This is the second time we've stayed at Gwesty Links. The family room suits us perfectly as it's comprised of two seperate sleeping areas with the bathroom in between. The staff were all very friendly and efficient and the breakfast delicious.

Spacious rooms, friendly staff, good evening meal breakfast good but short on bacon(one small slice). Plenty of Parking .Quiet at night even with window open.

Windows dirty and grouting in shower needed replacing. Tea bags still in teapot from previous guest.

We have stayed here for many years. Every year we get the same exceptional service and friendliness from the staff. A big shout out though this year to Louise, Rachel and Heath for looking after me amazingly well with my Gluten intolerence. Huge Thanks and we will see you in December.

We can honestly say there is nothing we dont like about the Gwesty. Andy and Shirley are great hosts, James, James and Scott on the bar are all lovely and friendly. And all the waiting staff are polite, friendly and will ask you about your day.

Menu has improved a lot in recent times but still has a lot of standard pub grub items. The addition of more interestig items would be welcome. Service is sometimes somewhat chaotic during busy periods

Je n’avais pas réalisé que l’établissement faisait partie d’une chaîne de pubs, dans le style Wetherspoon. Ce n’est pas un problème en soi, mais ce type d’établissement a généralement tendance à proposer une qualité de nourriture et de boissons plus standardisée, voire moindre et un service basic. L’emplacement est correct, mais il faut compter environ 10 à 15 minutes à pied pour rejoindre le centre-ville, la plage ou le ponton. La chambre était spacieuse, mais présentait plusieurs défauts : volet roulant cassé, affaires appartenant à des clients précédents laissées dans les tiroirs, serviettes tachées, etc.

Really easy check in and staff very friendly. Breakfast was very nice with plenty of options. Rooms are really spacious and clean and the car parking is great. It’s only about a 15 minute walk into the centre of Llandudno which was great for us.

There isn’t a lift so stairs can be quite difficult if elderly or disabled.

What a lovely hotel! The rooms were perfect and of very high quality. My husband and I travelled with our son, partner and our 2 year old grandson. The rooms were perfectly placed next door to each other on the 2nd floor, ideal for a restless toddler who wanted to come and play in nanny and grandads room for a little bit!! ( Thanks for that, haha, just kidding!🤣) We found the rooms very spacious and comfortable, high quality furnishings and very comfy beds. Breakfast was very good and we also ate at the restaurant in the evening. Great food and reasonably priced. The amber ale was amazing my hubby I can report!! Plenty of parking available and we left the cars on the car park before check in and after check in on both days, no problem.

Bear in mind it is not on the actual seafront but the benefits of this outweighed struggling for parking on the front. No problems with the 10 minute walk to the promenade. Its a safe route to walk.

Good location with parking close to retail parks and town centre. Spacious accommodation with large comfortable bed and bathroom with walk in shower. A very good breakfast served by friendly, polite and efficient staff. No hesitation in recommending and will stay again.

Rooms are above the pub and are a decent size, bathroom was very large. Evening meal and breakfast was very good

Room was very hot and most windows are painted shut with secondary glazing. Fortunately, managed to open one and get some air

Room had only one window that opened and the cables on the window where broken so that the window would not stay open, this had previously been reported according to the clearing staff but had not been fixed. We had to wedge the window open with various items over the 4 day stay to let some of the heat out of the room as we where in the middle of a heatwave. It was impossible to stay in the room during the day and difficult to sleep at night.. The choice of food on offer for breakfast was very poor, probably the worst i have experienced.

I’m a disabled person who has oxygen. The room was quite small and there was no walk in shower as last time we came. The room was looking tired and could do with a refurb. There are no lifts which makes things more difficult. There were some items on the menu which were unavailable. The breakfast could be improved it wasn’t very warm and not a lot on the plate.

Lovely hotel, all of the staff were really friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean and well stocked with tea and coffee. Breakfast was piping hot with a really good selection. The hotel is within walking distance of all the attractions of Llandudno and we would definitely stay here again.

A lovely hotel on the outskirts of Llandudno, but within walking distance if desired. Decorated to a high finish, comfortable bedrooms and en-suites, communal areas, all immaculate. The bar and restaurant, especially the conservatory area were very inviting. Unfortunately, we didn't eat dinner there, as plans had already been made, but wished we had. Breakfast was lovely and plenty to choose from. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would deffo recommend and will stay again when visiting the area. Thank you.

Spacious comfortable room. Seems that the place has recently been renovated and everywhere was pleasantly decorated and in good condition. Staff helpful. A little bit of a walk into the main town,but quite manageable… Breakfast was really good - freshly cooked to order - so much better than dry congealed food that’s been sitting under heat lamps for hours…

One bedroom window was screwed open (within the double glazing) which didn’t help the isolation of traffic noise.

Disorganised reception, room was double booked despite pre booking in the day before. Requested no feather bedding as my wife has a severe allergic reaction on the pre booking. Checked with manager as a precaution.Manager insisted their were no feather pillows used in the hotel. Reaction immediately on entering room, there were five feather pillows in room! Recovered outside, pillows removed and room ventilated. Evening meal we expected the same excellent quality as a previous visit and at the sister hotel, unfortunately it was poor. Not the visit we anticipated for my wife's 71st Birthday.

Everything! Room size and facilities, great bar area, lovely dining room. We were on bed and breakfast and enjoyed a great morning meal. Very clean and tidy, friendly staff. We like the area, as it is away from the hustle and bustle of the sea front and has great free parking.
