Location was excellent proximity to Roma Termini. Remote key and check in was convenient. Reception was quick to respond to any questions or needs. The space is comfortable with easy access in the hallway to iron, steamer etc.

My only concern was that Google Maps did not route me to the property it stopped me a block shy of the destination therefore I needed to contact the reception for instructions. I was grateful they answered the phone.

Nice and close to station for the ease of using public transport. Nice clean rooms with good amenities.

Would be nice to have block out curtains as room very light at night.

Close to Rome Termini, but quiet/big room for reasonable price! Great local-crowd coffee bar downstairs.

My room did not have an exterior window, which I was not aware of...

Everything about our stay was easy and comfortable. Arrived early and dropped our bags in the lobby. They facilitated space for us to change our baby and make a bottle to feed, the room was ready early and we were messaged straight away so that we could get comfortable after our travels. Staff were very accommodating throughout our stay. The room was quiet and the aircon worked well. The location was very close to termini, we had a lot of baggage so that was a big appeal to us. There are 6 steps to the elevator and no other stairs necessary. The elevator was big enough for all our bags plus us but we only used it on arrival.

숙소 위치가 정말 좋아요! 바로 앞에 버스정류장이 있고 또 바로 옆에 편의점처럼 늦게까지 여는 곳이 있어서 물이나 음료수 사기 좋습니다 :) (컵라면도 있음) 관리자는 매우 친절해서 애로사항이나 연락을 취하면 빠르게 답해주고 매우 친절해요! 에어컨도 엄청 빵빵해서 로마 여행하다가 몇번이고 돌아와서 쉬었어요 ㅠㅠ 이 숙소 완전 추천합니다!

다만 화장실 샤워기 수압이 엄청 세지는 않는 점 참고하세요 :)

역과 가깝고 버스 정류장도 바로 앞이라 위치 좋고 친절했어요. 깨끗하고 넓어서 1박만 하는 게 아까웠어요.

물을 유리병으로 줘서 가지고 나갈 수 없는 게 아쉬웠어요. 방음도 잘 안되는 편이라 귀마개가 제공된 게 이해가 됩니다.

Very clean and comfortable with all necessities

A bit strange getting into the building. It would be easier to give the codes to access the building and the apartment complex.

The facilities were clean and functional! The bed was very comfortable and overall the whole room was perfect for what we needed. We loved that it was so close to the Roma Termini, super convenient. The host had amazing communication and allowed us to keep our luggage in the lobby before check in which was extremely helpful. Overall would recommend this stay and would stay again!

This accommodation was great as it was close to the metro and different restaurants. The Staff was amazing allowed us to check in early as we need to drop off our rental vehicle and we didn't want to lug our bags back. Our room was amazing with a balcony everything that we needed was there

Aria condizionata top e una posizione super strategica vicino alla stazione roma termini.

The property is located very close to Roma Termini train station. The room is clean and comfortable. Self check-in is simple and easy, and you can even open the doors by the touch of a button on your phone! There is an old elevator that works well to take you and your luggage up to the first floor. The TV has Netflix which was a nice bonus. There is a staff member onsite and you can store your luggage if you need to. Air conditioning works well.

The water pressure in the shower was pretty average. The curtains aren’t very covering and thick, however, we didn’t realise there was an external louvers for the window until the morning.

Very lovely staff Flora always willing to assist us. The guesthouse is also near the bus station or subway and close to the train station. The room was clean and quiet.

Nossa estadia neste hotel foi simplesmente perfeita! Foi o primeiro destino da nossa lua de mel e não poderíamos ter feito escolha melhor em Roma. Os quartos são amplos, extremamente limpos, confortáveis e muito bem cuidados. O chuveiro é excelente, algo que faz toda a diferença após um dia explorando a cidade. Mas o que realmente tornou a experiência inesquecível foi a gentileza e a atenção de toda a equipe durante a nossa estadia. Fomos recebidos e tratados com muito carinho em todos os momentos. Saímos apaixonados pelo hotel e pelas lembranças que criamos aqui. Sem dúvida, foi a melhor escolha que fizemos em Roma e já estamos sonhando com o dia em que poderemos voltar. my room was at the end of the small corridor next to reception desk this is at the corner of the building therefore I had 2 windows one at the front were the entrance door is facing Babbo's restaurant and one at the side street were there is market stalls daily. The room was a good size with all amenities required and the host is happy to help with anything at all to make your stay comfortable and to make you welcomed. The shower is good but like most places it takes a while for hot water. I liked having the hairdryer in the bathroom with surround mirrors this is a bonus. Overall I would highly recommend this place.

