Great having the cafe to hang out in morning, afternoon and night. Location was great jumping off point for activities. Room was great and they kept it stocked with plenty of water.

La struttura è molto accogliente, affascinante e pulita. Le ragazze che ci lavorano sempre disponibili e attente. Posizione ottima per girare il centro storico a piedi.

I materassi andrebbero rinnovati ed i cuscini sono troppo alti.

La location e la struttura in sé sono carini, posizione comoda.

La colazione è alla carta senza sapere esattamente ciò che si sta ordinando e tempi di attesa lunghi e nulla di internazionale. La camera è modesta ma avevamo tante piccole formiche nel letto e sui cuscini.

This hotel was just off the main street but it was really quiet. Facilities were simple, the room was very clean and the staff are excellent 👍 lovely breakfast

This place has lots of character, is kept very clean and our room was exceptionally large. The staff were great, especially Abu, and were very quick to respond to any requests. Special mention also for the amazing omelettes at breakfast.

It’s a great location being on the edge of the old city but that does mean there can be some noise at night (we used earplugs). The room could benefit from some thicker or darker drapes to block out some of the light at night.

Das Personal war super freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Selbst als ich einen Arztbesuch organisieren musste, wurde für mich das Telefonat für einen Termin übernommen. Von hier aus ist alles super fußläufig zu erreichen.

Relativ hellhörig. Da es in einer Seitenstraße liegt, nachts zwar kaum Verkehr, aber zwei sehr laute Frösche 😆

Great central location and character. Excellent value for money.

The bed was on a platform and in a recess in the room so the only way to access it was from the end of the bed. Not so convenient if you need to get up in the middle of the night. Also, snacks would have been handy along with the pm drinks.

As has been typical in our Thai accommodations the bed was rock hard and the pillows are hard.

This is one of the best places we’ve stayed in SE Asia. We came here after a rough stay in a different guest house and it was dreamy. The staff are lovely, beautiful garden to sit in and comfortable, clean rooms.

Staff were lovely and helpful, room was a great size, bathrooms were great, and hotel is in an ideal location for exploring the old town and South.

Location was slightly noisy at times, perhaps just my room that caught the worst of scooters in the morning.

Beautiful little guesthouse (with a great wine list!) Incredible staff and so friendly. Great location, sometimes a little noisy in the front rooms but they kindly give you ear plugs, not that we used them! Amazing breakfasts included in the rate!!!

Just a suggestion that the management could train their staff on how to open a wine bottle :) plus red wines don’t need an ice bucket! Being a caterer it’s just a thought!

Un esprit authentique auquel on s’y attache très vite. Un personnel en or, aux petits soins. On s’imagine très vite vivre dans ce cadre. Tout est parfait.

Great location in quiet street but so close to shops and market. Breakfast was excellent and served with a beautiful smile every day. Lovely courtyard and sitting area in front of property. Small number of rooms means a quiet and calm environment and a feeling of personal attention.

The hotel itself was good — the location was good, and the atmosphere both in the hotel and in the room was interesting and pleasant.

We stayed in room N32, but unfortunately, for all three days of our stay, we were unable to connect to the internet. We informed the staff multiple times about this issue. One staff member said it would be fixed the next day, another mentioned that a specialist had been called but was busy, and another even asked why we needed internet and suggested we go to the lobby to use it there. Because of this, we ended up using all of our eSIM mobile data. Due to the internet issue, I would rate the stay a 7. At the very least, the hotel could have offered to change our room, provided some form of compensation, or been honest and said the issue could not be resolved, instead of giving us false hope. On the last day, no one even followed up to ask whether the problem had been fixed.

Piękny hotel, obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna.

