Beautiful location and views. Very clean room.

The fact it cost over £500 a night and I had to pay parking and also extra for breakfast. I requested my room to be made up as a twin, twice. Both times agreed by the hotel. This was not implemented. There was no extraction in the bathroom. The sauna was broken in the spa.

Location great for eating, drinking, shopping, leisurely break or going on a cruise. There’s a car park close but is limited on space so and you can’t pull up to the entrance . We had to use the multi storey car park a 3 minute walk away and had the parking ticket discounted. The bed was divine as not hard (I hate hard beds) great facilities in the room.

The service charge applied when ordering and collecting drinks from the bar. This did cause some frustration amongst our party and definitely not something we were notified of only when it was queried by a family member who believed they’d been our overcharged and told about it so asked for it to be removed and told only a manager could but one wasn’t available. I’ve not experienced this anywhere else.

The hotel had a friendly atmosphere and the rooms where very clean with very comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast! We loved this hotel so much that we will be back. The staff went the extra mile to make our stay super! Thank you so much!

The hotel was beautiful and the rooms were up to date with amazing views. Location is amazing with lots of bars and restaurants within a short walk or uber.

The sauna was out of use, but I wasn’t told this on arrival, even once asked if I would be using the facilities during my stay.

Wir haben uns in diesem schönen Hotel vom ersten Moment an sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage direkt am Bootshafen ist einfach wunderbar und die große Terrasse hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Dort kann man herrlich sitzen, den weiten Blick genießen und ganz entspannt den Schiffen beim Ein- und Auslaufen zuschauen. Hervorheben möchte ich auch das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Man fühlt sich wirklich willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber, komfortabel und gemütlich. Ein Hotel mit Wohlfühlfaktor und dem Gefühl ein gerne gesehener Gast zu sein. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

The location is great and we chose a suite which was spacious and had a lovely bathroom and balcony. the parking is nearby and the price is expensive but not awful. One lady on reception was awesome

We paid £1000 for one night and were charged an extra £49 for an awful breakfast which was refunded after I ate meat that was off. We had cigarettes burns in some of the throws in the room and the sliding doors didn't work very well just not what you expect for the price we paid. I would say we were given a refund of £100 plus our breakfast after we complained but it wasn't great. The lady who checked us in also told us the wrong parking area and didn't book our cruise transfer despite us asking which we just felt was all a bit shoddy.

Great location for our purposes, excellent facilities and staff - particularly Jenny. The complimentary Gin was a lovely touch

LOVED my free upgrade to a Marina View room & the complimentary in room Gin. The room was spacious with everything you could possibly need & the bed was huge (& one of the highest I've ever had to climb into!!) & so dreamily comfy. Bathroom was well appointed with double twin basins & over bath rain shower & last but most certainly not least, the balcony deck overlooking the marina was well furnished with table, chairs/sofa & 2 loungers & partly screened for privacy with smoked glass separating it from next door's. Staff were all pleasant, professional & unobtrusively attentive

Some staff felt a bit "robotic" & clearly repeated the same information multiple times a day with a speed that had to be slowed down in order to be able to hear & digest it properly I was unable to directly access the spa from inside the hotel, as my key card wouldn't grant me access to the floors where you could directly access it, subsequently requiring me to go outside via reception main entrance across forecourt/drop off area & into the spa ... would've liked to just pop down to the spa inside wearing my robe

A bit of anxiety on arrival about parking my car having driven quite a way to get there. Website said parking was close by and indeed it was. Area just not well signposted to exactly where I should or could park.

Great location and beautiful hotel. The spa facilities were a little smaller than I had hoped. Room was a great size and bed was comfortable however we personally struggled with the pillows which effected our sleep, wayyy to soft. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had dinner in the Har Bar, food was lovely but it felt like a nightclub up there, way too loud for us personally, we couldn't have a conversation over our meal as was too loud.

L’hotel non ha un suo parcheggio , ma bisogna pagare un parcheggio terzo li vicino (40 sterline, due giorni..)

