niet schoon en erg klein bed

Lo único que merece la pena de este alojamiento es la ubicación.

El hotel, son varias habitaciones que, básicamente no atiende nadie. Tan solo a algunas horas un chico, que sí es amable, nos hizo el check-in y poco más. La falta de limpieza desde que entras al edificio hasta que llegas a la tercera planta, en nuestro caso, y por cierto sin ascensor, es absoluta. En serio, no exagero, no limpian, directamente. En toda mi vida he estado en lugar tan sumamente sucio. Es una pena, porque el dormitorio es la mínima expresión, eso si, pero está reformado, y bastante nuevo, si lo limpiaran ganaría muchísimo. Amén de la moqueta que es asquerosa, pero insisto, si limpiaran... es tremendo. Había cosas con tanto polvo que podías escribir, y el baño pues eso,....lo que es no pasar una balleta... nada recomendable y por supuesto, no volvería.

Estaba muy sucio, mesa de luz con tierra, baño sucio, alfombra sucia llevaba días sin se aspirada, servicio de limpieza diaria no había solo te cambiaban las toallas una lástima que allá estado tan sucio

The property was centrally located for a wedding we were attending nearby.

The room itself was ok, could have probably done with a “deep” clean in the corners and in tiled areas of bathroom. Room was quite small. The pub and property itself was quite dirty. We had 3 staircases to climb to get to our room. Carpets were filthy with heavy dust in stair corners. An ironing board was just shoved in a stairwell!

Located in a quiet street close to Marble Arch.

The building and room 202 are in a state of disrepair. The common areas and room were filthy and in a state of disrepair and neglect. The banister was falling off the staircase. The room nets were ripped, the carpet and bathroom flooring damaged, etc. The staff did not respond to my request to clean the back of the lavatory which was filthy. A shameful example of a neglected hotel.

The staff was nice and the location was ok, like 10-min walk from Paddington station and easy access to all busses. Some good restaurant and grocery shopping within a 5-min walk.

The room was not clean. The dust was pilling up and every corner was dirty. The carpet was probably cleaned last time during WW2. I travel 6-8x year and this was the uncleanest room I have seen in years and I dont expect fancy interior but I want a clean room. If the rooms would be clean, the value-for-money would be good and I would rate it an 8/10.

Close to the underground, clean and staff were nice and accommodating

The location was good just 15 minutes from Paddington station but that is the only good thing about it.

We had two rooms neither of which were clean. There were layers of dust everywhere and it was clear the rooms hadn't been thoroughly cleaned for some time. The toilets were also disgusting and we had to wipe these down before we felt comfortable using them. One of the shower trays was blocked so the water didn't run away. Also the wooden banister going up the stairs was hanging off. A health and safety issue going on right there!! We were let down badly by booking.com cancelling our original booking the night before so we had to book somewhere quickly. All around a shoddy experience.

Pulizia scarsa, venivano cambiati solo gli asciugamani e svuotati i cestini, non venivano rifatti nemmeno i letti. Polvere e ragnatele negli angoli. Camera troppo piccola per 3. Quartiere prevalentemente nordafricano/indiano e di conseguenza tutti i ristoranti rispecchiano la cultura

Tem que caminhar um pouco até o metrô. As escadas podem dificultar pessoas mais velhas.

The electric sockets were crackling when you plugged anything in. You have to wiggle the plug. No PAT certificate for an of the electrical items. En suite sink and shower did not drain. There was think dust coating the mirror.

Good location. Although within the city centre area. Very peaceful and quiet part of it. Cafe’s, pubs and restaurants on most corners within 5 minutes and 15 minute walk to Oxford street through quiet streets.

Fab location- great for getting to Wembley and lovely cafes near by for brunch

You could hear everyone else in the other rooms and the doors all banged really loudly. The overhead shower head worked but the normal head had no power. The drain in the shower also wasn’t working so the bathroom almost flooded. The carpet in our room was covered in hairs and the dressing table top was sticky.

Great location for Wembley stadium and above a decent pub. Really good price for London city centre and air con!

Bed wasn’t amazing and the room (in particular bathroom) is in need of a deep clean. But for the price I’ll accept that.

The welcome was exceptionally warm and the staff really wanted to help. Seriously, really lovely staff!The location was wonderful. The room had air conditioning. Towels were changed daily. The area was quiet yet close to cafes, restaurants and shops.

The cleanliness. The bedroom carpet was stained and dirty and wasn’t vacuumed AT ALL during our 1 week stay. The doorways and walls had stains. The bathroom was filthy and dusty and again wasn’t cleaned AT ALL during our stay. I bought cleaning products and scrubbed the bathroom myself. The dirt was an accumulation of many, many months of poor cleaning. The toilet was black with dirt. Awful. All the surfaces in the public areas were dusty with chipped paintwork and dirty carpet. It’s a shame as the people working there were exceptionally friendly and helpful and the location is excellent and quiet (even though it’s over a pub). Our room was entered by staff on more than one occasion even when I put a “do not disturb” sign on the door. Note: There is no lift and stairs are steep and dark. Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

Tripadvisor listing is misleading, this hotel is not brand new in any way now. They do not provide breakfast to all their guests! There are some good points to mention, reception staff very friendly, air con in room very good (remote control is not in English though!), wifi is fine, location is great. However as soon as you turn the corner and see the pub sign with the flaking paint you get an idea of what to expect. Shabby, tired interior that needs repainting and a deep clean/redecorating. Paint flakes off the walls on the dusty stair carpet (and there are a lot of stairs to get to the bedroom), room we had was barely bigger than the double bed, walls grubby, chair grubby, curtain hanging off, dodgy electrics, smell of urine in bathroom and toilet took forever to refill, no sink plug, shower hose leaked. Bed was comfortable, only one pillow each. Could be so good, but currently can’t recommend and wouldn’t return. Ultimately you get what you pay for and London is expensive, but this was disappointing.

