Best accommodation we’ve ever stayed in. Easiest five star review ever, staff are amazing, facilities are amazing, place is amazing.

Incredible from start to finish. An immaculately presented room, plenty of space, great amenities as well. The team did everything to make us feel welcome always asking what they could do, great to have board games, books etc on the entrance! And the breakfast and way it was served was fantastic!

Superb place to stay. Left just to get on with everything. Breakfast to the room was perfect. Noting at all to complain about. Will be back!

Breakfast was very good, lots of choice and well cooked. The dinner was excellent. The room was very comfortable but I was disturbed many times in the night by banging noises-not doors - but we thought it might have been the lift? Every few minutes, so I didn’t sleep well at all.

The room was amazing with lots of lovely little touches - like a coffee machine and plenty of pods, and fresh milk in the fridge. Loved that breakfast was served in the room, and the breakfasts i tried were delicious. The Manager was lovely and very helpful. If we're ever in the area again, wouldnt hesitate to stay there (Assuming they had room of course)

Our stay was exceptional. Before we had even arrived, Holly had contacted me at my request to organise as suprise for my partners birthday and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Checkin was easy and the room was beautiful with everything we needed and more. The mini fridge was definitely an added bonus to the room as we could keep our wine chilled that we had taken with us. The breakfast was very tasty and it was nice to have it in our room. I have recommended Grange Manor to all my family and friends and we will definitely be going back. A welcome and quiet escape from the kids and busy life!

Grange Manor is the perfect place to relax and unwind. It's a privilege to stay in such a stunning B&B. Our room (with a private garden and hot tub) was beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. Breakfasts, which were served in the room, were freshly cooked to order and absolutely delicious. The staff are friendly and professional. It's a fabulous place and a stay there is thoroughly recommended.

This is an excellent (luxury) B&B. We stayed at the Goldcrest room with private patio and hot tub. Welcoming staff, room and bathroom are well appointed and of a very high standard. Breakfast was also very good and served in room which is a nice touch. Location is very peaceful too.

These are observations and did not detract in any way from our stay. There are some loose pavers on patio that need attention, garden furniture upgrade would be beneficial and maybe consider some USB charging sockets in room.

We loved the quiet luxury of the rooms, the spectacular service and truly the most thoughtful team that work there. Maddie is brilliant and she really made our stay perfect. Cannot recommend this stay enough.

We had such a lovely stay here. The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming, the B&B is beautiful and honestly the cleanest place we have stayed in during all our travels around the UK. The breakfast was absolutely incredible too, easily the best we’ve had. The lovely little town makes the whole place feel even more special. We would happily come back and really hope we get the chance to stay again.

Our only regret is that we didn’t book more nights!

Lots of luxury touches in the room such as drinks cabinet, dressing robe and slippers, cotton pads and a fridge stocked with water and milk. Large comfy bed. We stayed in a garden room which was a lovely addition. Quiet tranquil location. Breakfast being delivered to your room was fantastic and a bit different. Would recommend the croissant with cherry compote.

The proximity of neighbours. When sitting in the garden and using the hot tub there is a room above where guests can see you if they look out of the window. The info in the room suggested facilities such as takeaways but these did not deliver to the hotel when asked.

The location suited our purposes and there was ample safe car parking.

There was a big mix up over the admin of the booking which did not get us off to a good start. The modus operandi for breakfast was very regimental. Fruit juice glasses were chipped. Incoming food was to be seen dumped in the reception desk. The so called garden view was actually sections or roof, a cement block wall and rough vegetation. To open the shower door the centre section falls out into the shower making you think you have broken it. The hot tap was plumbed the wrong way round!!!

Very tastefully modernised large old house convert into an excellent guest house. Spacious, well appointed rooms with good quality furnishings and fittings. Spotlessly clean. Breakfast in the room. Good view of garden/woods from large, well fitted windows.

Everything, the area had everything you needed for a relaxing break, the room was extremely spacious and the bathroom, the garden was so big aswel, the whole experience was perfect, breakfast was brought to you every morning with a happy, polite face and prompt service. Everything was brilliant. Writing a fantastic review still does not do Grange manor and the amazing team justice. Go and see for yourself, i booked an extra night for my partner and myself as we didnt want to leave. Every single thing was perfect. We are going again in February. Nothing was too much, i had flowers and Birthday package and was stunning. PERFECT, PERFECT, PERFECT.

A beautiful clean modern place, the bedroom was so spacious and comfortable. Great little fridge and the bathroom is so a joy. The outside patio area/ garden is then another treat, the hot tub is perfect and covered area for all weather. Then Cory was super helpful with our bags and delivered breakfast, nothing was too much trouble. Really worthwhile place to stay.

The room was really spacious, super quiet area so perfect for a relaxing weekend away. Getting breakfast delivered to the room made us feel like royalty and the servings sizes were big with 2 courses!

No air con which meant the room was so so hot but it was a 28 degree weekend. The hotel did put the fan in for us, close the curtains etc to help as best they could.

Fabulous property in a beautifully secluded spot. The room was large, beautifully decorated & exceptionally well-equipped and the little courtyard with seating and hot tub overlooking the garden was just perfect. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. It was served in the room at our chosen time so no need to rush to a dining room.

