Struttura in posizione strategica, vicinissima al centro storico di Chiang Mai. La stanza era pulita e abbiamo ricevuto giornalmente acqua, drink e snack. La ragazza alla reception molto gentile.

La réceptionniste est au petit soin ,donnes pleins de petits conseils pour des activités ,une femme adorable .le personnel de l établissement est top . La chica que lo regenta es encantadora, nos ha facilitado absolutamente todo, le hemos alquilado la moto 2 días y una maravilla. La habitación para ir a dormir y ducharse más que suficiente (no esperes grandes lujos), limpia y todos los días te limpiaban y reponían los amenities, por el precio que tiene una ganga. El buffet más que suficiente, además ella misma te ofrece o bien huevos a la plancha u otra cosa que te hace al momento.

Si eres de sueño ligero llévate tapones, el gallo canta cada día al amanecer y se pasa 1h cacareando. Había muchos hombres por ahí pululando, entendemos que son trabajadores de obra (no sabemos) pero que eran bastante ruidosos y no miraban la hora, a la hora del desayuno si ibas pronto estaban todos desayunando. Y un día estaban haciendo habitaciones pasadas las 22.30h de la noche…

他の口コミ通りスタッフは皆にこやかでフレンドリーな人ばかりでした。あとホテルにいる3匹のわんちゃんが人に慣れていてとってもかわいい！朝ごはんも美味しかった。毎日メニューが変わるので飽きません。外で食べるタイ料理より美味しかったです。部屋もきれいで窓も大きいので開放感があります。エレベーターは無いので、昇り降りが面倒な人は2階にしたほうが良いかもしれません。立地も良いし、近くにあるお寺では僧侶から英語で仏教の哲学や瞑想を教えてもらえるそうです。

お湯はちゃんと出るし使う分には問題はないのですがシャワーヘッドのせいで出てくるお湯の量が少し減っているように感じました。変えたほうがもっと快適だと思います。

Small but charming hotel in a quiet neighborhood, with a nice breakfast selection, good coffee, and friendly staff who even gave helpful advice for my motorcycle tour which was to get enough gas.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé l’hôtel Na BaanYa l’emplacement est très pratique pas très loin de la vieille ville tout en restant au calme ce qui est appréciable. Les hôtes sont vraiment d’une gentillesse incroyable, toujours le sourire. Les chambres sont propres; bref en gros nous avons vraiment aimé notre séjour ici et ce qui est sûr c’est que si nous devons retourner à Chiang mai nous reviendrons ici.

Great room, ideally situated in the south-east corner of the city, in a quiet street. Staff was very helpful, the room was large and functional.

雖不在古城區內，但就在護城河邊邊，去哪都方便。 飯店一走出來就有許多在地餐館選擇，距離周六夜市也很近。 飯店工作人員都非常友善且熱情，每天早餐也都非常豐盛。 感謝他們這幾天的照顧，有機會一定會再訪。

可以快半夜入住，員工/屋主人很好。雖然早餐是7:30供應，但我7:00有 local tour，他說我可以先進去拿麵包水果帶著，太溫馨。 房間清潔，內有附送的小零食和飲料、水，且每天都補充。也有小冰箱。 價格合理 地點雖然在古城外面，但是走到城區不遠

Breakfast is wonderful, offering a wide variety of Western and Asian options in a buffet setup where you can enjoy as much as you like, and the facilities are equally impressive with high ceilings and excellent maintenance. The receptionist was very accommodating and, despite the language barrier, she did her best to assist us throughout our stay, proving to be both helpful and approachable. Overall, it was the best deal for me, with a clean and comfortable room, regular refills of amenities, attentive service that made guests feel valued, and a staff that was consistently kind and welcoming.

The property has no available service elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up to the stairs but not a big deal.

We had a great stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the breakfast was excellent, and the location was perfect. Everything was clean and exactly as expected. We would definitely like to come back!

Friendly and welcoming staff, always tried their best to make everything as comfortable and convenient as they can for the guests. Buffet breakfast with enough variety indeed, especially for such a family run hotel. Great location, in a quiet neighbourhood, but everything is within walking distance, not to mention that all guests can use bikes in the hotel for free. Room is a bit small as others may have mentioned, but big enough for solo traveller like myself, and super clean.

Shower in my room doesn’t work well. Rooms are cleaned from 2pm to 5pm. Chairs in other rooms were constantly being moved around making unbearable noise. I didn’t get to take a nap even once during my entire stay.

Everything! The thing that really made my stay was the Receptionist. She is like a bright shining star that was always there to help. We were probably annoying and asking for lots, and the receptionist was ready to help.

Struttura molto organizzata e in posizione strategica per visitare al meglio Chiang Mai. Staff super disponibile e cordiale, colazione internazionale molto variegata. Ambiente tradizionale con giardino meraviglioso dove rilassarsi al meglio e assaporare la vita tradizionale Thai.

Non hanno l'ascensore ma la receptionist si è offerta di portare i bagagli in camera.

Le personnel est exceptionnel, super gentil et attentionné. Nous sommes partis à 4h30 et nous avions notre petit déjeuner dans le frigo qui nous attendait. Le lit est confortable et la chambre très propre. Le quartier est calme. Le restaurant à côté est un petit plus.

