Lovely and cosy little hotel with a fabulous decor just a step from the historical center of Florence. We loved to have the our breakfast in the beautiful garden and a huge thanks for the staff, who were fantastic 🙂

Nice little hotel, looks like family driven. Cozy atmosphere, have nice garden outside, where you can sit having breakfast or even wine at night Away from touristic area. Good breakfast, helpful stuff. Really enjoyed.

Расположение, чистота, завтрак, персонал, удобные матрасы и подушки. Место не в самом центре Флоренции, что гарантирует хороший спокойный сон, имеется свой очаровательный дворик. Персонал вежливый, во всем стараются угодить и со всем помочь. Останавливаюсь уже не первый раз и обязательно буду возвращаться ещё. За такие деньги такое качество - это супер просто! В номерах имеется все необходимое.

Muitos pernilongos na area externa do café da manhã, mas imagino que o nao há muito o que fazer por parte do hotel, entāo passamos repelente no día seguinte. A área total do nosso quarto era pequena.

Właściciele odpowiadali na nasze wiadomosci na booking w ciągu dosłownie 2 minut, zawsze chętnie nam pomagali nawet w późnych godzinach wieczornych. Czuliśmy się bardzo zaopiekowani. Przepyszne śniadania, cudowna Pani z obsługi. Zameldowanie było bezproblemowe, wszystko doskonale wyjaśnione i sprawne.

Dos de las camas de la habitación cuádruple están en un semi alto con una escalera de caracol, con su propio cuarto de baño. A los niños les encantó. Todo muy bonito y bien decorado. Bastante cerca del centro, a un pequeño paseo andando. También tiene un pequeño patio con jardín muy bien conseguido. Lo recomiendo.

Nette Unterkunft in guter Lage. Das Frühstück ist gut und Wasser und Tee stehen ständig zur Verfügung. Preis Leistung passt hier auf alle Fälle und wir würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen :)

Camera un po’ piccola

La ubicacion es buena, y tiene buena comunicacion con autobuses hasta la puerta del hotel. El trato del personal es excelente y estan en todo momento pendiente de tus necesidades. El desayuno es muy variado y de buena calidad. Aunque no tiene ascensor, el personal del hotel te ayuda a subir/bajar el equipaje, y te permiten dejarlo alli antes de la hora de entrada y despues de la hora de salida. La limpieza del baño es excelente.

La habitacion (piombo) es pequeña y abuhardillada, de manera que no se puede estar en pie en la mitad de su superficie. Eso hace un poco incómodo cuando tienes que moverte por la habitación para coger/dejar algo en la nevera, o para hacer/deshacer la maleta. Solo hay una pequeña ventana en el techo, y no puede cubrirse durante la noche -al menos yo no pude. El baño está fuera de la habitación, y hay que bajar/subir unas escaleras de metal para moverse entre habitación y baño. La única ventana del baño está en el techo, y aunque da mucha luz, en julio el calor en el baño era insoportable.

Struttura piacevole, a circa 15-20 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Santa Maria Novella. Stanza piuttosto piccola, però con lo sfogo di piccolo patio affacciato su un giardinetto, che però noi non abbiamo utilizzato per il caldo. Ciabatte di cortesia. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Colazione in giardino o veranda affacciata sullo stesso, con offerta varia, sia salata che dolce. Opzioni per intolleranze. Possibilità di avere a disposizione acqua (anche aromatizzata), tè, caffè, biscottini e snack salati, in una sala comune. La posizione è ottima, oltrarno, comoda sia per la stazione, che per visitare San Frediano ed il centro, raggiungibile con una piacevole passeggiata sul Lungarno. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo. Nel complesso esperienza positiva.

Bagno senza bidet. Giardini pubblici vicini alla struttura frequentati da barboni.

The guesthouse is nice, we were able to have an early check-in. It' a walking distance from the centre

Room is very small and very humid because of the all the rainy days. The breakfast is also very simple and you can find nice options around. We found a cockroach in the bathroom. This stuff happens, specially with the garden.. For what we payed per night we though that was very high.

La doppia camera matrimoniale su 2 livelli con 2 bagni permette la giusta privacy e comodità anche se si condivide la stanza con amici. La saletta colazione nella veranda climatizzata affaccia su di un giardinetto molto carino e comodo per noi che avevamo il cane.

オペラを見に行きましたが、歩いて3分で楽でした。また、スーパーマーケットがすぐ近くにあり、とても便利でした。また、アプリで出入りが出来てスマートでした。

Petite chambre mansardée, qui convient pour un court séjour. Joan était très attentive au bon déroulement du séjour. Très bon petit déjeuner (choix sucré, salé).

Super aardige mensen. Lekker bed. Een kleine kamer, maar schoon en alles wat je nodig hebt. Een leuk klein buitenplaatsje Heel prima ontbijt. Op loopafstand van de stad, goede parkeerplaats.

Le charme de la maison, sa décoration soignée, son petit jardin très agréable (prévoir un spray anti-moustique), la gentillesse et le professionnalisme de Joan, la personne qui s'occupe de la maison. Son emplacement sur la rive opposée , moins touristique et très agréable à découvrir.