One of the nicer harbour hotels but the concierge staff were rude and unhelpful.

It said „room on the 4th floor“, but then you had to walk up a steep, small staircase to a small room facing another house wall on the 5th floor. No communication from the lobby, dragged up our luggage.

It’s a hotel where they are more interested in the clients in restaurants and corporate bookings. While some staff were lovely, the others were either indifferent or just rude.

I liked the location of the hotel which I think is exceptional. The bed was comfortable and well decorated. The bedroom was overlooking the water and was very beautiful scenery.

The food at the event was not very 5 star like. The standard of the room did not meet my expectations. I thought for paying £300 and something for a room I would get a spackling room with facilities out of this world. I suppose I was just paying for the amazing location.

This is not a criticisms, I do think that a separate pool for family's, only because when family's got in thete was much room to move, so we got out.

When we arrived we were told we couldn’t check in as they had no electric or water. We were told to come back and 9pm and hope that it’s been fixed by then. We didn’t want to risk it as we had a cruise the next day so we booked a hotel elsewhere. I was told I would receive and email and refund, I have received neither and am now chasing for this. The most disappointing thing is that no one contacted us to let us know there was a problem, we had to find out by going all the way to the hotel.

Location was outstanding. The restaurants were beautiful. We had the most amazing dinner in The Jetty on Friday evening. Room amenities were lovely, everything well thought out. Nothing too much trouble for the staff. All very friendly and accommodating.

Staff were friendly and accommodating during a difficult situation. Jordon had a tough situation and handled it with professionalism and skills beyond his years. Jake took care of all our luggage needs and provided fans once power went back on.

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the last 8 years it’s a fantastic hotel ! On this occasion it wasn’t at the standard I have had previously. Unorganised kaios Plus at no point did they tell the parking area rules had changed ! I received a £100 parking fine because apparently now you have to pay for parking on an app I have always registered my car at reception as I did this time ! It rounded off a very poor stay but it is the only stay I have had in 8 years ! Better communication expected with loyal customers

Property feels 5star from the moment you step through the door. Beautiful room and the bed was luxurious. We only stayed for one night and used the swimming pool in the evening and morning. Hot tub, sauna and steam room - all free to use and not too busy.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war überfordert, weil zu wenig Mitarbeiter vor Ort waren. Die Lobby war bei der Abreise sehr voll. Schön, dass wir noch unsere Koffer für 1 Stunde stehen lassen konnten. Die Stuhlbeine in der Rooftop Bar müssten gepolstert werden, weil man im Zimmer darunter jedes verrücken hört. Die Hotelauffahrt ist für Autos sehr ungünstig und zu klein.

They have a rooftop restaurant where we had breakfast with (in our opinion) poor acoustic design. They need to implement some type of sound absorbing features. It was crazy loud with just a handful of diners.

Lovely room, very clean and stylish with marvellous view, comfy bed, helpful staff, very good dinner (fish) in The Jetty. The hotel is in a wonderful location for those interested in boats.

The bedroom was incredibly spacious and offered stunning views of the marina. Waking up each morning and going to sleep each evening with such a beautiful outlook was a real highlight of our stay. The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was equally generous in size, and the shower was excellent. The range of complimentary toiletries was an added luxury, including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand wash, and hand and body lotion. Everything smelled wonderful and added a touch of indulgence to the experience. The spa was perfect and provided exactly what we needed to relax and unwind. The facilities were excellent, including a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room. An added bonus was the thoughtful hydration station, with cups provided for chilled water, as well as infused options with mint and cucumber or lemon. It was a lovely touch and very much appreciated after using the spa facilities. The sixth-floor bar was also a fantastic place to relax, offering a great selection of drinks and the same beautiful panoramic views, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The entire property was spotless throughout and maintained to an exceptionally high standard. The WiFi worked really well throughout the hotel.

