing experience. They also gave us a goody bag, which was such a lovely touch. Overall 10/10 experience.

The hotel was a bit far from Patong and other areas, so just keep that in mind (it wasn't an issue for us, and taxis are very readily available). Also, while this hotel would be ideal for couples (given how secluded, serene, and costly it is), it is frequented by a lot of families with young children! It's not the hotel's fault, obviously, but something to consider.

Amazing place with great facilities, stylish designer rooms. Staff attentive to details and very helpful. Resort is full of small details that make the stay special - fruits in the room, complimentary small refreshers served at the swimming pool area periodically, impeccable cleanliness. Alessandro was of great hospitality, took us to the swimming pool area and offered drinks while we were waiting for the check-in - great touch and amazing service. Overall - kudos to the Team, I am looking forward to be back. Don’t even mention how beautiful the site is.

Absolutely perfect stay, the staff was amazing and the food was the best we had during our trip. Special mention to one of the restaurant members Bank who took excellent care of us, and the buggy staff team. Will definitely be back!

If you want to plan a great relaxing experience with fantastic service-minded people ready to make it happen, then Rosewood Phuket should be at the top of the list. As a fairly seasoned traveller, I have stayed at many luxury resorts around the world, and I can with confidence say this is one of the best. It is not often I compose an email to the hotel, expressing how we truly enjoyed our stay at their resort, but this time I did. And it all comes down to the friendly and service-minded staff they have employed, it is their trump card, and as long as they keep them on I am certain Rosewood will be very successful. We were staying at the Ocen Front Villa 6 which was so beautiful and relaxing and the direct access to the beach is a great bonus. I can with confidence say for a 5-star hotel they live up and exceed expectations. And the super king-sized bed is a dream.

Excellent resort. Amazing pool area and kids club. Staff at Fitness are really good. Only thing I wasn’t overly impressed with was the spa. Staff were friendly but treatments massively overpriced and limited.

Property was beautiful and breakfast was one of the nicest we have experienced. Service outstanding at breakfast, okay at Italian restaurant and terrible at Thai restaurant. Food served before wine, even after asking for the wine twice. Kids either screaming at Thai restaurant or playing loud movies on portable devices to keep them occupied. No staff bothered to tell the guests this was unacceptable. It happened on two separate occasions for dinner, and we just had to get out of there after the second time—so we didn’t have the dessert which was included with our set Thai dinner. The staff didn’t apologize or even send our dessert to our room; unacceptable when you are paying 8,000 Baht for dinner for two. Also, no service at the pool—had to get up and get water at the bar on multiple occasions. Then when I did, they wanted to bring it to where I was sitting—why? I’m already up-use your energy to go around and see if other guests need anything. The last breaking point was all the children at the pool. Although there is an “adults only” section, it is not. The “adults only” section is one row with families allowed to sit directly behind that row. Therefore they are screaming right behind you and splashing in the pool. Why even have an”adults only”? Have a “real one”with an entire section of chairs and pool available to “adults only”—-they certainly have the room. Not a five star resort—only In price. There are too many other nice resorts, we won’t be back!!

This is an amazing property. We have a wonderful time. Service was the best I have ever experience in my 20 years traveling around the world. If you are looking for luxurious hotel, relaxing vacation, authentic Italian and Thai Food, this is the place!

The facilities and services were up to par with the Rosewood standard; however, the quality of food certainly requires vast improvements. It is quite shameful to serve below one star Italian dishes from such a beautiful five star kitchen facility.

Great place for top end food, spa, service, kids club and pool. One of the best breakfast offerings & Italian dinner some of the best meals you will have. All the poolside staff great and very tentative to what are some great pools. Spa world class & the kids club one of the worlds best

We stayed 3 nights in the hotel. It was amazing! Nice hotel. Very friendly and warm staff. Every minutes we were there, we felt ourself like special guests. Thank you very much! We will be back.