Posizione fantastica per visitare le zone di interesse di Chiang Mai e a un passo da uno splendido mercato (con bancarelle serali di cibo di strada). Struttura tradizionale molto curata con rilassante giardino d'ingresso pieno di pante. Personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Camera ampia e pulita e colazione inclusa abbondante (salata). Ottima esperienza consiglio senza dubbi questo piccolo angolo verde per godersi una comoda e autentica esperienza a Chiang Mai.

very central location on a quiet street. staff is amazing. relaxing courtyard. room is big. bed is pretty good. had warm water too so bonus there. street food 2 minutes away. anywhere else you would want to go is 2-10 minutes way to include the night bizzare.

The location is great — close to the Wua Lai walking street and there is a morning fresh market near by. Simple and basic accommodation yet clean. Staff were lovely and willing to go above and beyond to make my stay comfortable.

It is on a pricier side. It is either the property location itself or the location of my room — it was very noisy at night and early morning and made it hard to have a restful sleep.

Ein charmantes, historisches Hotel mit wunderschönem Ambiente und traumhaften Innenhof, der zum Verweilen einlädt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück und der Service waren sehr gut. Die Lage ist ideal – der Nachtmarkt und die Stadtmauer sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Ich war rundum zufrieden und würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Das Zimmerfenster führte zu Mauer. Leider kein Tageslicht. Diese Info hat mir bei der Zimmerbeschreibung gefehlt. Mir fehlte ein Schrankregal für die Sachen.

Super Lage, tolle Stimmung, viele junge Gäste, keine Partygäste, tolles Holzhaus

Zimmer zur Straße hin etwas lauter; nach hinten raus total leise; harte Betten aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ok

Klein und familiär. Abends im sehr schönen Garten ein Glas Wein. Perfekt! Die Lage ist zentral und das Personal unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist als Kart und sehr gut. Jederzeit wieder!

Kleines Hotel mit toller Atmosphäre und gepflegten Innenhof in einem traditionellen Holzhaus in bester ruhiger Lage! Direkt gegenüber befindet sich das für Fotomotive beliebte Restaurant The Faces. Der Name hat gewechselt (vorher: Pak Chiang Mai), aber weiterhin empfehlenswert. Aufmerksam geworden sind wir durch den beliebten Backpacker Reiseführer Stefan Loose, in dem das Hotel empfohlen wurde. Dem können wir uns nur anschließen.

No lift so if you have heavy bags it is a set of stairs. Bedroom not soundproof at all so can hear people sat outside the room.

Fijne locatie na drie dagen regenwoud! Dichtbij de nacht markt, bars en restaurants.

Niks slecht op te merken

De staff is gewoonweg fantastisch, ze zijn ontzettend behulpzaam en gastvrij. Ondanks de mindere beheersing van de Engelse taal kwamen we er toch altijd uit met elkaar. De kamers werden dagelijks bijzonder goed opgeruimd en schoongemaakt. De locatie is ook perfect, een kleine wandeling en je bent echt centraal Chiang Mai, en om de hoek vindt je iedere avond een heel uitgebreid en druk bezocht streetfood marktje. Ook was het ontbijt goed.

Het bed was voor ons doen wat hard, maar dit is persoonlijke voorkeur. Voor een betere nachtrust raden we oortjes aan, gezien het soms iets wat gehorig is. De nieuwe eigenaar is een fijne man, en hiervan op de hoogte en voornemens hier wat aan te veranderen.

Quaint boutique hotel with a beautiful, tropical setting. The main staff member Pop was an absolute delight. Nice wine available. Just around the corner from the markets and street food so felt very safe at night.

This is the best hotel in Chiangmai The lady at the front desk is very warm and cute Their small courtyard is very beautiful. You can rest anywhere and the staff will turn on the fan for you. The room is in the style of northern Thailand, very beautiful Breakfast is also very good It is only a 5-minute walk from Chiang Mai Gate Night Market I highly recommend everyone to stay in this hotel when visiting Chiang Mai

Una piccola struttura davvero graziosa, tutta in legno. La colazione era veramente abbondante e venivano serviti prodotti freschi. Il personale è stato gentile e disponibile per tutto il soggiorno.

L'unico elemento negativo è che non ci sono ascensori. La struttura ha comunque un solo piano sopraelevato.