We loved this place. It was cozy and spacious. We had 3 of us staying: grandma, mom, and 9 year old daughter. Beds were comfy. Our unit has an upper loft level. There was an extra bed so we could have slept 4. The staff was so friendly. Daily breakfast was great for the adults. My daughter is a picky eater sometimes, but they were accommodating to her dairy allergy as well. We would absolutely stay here again. We walked the neighbourhood since it wasn't too far to the city uffizi square, duomo, da Vinci interactive museum. I'd come back and recommend to others.

Nothing really. There's no elevator so you do need to carry bags up a flight of stairs. But I think that's common.

We stayed in La Fonderia for 3 nights in May. It was such a nice place, simple but very nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. The garden was lovely for some morning coffee, there was also always complementary snacks and drinks in the kitchen area. But the best thing about La Fonderia was the two amazing ladies who welcomed us to the breakfast everyday with a smile. They were very kind and helpful also after the check out when we realized we forgot our stuff in the safe in the room. Just one tip, make sure you have something against the mosquitos if you want to enjoy the garden. No mosquitos in the rooms or common areas but my coffee moments in the garden gave me quite a few bites

Lovely hotel in a great location - 15 minutes walk from the main train station with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Beautiful tranquil garden to unwind and a good breakfast. Joan was a fantastic host and helped make our short stay special.

Joan has provided excellent directions to the accommodation, as well as a really nice parking space reserved for us. The room was so nice, we were surprised and enjoyed the fine details. If you are travelling with a family, this is the place, period. Joan has also prepared fresh breakfast right by the room, and coffee and refreshments are alwasy ready for us during our stay, again, thanks to Joan.

Joan parle très bien anglais et il a été facile de se comprendre. Le petit déjeuner est préparé avec soin chaque matin (salé et sucré?. Joan m’a permis de le prendre un peu avant 8h le dernier jour donc très arrangeant. Parking en sous terrain fermé. Possibilité de se garer avant de récupérer les clés de la chambre. Petite chambre avec celle de bain séparée mais au dernier étage qui m’était réservé.

Petite chambre sous les toits Prix assez exorbitant de la taxe de séjour (6€ par jour) et du parking (20€ par jour)

Notre séjour dans l'établissement La Fonderia à Florence s'est très bien déroulé.Notre chambre correspondait au descriptif. Le logement est calme et très bien situé pour visiter Florence ! Le petit déjeuner nous convenait et le personnel très agréable ! Une adresse à retenir !

La chambre est très petite et étroite par rapport à la photo. La chambre se trouve collée à la salle du petit déjeuner, ce qui est très bruyant le matin et on ne peut se reposer. Chambre plus ou moins propre car on voyait de la poussière par terre. Pour couronner le tout, il y avait un CAFARD dans la salle de bains le matin. C'est impensable de trouver cela dans une chambre d'hôtel dit "4 étoiles". Je suis déçue pour le prix que j'ai payé.

Aufstieg in den 1. Stock über eine Treppe mit Gepäck beschwerlich.

Viel Einsatz der Gastgeberin beim Zubereiten des Frühstücks.

Das Personal ist großartig. Die Unterkunft komfortabel. Der angrenzende Garten schön. Das Frühstück toll. Ein tolles Benefit sind der Tee, Kaffee und das Limetten-/Gurkenwasser frei zur Verfügung stehend.

La chambre est spacieuse. Elle est propre. La literie est très bien. Le balcon est agréable. Il n'y a pas trop de bruit.

Lors de la douche du matin de la première, l'eau de la douche était tiède. Le soir, elle était froide ainsi que le deuxième matin. Nous l'avons signalé et le propriétaire nous a remboursé une nuité en guise de compensation.

Stanze spaziosissime e pulitissime, bagni completi molto ampi. La nostra soluzione era su due piani grazie a un soppalco, con una stanza matrimoniale e un bagno al primo piano, dotati di terrazzino, e due letti singoli e un secondo bagno finestrato al secondo piano soppalcato, collegato tramite scala a chiocciola. Arredi comodi, bibite fornite gratuitamente nel frigo. La colazione dolce e salata viene servita in una gradevole veranda che dà su un giardino. Piacevole trovare di sera una fetta di dolce e dell'acqua col limone nello spazio condiviso. Forniti anche degli ombrelli portatili. Abbiamo usufruito del posto macchina, situato nel parcheggio adiacente. Il centro città è raggiungibile con una camminata lungarno, ma ho visto passare dei bus in zona. Sicuramente torneremo qui.

Non è una critica, ma un consiglio: c'erano dei depliant interessanti, però non mi sapevano consigliare come fosse meglio prenotare Uffizi&co. Sarebbe importante poter fornire ai turisti informazioni precise.

Entzückende Zimmer, freundliches Service,. feines Frühstücksbuffet, Nespresso/Tee 24 St. und. vor allem ruhige Lage unweit vom komplett überlaufenen Zentrum. Ah, hab die kleine Gartenlounge vergessen:) Florenz ist (leider) traumhaft schön... Ein Tipp ist der etwas ruhiger Stadtteil südlich vom Arno. Der überdachte Parkplatz ist seine 20 Euro wert. Am besten ein Rad mieten (20 min Gehzeit) und man kann die Stadt voll geniešen. Gerne wieder.

Es gab zwar Flat TV, haben aber die deutschen TV Kanäle nicht gezählt;)