Hôtel pas très loin de la station de métro edgware road (10 minutes à pied), dans un quartier plutôt calme. Chambre qui correspond à la description du site. Lit confortable. Air climatisé dans la chambre. Personnel très gentil.

Attention si vous ne pouvez pas monter les escaliers. Nous étions au 3e étage et l'escalier est très pentu. Même le premier étage pourrait être inaccessible pour quelqu'un qui a des problèmes de mobilité. Dommage que le petit déjeuner ne soit pas proposé a l'hôtel.

Unfortunately if you are travelling for work, I cannot recommend this venue. After 3 requests for an Invoice, and a promise each time that it would be shared, it has not happened. Therefore if you are staying for work, this becomes a location that you cannot use. A shame. Room was basic and fine.

La cama auxiliar para la tercera persona era muy incómoda y se clavaban los hierros ya que era sofá cama.

Toa ja koridori puhtuse üle võiks norida. Ainult üks toimiv pistikupesa toas (302) - tundub, et see ei ole uus probleem, aga ei ole midagi ette võetud lahendamiseks. Väga kitsas ja klaustrofoobne trepikoda, palava ilmaga pikalt jalutuskäigult tulles võttis üles ronimine päris hingetuks.

Could do with a good clean but its a bed for sleeping

Convenient location. Comfortable. Bathroom was clean and tidy. Quiet at night and in the evening too.

The air con was great! Especially in the heatwave!

The stairs to get to the rooms were extremely dirty and dingey. There was white marks on the carpet, tv remote batteries were dead and using the buttons on the tv you could only have 1 channel on because when you tried to change it thebtv would turn off. Rooms are described as sound proof, but theyre definitely not. The bed is extremely hard and not comfortable at all. Bathroom grout in the shower was very dirty and tiles had shower gel/shampoo gunk on them and the cap for the drain was off and wouldnt stay on when I tried to put it on. The bathroom itself was extremely small and you cant move in it. Absolutely not worth the money paid for this room, I feel robbed!

Staff were accommodating and kind. Let us leave our bags until our time of departure. :) It is a kind of an Inn (rooms at the top of a pub). Location is excellent. We had no problems.

The property, above a pub which I wasn’t aware of, was perfect for me. Great location as I was attending a match at Lords. Room was very comfortable and clean. Nice showers too. I was there the night of the England/Mexica match - pubs stayed open till 5am, however didn’t hear much noise at all as I was on the 3rd floor, so no issues there 👍🏻

In primis qualità prezzo non è buono per gli standard europei,stanza piccola molto sporca e polverosa,in 4 giorni mai hanno ripulito la stanza ci cambiavano solo gli asciugamani abbiamo avuto problemi per il pagamento della vacanza, non ci accettavano le carte di diverse banche e abbiamo risolto noi il problema,prelevando ogni giorno,in questo neanche booking si è comportato bene e poco professionale ,pur essendo cliente loro da molto tempo. Ben posizionato, albergatore educato e molto accogliente.

When you check in you go to the bar in the lower level. There is no desk. No room service - we had to ask for everything we needed like more toilet paper. No hair conditioner, the TV didn’t work, the room is so small you can’t open luggage, the bed was small and lumpy leaving us with sore backs, NO LIFT means a small spiral staircase to lug all of your stuff up and down, dust bunnies on the lights and in the tea offerings, there is a special button to get out in the morning that we weren’t told about so we were literally locked in to the hotel. Not all of the outlets worked either. The curtains were dingy and shredded.

Friendly staff, option to store luggage for a while, comfortable and clean rooms! The pub downstairs is charming as well. Location is quite central, and yet the neighborhood is quiet.

Only qualm would be the narrow-ish staircase to the rooms, which might be a minor bother if you're travelling with a larger suitcase. But nothing else!

Oda gayet beklentimi karşıladı. Temiz ve büyüklüğü yeterliydi. Odalar pubın üst katında. Asansör yok ama benim için sıkıntı olmadı sırt çantasıyla. Gayet eski ancak bakımlı bir binaydı. Çalışanlar da güleryüzlüydü. 1 gece kaldığım için daha fazla değerlendiremiyorum.

Herhangi bir eksik veya kötü bir yan yoktu. Sadece öneri olarak odalarda bir şişe su ve terlik olsa daha iyi olabilirdi. Ancak Londra'da çeşme suları içilebilir olduğu için tolere edilebilir.

для кого-то может быть проблемой - лестница но это старый дом, так что стоит учитывать, но апартаменты все современные - очень хороший ремонт

The guy on reception (bar downstairs) was very dirty, like he haven’t showerd in days and changed his clothes. Next, stairs were very dirty and smelled bad. Room was very dirty, window was broken, dirty bathroom with stains, bugs. Bed was covered with hair. Build up dust on every surface. Very unpleasant. We paid for 5 nights, but left immediately after we saw all that. They paid us back 4 nights, and that’s the only plus.