Breakfast served in your spacious bedroom appears to be a distinctive Grange-over-Sands feature, and it makes for a more tranquil and private experience than a typical B&B. Our palatial room was immaculately decorated, as was the bathroom, and every nook and cranny was spotless. There's a nice, short, uphill walk back from the very centre of Grange over Sands, just enough to shake off any foodie over-indulgence (for which I can't recommend the Greek Thyme Out restaurant too highly)

I seem to be alone in my bafflement with the appeal of hot tubs, but for its many devotees, Grange Manor has a room which boasts just such a thing, sitting on a private terrace overlooking the garden.

The room was excellent.

We had a wonderful weekend away. The accommodation was spotless and comfortable. The location was ideal, breakfast was excellent, and the hot tub was the perfect way to relax. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Highly recommended

The only thing we would have changed is the length of our stay. Two days just wasn't enough, and we would have loved to stay at least one more day to make the most of such a relaxing place.

We loved the surroundings, listening to the birds, views and the privacy around our hot tub. It was all amazing. We will be going again and would love the same room we had which was the owl room on top floor but we had our own private garden.

Not really a criticism as we visited on an exceptionally hot day. A fan in the room or the windows being open would have helped as when we returned the rooms were super-hot.

Grange Manor was perfectly located up a quiet country lane, there was plenty of parking available on site. The host greeted us on arrival and showed us to our deluxe garden room which had a secure patio area for our two dogs. The patio was well equipped with a hot tub, pagoda and patio furniture there were separate towels and glasses for the hot hub too. A fabulous breakfast was served to our room along with a sausage for each of our dogs, who were delighted. The room was beautiful and clean with a super king bed and crisp white linen. I was well catered for with dietary needs, nothing was too much trouble. We had an excellent stay and would highly recommend Grange Manor.

My fiancé and I recently stayed here to celebrate our 10th anniversary, and it was a truly wonderful experience. Our room had been beautifully decorated for the occasion, which made us feel incredibly special from the moment we arrived. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always smiling, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The room itself was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, with lovely little extras that made all the difference. Breakfast was delicious, and the stunning views created such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. It was the perfect getaway, and we left feeling refreshed and grateful for such a memorable break. We would highly recommend staying here and look forward to returning in the future.

The room was lovely and the breakfast was really nice, with a good selection and a pleasant atmosphere. One of the male staff members (unfortunately I didn’t catch his name) was also very attentive and helpful throughout our stay, which we really appreciated.

However, our experience was let down afterwards by the handling of a very small issue. An empty body lotion bottle was accidentally packed with our toiletries when we left, and although we already confirmed we would return it, the repeated emphasis on this felt unnecessary and took away from the overall experience. In addition, I left my phone charger in the room and arranged and paid for a postage label to have it sent back.

The birdsong in the mornings and evenings made the whole experience feel so peaceful and calming. It felt incredibly private and secluded, which made it even more special. We left feeling completely refreshed and would absolutely love to return.

I cannot rate Grange Manor highly enough! The rooms are beautiful the managers are amazing and are always one step ahead of the game in terms of what you may need. The freshly cooked breakfast was awesome and the location ideal for those wanting to visit the lakes in style.

Stayed several times and will keep coming back. Such a relaxing place, sitting in the hot tub listening to the birds singing. Breakfast is always excellent. Rooms are spotless and everything needed is provided and our dogs especially love the sausages for breakfast. I can’t rate it highly enough. Staff are so lovely and helpful. We have found our happy place.

Interior design and furnishings perfect! Top quality and pleasing to the eye. So good to have breakfast served in the room with table carefully laid - and the choices of food were all delicious. All the staff were delightful and took great care to ensure everything was right for you. A peaceful and beautiful setting.

Be prepared - no point for shaver / toothbrush in the bathroom and no WiFi points to charge phones.

The Breakfast was the BEST breakfast we have ever had. Loads of options and plenty of high quality food cooked to perfect and they were so nice about an extra sausage! Also love the free sausage for our dog <3 The room was just amazing, super clean, spacious with everything we needed. Amazing bathroom with huge shower, blue tooth sound system and heated floor!! The bed was HUGE and so comfortable. Outdoor secure beautiful garden for our dog and the hot tub. Plenty of pillows, towels and dressing gown and slippers. Not to mention the hot drink section with macaroons, chocolates and biscuits. The staff were excellent. We will be back!

Everything. We had a room with a garden view no hot tub. It was amazing from the bedding to the breakfast. The produce and toiletries are all sourced from the local area and every little detail has been taken care off. It was a real luxury having breakfast in the room and the offering was excellent. You can walk into Grange over Sands and the train station gives you an extra way of exploring the beautiful coast line. There is a hill to walk back up to the house but it is fine if you are of average fitness. We got there and didn’t need to take the care anywhere as we used the train bus or walked.

We were looking for something special - and definitely found it! Lovely quiet location a short walk from local amenities with walks straight out into beautiful woodland and countryside. Great hot tub in private garden area. Staff are very welcoming. Hugely recommend!

Stunning location close to town centre, the room was spotless and very relaxing, phoned managed at midnight because our room was to hot she was able to be with us within 5 mins and offered us an alternative room however we decided to stay in the room we were allocated and were brought 2 fans to make our stay comfortable this was greatly appreciated and an absolute 5* service they went above and beyond during our stay and we couldn’t be more grateful. Would 100% be returning especially since they were so accommodating with my dog also
