Estaba en obras de ampliacion y la foto que aparece en booking no es real. Es muy viejo y las instalaciones son muy justas para el estandard europeo. Los baños estan viejos y la ducha estaba rota y no salia agua caliente.

Signs of neglect, overpriced for what it is, smell in lift, rooms and hallways. Lots of noise from construction

Locatie was top. 100 mtr van de zeer drukke en lawaaierige hoofdstraat vandaan. Kamer was zeer ruim, mooi zwembad. Zeer behulpzaam personeel.

We kregen een andere kamer dan we geboekt hadden. De andere kamer was bezet. Na 1 nacht konden we ruilen en gingen we nog 2 nachten naar de goede kamer. Ook hier was er een verbouwing bezig. Het restaurant dicht en ons ontbijt was in een ander hotel.

Midden in het centrum met een heerlijk zwembad, ruïne kamers, redelijke badkamer

Er werd gebouwd tegen het zwembad aan, dus de bouwvakkers hadden goed zicht op ons, ontbijt moest bij de buren, veel Indiërs die met hun handen aan het eten in het buffet zaten.

The bad review due to renovation, little cleaning and noise.

The location was so central to Ella town and maybe 100mtr to the famous Chill Cafe. Our quad room was the largest hotel room we have ever stayed in and very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly. I would recommend this place to others for a 3 star hotel. I left something in the room and they were kind enough to ship it to another address in Colombo for me to collect before flying home.

The room was very clean however the bathroom did have a build up of mould.

Good room, spacious, friendly and helpful staff, nice pool

curtains couldn't dim the light properly, a lot of noise from the traffic and. people speaking very loud over a long time at midnight (you hear everything that is said on the corridor/ hall) without staff intervening.

We didnt like our room and it wasnt clean so they offered to change it to a bigger room.

Washroom smells bad, beds made loud noise, water temperature is changing every second from freezing cold to burning hot, floor is not clean and some staff weren’t very nice

The location was very convenient and close to restaurants and other amenities. The staff were super helpful and cordial.Went out of their way to make us feel at home . Breakfast was good.

The height of the raisers need to be modified to help customers especially at level 2

Location was fabulous. Staffs were very good. I took a family room, size was huge.

Lack of maintenance. Water was leaking from Bathroom. Main entrance door did not have auto lock, needed key to lock from inside. Breakfast spread was average.

Location was excellent, staff was very nice, room was of a very generous size.

Property is aging and needs major renovation, specifically the floors and some parts of the roof where the roof gutters are not cleaned and are clogged with leaves and dirt, resulting in damage due water clogging. This could become a safety hazard one day. The maintenance staff needs to be empowered to do the required repairs.to this nice property.

Very lovely hotel. Staff were fantastic, helpful and happy. We got a room upgrade from three single beds to a double and king. Very helpful for a young family of four!

The location was right in the middle of the city, close to restaurants and shops. The service was impeccable, highly recommend this place!

In the heart of Ella, the location is outstanding. Great service, good facilities & very nice staff that gave us a wonderful little gift on departure. If you want to get the most out of Ella & would like somewhere that is reasonably priced, then stay here.

The wifi is patchy, difficult to work with.

Great location, just as the rest of the comments suggest, it’s a little rough on the edges but otherwise a great comfortable stay.

Location was good. Food was very good.

Being told that they take payment in USD and then not accepting them if they had any kind of mark or stain on them. They need to make it very clear on the website and on booking.com that only pristine USD notes would be accepted. Most of our notes had marks on them. Apparently the banks wont take them, yet we managed to use them in Colombo and Kandy and Tissa.

Die Lage in Ella ist hervorragend und das Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Zum Abschied bekamen wir Tee geschenkt.

In unserem Zimmer 307 waren nachts extrem laute Geräusche, als ob irgendwo mit einem Bohrhammer gebaut wurde. Die Rezeption konnte es sich nicht erklären. In der 2. Nacht war es ruhig, dafür in der 3. Nacht ab 2 Uhr nachts wieder ihren betäubend

Really kind staff who made our stay very special for our honeymoon. Hotel decor is a little tired but is good value for money and right in the middle of everything.