Specious clean room and bathroom. Desk and chair in the room. Separate study room available for guests. Friendly and helpful staff. Air-conditioner not blowing directly on the bed. Location close to old city (10 minute walk).

Iron and ironing board not available (plenty of laundries around though).

The manager was very friendly and extremely helpful. She helped me book two day trips, gave me advice for hiking up Doi Suthep, made sure I had a takeaway breakfast on those days, helped me get my laundry done, and provided lots of helpful information about transportation options. I found the location to be perfect both for walking around and for transportation. I had a nice view of a temple outside my windows and lots of birds outside.

직원들이 매우 친절하고, 일주일 간 머무는 동안 불편함이 없이 지냈습니다. 매일 아침 제공되는 다양한 조식은 메뉴가 계속 변하고, 현지 음식(밥, 볶음, 국물) 외에도 서양식(식빵, 버터, 잼, 계란, 소세지)이 제공되어 모든 여행자에게 좋습니다. 올드 타운으로부터 살짝 떨어져있기에 치앙마이 동네의 분위기를 느낄 수 있는 매력이 있습니다.

저는 강아지를 좋아하는 사람이기에 큰 문제가 없었습니다. 하지만 일부 큰 개를 무서워하는 여행객은 불편할 수 있습니다. 일반적으로 치앙마이에서는 개를 묶어놓지 않고 키웁니다. 본 호텔에 3마리의 큰 개를 키우고 있는데, 사람에게 크게 관심이 없고 온순합니다. 그래도 큰 개를 무서워하는 여행자께서는 다른 곳을 알아보시길 추천드립니다.

Absolutely amazing hotel! The staff were wonderful and the comfiest lil rooms with nice beds! The facilities are amazing and they have some cute hotel doggies that are adorable! I loved it that much that I extended my stay here twice! Highly recommend!

El hotel estaba ubicado cerca del centro pero en una zona muy tranquila, accesible fácilmente a pie y con medios de transporte. La habitación tenía todo lo necesario para hacer nuestra estancia agradable, incluso algunos detalles como galletas, café, agua… El desayuno también fue muy completo, con comida tanto fría como caliente y varias bebidas para elegir. Todo estaba muy limpio y cuidado al detalle. Por último, algo que valoramos mucho es la atención recibida, que fue excepcional. La chica que nos atendió en recepción fue muy agradable y nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos. Sin duda recomendaríamos este alojamiento! Muchas gracias 😊

Il personale è stato molto disponibile,la camera, dotata di TV e aria condizionata, è molto carina con anche un piccolo balcone. Posizione tranquilla ma non molto distante dalla città vecchia. Molti ristoranti nei pressi.

La colazione potrebbe essere migliorata

Hotel super bem cuidado, com equipe muito atenciosa, deixam água e coca-cola todo dia no quarto de cortesia. Café com muita variedade de comida asiática. Pertinho da cidade antiga, mas sem nenhum barulho. Quarto confortável.

Minha única sugestão seria ter smartv no quarto com Netflix e etc.

The place is in a great location and the staff is brilliant. Su kui bon (apologies if mispronounced) is a terrific staff and is efficient at resolving issues. The restaurant staff is also brilliant. The room on the 3rd floor was sunny, proper ventilation and with basic amenities.

If you need to work the internet can get a little wobbly but I reckon this an issue of the city and not exactly the hotel. The rooms on the first floor are a little more damped and less sunny - especially the ones facing the back yet one can manage. I did find they were slightly more expensive than they should for the conditions they had but again I'm very happy overall to have stayed there.

Klimaanlage war ein bisschen laut, das Frühstück nicht so meins, aber das sind Kleinigkeiten.

Die Lage zur Erkundung war perfekt. Zentrum nah aber trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Sehr nettes Personal. Immer bemüht. Wäscherei gleich gegenüber. Geniales Familien geführtes Restaurant 50 Meter entfernt auf der anderen Straßenseite

Kein Schrank im Zimmer für die Sachen. Tasche auf der Ablage und daraus gelebt. Geht aber alles gut

1. 此民宿非常符合我們的需求，我跟先生到清邁都要遠端工作，房間內有大桌子，且民宿二樓還有小圖書館，幾乎沒人用。我們就每天早上一人待在房間工作，一人到圖書館去，非常方便。2. 民宿妹妹Dream還有老闆娘很熱情可愛，第一晚飛機很晚到還等我們check in 到很晚，且老闆娘聽到我會講一點泰文，就很熱情跟我聊天，很暖心的感覺。3. 民宿有免費腳踏車可以租借，也可以付費租借摩托車，很方便。4. 房間裝潢偏工業風，簡單乾淨該有的都有。5. 早餐超級豐盛，可以吃超飽，而且每天幾乎都會變換一點熟食菜色。是我們在清邁住三家飯店中早餐最豐盛的一家。6. 租房網上訂房比較貴，建議直接跟民宿訂便宜很多。7. 因為我是淺眠的人，晚上這裡靠近巷弄，非常安靜，每一晚我都睡得很好。8. 物超所值，跟民宿訂的價格且含早餐超便宜的，下次定會再回來

1. 離古城區稍遠，需要走一點路。但如果有騎腳踏車或租機車就沒問題。2. 床是一般雙人床，不是超大雙人床，感覺有點小。
