Это было незабываемо: сервис, внимание персонала к деталям, встреча - мы приехали поздно вечером, почти в ночь, все было расстелено, нас ждали, быстро оформили. Вид из отеля на долину - лучше невозможно желать! Вкусные завтраки. В целом ощущение дома, а ты очень желанный гость. Команда отеля помогла организовать полет на шарах по самой лучшей цене, помогали с решением всех вопросов с полным вовлечением. Огромная благодарность! Всем рекомендую!

La ubicacion, las vistas, amabilidad del personal, el desayuno muy bueno y nos dieron a una habitación superior.

El lugar es inmejorable, las vistas, tranquilidad y a un paseo del meollo, en 5 minutos estás rodeado de restaurantes.

Entraña mucha luz en la habitación, lo cual es importante cuando amanece a las 0530, pero nos facilitaron cambiar de habitación

Мы приезжали с дочкой, которой 6 месяцев и нам предоставили детскую кроватку специально для неё 😊 Номера чистые, кровать в номере была большой и очень удобной, если будем опять в Кападокии, то выбор отеля очевиден ☺️

De ligging en personeel was geweldig. Goed ontbijt. Mooi uitzicht op de balonnen die vroeg in de ochtend de lucht in gingen

De kamer die wij hadden was helaas wat luchtvochtig. Er stond wel een apparaat om de luchtvochtigheid wat te verlagen maar dat had niet perse het gewenste resultaat. Er was weinig ventilatie dus zal misschien ook wel bij het soort kamer passen. Kan zijn dat de andere kamers wel beter waren. Een airco had misschien kunnen werken maar die hadden we niet op de kamer. Ondanks dit hebben we in principe wel normaal kunnen slapen

Odalar mağara odalar oldugu icin tavandan toz, çakıl düştüğü oluyordu. Gece uyumak zor oldu. Bazı odaların havalandırma problemi var. Fakat personel yardimci olmaya calisiyor, gerekirse odanizi degistirebiliyorsunuz.

真的是之前留下來的洞穴，牆壁上還有看到以前畫的痕跡，飯店景色真的非常美，走路露台上就可以看到很多熱氣球，可以有餐廳跟小商店，飯店的服務人員都很親切，還有協助幫忙搬行李走樓梯，早餐很豐盛

это прекрасное место!!! у нас была годовщина и нам улучшили номер! нам принесли фрукты, а комнату украсили лепестками и лебедями комната была в виде пещеры, это отдельный интересный опыт отличный завтрак, но без мяса вид просто бомба! можно сидеть на террасе и наблюдать за шарами с утра! можно заказать вино прям на террасу отличное месторасположение: из-за того, что отель на горе, открывается вид на долину есть приват паркинг нам помогли с полетом на шарах, вышло дешевле, чем заказывать через интернет

в один из дней вода была холодная, поэтому нам так и не получилось принять ванну...

Floor was a little gritty but slippers provided so all good and expected in a cave!

Even the hotel is new it seemed old. Door in toilet wasn’t closing properly and sink was licking a little. But it didn’t bother. For the value it was great. Highly recommended.

The property is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The utensils and facilities are superb n beautiful location. Ease of locating n near to bus stops n easy access to the city.

Sometimes the cave can get hot at night, also the ceiling pebbles/sands are dropping, so there are some grains of sands on our beds.

We really enjoyed our stay at Helike Cave Suits. The view from the rooms and the courtyard was very beautiful. The rooms are decorated very authentically and the reception is available for you all the time. Breakfast was very delicious with many options of Turkish breakfast dishes. Definitely a recommendation!

The location of the hotel and the views are perfect! The owner/manager was friendly and very helpful. Our suites were huge, beds very comfortable and the breakfast more than you can eat.

If you need to get laundry done, ask about the price first or look online for laundry services outside the hotel.

Room was a great size, mattress was one of the most comfortable we've had in Turkiye. Breakfast was massive but it also felt like a lot was then wasted. View of the balloons was great, with done very cute cats.

The shower would flood the bathroom, meaning i came close to a major fall. Bathtub also wasnt stable. Really needs some updating for safety reasons. Parking was not easy to find on the weekend.

Rooms are very hot. you can not breath. It says on the website they clean your room daily,but the only thing they do is change the towels and leave a couole of small bottles of water. no other cleaning happened for the whole week.

The location of the hotel is beautiful. The attention of the hotel staff is excellent. It was the best choice and I recommend 100% this accommodation to enjoy Cappadocia.

The lights in my room suddenly shut down sometime, I have been asking for turn on. The free wine bottle for expedia gold member didn't provide even I talk with reception, they tell me asking expedia.

The hotel was cut into the rock face so very unique to the area. The breakfast was scrumptious, especially the eggs and the view was divine.

The air conditioning dropped constantly making it hard to sleep which wasn’t fixed until our final of four nights stay. We asked for packed breakfasts one morning but they weren’t ready. Airport transfer was also bungled up. However the hotel manager compensated the inconvenience by providing free bottle of wine, free transfer to airport, free bottled water and offer to change our room (on last night).