Great location - on the road that you walk to 9 arch bridge and Adam’s peak. Also right in the centre of town so access to everything. Rooms very clean. Breakfast buffet had some great curries and fruit. Enough croissants and bread to feed the kids and good fruit. Staff are great. Pool is very nice if you have the weather.

Rooms are quite basic but functional. No fridge which would have been nice. Was noisy at times on top floor but it is a town location.

La habitación no era la que pedimos cuando llegamos, el personal desconocía que hacer con la reserva, nos tuvimos que cambiar a una habitación más chica, linda pero no era lo mismo. Muy caro para lo que es Ella y Sri Lanka en general.

Location is amazing! Staff are really friendly and go out of their way to accommodate you.

Some of the facilities were a bit dated

The warm welcome from the staff, their care in looking after us and making sure we had all we needed for a comfortable stay. All staff is a credit to the hotel for their hard work, and a special mention to Jeewaka, Satheesha, Isuzu, Hasindu and Ujith that were always there for us with their kindness and smiles.

As a tip to next guests: the noise of the rain tapping on the roof can be very annoying. We asked for a room change and the staff was super helpful.

Buena ubicación, desayuno excepcional con bufet continental y asiático, buena piscina y personal atento y profesional. El recepcionista, Ujith, nos dio un trato muy personal. Ademas, unto con el gerente, nos hicieron una agradable despedida y un regalo.

En la noche se escucha algo de ruido de bares cercanos al estar tan bien ubicado. Pero no depende del hotel

היו דברים קטנים שהשתבשו בחדר אבל זה לא קריטי בכלל.. הפח הפסיק להפתח וביום האחרון קצת התחילה נזילה מהכיור. בטוח שהיו מסדרים אם היינו מעירים פשוט כבר עזבנו

The hotel was nice. The kids enjoyed the pool facilities. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Decent bedroom/bathroom facilities. A great location for restaurants and shopping, including the wine shop!

The shower head needed attention which we reported. Otherwise no issues or concerns.

Quoiqu'il soit au centre du village, l hôtel est relativement calme. La piscine est agréable et le service de restauration propose un buffet diversifié.

The hotel is incredibly beautiful, very well equipped, the rooms are spacious and very clean. It is located in the heart of the town, making it within easy walking distance of the various restaurants and shops. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from Ella station. It was my husband's birthday, and Ujith made us an in-room cake with candles! My husband even got a wrapped present before he left. A real sweetheart! The staff at this hotel go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable and unforgettable. Thank you so much Ujith!

No hot water. It was slightly heated. Other’s customers complained also. They want you to pay in dollars and can’t explain why.

It's clean, it's cool, it's right in the town but not loud. AC and a hot shower, a pool,.amazing breakfast.

I booked for 1 adult and three kids and the room said it would have two large beds. We had three twin beds, so two kids had to share a twin bed. For the price, I should have gone and argued it, but I was exhausted so we just swam in the pool and dealt with it.

Big room and bathroom. Friendly staff. Was very clean. Perfect location for Ella central strip of restaurants and bars and walking distance for other key tourist locations.

WiFi was very hit or miss. Our hot water cut out in the shower but after we called reception twice they sent someone to help us which was good. Our room only had partial lift access, which was fine for us but wouldn’t be for anyone needing step free access.

A very good location and perfect place to stay in ella. Everything is within 5 min walk.

Nothing to dislike

Location was brilliant, just off the main strip. Had lunch in restaurant, kottu was great. Room was spacious and very clean. Asked for later check-out and was given it with no problems. Staff were very helpful and attentive. Definitely recommend staying here when visiting Ella.

Staff very helpful, drink on arrival. Rooms clean and large. Nice bathroom and big shower. Excellent location just a 2 minute walk to the main road in Ella.

The walls are thin. you can hear people coming back late at night and leaving early in the mornings.

It was not clean. With uncomfortable bed, definitely not worth the money. The food selection was not good, flies everywhere. The service personnel was not very helpful.