The pillows in the room were not very comfortable, as they felt quite lumpy and thin. Even using two pillows did not make much difference. We could have asked for replacement pillows but chose not to. The customer service in the bar was extremely slow. We were unsure whether table service was available or if we needed to order at the bar. A waiter showed us to a fantastic seating area and said he would be back shortly, but he never returned. My husband eventually went to the bar to place our order, and despite this, we still had a long wait for our drinks while other customers appeared to be served much more quickly. It took almost half an hour for our drinks to arrive. We did not feel that the £22 per person breakfast represented good value for money. There also seemed to be some issues with how the eggs were cooked. My husbands scrambled eggs were runny, and we overheard guests at a neighbouring table commenting that their boiled eggs had not been cooked enough. The continental breakfast had a great selection and the ordered pancakes with bacon and maple syrup were delicious. The parking arrangements were disappointing and unclear. There is a small car park behind the barriers near the hotel, but this did not appear to have any disabled parking spaces. We were directed to use the main car park opposite the hotel and were advised that there were no disabled parking spaces available. However, we found that there were a small number of designated disabled bays. Unfortunately, Blue Badge holders are still required to pay for parking. Parking was free for three hours after entering your vehicle registration into the system at reception or the spa reception, but charges applied after that. It was not obvious how the system worked, particularly if you needed to leave and return later. The parking charges were also very expensive. The parking paying machine was hidden near to the residents entrance on the right hand side of the hotel or pay through your mobile.

Easy and helpful checkin. Good security for getting to The Room as you have to use the key card to enter the floor you are on. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

Petit dejeuner assez mediocre. Lhotel nous a rembourse une nuit. Reçoit tous les voyageurs pour les croisieres donc peu calme. Le spa est ouvert pour les gens de l exterieur .et en plus il y a des cours dans la petite piscine. C est loin d etre agreable. Notre lit avait 2 creux donc tres mou et difficile pour le dos.

Insufficient staff on the front desk. Often would take 5 minutes to get an answer from them when ringing. Room service was over an hour to get a pizza. Cooler box in the room useless. Air-conditioning could barely keep up.

Tried twice to order room service and no-one answered, so gave up. Harbar6 was incredibly loud. Difficult to find a quiet area in which to relax both inside and out. Some chair/cushion soft furnishings in public areas needed upgrading as quite stained and worn looking.

Contacted the hotel in advance to let them know it was a special trip for my best friend’s 40th birthday, disappointed that there was nothing arranged, not even a happy birthday at check in or anything left in the room, even though I called the day before as well. For a hotel of this star, that was disappointing.

We were greeted warmly by staff and the decor of the room and its size are nice. It also has a nice view of the marina, which gets you in the mood of a cruise.

There was no hot water one day and our room wasn't cleaned. The meals at the restaurant weren't that great. I expected more for the price of the accommodation

The hotel was lovely! Lovely clean room. We had a balcony. Also informed them on the booking thay it was our anniversary so there was a little card and cake which was a lovely touch. The pool/relaxing area was very relaxing.

We booked dinner at the Harbour Bar 6th floor and was a very busy night. Good buzzing atmosphere. Hubby found his dinner lovely, my dinner was the burger and was very sloppy , almost like had been sat there a while. Breakfast, I thought was quite pricey for what it is. Had continental and cooked for £22 and then added service charge of £5. So nearly £50 for 2 of us. The bacon was hard an rubbery and we felt very rushed.

Very poor service at check-in. Unable to unload bags and check in without being charged for parking. Not only were they understaffed but when the staff eventually got round to dealing with me. There were unhelpful and argumentative. Corporate greed and rip-off Britain at every turn.

The Spa pool area was very noisy with kids jumping in and out of the pool on one day, was alright on the second day with no kids Car parking is an additional charge and no guarantee of getting a space. Book in advance through the website/app The roof terrace HarBar was very busy with birthdays and Hen do's. The Jetty was much nicer but on the first day we were served drinks at the table, the second day we had to go to the bar and get the drinks ourselves but still charged a service charge for no service!
