Reviewed Sep 17, 2026The hotel was clean and extremely centrally located, which was very convenient.
The room was far too small for two people, especially with luggage. There was barely any space to move around. We asked to change rooms, but the staff were not particularly helpful. As they were fully booked for larger rooms, the only suggestion they offered was for us to book a separate additional room. The breakfast was also very disappointing. If you are expecting a good continental breakfast, this is not the place. The choice was extremely limited. If you enjoy an Asian-style breakfast, you may be fine, but there were very few other options. Even worse, the eggs offered as part of the limited continental breakfast were green and looked as though they had been fried hours earlier. We complained, but the staff did not offer any solution or consider refunding the cost of the breakfast. The attitude was basically, “tough luck”. Overall, the experience was very disappointing, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

自分の部屋の立地のせいなのか、窓が開かない部屋で日当たりも悪いからなのか、布団も枕もベッドなどの寝具が全て湿っていて、気持ち悪かった。 エアコンがカビっぽい臭いだった パジャマが臭くて使用出来なかった

החדר חנוק מאוד ומחניק, ואין אפשרות לפתוח את החלון (המלון ביצע נעילה של כולם). זה ככה בכל החדרים, זה מרגיש מאוד חנוק ולא נאמר מראש. בנוסף החדר קטן בצורה קיצונית וצריך ממש להצטופף אם באים שני אנשים

Super insonoritzat. Tranquil·litat màxima per dormir. Just a la cantonada un Lawson. Però estàs a una zona comercial, així que a pocs carrers hi ha de tot i més.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026La struttura si trova vicino al centro di Ginza. Il quartiere è bellissimo e a pochi passi dalla metro. La posizione è ottima per spostarsi in qualsiasi parte della città. La sera è poco frequentata come zona ma molto tranquilla.
Le stanze sono davvero troppo piccole. Non riuscivamo ad aprire le valigie. Consiglio di fare attenzione e di guardare i metri quadri delle stanze.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026Excellent location to train station and shopping, a window you could see out of (the view was nothing spectacular but so much nicer than having frosted glass that we had in most places) and a very comfortable bed and pillows, the best of our whole holiday! Staff very friendly and helpful and great they were happy to store our bags for us.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026We are a family of 4 (16yo and 13yo). We chose this hotel as it had adjoining rooms. This was a positive as we had two showers and toilets. The rooms are not large but it's manageable with smaller suitcases. The rooms were clean.
There is absolutely no view from the hotel. Open the curtains and its another building 2m away.

The location is nice, easy to get to, and near several train stations so getting around is easy. There's a 24-hour convenience store right around the corner which makes it even more convenient.

Staff not friendly We booked with breakfast option but voucher given only 2 person instead of 3 ppl in the booking. No vegetarian options eventhough we asked before getting there Only 3 picklet pan cake was given for vegetarian option for breakfast. Since we did not have any meat we asked if they can provide more picket pan cakes instead of meat but staff did not agree. It was very disapointing hotel without vegetarian breakfast options

W odległości kilku minut pieszo są stacje metra Higashi i Ginza, z których bezpośrednio 1 linią dostaniemy się do innych ważnych punktów Tokio. 10-15 minut na stację kolejową. Okolica czysta, bezpieczna z wieloma sklepami i lokalami gastronomicznymi. Okno nie z widokiem na ścianę :). W recepcji można wziąć sobie kawę, herbatę, urządzenia beatu :) i inne przydatne drobiazgi. Hotel i pokój odpowiedni tylko na nocleg.
Bardzo mały pokój. Dla jednej osoby ok ale dla dwóch już ciasno. Głośna klimatyzacja. Widok z okna na niezagospodarowany plac i inne nieciekawe budynki.

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026this was a cozy and supportive start to my stay in tokyo. the staff are helpful and and kind and i appreciated the complimentary toiletries for guests. my bathroom had a tub and hot water kettle highly recommend for one person very convenient location to get around tokyo very quiet at night never heard noise from anyone else in hotel or in neighborhood.
parts of ginza are very high end and not super interesting to be in but again, very convenient to hop on train to get anywhere

空間真的非常狹小，沒什麼空間可以打開行李箱

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026Lo staff è stato molto cordiale e gentile. La zona è stupenda ed elegante, l’hotel è in una posizione molto comoda sia arrivando dall’aeroporto Haneda che poi per girare tutta la città. La sera è tranquillo e non caotico, pur essendoci molti ristorantini.
La stanza rispetta gli standard di grandezza del Giappone, se non si ha problemi di budget consiglio la stanza con i due letti separati. Noi abbiamo preso la camera standard e il letto alla francese è un po piccolo per le nostre abitudini. Standoci poche notti ci siamo adattati anche se è raro trovare una stanza più grande a un buon prezzo.

Reviewed Jun 3, 2026Kahvaltıda Asya tipi kahvaltı deneyimlemek güzeldi. İçerde pijama diş macunu çay kahve alabileceğimiz bir stand olması güzeldi. Otel sessiz sakin ve güzel bir mahallede, çalışanlar kibardı.
Avrupa tipi kahvaltı denediğimizde porsiyon çok küçük geldi belki biraz ekmek peynir ekleyebilirler kahvaltıya. Oda aşırı küçük. Metroya daha yakın olduğunu sanıyordum ama haritadan göründüğü kadar yakın değilmiş metroya. Resepsiyon çalışanları ingilizce bilmemesine şaşırdım ama gene de yardım etmek için ellerinden geleni yaptıkları için teşekkür ederim.

使い古したタオルの袋は最初から部屋に用意してほしかった。

Reviewed May 29, 2026A pocos minutos de la estación de Ginza y apenas 15 a pie de la terminal de Tokyo, perfectamente comunicado. La entrada y salida es independiente a recepción. Incluye una báscula para el pesado del equipaje. Si bien la habitación es pequeña, muy funcional.
El wifi no funcionaba en mi habitación.
