Maybe we were not lucky but the room given contained cockroaches, which is the reason we immediately left the room, and changed to a hotel. The price may be interesting but not worth taking such a sanitary risk.

Room is very run down and feels grubby and dirty Hotel corridors stink of smoke and are also dirty. Check in staff was rude. Hotel has a weird vibe and appears to be frequented by men of a certain country only. Would not recommend staying here at all.

Reviewed Mar 16, 2026We were fortunate to get an upgrade to a 5-person apartment from a 2-bed apartment. The view is phenomenal! Thanks to the dual aspect windows, you can see the 3 iconic towers of KL whilst in bed. Each of 2 bedrooms is attached to an ensuite, therefore no need to share. The communal pool is unbeatable. Very decent size, again magnificent view of the iconic towers, and equipped with a pool side bar. The bar staff would come to your sun lounger to collect the order so you don't need to make the trip yourself. This level of service is on par with a 5 star hotel! We felt well taken care of by Mohamad. His office is on the same floor as our apartment unit, and he made himself available at our fingertips. Finally, we enjoyed being connected to Berjaya Times Square without having to leave the building. It's only 7 minutes walk to Jalan Alor!
The initial check in process was stressful. Upon arrival, we had to wait around 30minutes. It seems the host was unaware of our arrival and asked for our booking number. Wifi was not reliable. Best to use your own hotspot.

Reviewed Feb 23, 2026The apartment was located in the heart of Bukit Bintag, in an iconic Times Square Berjaya complex. The location is ideal for exploring the famous Bukit Bintag, close enough to the Twin Towers and KLCC. The keys are handed over in the lobby by the agent responsible for the particular apartment, in my case Rashid, whom we are very grateful for being such a good and helpful host. We were given an apartment with the view of the famous Petronas Towers, which was fantastic, and especial thanks to Rashid for given us the opportunity to spend four days with such as iconic view! The Times Square complex is a very busy place with the waste shopping centre and various food stores in the lower floors, and it was very handy to have it all in such a close proximity too. The apartment was spacious enough, equipped with a small kitchenette, and fast WiFi connection too so there was everything what we needed. It was the very first time when we stayed in an apartment rather than a regular hotel room, and we know now that we definitely had made a right decision, as nothing beats the view from the 22 floor!

Check-in was fast, and the hosts kindly helped us store our luggage before check-in, which was very helpful and allowed us to move around the city freely. The room was very spacious, with two rooms and a lovely view of the towers and the city at night.
There was a slight smell of cigarettes, but it was minor and did not affect our stay.