The windows need black out blinds or heavier curtains as the voile curtain in the middle is on the same pole as the curtains therefore you cannot shut them completely and the curtains are very thin and transparent however the host tried to help with closing the shutters outside the window but its not enough and feels hemmed in as much as I appreciated the help . The security is fabulous however my app didn't open to the electronic app to open the outside door & iron gates at the entrance then the main door on the first floor to Sofia's suites but this eventually corrected and the host promptly gave me the security codes for both. The street noise is 24 hours especially the recycle trucks every night but that's to be expected on a busy road and the host cannot do anything about that therefore don't expect a quite street but it didn't really matter as you are up early on holiday. Best place for breakfast especially the coffee and the welcome is 2 doors down DNISI ' S.

Muy cómodo el alojamiento, impecable, con todo lo necesario para alojarse. Cerca de la estación Términi, con comercios y restaurantes alrededor. Flora la anfitriona una genia, nos resolvió al instante un inconveniente en la entrada llamándonos por teléfono.

Absolutely highly recommend this hotel. We were only there for one night but the owner Flora went above and beyond for us. We left my partners suit in the hotel by accident and realised as we were on the train nearly in Florence. We had a wedding in 2 days to go to in Tuscany, Flora straight away went to DHL and posted it out for us. Absolute life saver!

Getting into the building and apartment was complicated. I had to wait for someone going out to let me through the buildings security gate after I checked out.

This is a great property to stay at while in Rome. spacious, safe and well maintained this has it all. Great location, close to train and bus station and 5 minute walk to airport shuttle. Great restaurants close by and very secure.

Great location, only a 10-minute walk from Termini station. The rooms and bathrooms are very spacious, and the host was responsive and caring.

Only a minor issue: the shower’s hot water pressure could be better.

Great location near the train station, perfect for our one night stay. Our host Flora was lovely, nothing was too much trouble. The room was comfortable and clean.

The hotel enjoys an excellent location. It’s just a 5-minute walk from Termini Train Station, with only one main road to cross. The area is very safe and perfect for solo female travelers. The rooms also offer great security, each equipped with a private key. The host is very warm and always ready to help.

ロケーションはテルミニ駅から歩いて10分程度のところで、申し分ない。すぐ隣に子供向けの公園があって治安は良さそうなエリアだし、Conadスーパーも徒歩5分圏内にあるので朝食や夜のスナックなどを買いに行くには便利。 受付のFloraさんは本当に明るくて優しくて、信頼できる人でした。日本人の宿泊者さんが他にもいたし、部屋もかなり清潔で広い感じで、おすすめです。受付には、世界各国からのサンキューメッセージが貼ってありました。

・シャワーは30秒に一回お湯が出なくなる（他に水道の利用者が部屋にいなくても）ので、シャワーの水を逐一切って出し直しする必要があった。 以下はホテルが改善すべき点ではなく、アクセスや他要因について。 ・テルミニ駅から、大きめのスーツケースやベビーカーで徒歩で向かう場合は、道の舗装がかなり悪いので結構ストレスになる。 ・日本語で言う２階（ヨーロッパの１階）に位置しており、旧式のエレベーターがあるので、使い方がパッとわからないかもしれないが落ち着いてインストラクションを見て欲しい。また、そのエレベーターに辿り着くまでに１０段程度の階段を上がらなければならないので、20~30kg程度のスーツケースを持っている場合は自力で引き上げる必要がある。 ・ホテルが入っている建物そのもののロック（重くて大きい木の扉と中の柵の扉）を、同一の４桁の番号で解錠し、さらにSofia's suites guesthouse(2F)の入口も別のコードで開く必要があるので、混乱しないように。２つのキーコードは、受付して初めて教えてもらえるので、最初はチャイムで入ってOK。特に、建物の重くて大きい木の扉と中の柵の扉が同じキーコードで、中の柵の扉は同時に解錠されるという点に注意！合計３つ関門があるところキーコードが２つだけなので、知らないと混乱する。

It was perfectly located far enough away from the busy tourist areas yet close enough to easily walk. Ample options for coffee / pastries / restaurants and convenience stores within a 1 minute walk. Gregory’s store across the road sells a great range of cheese and pancetta / meats and wines etc if you prefer to eat on your room!

The only thing we can think of is the shower pressure is next to non existent.

The accommodation was clean, functional, and comfortable. The host’s explanations were accurate and very easy to understand. The location was also convenient from the station and excellent as a base for sightseeing. I recommend it—except when I’m going, of course. ^ ^