Everything! Beautiful accomodation, location location, amazing view, the breakfast was fit for a king! The staff were absolutely wonderful! 10/10 100% recommend!

Room was hot. No Air Con.. we asked for a fan the staff said it was not available. When we threatened to move the furniture and sleep in the drawing room then they brought a fan.

There is nothing to say except, superb in every way! Staff went out of their way to be helpful and outlined our route to see all the sites in two days. Plus location in Ursichar was perfect! I doubt any other hotel on our trip will come even close to our experience. You MUST stay here!!!

Helike is a great hotel to stay in Uchisar. The room was big and very well-decorated. Every morning we had a generous breakfast. Our table was full of delicious food. It felt like having your own buffet at your table. The manager, Mr. Ahmet, made our stay so much pleasant. He helped us buy the tours and was always willing to answer our questions. We had a memorable time at the Helike Hotel and are thinking on going back on our next vacation.

The delax cave room was wonderful and a great experience to have. The staff is also wonderful in making your stay very comfortable. The main manager guy is very friendly and helpful in booking any transfer or tour that you may need. The staff ensured that we always had clean towels and tea / coffee in the room. Some part of the property were still under construction, though we didn't see any active construction, so no issues about noise. Overall it was a relaxing and peaceful stay.

There is an issue with their setup on booking [dot] com where booking rooms for 6 or more days will say - "Includes round-trip airport shuttle + 50-min massage + early check-in + late check-out". This is a great value add, but unfortunately the hotel doesn't honor this. Booking customer service was useless and didn't provide any resolution. They should update their website as this leaves a bad taste despite it being a good property with good people running it. They provided us with complimentary breakfast, so I appreciate them making an effort. The breakfast consisted of primarily sweet jams and stuff. Having experienced traditional turkish breakfast in Istanbul in multiple breakfast houses, this was a bit disappointing but still good to have some food in the morning. Not every room has AC and this is something to consider if you are booking in summer as the rooms can get warm even at night. We had to keep the window open and blow the fan inwards to bring in cooler air. Overall, ventilation can be limited in a cave room. Minus these small issues, we still enjoyed the stay and hospitality and would recommend the place to others.

Breakfast was not buffet, food was already on the table. This way most of the food go to waste because nobody eats everything. The quality of the food was good though.

Everything from the perfect location to watch the hotairballoons early in the morning, breakfast was fantastic. The employees were very welcoming. My favourite of them all was the lovely Melissa. She went beyond her duties to ensure we had our breakfast before heading to the airport, she is a very lovely person.

The heat in the rooms, it was hot in the middle of the night 🥵 but that was not a big deal, we just opened the windows.

The staff were very helpful (especially Ahmed) and breakfast was very good. Also water was always given for free when asked. The building itself is very beautiful with a view of goreme and location is close to various restaurants and to uscher castle.

The bed’s mattresses were hard to sleep on and the rooms could have better lighting. Also the ac wasn’t working so it was a little hot inside but we opened the windows and it was fine.

El trato que nos dieron fue excepcional, los chicos de recepción atentos a cada una de nuestras necesidades. Tuvimos un regalo de bienvenida de dos botellas de vino tinto frutal, el cual puedo decir que fue el mejor vino que eh probado y el desayuno con hermosa vista panorámica y en sabor se sacaron un 10.

I think this is the best hotel I've stayed at in my life. The place looks like a small palace. Apart from a balloon ride or atop Uchisar Castle, I don't think you can any better vista over Cappadocia. Their outside terrace is the best place around for viewing the balloons rise during sunrise and they treat you like a sultan for breakfast. And thanks to Melissa for great advice on where to get dinner. Uchisar Castle is also just a 3 minute walk away

It felt as if the bathtub was moving while taking a shower..

The hotel was quiet so I could enjoy the ambience to myself. They upgrade me for free to a suite which was beautiful. The deep soaking tub was amazing. Great breakfasts and friendly staff. The location is also good in Ulchiser which is more quiet than Goreme. Visit the castle 7mins walk away and the Valetine coffee shop next door was also good

Charming hotel with cavelike quarters, terrace & hilltop views. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Entrance of this quiet hotel is literally just In front of the road so no need to drag your suitcases to so many stairs and narrow alley roads. The free breakfast will give you a jump start for your long day tour. Rooms are very clean with free fruits, nuts and hot coffee and tea anytime. You can oversee the balloons from their common terraces. 3-5min walk to bus station and restaurants around. 10 min walk to Uchisar castle and loads of gift shops around.

Large room with seperate space for lounge, comfortable bed, relatively nice breakfast, more quiet location but also still walking distance to restaurants and the Uçhisar Castle. The outdoor area had great views of the Uçhisar valley. Great value for money. The room was slightly dusty but this is given because it is a cave hotel, there is no way it's going to be as spot free as a modern hotel. Expect this when staying at any cave hotel.

Kettle was not clean to boil water. Water from the bathroom basin was not clear all the time. Not sure why this happens but it didn't smell funny, nor did me and my husband got sick.
